I have been suffering from PE life long. So recently I tried kegel for couple of days but didn't any benefit (I didn't expect it because it takes few months to see real results). Anyway it was boring and I quit.

I read about electronic kegel machines like KFit or Kegel8 etc. Has anyone used any of it? Any good results or bad side effects?

I've been using Dapoxitine, works great!https://www.nature.com/articles/ijir201437

"The present study aimed to investigate prevalence of and reasons for SSRI discontinuation, and compare the two most common SSRIs used in premature ejaculation (PE) treatment. Paroxetine was more effective and better tolerated than dapoxetine. Dapoxetine was associated with the highest dropout rates (70.6%). Limited efficacy and side effects were the most common reasons for discontinuation".

If you look at the medical literature comparing Tramadol, Paroxetine, Sildenafil and Local Anesthesia, Tramadol come out as the best for treating premature ejaculation. Sildenafil come out best for patient satisfaction. My personal experience is similar. As the ads say "results may vary".https://www.cureus.com/articles/27935-comparison-of-the-efficacy-of-tramadol-and-paroxetine-in-the-management-of-premature-ejaculation

"Tramadol is an effective and useful drug as compared to paroxetine for the treatment of PE. Tramadol can be used as an alternative to other medications for the treatment of lifelong PE".

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3821202/

"The results of PME treatment with tramadol are similar with both continued and sporadic administration. The sex life of patients improved and they reported greater satisfaction with the sporadic treatment".

Overall, while I do have some sensitivity to PE, I've found that using a lube and a condom make a huge difference, which I always do w / my sugarbabies. Also, there can be just a fortunate / unfortunate match / mismatch of anatomy. Any girl who is tight as can be, I'm going to have a hard time lasting a long time.

Anyone have a good source for it? It isn't on the most dangerous narcotics list.

"Kegel exercises contract the PC muscles over and over to strengthen them. But they come at a cost. Tightening your PC muscles can also, sometimes, accelerate how quickly you get to a 9 on the arousal scale. While you can pull yourself back through a few intense holds, what if you could just keep yourself at a 4-6 without worrying about big fluctuations? That's where reverse kegels come in, by training your ability to relax your PC muscle".

https://flo.health/menstrual-cycle/lifestyle/fitness-and-exercise/reverse-kegel

"For men, reverse Kegels can increase their control over their penile muscles. They can also provide more sexual strength and stamina. For these reasons, reverse Kegels may be useful for men who suffer from erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation".

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/16879686/

"Objective: To determine the relationship between premature ejaculation (PE) and serum and seminal plasma magnesium levels, in a case-control study. Conclusion: PE is significantly related with a lower level of seminal plasma magnesium".

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/11204619/

"There were normal serum and semen levels of all the elements in the three groups, but significantly lower seminal plasma magnesium levels in men with premature ejaculation. The hormonal profile, body mass index (BMI) had no association with premature ejaculation. Decreased levels of magnesium gives rise to vasoconstriction from increased thromboxane level, increased endothelial intracellular Ca2+, and decreased nitric oxide. This may lead to premature emission and ejaculation processes".

Thanks for the information. Do you know any machine would do reverse kegels?

Thanks for the information. Do you know any machine would do reverse kegels?I'm not aware of any machines for reverse kegels. There are machines that cause muscle contraction. A reverse kegel is more like muscle relaxation. Contract your PC muscle as if you are stopping a urine stream and then when you relax it, try to force it a bit, as if forcing out the last drop of urine. If you do this during intercourse when you find yourself getting close to finishing, it might help delay ejaculation. Magnesium also helps muscles to relax. Maybe that is why a deficiency can cause premature ejaculation.

There is also the start stop method. Go very slow when you first begin intercourse. If you feel too excited, just stop for a moment. Then begin again slowly. After a period of time the sensations will seem less intense.

I agree with FarFarAway that a condom can help by reducing the sensations. As for the lube, I find that it depends on the type. I have difficulty finishing if I use large amounts of KY Jelly. I can't feel anything. Other lubes don't seem to have this effect.

Thanks. Any machine that you know of that works for kegels? I heard that one needs to do kegels first before doing reverse kegels? Is that so?

Regarding the KY jel. Is that a delay spray? I have used promescent. It is ok. It helps but nothing great. I will look into adding Magnesium.

Also both kegels and reverse goes hand in hand, don't really think one needs to done before or after the other.

KY also has delay spray. I haven't used. But I used promescent, but did not help me either.

Spiral plasma magnesium deficiency is proven (but needs further studies) to be a cuase of PE. I am also planning to add magnesium.

Regarding the KY jel. Is that a delay spray?I don't know about machines specifically for kegels. I was referring to the ones that use electric current to cause muscles to contract. KY Jelly is a lubricant used for intercourse if the woman doesn't produce enough natural lubrication. Small amounts are normal, but large amounts seem to lubricate so well that I can't feel any friction.

"H. Perforatum (St. John's wort) may be an effective and safe treatment for PE, possibly because of its effect on neurotransmitters such as serotonin. Forty-two patients completed the study. 2 discontinued due to anejaculation and 1 due to erectile dysfunction. IELT (intravaginal ejaculatory latency time) increased from 1.17 minutes to 5.8 minutes in the group taking hypericum extract. Patients taking hypericum extract also had significantly higher ratings for the measures of intercourse satisfaction and overall satisfaction. There were no significant group differences in mean ratings of orgasmic function, erectile function, or sexual desire. Mild adverse events of headache, constipation, and photosensitivity were seen in 6 patients (27%) taking hypericum extract".

https://ispub.com/IJNW/3/2/7405

"Sixteen men who desired longer sexual intercourse and without erectile dysfunction were treated with Hypericum perforatum immediately prior to sexual activity. Fourteen of 16 men (87.5%) reported an improvement in IELT. The increase was seen in both the men who reported PE as bothersome and those who did not feel that PE was a problem for them. There was also significant increase in male satisfaction scores".

"St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) This herb is often used to treat mild to moderate depression. It is especially helpful to patients who do not respond well to SSRI medication (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors). This herb can limit the effectiveness of some prescription medications, though, so double check with your doctor before taking it".

https://www.academia.edu/13310836/Kava_for_the_treatment_of_generalized_anxiety_disorder_RCT_Analysis_of_adverse_reactions_liver_function_addiction_and_sexual_effects

"standardized kava is an effective short-term treatment for generalized anxiety, and it is safe, has no addictive qualities or withdrawal issues, and does not impair sexual (erectile) function or sexual pleasure. In males, a trend occurred, with more difficulty in reaching orgasm".

https://penetric.com/kava-kava-for-sex/

"Kava also known as kava kava is a root found on South Pacific islands. This has been used as medicine in ceremonies for centuries. Kava has a calming effect. It can also prevent convulsions and relaxes the muscles. This plant is not addictive. This inexpensive herb has numbing effects that are effective in helping you last longer in bed. In addition, kava kava helps you relax when you are too excited. Excitement is one of the factors that makes you blow earlier when your lady still wants to play with you".

https://www.lifesavinghealth.org/10-nononsense-cures-for-premature-ejaculation.html

"5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP): Sexual dysfunction and premature ejaculation expert, Dr Ray Sahelian, recommends all PE sufferers try 5-HTP. Even though this supplement is not normally prescribed for premature ejaculation, Dr Sahelian says it works for PE by increasing serotonin levels, which in turn helps you to relax both physically and mentally".

"The kava herb works in a similar way to 5-HTP for premature ejaculation and is another favorite of Dr Sahelian's. By helping to relax the brains neurotransmitters, you relieve the over excitement and slow down your reaction to the increase in sexual stimulation. Which is a major precursor to premature ejaculation. For best results, take 100-200 mg's of kava kava extract about an hour before sexual intercourse and combine with the 5-HTP".

https://www.raysahelian.com/prematureejaculation.html

"5-HTP would probably be taken for a few days and it is a good idea to start with low dosages of 50 mg but each person is different in their response and dosage requirement. I believe 5-HTP is much cheaper and worth a try before going on to a premature ejaculation drug".
