Yep, same thing happened to Eliot Spitzer, the former governor of New York, who used a high-end service in New York City. But then there's Dick Cheney, whose number turned up on DC Madam Deborah Jeane Palfrey's phone-number list. Nothing happened to the Dickster, but Palfrey "committed suicide."
These were high-profile agencies, though, and ripe pickins for LEO.There are some folks that are to scary. Of course, some women will do anything for money and fame. Look at the chick claiming she got pregnant by Van Der Sloot.
Still, I stand by my avoid agency rule. That outcome is too scary as well.

AS I pulled out an unmarked car came from around the hotel and got right on my bumper and followed me all the way around that big circle then he finally U-turned. And this was at about 1 in the afternoon... but i have heard they have had a lot of robberies and such at the hotel right behind the gas station and they have been keeping a closer watch on things....

The asked him to step out of the car, what he was doing there, what room he was staying in, and when he said he wasn't that he was there to see a friend wanted to know her name, then went through his car, everything in it including a tablet computer specifically emails and websites he said, and was told if he did not give them the code for it he would be taken in, then they went through his phone for everything, emails, website history and call history, then they called the last number thinking it was who he was there to see and it was actually the relative which they knew. That's all they saved his rear.

SO use a PIN / Pattern lock on your phone. Good anyway, in case you lose it accidentally.
Delete your call and message history before you head someplace. Only slows down the recovery, but if you can selectively delete items. (there are apps for that.)
AND encrypt anything you "need" to keep on your phone that may lead to incriminating evidence.
We don't want our phones testifying against us.

As for your comments they are very valid points but keep in mind all that would be needed is the excuse of probable cause (plus they told him a story that they could keep his car and auction it off) to scare the hell out of a noob, and they would more than likely give up anything to keep their rear out of trouble. Unfortunately our sport has hazards, but as I have learned always "research, research, research" as well as listen to those with experience. They still have to have probable cause for a legitimate arrest. Sitting in a public parking lot talking on a phone is not illegal. Does that mean you won't get arrested. No, police are professional liars. If you show your butt, and piss someone off it is not beyond my experience with them to make something up to arrest you. But. Saying this is a common tactic,"if you don't let us. We will have to arrest you" That part is a bluff, they won't really unless they think you robbed the local bank. If they ask you to get out of your car, put your stuff down and close the door behind you. If they ask you to open it back up so they can look at something, politely say no. Also, remember you are better off saying absolutely nothing at all than lying.

And I recommend everyone having an attorney already in mind in case something happens and use a fee based attorney not an hourly rate one (will usually save you money in the long run). If you need a good one let me know! =)

Just confirmed from a long call, leo will be busy this weekend due to the game and all of the tourists. They are evidently planning several things with strip clubs, hotels, etc. So keep it in mind (especially with the little brain). I know this probably isn't surprising news, just be careful what you do.

Looking for some tips for someone who has never hired a companion before. What's the best "venue" (street, online, clubs?) for meeting better quality providers? I think I'd prefer to find someone who does it on a very limited basis with a group of established clients, and wouldn't mind paying a bit more for that. What's the best way to find such an arrangement, and what general guidelines should I follow to minimize my odds of getting robbed, arrested, infected or hustled?

Because I do background checks I do most of my communication over emails, the day of the appt I request a confirmation email or I will email them. If I do not get a response, I consider it a no go. Can you imagine the scene in the courtroom where a jury is listening to some street prostitute on a witness stand pointing at some average Joe and claiming "He paid me for sex!". It's just laughable.

But the reason they may do this is so you still have to prove your innocence by paying your bond and hiring an attorney- which is very inconvenient (costly) and the charge (though thrown out) will still appear on your record- which can also look bad (though charges were thrown out). But as far as convicting you for soliciting for prostitution, they cannot (absolutely cannot) convict you for this.

My best successes have been at upscale places where a large tip is easy to convey one's intentions, especially with some playful banter during the meal. You know, if you are going to go into any biz, if you are going to invest in any biz- learn something about it. If you wanted to go into being a real estate broker, car dealership owner, mechanic shop owner, to name a few- learn something about it; otherwise, you won't be in biz for very long.
Why these examples? I have spoken with many novice providers who are under the tutelage or mentor-ship of a dumb bunny veteran provider and the things they either omit telling them or tell them about how to stay out of trouble in this biz is just plain ignorant. The so-called vets tell them: if you touch the customer- he's not a leo; if he touches you-he's not a leo; if he shows you his private parts-he's not a leo; if he gets butt naked-he's not a leo; and the biggest one is- if you ask him if he's leo and he says no then- he's not a leo! All I can say is ignorant!
In order for LEO to make you feel safe, he must do something to make you comfortable; he may even allow you to give him a BJ 1st then once you feel safe, he'll have the conversation with you about $ and s-x and once you commit to this- you're gone! So getting you to feel safe before you have the conversation is one tactic. He needs to quit taking up so much space in the forum.Yeah, I recognize these posts also. Maybe someone can go to the law library and look up the words concise and succinct.

Fishguy and Scohen, you are both interesting and respected by the rest of the board. I actually enjoyed the legal info that was furnished and there are probably several newbies that need to know that info. You two have been around long enough to know all the info furnished but not everybody has. Please be patient and I do not intend to offend either of you. Keep up your good and informative posts.No worries, brah. PLEASE don't take legal advice from a fuck forum! At least talk to a real lawyer. I'm just saying that the general reports section is a much better venue for this stuff. Whatever it is.

You know, just because you go to a doctor, lawyer, financial planner, etc, does not really mean you will get the best informed advice. The advice you get is only as good as the one giving it. As the gentleman so eloquently indicated, there are a lot of young guys here or people who are new to the so-called hobby that don't know these things and happen to appreciate someone who is really looking out for them instead of someone who just wants to come on here and tell jokes and piggy back off of someone else's posts. Some people who got into a jam (legally) wish they had someone who took the time to provide this info. Many times I see stuff on here that is just a waste of space but when someone is willing to provide you with info that can positively impact ones future, you'd think one would show some respect and appreciation. This is a very serious activity we've chosen to partake in and it can destroy your future in more ways than one. But then again I will repeat myself: The moderator has so fabulously created a functionality on this forum wherein one can chose to ignore any reviewer and my no legal advise to this end is: "use it!"
