There is precedent in the words of the learned and wise Loop Vet, and I'll let this go - without even qualifying anything for the record, certainly without saying what is on my mind, I will just let it drop.
The last thing anyone wants here is to create any more work for Jackson, or for Jackson to be forced to determine that this is now a fight club thread.

You know how much I respect you, but I have to differ on this commentary. Quite frankly I would not call PCP a "solid poster". I went back and looked at all 71 posts. Most of them requests for information or commentary. 2 DC amp posts of questionable value. Several posts on the Vegas Board about the same CL chick (mentioned in at least 3 posts) and one SW report from OC, plus the occasional "I been there it's okay" post. All in all, a very unimpressive track record, to say the least.
The other interesting thing that I noticed from Pcp's postings is his attitude towards BSR. From the beggining he denigrated (Pcp you may need to go to www.merriam-webster.com where you can look that word up) him by calling him Box Springs Squeak, calling him an A-hole, etc. And that was when he only had a few posts. Anyone can verify this by viewing his posting history.
Now BSR posts that he is leaving things alone to prevent a fight club which I applaud. However, lets not forget that BSR did not attack Pcp, just reminded him that he was a newb who had not proven himself and was not invited to the RT. In return he was subjected to an ad hominem (see websters again PCP) attack. Go back and read. Do you see BSR begin the attack? Did he start with the juvenile name calling? No.
Gents, we have great boards here in DC and Baltimore. And Jackson likes it that way. He has enough headaches, and we generally do a good job of policing ourselves. It is clear who the troublemaker here is.

Hello. I am trying to find a inexpensive to moderately priced DC or metro-accessible hotel for a day-time private, possibly romantic (depends on how things go, how we feel, we may just end up talking and catching up, but I want to be ready if things progress) rendezvous with an out-of-town guest, whom I’ve known since college. In other words, she isn’t in the business.
The trick is, she gets in to union station from Baltimore in the morning, and we’ll likely only have the day, or a few hours of the day for ourselves, before she must stay at her friend’s. I certainly can’t take her to my place. Especially not during the day. Most hotel check-in times are in the afternoon. That may be too late, and I only want the place for a few hours anyway.
So is there a place we could to, with enough privacy, and possibly a bed, if the situation calls for it?

Responding to a public information act request from The Examiner, the Howard County Police Department turned over 186 pages of detectives’ investigative file into Britton’s alleged criminal activities, including client and appointment lists dating from Nov. 16, 2005 until Jan. 8, 2006.
Only she knew who they were
Although Britton said her clients included Howard County luminaries, her notes and lists of client names don’t appear to include the names of any Howard County politicians, judges or prominent attorneys.
The appointment lists, which amount to Britton’s typed and hand-written notes of phone messages, contain many partial names and code names, including notes for appointments with men with simply first names, such as “Robert,” “Bernard” and “David.”
She used some purportedly full names and other completely fictional handles, such as one man who referred to himself as a “King.”
Britton received up to 18 calls some days seeking her services. Next to their names, she sometimes wrote the caller’s purported occupations, such as “Dr.” or “Accountant.” Sometimes she simply wrote what she thought of the caller: “Jerk,” one note states.
The information was apparently specific enough for Britton to keep her appointments straight, but vague enough to protect the men’s true identities without lengthy police investigations.
Britton’s final months filled with hardship
Britton committed suicide in January, only days before she was scheduled to be evicted from her nearly $600,000 Ellicott City home and stand trail on four criminal counts of prostitution.
She faced up to a year in jail on each count, but Howard County prosecutors said, if convicted, she likely wouldn’t have served any time.
A former assistant professor of sociology and anthropology at University of Maryland, Baltimore County, Britton resigned in 1999.
Police said in 2006 that Britton had turned to prostitution.
Britton operated a Web site called Alexisangel.com that stated Britton charged a minimum of $300 an hour for modeling and providing companionship, police said.

There was a wild moment there when PW, LL and I ended up in a little private conversation, and I was nothing less than overwhelmed to be in the presence of such greatness – and also to realize exactly what we had accomplished by actually pulling off the RT which in an of itself is not generally a big deal but this time it seems that there were many, many, many more obstacles than usual and oh, not to mention more security leaks than would be found in a porcupine’s condom.

One in twenty. That's 5%. I'm not too sure stats where I live but it doesn't sound all that bad. I would imagine this includes all the poachers that really live in VA or MD but still have a DC address. I see it all the time. DC plates that expired in 1989. residents from ward 5 — the area of washington where many of the clubs were looking to relocate — packed the court house, donning t-shirts that read "no nude bars or strip clubs in ward 5."
approved by a 9 - 4 initial vote, the legislation would allow nude clubs to relocate in commercial zones (including within a 5,000-foot radius of the new baseball stadium), but mandates a 1,200-foot buffer between clubs and a 600-foot buffer between the clubs and churches, schools, libraries and playgrounds.

Friday night, I was able to be out and about , since the SO was out of town. Here is what I checked out

I remember Summer and her crew. From various places in College Park to a spot in Wheaton and back to CP. Summer left and went on her own while the others in her crew went back to CP. I kept seeing them also.
I remember Summer had a Latina and a Black/Polynesian with her in the early days. They eventually left and were replaced by some girls from the DR...but they weren't as cute or nearly as talented as the earlier girls. I had one of my all time top 5 best sessions with the Latina...

Police raided the clinic Tuesday night and arrested eight people. They also seized about $20,000 in cash.
Bray, who served as mayor of Dumfries from 2002 to 2006, was charged with keeping a bawdy place, a misdemeanor.
Bray says he opened the clinic in April after undergoing back surgery because he thought it would be beneficial to others. He says he does not believe prostitution was going on there, but if it was he didn't know about it.

DehmanLap Dances in DC are pretty much out. PG County right outside of DC has nice lap dance places but they open late and cater to a slightly younger, and potentially more violent croud. Mile High in Clinton and Dancers/Club Extacy provide good service, better croud and hours. If you go to Bmore, u will drop a bundle getting them.

I have totally changed my opinion of NJ. Got my first taste of Vics a few weeks ago. I'm hooked.
For my next trip to NYC, I am staying in NJ so I can have lots of play time.If NYC is the Big Apple, maybe we should call Newark, NJ, the Big Pear. (Well, it sounded funnier when it was rolling around in my noggin. Okay, ya don't get George Carlin here.)
Anyway, since LL has posted an account of his recent visit to NYC by way of NJ (or "vice" versa...sorry 'bout that), and was kind enough to give Yours Truly a shout out, I may as well share my recent visit to the Garden State, as well. (In truth, though, I was going to post them anyway, but just hadn't had time to submit an in-depth post until now.)
For thos in the DC mongering community who have not yet received the memo, PLEASE NOTE: New Jersey is still the Cement State, rather than the Garden State, with plenty of Jersey barriers along the roads to prove it. (In fact, they warehouse those barriers in plain sight along the roads and highways there, and probably rent them out to other states in order to bring in more revenue to the state coffers.) There are still plenty of reasons to GO AROUND New Jersey when heading to points North. That being said, however,...
Newark and vicinity happen to have some very entertaining bars and clubs where the 'volunteer hostesses' therein are extremely gracious and will try their best to make your visit memorable. The drinks are close to what you'll pay at a bar or downstyle club here, but the hostesses will be close at hand should you desire some pleasant conversation or company while you imbibe. Most have a small stage where the hostesses may take a spin at dancing for a spell, but the real attraction is what's on the menu.
Depending on what you have a particular taste for, you can either dine-in or get carry-out. You can get an appetizer, main course, or desert...or all three if you're really hungry. And at Vic's, in particular, the seating is close enough that you can say to a hostess, "I'll have what he's having." Some critics will complain that the fare is unattractive. It isn't haute cuisine, mind you, but the price won't break your wallet, either. And, for most folks, if you consider the whole menu, you're likely to find something that will satisfy your palette.
Since I'd done my homework ahead of time, I knew what I wanted when I arrived. I'm still on the somewhat younger side, and I was interested in something that was aged a bit (like some wine or steak), and I went right for it. (My blue plate special actually arrived about 5 minutes after I did). The suggested approach was take-out, but since I had to split shortly, we agreed to dine-in...right there at the bar! My hostess had a bottle of special sauce in with her, so I ordered the marinated pork. I was surprised at my appetite, because I devoured that thing --- or it devoured me --- in short order. I was satisfied, but would have stayed for desert, if I'd had the time. But I had a plane to catch at Newark Airport.
So, for all you folks out there who are heading North and thinking of driving through New Jersey, take a detour and stop at Vic's (in Irvington, about 10 minutes west of Newark) and grab something to satisfy your appetite. You've probably had better fare, to be sure, but you'll still leave satisfied and probably look to return to try the other items on the menu. And remember: If you stay overnight at a local hotel (even in Newark), you can always get take-out. And, if Vic's is closed at the time, try one of the other venues. However, I can't speak to many of those...yet.

The weird thing is that the hotel has had an upswing in regular civilian tourists staying there over the last year. You see them going out in the morning and wonder if they really are that cheap. It used to be nothing but bums and hoes in a run down dump. Everything made sense. Now, they get busted when they have actually improved the place a little.

Not sure of the name, but its on Old Branch Ave. just off Allentown rd. Not "The Hanger's Club", but right next to it. Has "Dancers" in neon lights outside right next to a cabinet shop. Anyways, I stumbled into there on accident on a weeknight. Only two other customers and 5 girls working. Begin speaking with one of the girls right away after she came over and sat down. All girls very friendly and very relaxed atmosphere. All girls at last a 6. Two I would give 7 or 8. Downside is because its in PG county, they don't serve alcohol. $10 cover at the door. One of the girls said they would look the other way if you brought your own drink inside. Was watching one of the "7's" give a lap dance to one of the brothers. It was pretty hot. Decided to get a dance from my new friend. $15 per song. She allowed for my hands to be very generous and was an above average experience. Had little cash on me and was merrily testing the scene so I never asked for additional services, but I got the impression that these ladies might be so inclined if offered the cash. Just like if there is a UC LE in a mafia or drug ring he don't have to tell them that he is a LE. If LE had to be honest there is no way he would be able to carry a sting. And it would do us no good if we ask her the same question. The best thing for us to do is before you talk about business and services would be to do a LE check. And a SW will never get in your car if she was LE.

Z'monk --- CL Listings and AMPs usually provide about the same level of service at comparable rates, but there are some subtle differences that may or may not affect your satisfaction. In a nutshell:
AMPs: Here, your therapist gets a small part of the door fee. But she knows that her real bread-and-butter come from your being satisfied with the quality of the massage she gives you. Even though tip levels are fairly standard for ½-hour and full-hour sessions, good therapists generally earn a bit more (and lousy ones tend to earn less). The good ones also get repeat clients. If a therapist provides a lousy masage, a complaint to the mamasan can sometimes rectify the matter (if only for the next go-round).
You may or may not get to see all of the therapists who are on-staff when you visit, but being a regular patron of the establishment and getting to know mamasan (and letting her know your preferences) can help steer the better girls your way. The establishment itself has regular hours and is (comparably speaking) in a halfway decent neighborhood.
At most (but not all) AMPs, you will get a table shower (TS) with your visit, and you may even be offered a short spell in the sauna room, too, if you so prefer. Also, in nearly every AMP I've been to, the question of theft of any belongings while you're in the TS or sauna is next to nil. (Any therapist who steals from a customer will likely be banned from working in an AMP again. Word gets around fast, and the mamasan does not need or want the hassles that go with a thieving therapist.) The therapists are careful to maintain their visitors' privacy, and they usually don't bring someone through the halls without announcing (in Korean) to the other therapists. That way, customers are spared the potential embarrassment of encountering their boss, doctor, dentist, or spiritual guru in the hallway on the way to/from the TS. However, the rooms may or may not have doors (some just have curtains), and the walls are often thin and always don't afford maximum privacy for conversations and such.
On the downside, it can be somewhat easy for Uncle Leo to monitor these establishments for the comings & goings of their clientele, and everybody's uncle can (and do) occasionally question the patrons upon exiting an AMP. [Aside: Why Leo wants to survey patrons to a given AMP, rather than, say, surveying the patrons of a streetcorner drug market, is beyond me. Perhaps it's something they do during donut breaks. It's far less risky than the other type of survey.] If you're ever stopped when exiting an AMP, just tell them that you had a sports injury some time ago and that you find that the therapist at the AMP is able to relieve the pain that occasionally besets you. If you want to be any more specific, mention that the "walking on the back" technique seems to do the trick for you and that you just really enjoy it. Other than that, you needn't be any more specific, and I would advise against it. Unless they insist on detaining you for some reason, wish them a nice day and bid them farewell (...fond or otherwise).
Another drawback of AMPs is that therapists will change more often than a CL girl will. Just when you've built up a rapport with a therapist, she goes on vacation, never to return (...until, by one circumstance or another, she reappears at a different AMP some time later). Also, while some AMPs are open into the early AM hours, most close at or before 1AM, depending on the jurisdiction. If it's 3AM and your back muscles are just aching for a massage, you could be out of luck until the next day.
CL Providers: As opposed to an AMP, the CL provider usually gets to keep the entire fee. That can, at times, be a disincentive to provide good service, as they usually want the fee all up-front. Worse, especially with an outcall to your hotel, you could encounter the ROB ("Rip-Off *****") who will do the ol' cash-and-dash routine --- or some variant on that theme --- on you, leaving you unfulfilled in a number of ways. If that happens, there ain't too many folks to whom you can complain. You're usually just out of luck...and money.
Good CL providers try to develop and maintain a reliable clientele, but service can still vary on a given day. Nevertheless, as they get to know you better, you may find that you get a 'frequent customer' discount from time to time instead of the 'new customer' rate. Not always, but every so often. Also, if you want to negotiate any add-ons to the basic massage (i.e., more attention to targeted muscle groups), that's usually less of a problem than it might be at an AMP. Depending on the AMP and the mamasan, a therapist can be dismissed (i.e., fired) if it's discovered that they deviated from the standard therapeutic services. With a CL provider, she's almost always her own boss.
As opposed to AMPs, the location of a CL provider may not afford the luxury of a TS or sauna. It's more often than not just a massage table or bed, so you may want to shower ahead of time. But, unless your provider is located in a local flophouse, you're pretty much ensured of complete privacy during your session and won't have to worry about anyone else seeing your nekkid hiney. With regard to cleanliness, a CL provider's place may be of concern to the health department. The stench of too many cigarettes, urine, stale food, etc., can permeate a CL provider's digs. On the other hand, *most* AMPs maintain a fairly consistent level of cleanliness. [Note that I said *most* AMPs. Not all, but most.]
It's often tough for the local Donut Eating Squad to monitor the cumings & goings a CL provider's clientele, since she's often located in a hotel or apartment complex that makes a stakeout difficult (but not impossible).
A CL provider (unless she's coming to you) may not be located in the best part of town, though. Questions of where you can safely park your vehicle, with the likelihood that it'll still be there when you get back, are sometimes vexing. Questions of whether you'll make it back to your vehicle can also attend this issue.
CL providers often operate all night long, although their enthusiasm can wane with the onset of the early morning hours. You may be able to satisfy the ache in your back muscles (or wherever that sports injury is causing you discomfort), but the quality of the massage in the later hours may not be the same level as it was earlier in the evening. Also, most CL providers are not well-versed in the Eastern art of "backwalking"...and there are some CL providers with whom it would surely be lethal to have them try such techniques on your anatomy. The AMPs, with their largely Asian staff, tend to be lighter (in poundage, or tonnage, as the case of a CL provider might be) and tend to know how to apply the technique properly.
Another difference between a CL provider and an AMP therapist is that the mamasan at an AMP will likely have a timer on the AMP girl. Once 60 minutes have come and gone, the session is over. With a CL provider, the clock is not always so intrusive.
One significant drawback to the CL option is that Aunt Leah and Uncle Leo can often set up a sting, posing as CL provider. Why they would want to set up a sting, just to catch folks who might want a full-body massage to work out sports injuries, is beyond me...and beyond the purpose of this particular post. Just be forewarned, and use your imagination (as well as some of the resources of this forum --- such as the 22 Rules, adapted accordingly), when patronizing a CL provider.
So, there you have it, in a rather larger nutshell than I'd initially intended. Other, more senior members of this board can probably add more than what I've presented here, and might even want to amend some of my remarks. But basically, these are the primary differences between AMPs and CL providers. There are others, but these are the main ones. Read through the postings on this forum --- and those of other cities, too --- and gain a feel for other mongers' perspectives. Opinions will vary, but the 'First Truths' about this hobby will remain the same wherever you go. [And, yes, I know that there are a lot of postings on this and other forums. But, bear with it and make your way through them all, as best you can. There are nuggets to be mined therein. Then, once you've done your homework by reading through the forum posts, you'll have a much better idea of how to proceed. And, you'll be able to pose meaningful and relevant questions. If you short-circuit your education, and wind up asking a 'Stupid Newbie' or 'Lazy Leo' question, more than likely you'll get the flaming that you'll richly deserve. But, even as a newbie, you can gain the respect of senior members by demonstrating that you've done your homework. Then, armed with good information based on your homework, go forth and explore. And then post some of your own experiences. If your posts are thorough and offer good intel, you will soon find yourself approaching a much higher level of trust on these boards.] Good luck, and

I wrote up a response to your question about CL vs AMP but decided not to post it at the time. I did save it though, and should have posted. Here is what I wrote:
Two completely different animals, imo. DC AMPs are pretty standard. Go for an hour and you will likely get a table shower, sauna if desired, massage, xtra stress relief of your choosing. Go for the whole FS menu and its gonna run you about 160. Some providers are better than others. Some give decent massages, some don't. You get the point. The DC girls are generally pretty cute and relatively clean.
CL is a crap shoot. You have independent providers, sw's, some with pimps, newbies, former sw's, all sorts of stuff. Not sure if R::R was just trying to be cryptic, but unless the girl on CL says "massage" in her ad, she probably isn't planning on giving you one. Service ranges from wham, bam, thank you ma'am, to GFE. More often than not you're gonna get sw type service, imo. Higher priced girls or ones that advertise GFE should give you better service, but it's not guaranteed.
Its a common misconception that CL girls are put on a higher echelon than sw's. While some may be, the rest are about the same, just charging more off CL. Skimming through about 60 ads I found 7 girls who I know to be sw's or former sw's, and that was just from those who showed their face. I saw two girls on CL who I also recognize from Emulsion's "escort" website, everymanstaste.com. There are also sw's with ads on that escort site as well, just like on eros.
AMPs are by far the most consistent, imo. Going in you pretty much know what to expect. Probably the safest for someone green to the game as well. I mean, I can look at a CL ad and instantly form an opinion on whether I think the ad is legit or not, and even more so if I speak to the provider. But if you're new to the scene you may not have any idea of what throws up a red flag.
That is the kind of dialog I like to see!

If you get to the Hangar Club, you went too far.
On Thur, Fri, and Sat nite, cover is 10. 00 before 10pm. After it is 15. 00. I paid my 10 bucks and came in and grabbed a seat. A fine azz lady came over (I forgot her name) and asked if this was my first time there. I said yes, and she welcomed me to the club. She asked if I wanted a lap and I said yes. (Laps are 10 adn topless laps are 15). She rode me hard and my hands were free to roam all over her body. There were 2 other guys in the VIP area and their hands were all over too. So far, this is the nicest lapdance club I've been to in this area (Been to Sinsastions and the other joint on Central Ave). I hope this stays the way it is and I go there often.

I was one of those who didn't make it. First I heard of this particular round table was Superbowl Sunday morning. As it is a three plus hour drive for me to get to DC, I begged off. I'm just not partial to six or seven hours on the road with such short notice. Especially when I have to get up early and go to work the next morning.
I honestly appreciate your effort and I'm sorry things didn't come out as well as planned. Though I am not sure stuper bowl Sunday is the best day. Good cover I'll admit, but many of us had made plans previously, well anyway I had, to watch the game.
I have been to a couple of the RT's, but it takes some planning for me to get there. I've enjoyed them and have always appreciated the invites, even when I couldn't make it.

I came across this club this evening. Actually, I was looking for it. It is right before "The Hangar Club". If you get to the Hangar Club, you went too far.
On Thur, Fri, and Sat nite, cover is 10. 00 before 10pm. After it is 15. 00. I paid my 10 bucks and came in and grabbed a seat. Since the clubs are not far apart, if one is dead it's easy to hit the other. Open 12-2 M-F and 5-2 Sat, closed Sun. Cover I think is $5 or $15 depending on the time.

Laservoicemail is based in Seattle. If you have free long distance with your cell phone plan (and most do) then the call is free. Ditto for those calling your voice mail. You only accrue charges if you typically pay for long distance calls.

For less than the price of a disposable phone and minutes, you can just give out a number from any number of internet based virtual number forwarding services.
I use Grand Central, which is totally free, but there are other service providers like Tossable Digits that you should look into as well - for mongering purposes I think it would be hard to pick a plan that is more than 8 bucks a month or so. My service is set up so that it goes straight to voice mail - and I have the option of intercepting the call if I wish... perfect for those times that I don't need to be discreet - not that I have many of those mind you, the S.O. and I play this sport together, and lately, more often than not, it's been together.

Debated whether or not to report this. But, just decided, what the hell. So, here it goes:

I have had some dreams before although not in the US and would probably need to post on the International Board to talk about thoose. However here in the good ole US It has taken me a while. In my dream I went for EROS cause I feel CL is a little more unsecure and being new to the US version I wanted a bit more saftey. I heard everyone talk about going for regular girls or Movie stars, but hell why not go for the gold to begin with and since it will run me about the same why not.
This movie star had great "STYLES". Very slim (just how I like) and for me very friendly almost from the begining. Told me have my way treat her like a rag doll do what I want. Nova being I'm new wasn't to sure about posting full names be it there movie name or not. If that is general practice I will fix it, but a slim African American with the last name Styles pretty easy to find, she's quite popular.
