Nothing to report yet. I've chatted with some JMU Babies in the past but never even got to a M&G.
With an enrollment of 19,670 this year with 58% being female, there has to be some grade A Babies / UTR's.
Please post not only your successful arrangements (I realize many Daddies are selfish if they find a 18-23 why o perfect little Princess), but I've shared some over the years, but also call out the scammers, rinsers, GPS Queens, paid M&G, or ridiculous asks, $1,000 for fun. Please if someone posts, don't be a white night & tell them how you found them & details of what someone may post here. Yes, I've lost solid Babies because of dick heads that gave them all the details of my post.
You need to realize a lot of these girls do not want to face the fact they are giving it up for cash. Unlike escorts, they take offense often about being passed around.
Anyone have anything to report?

Extremely paranoid of hidden cameras. The last time she cleaned my apartment in Staunton (2020) she spent the first 30 minutes downloading any app to her phone walking around looking for hidden cameras.

For the first time, I reached out to H'burg SBs but it seems most of them are scams, looking for dinners for the first couple of times before moving further, yeah sure, I was born at night just not last night.

Tons of hawt girls but most have GPS and that's funny for basically a div. 3 school no matter what conference they are in LOL. It's a weird scene it's you.

JMU, Bridgewater, VT and Radford all seem to be looking for paid dating and MAYBE some picture selling.

I saw Rylee for the second time yesterday and she was a tad thicker than the first time I saw her but was well worth the visit. Her price was very reasonable and she's pretty much semi-pro, she has no problem with girlfriend and just like the first time the session was BB. If a short lady with a round bottom is on your list don't pass this one up!

Sorry, this is so long.
This one is bad news! She's on SD and we start talking and she says right away let's talk via text, I say ok no problem I have a burner. She comes straight out and asks me what I want, I tell her and says no problem $$, I say Ok, but I can't get there until tomorrow, then she starts sending me a ton of pix maybe 30 total, leaving nothing to the imagination. Then she asks me to buy her dinner at Outback because she's broke, she'd sends me some vids if I did, I didn't bite. Today we arrange to meet she changes the arrival time, 3 times. I get there and she says park on the left side of this long stay motel, I drive to the right side first checking it out, it's all clear then I drive to the other side facing away from the building. She says please wait she needs to take a shower and get ready for me. I am waiting like 45 minutes and this guy walks out get in his car, he sits there looking around for 4-5 minutes and then leaves, 4-5 minutes later he comes back never get out of his car and just sits there. She messages me and says can I please move to the other side of the building she needs to get her makeup out of her car and doesn't want me to see her. So, I say sure, I more to where the guy sitting in the car can't see me but I'm still on that side of the building so I can see everything, she thanks me for moving but never comes out. Another 15 minutes goes by and she says she's ready for me to come in. I explain everything I witness to her and guess what, crickets, nothing but crickets. The Core trained me well, 1st recon forever!

She popped back up a couple of days ago, interesting if anyone has any Intel. I saw her a few times mostly for car dates, once at a hotel in Harrisonburg. She was always late or ghosting so I gave it up. But she's cute, just seems to me there's drama there potentially.
