This thread exists for the purpose of us putting our heads together and discussing ways and means of evading and avoiding the actions of the gestapo which hinder our activity; and what actions one should take and / or avoid taking in the event of being caught up in some sort of sting.

Brainstorming these issues will allow us to consider and discuss solid ways to protect ourselves. Please reference the rules of mongering for info.

Remember, we do have research capability with out computers, so feel free to read legal cases and think about the issues. I'm not trying to play lawyer here, but we MUST take action to defend ourselves and out liberty from those who wish to strip us of them.

Remember to be civil, think and research your ideas and thoughts, and remember that we have to protect ourselves.

Cheech1My first rule is do not even contact any provider who does not have multiple reviews.

Also be very careful what methods you use to communicate with the provider. Assume they are showing their phones to other people.

Here are a few I can think of off the top of my head.

1. Use a phone app (you can go with a burner cell phone but who wants to carry around another phone or have it found by your SO).

2. Access the phone app on your phone in a private browser as your default method (don't install the app if you can help it).

3. Use a VPN on your PC when browsing sites (something like Torguard).

4. Never mention specifics when texting (only ask for donation / location / appointment time).

5. Never send a pic or yourself (send someone else's).

6. For first time, use incall. Everyone has a preference, but since I can host I don't want strangers / thieves with access to my address. You can get a hotel but that is not my preference due to total cost of the session.

7. I usually pay in cash but if you use an app, make sure it does not have your real name int he settings and make sure it's set to private when you pay.

8. Don't loan money, ever. This is like going to Wendy's, you are purchasing a product, not developing a friendship. You have your mates for that. Or get a dog.

9. Never send a deposit or booking fee ever. (even "verified" high end providers on EROS are scamming people).

10. Don't get personal. This is a transactional relationship. That doesn't not mean you cannot be kind to your provider, just make sure you know who is always in charge, you. You have the $ and they want it. (not they have the pussy and you want it) We have local dive bars with plenty of fat, ugly women and youPorn and can keep our cash if we don't get a good product.

Also, some of the experience is on you.

Bathe, use deodorant / cologne. Shave and groom. Brush your teeth. Text if you are running late or can't make it. Common sense. If she is a fun experience and you want to see her again, these things help. LOL. Can't believe I would have to say that but some guys don't get that. She will say she is busy or not respond a 2nd time if you are not a pleasant experience for her and we all know how difficult it is to find a good experience.

That's all I can think of right now.

Thanks for great post. Which phone apps would you recommend?Textnow / text me are good ones. However I have heard rumors from other seniors that they attempted using them and somehow their real name came through. I have never had this issue, as I have always used a fake email. If you contact a sting ad obviously this will do no good, but for seeing reviewed providers it keeps you away from their drama because if they decide to start shit with you you can just burn the number. no big deal if a provider gets caught and the pigs go through their phone, they can't go back in time and bust you and won't go through the effort of tracking you down even if they subpoena textnow / textme. It would never hold up in court.

That's all I can think of right now.Question on the VPN, would you say use that only if you have a significant other? I do not, but I use guest mode on an old beat up chromebook that I will end up destroying when it breaks. I've always viewed that as sufficient. not like you could be arrested for visiting eros or SKG. The rest of these are all my practices as well, I take it to the next extreme though I refuse to ever conduct a non cash transaction.

It's your IP that tracks where / who you are, not the device itself. STG does not allow it, but lately I find nothing but trash on that site, so I have no issue. We should also share our sources for finding talent.

I've read reports on police blotters that say something to the effect of "this person was arrested for allegedly replying to an ad with an iphone" but no specification of a meeting. also there was that post from moparman on the Akron boards months back, hes best friends with a columbus vice cop who told him "all they need is a text message saying youre coming." I wonder if the cops try to call them and get them to come down to the police station to talk or what. But considering they are tracking phones now and also considering I know what their sting ads look like, I don't reply to any ads that look suspect, even on my text apps. A physical burner might end up being the only way to duck this as their stings get more sophisticated.

What are the best phone apps and where can they be found? How does one dump it from the phone in case of need? These are questions that SD can post to help us who don't normally use that tech get familiar with it.

#4 is really on point. They speak to what can actually be used to create problems for us. Remember the law now says "implicit," which means its extremely vague and can be interpreted in many ways by different people.

#5 is now a givin. I've sent a pic of myself to a girl who was referred to me, but I don't send any text at all with it other than something like "This is me. " Never to someone unknown.

Burner is the safest Way. Also outcall only. I knew 2 girls who were active on Backpage got busted for mid level drug charges. The girls allowed the cops to use their photos, worked phone with cops and even stood in hotel door as bait. To bust the guys. Girls thought it was fun This hobby is dangerous. I am surprised cop's don't make More arrests.

One of the things we have to remember is that they can arrest you with no evidence. None. And they can and more importantly will lie to you to pressure you into caving and incriminating yourself.

That's why we have to avoid doing or saying stuff that can be recorded that would implicate us. And we have to remember that they will tell us they have something on us even if they don't, because if we blow it then that don't need anything other than our admission to hem us up.

Again, we have to make sure we cover our asses as a matter of course and policy.

Cheech.Implicit literally can mean anything. They will bend and twist every word you say and use it against you. I actually talked to a veteran provider alot of us have seen who got busted several times in the past regarding this topic. This was right before the law change in March actually. She asked me if I was a cop and I told her no, and that we arent doing anything illegal were two adults just meeting and hanging out. She basically said it doesn't matter if you don't say anything, if they are advertised on a specific website that's all the pigs need. I basically brought the idea up of going out to a bar and talking first, told her that I wasnt looking for anything explicit. She said it wouldn't matter, theyd still detain her because they would say she "planned on asking for it at some point throughout the night. " I would have to say I bet this is possible, but if you kept quiet youd still get out of it after being detained. Of course theyd have to go through the motions of setting that up, and for them to go through the steps to arrest you at a restaurant setting / bar or something like that youd have to be wrongfully "busted" in a real low crime area with real bored LEO. Thats why i always arrange meetings in different court jurisdictions then the ad is in, even if its close by. by doing so it throws their paperwork off. Ironically she thought I was a cop at first but then I burned my number and got to see her after restarting on a new number and just went directly to her incall. her reactions and other reviews on here were enough to make me realize she was real and not participating in a sting.

Cheech1
10-14-21, 05:47
That's one of the things we need to remember. The pigs can arrest you on anything they think will not get them in trouble with their superiors, in hopes that they will find something or you will say something to incriminate yourself. If they have anything that can remotely be considered "probable cause" then whatever they find or you say afterwards can be used in court to cause you grief. That being said, that's why we have to fight back, sue for false arrest.

Of course the end result is the fact that you got to spend time and money on a lawyer and go through all the bullshit, especially if you have a significant other that you have to deal with.

And you have to remember that that time and money can become substantial, for sure if you file a lawsuit the local judges will bend and twist the law to find against you, then you have to take it to appeal, which will take years. I've been through it.

Anyone notice the social media comments ever since they re branded prostitution as "human trafficking?" I hate politicians but this guy is an exception, check out that Elyria councilman's facebook and the Cleveland news reports, there are random dudes accusing him of being a scumbag when in reality he was looking for an adult. If I was him I would sue the fuck out of not only them, but the police and news as well for the headlines making johns look like scumbags when in reality they are not. Too bad he was a dumbass and made statements to the police, he really could have made a difference in getting the cops to practice proper arrests and the news to publish proper headlines. I'm all for them going after actual scumbags, but this whole movement of not separating the johns from the scumbags in the news articles is asinine. there needs to be two separate articles whenever they do these operations, an article for what the johns did, and an article for the scumbags. and what these dumbasses on social media don't realize is that they have better odds of being arrested for seeing an adult hooker than veterans of this site. And then they themselves would be accused of being a scumbag because the headline reads "human trafficking. " They don't read the fucking articles and educate themselves.

The government and organized religion have an internal mandate which is never disclosed to control men thru access to sex. In other words, the government doesn't want women to sell pussy and not pay taxes, and the churches don't want women to sell pussy because they use access to sex thru marriage to control men.

The media will tend to label all prostitution as "sex trafficking" to blow up the story and incite women (50% of the voters) to anti prostitution action.

Cheech.Cheech, agree with everything you are saying. So I had to bring this over, as it is something that I have noticed after HB 431 went into effect. I follow the news articles and read law books as much as I can, and listen to law videos regarding escorts / solicitiation / and the whole topic while I am working out and doing shit around my home. People really need to read up on the law and educate themselves. This was a response to a guy on the cincy boards who asked how to make sure the provider is not a cop. I would love to get everyones input on what they think about this following post.

With every interaction I verify age and send this legal disclaimer or something to this effect, even if its a provider I have seen before. I also only see providers 25 and over.

Any actions that take place within our contracted timeframe are a matter of mutual choice between consenting adults. Any scenarios, fantasy or otherwise, contained in this ad are purely that; they do not constitute any form of contractual obligation. I do not engage in any unlawful acts. I reserve the right not to enter into any arrangement with those whom I reasonably believe to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or for any other reason at my sole discretion.

There have been news reports of Ohio cops appearing to use the "arizona bait and switch" technique. If you don't know what that is, I highly recommend researching "arizona bait and switch stings. " Florida has reportedly used this tactic as well. You can google "florida bait and switch stings" and find similar information. By following this rule of thumb, you can avoid them from trying to pull this highly foul tactic. I'm all for busting sick fucks, but there are enough out there where the pigs shouldn't be using bait and switch techniques and switching up on a monger while they are en route to the appointment. The reason why I suspect they are doing this is I follow the news reports intensely and there was actually a guy who was in a scumbag sting that was busted in a regular sting in the past. I found that fishy so I decided to research. I learned that when the indictments were filed, all of the other guys were bound over with their scumbag charges and the only thing this guy was indicted on was misdemeanor soliciting, and all felony scumbag charges were dropped. However, even if the guy was completely innocent, people still will be able to google his name and see him in orange in the same photo as all of the scumbags. If he was in fact innocent which the courts determined he was innocent on at least the scumbag charges, there is no doubt in my mind the cops pulled a tactic like that, switching things up at the last minute and the guy probably didn't look at his phone until he pulled into the sting location. Or a similar scenario.

Here is an article that sums up what I believe they are doing, at least in some scenarios.

These are the sorts of things we must beware of and fight against. The United States government is known as the worlds largest Mafia. The definition of a mafia is "A group or organization who claims the exclusive right to enforce its rules by the use of violence in any given area. " Extortion thru taxation, slavery thru conscription (now one must just register as there is no draft in effect, but just wait till the shit hits the fan), imprisonment for victimless crimes, entrapment, asset forfeiture, these are all affronts to our liberty that we must fight.

Today, there was an article in the Plain Dealer that said that in Spain, where prostitution is legal, the Spanish govt. , which is now Socialist, is trying to outlaw prostitution.

More bullshit, less freedom.

You call a stg ad. You receive a text or call from another number in return to your text or call. The powers will use that as a human trafficking solicitation. The guy said they claimed to have his admission on another text thread he also claims there a as only one number he called and never got a text / call back from. They will track your phone and knock on your door now according to him.

A place that has been notorious for stings as of late is columbiana county. I looked the dockets of some of these guys and they were getting certified mail receipts, even out of state right across the line in PA. Honestly our best bet is to stay off SKG all together, I said it on another post, SKG is the new target of the pigs like backpage was in 2017 . I honestly think the guys that are getting busted this way though are using their real numbers and are probably explicit in what they are saying. Think about it if you're on an app and burn the number before they get there, how could they prove it was you unless you talked, or even track the phone for that matter after the number is burned? That number will be gone, and it will take a lot of effort to go after the guy who responded. Sure they can pull up the past records with a warrant, but that costs alot of time and money. Best to also go out of the area you live in, I often look about 60 miles away from where I live, will take alot of manpower and funds to go track a guy down for a very flimsy case. But now that we know SKG is the culprit, I think the solution is to just stay off there. Whether we like it or not, they are in all likelihood doing this tracking shit, the whole tracking thing has to be illegal, but they will do it anyway.

So it appears that one of the things we have to avoid is being tracked. That's of course going to go a long way toward keeping us from getting hemmed up. What apps are best for doing this? Which ones are easiest to use? Is it best to use a burner phone? Who can contribute knowledge about the availability and use of the Faraday cage to contain a cellphone's signal?

Lets do some research, remember, more brains working on a problem should mean more solutions.

Cheech1.I've done a bit of research on this, and you know its interesting, I've researched task force court cases as well at least in OH, they haven't even been able to arrest scumbags without them showing up, idk if theyve arrested Johns with such flimsy evidence, at least in Ohio. Look at Asmoth's post regarding him showing up and only being detained and getting to leave. Researching the cases I have more thoroughly I think the guys probably do have to show up. I do see Ohio trying to attempt going to peoples homes in the future solely based off a text thread though. Its just the next logical step because cops are afraid of being shot, to meet their arrest quota they are going to have to need to go after average joes because its much easier than doing actual police work and catching murderers. ColdFusion, was this arrest in Ohio or somewhere else? I see you post on other boards frequently.

I've done a bit of research on this, and you know its interesting, I've researched task force court cases as well at least in OH, they haven't even been able to arrest scumbags without them showing up, idk if theyve arrested Johns with such flimsy evidence, at least in Ohio. I see you post on other boards frequently.I think the best course of action is to make sure you are dealing with a real provider. We all need to develop our own screening process to make sure the person on the other side is what we are looking for.

We all need to develop our own screening process to make sure the person on the other side is what we are looking for.I have plenty of methods for that, I search the number on google, and if I can't find any previous listings then I run the info on revealname to make sure its a real number. Oftentimes too the ladies leave information in their posts that lets me find their social media, OFans etc, which is pretty foolproof to avoid a sting. From there I also run background checks as well on case search websites if its like a SKG provider. I see higher end providers as well and higher end providers are usually not much to worry about in the sting department.

Yeah I live in hillbilly hell between Knoxville and Chattanooga now. But I keep my friends in Cleveland informed when possible. And watch the boards about old favorites you guys see up there. We appreciate you, if you see any articles about this sort of thing happening please let us know! I can't see that holding up in court.

What kind of information? I haven't noticed.Well for example look at Adrianas ad on one of the websites. I took the plunge way back during winter she left her email in her description which contained her real name. From that I was able to run case search and social media and establish that she was clearly a real person. Still proceeded with caution, but I knew it was 99.99999 percent of a chance that it was not a sting which is all I care about. I think I wrote the second review on her. Theres information all out there literally right in front of us, you just got to keep your eyes peeled.

Also, running number searches on reveal name, when they provide you an address you can look up the address on spokeo or auditors sites which will oftentimes get you to that persons last name or sometimes first and last name, in which you can also proceed with running a case search/social media check to once again establish that they are a real person. putting in the last name in a case search site will oftentimes pull up everyone with that last name in surrounding jurisdictions, which will then lead you to their first name. which is often times successful because 99.99999 percent of these women have at least some misdemeanors on their record.

I check the numbers on spokeo which seems to work even sometimes with the phone numbers from apps. One gal wrote no AAs and from her fb posts she was living with (or married to) a black man. I also do a common pleas court docket search for the local counties.

I noticed a couple posts in News thread talking about that councilman in Lorain county getting sentenced.

Number one rule if stopped or arrested is "Do not talk to police. " They will lie and say anything they can think of to get you to incriminate yourself, including saying they have you on camera and telling you that the girl ratted you out, etc. I've been told that I was on camera once a while ago, so I said "Lets see the video, show it to me. " They immediately started on a different tack. Whole thing went away, because they didn't have a shred of evidence that could stand up in court. They will lie, lie, lie. And the courts support that bullshit.

Cheech. There was an episode of cops where the cop did that to a guy. Cop pulls this couple over mid day she was a known hooker said something like "come on man she's already told me everything" the guy folded immediately. Ill have to see if I can find that clip but what a fuck up. its actually worse then that even because they charge drivers with felony "promoting prostitution" if youre the poor bastard who gives a woman a ride even if you dont know what the hell they were doing. by you talking, you can talk yourself into felonies, not just misdemeanors. happened in a local area, some old guy clearly not a pimp gave his friend a ride and got nailed for promoting, got it down to a misdemeanor disorderly conduct though but still imagine the stress of them trying to make you a felon for helping your friend out when you did nothing and theyre out there ignoring real crime. its that serious because i mean if they can find a way to give you a fake made up felony that sticks , there go your gun rights, and your employment. dont talk to them under any circumstances.

This is why the first thing they do if a couple people are being questioned is separate them. If you're outside somewhere one pig will take you over to one car while the other person gets led to a different spot by another pig. Then they switch. Then they are both telling that the other person spilled their guts. Fear. You got to have no fear to survive.

I should say, you have to be able to conquer your fear. We all have fear, but you have to overcome it.

In the escort reports thread a couple guys mentioned what Toni B said about getting arrested and the new law.

What we have to remember here is that we can't be saying anything on the phone or texting anything that could be incriminating. That way there is nothing to use against you if you should get popped. Next, if you should get popped, don't say anything except your name, and you want to speak with your lawyer. Don't try to explain anything, what you were doing there, etc. , just I want to speak with my lawyer. No matter how nice the cops are, weather you are arrested or not, whatever, DO NOT answer ANY questions. The man is going to try to sound like a nice guy, like its no big deal and so on, like they are not interested in you but want to get her, etc. Nonetheless, do not answer questions. Do be calm and polite. Be respectful even though you know they are lying POS. Do not get worried or up in arms, just calmly and politely ask to speak with your lawyer.

Cheech. In its simplest terms, it is impossible for them to enforce this law unless we incriminate ourselves. We know the secrets that the pigs don't want us to know, that's why when they talk about this site in the news they never use the real name because they don't want average joes finding out about it and they call it a "dark place. " they want people to be stupid and basic and not accomplish anything besides being in debt and paying into the tax system. And lets not forget, they want to target the very sheep they created more then they want to target a career criminal. The elite look down on us on this board because we are intellectuals and if everyone thought like us, we would put divorce attorneys and marriage counselors along with several other professions out of business . Its all about keeping the sheep in line.

Be calm as you said, and together we will win this, because pretty soon my generation will be moving into the political positions, and that is our chance to end discrimination against hobbyists and escorts.

Was in a deep thought last night drinking some whiskey and I realized, our accomplishments coming together and warning about the 2022 berea sting, the arrests were so scarce even to the point Yost didn't even have a press conference, is very similar to the sports saying "defense wins championships. " we aided in limiting them to eight arrests in a full weekend operation when they were expecting many more, just like a great defense limits their opponents to barely any points or rushing yards in a super bowl winning effort. Obviously we can't be on the offense and change the laws yet, but we can play defense and raise awareness which will hopefully limit their arrests so they will get no more funding. Last week was such a huge team effort victory for the side of us good guys that it should not be forgotten, and definitely deserves this sentiment.

Stay vigilant, we still have a long ways to go before election time.

So there was recently another sting, in Columbus. Lots of guys got popped, but I read somewhere that charges were dropped or never made against a few of them. They were entrapping guys out of a chat room claiming to be a teenage girl. Obviously we don't want to make an appointment with someone under the age of 18. Even though the age of consent in Ohio is 16. Again remembering that one should never discuss ANY form of compensation for sex over the phone, even moreso if you haven't previously met the individual in person and know her age.

I also wanted to mention that making porn is legal in all 50 states. So, apparently if you do mention something it is an adequate defense to say you want to take video of whatever you are going to do and pay her as an actor. Now, I haven't had time to research this to see if in fact it is correct, so I'm hoping that some of you guys can do a little digging online and see if in fact that theory is correct. As a group we can do lots more research than one man alone, so pitch in and lets see what we can find out.

Cheech. The age of consent in Ohio is not 16. Ohio has what is known as a Romeo and Juliet law or close in age proximity law. This means that a 16 year old can consent to someone no older than 18 and a 17 year old can consent to someone no older than 19. An 18 year old can give consent to any adult.

A) No person who is eighteen years of age or older shall engage in sexual conduct with another, who is not the spouse of the offender, when the offender knows the other person is thirteen years of age or older but less than sixteen years of age, or the offender is reckless in that regard.

This is sec. 2907.04 of the Ohio Revised Code. 16 is the age of consent. Read it carefully.
