I've had a car with cameras on it and a mic inside the car. You can use the same laws the cops use to record you. So long as the recording doesn't happen in a private setting where there is an expectation of privacy, then it's permissible by the law. Plus a police officer pulling me over doesn't tell me he's recording me when he stops me, but his camera and mics start recording when he turns on his lights, so do I owe him the same courtesy? No. If you want to protect yourself, I'd say this is a solid investment against the bacon and ham hocks.
Cops hate when you know your rights, usually when I've exercised mine it just made them be bigger dicks. Like when they have no reason at all to stop me and use that "you fit the description" bullshit. They ask to search the car and I say no every single time. The first reaction is usually shock, then depending on the cop the next is usually calling the drug dog to sniff around the car or just be pissed and drive off. If they had even a remotely legit reason I wouldn't be a dick but Clayton county, Cobb and Dekalb cops are the absolute WORST. I try to inform them that I have a weapon concealed with my hands on the steering wheel until they instruct me what to do next and even then most of them acted like bitches. One even emptied my magazine on the ground and told me to pick it up when he left. Thought about filing a report but most likely nothing would've come of it.
Completely fucking legal for you or any of us to have cameras and recording devices installed on our vehicles for any purpose. I've had a car with cameras on it and a mic inside the car. You can use the same laws the cops use to record you. So long as the recording doesn't happen in a private setting where there is an expectation of privacy, then it's permissible by the law. Plus a police officer pulling me over doesn't tell me he's recording me when he stops me, but his camera and mics start recording when he turns on his lights, so do I owe him the same courtesy? No. If you want to protect yourself, I'd say this is a solid investment against the bacon and ham hocks.Agree. I have done some research on this and also had some training while in the USN years ago. All they use here is perceived intimidation. You can record them without their knowledge or with their knowledge, but those ass* will try to intimidate you. The magic words are "am I free to leave and what is the nature of your inquiry. I ain't no ambulance chaser but it is on the web. I was stopped a few weeks ago and I got the updated info. The only way they can search your car is with a warrant or your permission, even if they bring a dog. These metro pigs like to intimidate, but stand your ground. Most people tell on themselves. Cops hate when you know your rights, usually when I've exercised mine it just made them be bigger dicks. Like when they have no reason at all to stop me and use that "you fit the description" bullshit. They ask to search the car and I say no every single time. The first reaction is usually shock, then depending on the cop the next is usually calling the drug dog to sniff around the car or just be pissed and drive off. If they had even a remotely legit reason I wouldn't be a dick but Clayton county, Cobb and Dekalb cops are the absolute WORST. I try to inform them that I have a weapon concealed with my hands on the steering wheel until they instruct me what to do next and even then most of them acted like bitches. One even emptied my magazine on the ground and told me to pick it up when he left. Thought about filing a report but most likely nothing would've come of it.Are you out of your mind?! Why would you exercise rights you have when a porker wants to obviously trample all over them and harass you for no fucking reason? Cops have this crazy notion, in my case anyway, that if you are a young black male pushing a whip they couldn't afford then you got to be a drug dealer. I've had cops pull me out my car because I refused to roll my window all the way down and would only speak to them thru a small opening.
File a complaint if you have a run in with them. Even small minor complaints add up. They do shit knowing most people are not going to. Plus this way, if they ever pull you over again, you can call harassment. Nothing pisses off cops more than a muthafucka knowing his rights and exercising them.

That said, I think the reason many (Black, White, Blue, Purple, etc). Guys do not push reporting harassment is they really do not want to draw attention to the fact that they were "innocently" cruising FIB, Metropolitan Ave. Etc. Of course the po po know that. No different than the the old adage "you can be the time but you can't avoid the ride." That and it is a royal pain in the ass to interact with the police department. I've had several occasions where I've tried to be helpful (found valuable lost property, saw a dangerous situation on a roadway like a tree that fell down, been a target of mail fraud) & the amount of time spent dealing with them / placed on hold / passed around like SW makes me really think twice about being a "Good Samaritan.".

I have read the recent posts in regards to LEO and our attitudes towards them. Now I'm not going to play devils advocate because I have dealt with a few piggies and some uncle toms with a badge and some were pleasant while others weren't. I always say a cop is the product of its environment. Same reason why I have been pulled over in Sandy Springs the the officer gave me a ticket for Suspended license and the same cop caught my the next week on the way to work speeding and let me all my co worker to come get the car instead of towing it. He basically broke it down like hey you fucking up dude...but I'm not going to put you through all the trouble because you didn't go get your license renewed. While in Clayton county I have seen them actually scour the parking lot of a walmart and run the tags and wait for the person to come out of the store and pull them over before they leave the parking lot. Product of the environment man..you can't blame them for acting like dicks in an area of town where you got to be a dick. Especially when you pull over someone just to tell them that the tail light is out and they bust a cap up your ass which had a few times last year. I'm not justifying their actions I'm just saying if I had a badge I would be a little leery myself but them again I would be a corrupt cop. So much freebies to be had for the right cop you know. I always say know the laws...traffic, area, and civil. Something as simple as the "no cruising zone". I think alot of the times its always the little thing that triggers LEO to come after you. Something as simple as when you ride past one and you stare into his car. Makes you look suspicious. I've completely change my game plan around when mongering and I don't and hardly ever attract LEO...even at 4 am on FIB. I don't even look in the rear view mirror when he's behind me. Just makes me seem like I gots nothing to worry about and you guys talking about the description..shit..I know I fit it real good!! But like I said not a knock on LEO or saying I'm against. I've asked this before but hoping someone can lead me to answer this time. Feel free to PM..Really depends on what part of town and what class of hotel you want. The low end places seemingly always have rooms available.
I have had good luck checking in early to Extended Stays and to Microtels. Just last week I got a room at the Westin Concourse and they let me check in before 12 noon.
Bottom line is if a hotel has a room that wasn't rented the night before they will let you check in early. Just call a few in whatever area you are in and ask if you can check in early.

When I went to the website, I found my picture and cell phone number (both from my Facebook account). The site indicated that they would take the information down for a $200 fee. As a businessman, I did not want to risk my reputation with this completely false allegation, so I paid the fee.
I did not discover the ripoff report site until after I paid the fee. I read on your site that they illegally use credit card information and they often repost the same information on other sites, trying to get more money. Since then, I have deleted my facebook account and cancelled my credit card.
My primary fear is that this scandelous information will be posted on numerous other sites. I am interested in any information about permanently deleting these false reports.

A good reminder to use a "hobby phone" - either an actual separate line with a no contract carrier you don't use you real name for when you signed up or a service / app like Google Voice as well as a "hobby email" - a free account with Gmail, Yahoo etc. That is not linked to your real world identity or social media accounts (e. G. Facebook).
Also if you are playing the CL CE / Personals, Tagged, Match, etc. Game or any other dating site where you are concerned about your privacy I suggest using different photos than the ones you use for your social media profiles. Image recognition software is getting better. You can also distort your look a little. Take a selfie outside with shades on for example.
Nothing is full proof, but some of this stuff can take you off of the low hanging fruit list & that's what these operators are looking for: easy.

Yes, Tyson's Corners is in the DC metro area. The service's calendar ends on Sunday but good point. I can call to find out who will be working the dates I'm there.They do tour different cities. So I went with a program to meet up with GT via text. Waiting for her instructions, she gave me an address. While, out of respect for the Board's policy regarding specific addressses, I won't post what she sent me, I handed it to the concierge of the pretentious hotel where I was staying.
The concierge analyzed the situation and informed me that it was the address of Alcoholics Anonymous. I immediately said to him, "That's a different kind of party from what I expected. " The concierge, the bellman and the cab driver all wanted to know where I was going and why. The cab driver left me off at my destination. There were maybe five or six recovering alcoholics hanging out in the parking lot and no sign of where I was supposed to meet GT.
It took me almost 20 minutes to walk to her place from where she told me to go. She assumed that I would have the cab take me there and said she would have come picked me up if she knew that I had to walk from there. She had an older house on a street that was mixed up with offices, apartments and single family homes. At first, there were no street numbers and that caused me to panic. I kept texting her for clues about how to find her place, and she texted back fairly promptly, but there was one lag. It was a little bothersome that she did not pick up right after the first time I called her, but she was freshening up and getting ready for me. Can't fault her for that.
OK, finally the juicy part. I started with DATY, then she went down on me. Her oral skills are awesome, my friends, some of the best I've encountered. Thanks!!The accepted opinion of the Experts is that the Ebola virus is not communicable until the symptoms are apparent. Fever, vomiting, diarrhea to begin with. Currently Experts say you must come into direct contact with bodily fluids of someone experiencing active symptoms to acquire the virus. The only problem I see with the "Current Wisdom of Experts" is that Ebola has never progressed to such a high infected rate before. I'm talking about Africa now. Viruses can mutate to become more efficient and a mutation to be more contagious before active symptoms is an eventual possibility. Not necessarily today, tomorrow, or next week. But at some point it is possible and we don't want to be the unfortunate victims of that new mutation.
