I've been to this predominantly Latin club near the E/F train station in Jackson Heights - Roosevelt Ave. several times. Each time, I usually see a fair number of "unescorted" single females just sitting around. Considering the 4:1 ratio of guys to girls, I dont see how these chicitas could be hanging around alone for so long.
Since I have always visited this palce already with a girl, I never had a chance to hit on the single bitches.
So, what's the deal with them??? Do they do FS? (I live just up the street, so would not mind popping in for a take out every now and then).

After much digging around I was able to find the # for that chick that I met in AC last year and wrote a report of her. Hey all happy new!
Havent mongered in a while got very frustrated with lack of action in Queens specifically LIC, QB Ballys and Roosevelt so I just stopped, maybe an occassional Craigs Lister but that always turns out to be bait and switch. Gave LIC and QB Ballys (near PanAm) another shot tonight from 3am to 4:15 am, it was raining, I always like to monger in the rain, I feel its easier to spot SW's with umbrellas or standing under awnins otherwise on dry days they blend in and hard to spot sometimes except for the bold ones who stand in the street. Also figure (hope) cops dont want to get out of the car and write tickets in the rain I'm sure this theory can be proven false. LIC was totally dead drove around for an hour, noticed a few hopeful mongers, but no action, saw an undercover grey Alera beginning license plate KL5 pull someone over, I drove up to see if it was an SW but just some guy...no SW's in site. Started raining really hard so I hit the Ballys QB PanAm stroll...nothing, I never have luck over there anyway. Geez maybe it was too early... Is 4am too early to monger?
Queens is just so depressing, I'm not bothering with Rockaway or Sutphin too dangerous and shady. It got to the point tonight where I wasnt even horny I was just playing a game spot the SW, even if it were a crack hoe or big fatty just wanted to feel there is life out there, or at least have visual success.
Moral of this story, time spent mongering the aforementioned tracks is time you will never get back in life.

I want to conduct a very unscientific poll.
Many of you may know this already, but just a few hours north of us, on the other side of the US-Canadian border, sex for pay is 100% legal. I can't tell you how many times I've driven to another city in the US Northeast where there are reportedly active strolls, then driven around for a few hours only to find skanks or nothing at all. Then, as I drive home, I think to myself, "In the same amount of time that I just wasted, I could have driven up to Montreal, checked into a motel and had a drop dead gorgeous young lady come visit me for an hour, pay $US150 and had the time of my life. WHY do I put up with the humiliation, degradation, LE harrassment and slim pickings of US stroll scene (not to mention the LE harassment and risk of serious trouble)?"
So then it occured to me that many of you might also be interested in going up there. Are you concerned that the territory is unfamiliar? That's a fair concern. But what if there was an organized trip? What if one of us with knowledge of what is available and what to avoid organized a trip? For a fee you would get to ride up on a bus, get taken to a decent hotel or motel, get connected online or by telephone with an agency or a you get the telephone numbers and pictures of a few ladies who work independently and then, a few hours later (probaly the next morning) you get a bus ride back home? Included, of course, would be such usueful advice as what to expect to pay and that, in Canada, tipping is NOT expected.
As I see it, the price of the trip (bus, motel and information) is a totally seperate from the price you pay for the services you hire.
Would there be any interest?
I'd like to know what you all think out there.....

Was in the area yesterday and decided to give it a try. Called to make an appointment and some guy answered and said there is no need to make an appointment just walk in they have 9 girls. They have cameras as you come up the stairs and was automatically buzzed in. Older lady was at desk and collected fee 70/hr. Close, but not 100% legal. Solicitation on the street isn't tolerated for one thing and I've ben hit up for tips just as often as not in the MP situation. Toronto workers are becoming less shy about adopting some of our American values for better or worse.
You may want to check out the legality of a sex tour. Certaily you'd want to keep it low profile to avoid any unwanted attention or scrutiny. For me it is no biggie as I hold Canadian citizenship, but the laws that apply to Americans traveling abroad are in constant flux. Hello, is anyone out there. Cruised Rockaway, Sutphin, and Penn/Linden tracks on Wednesday night/Thursday morning and absolutely nothing going on. Anyone know of any action going on anywhere in Queens. $3.50 a gallon for gas and no action at all is making me crazy.

One good way to spot a sting is to drive around back if you are not sure. This is not always foolproof because I have seen where the cops are almost completely hidden. I have seen this on several occasions. The best way is too see if the sw will get in your car. Also do not use the word date. The cops have used this as probable cause for criminal intent to solicit. Your method of hanging out is a effective method as well. The only downside is that you might have to linger awhile.

Getting a bogus summons for.....

Over the past months I have heard incidents involving summonses from LE in areas we know well. But then the court throws out the the charges without even hearing the case.
In a couple of cases, LE caught the monger in the act on a quiet street, in another case they pulled the monger over after he talked to an SW but she didn't get into the car.
In all these case, the charges were something like loitering or disorderly conduct. In the case of the guy who talked to the girl but didnt pick her up they charged him with intentionally obstructing vehicular or pedestrian traffic!
It seems to me that in these cases, they KNOW what was going on but don't have proof that money was invloved (and therefore no proof of a crime) but they want to hassle the monger. They want to teach a lesson and scare the monger. I'm thinking that they KNOWINGLY issue summonses for bogus charges that the courts will throw out immediatley but they still figure that hassling the monger is doing their job.
Who has experience with this? What were you charged with and what happened? How widespread is this LE policy?
I am one of the victims here. Post your response or PM me. I have further thoughts that I want to share but first I want to get a sense of how much of this is going on out there.

Your best bet is to contact a attorney or visit the law library and research the law. There is a set of books called statutory interpretation. This will give you a some info on legal precedents. You might want delay this as long as possible and ask for a jury trial. The DA may simply decide that this is too much trouble and drop the case.

I’ve seen the van waiting for riders at the Union Street/39th Avenue corner of the lot.

I'm out of towner visiting the city, currently in Manhattan, thinking of maybe hitting main st. Flushing area tomorrow (Tuesday, the 17th) to check the place out.

BTW go walk around Roosevelt and Main Street may see some freelancers that might want to go back to the room with you.

The complaint, released on Dec. 14, states that the group had a controlled a number of "routes" with lists of clients throughout New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. The women were transported from and back to Queens by paid drivers.
Prosecutors allege it also controlled client routes and paid its drivers. It allegedly operated from Queens "to various locations. "
