Decided to visit the 'Oily' parlor on North Keystone this afternoon, hadn't been there for a long while. Met inside the refurbished parlor by a very petite Asian, probably mid 40's and weighing no more than 100 lbs. Wet. She was dressed very nicely and was 7-8/10 on the AMP scale. I took the hour and started enjoying a wonderful massage with nice soft music. I must say the interior is very clean and smells better than most, it was nice. After the great massage and the hot towel treatment I was rewarded with about 15 seconds of 'tease' which was not enough. On the flip I realized that the petite beauty was wearing panty hose, which was a first for me as a monger. She attempted a HE, but failed, and there was no other menu items seemingly available. As she was getting no where with her attempt I ended the pursuit with about 10 minutes left of my hour. I can't say anything bad about her, she was polite and pleasant, but just wasn't into getting the job done.
