Received gruesome decapitated pictures telling me I'm wasting his girls time asking for pictures and not sending an advanced deposit; has anybody else gotten these threats? I think they must all work for the same guy; all a scam, probably all guys at central place in Vegas; seems adultsearch could be the source?

They sent the same pics and they even called me. When I picked up it was some dude speaking Spanish with a voice scrambler saying if I didn't pay they would come to my house and kill me. I think I just said "the cops are tracing this call you dumb fuck" and hung up. Never heard from them again. You're going to be fine. If you weren't using a burner number before, consider getting and using one from now on.

It's also probably not a live person on the other end of that call. I've heard of this happening to people outside of mongering, sometimes it'll even pull up public record stuff.

The bastards blow my regular phone up every day with their bullshit calls and texts. The Do not call list is a fucking joke. I have even heard that scammers use the do not call list on purpose. The FTC has fined many of these companies and they just laugh at them. A very tiny percentage of these fines have been collected. Many of these calls and texts originate from overseas.
