The way the law reads is a bit goofy, you can't post sexual content of another party else when they had a reasonable expectation to privacy, with the intent to humiliate, demean, intimidate, harass, or coerce said party. But the intent clause there could be big enough to drive a bus through when it comes to hookers, or it could be nonexistent depending on the judge. The important thing is this is a criminal law, not a civil one. So why'all mentioned being sued, and he could most certainly be sued (idk if they'd win), but he could also face criminal charges, which is an entirely different fucking mess to be in.
