Either from recommendation from others like here or reviews or even other providers will sometimes let you know even non pros from all of these. Takes a lot of time and work and money often.
Non pros the same got to look around and ask around websites, other hobby people, dating, and places. Same as above lots of time effort and money at times. Took me literally years and years to find most of them.
It's tough and rough which is why I don't always give them out freely at all due to the work put in and privacy and also they don't have the need for a lot but the ones that do need or want or both need the work than I will let others know a lot.
