Location and Parking: BAD, my friends in LEO call this perhaps the most dangerous apartment complex in Durham. Told by one that there is approximately 1 shooting per month here. Can't verify.
Also, regarding the "BJ" - that stands for "Back Job" or massage. Had never heard that before. I didn't even stay for massage. Person not even close to the one in the photos. Sorry.
