Just curious what some have tried with success for ED Issues .One thing I have found that really helps me is the day I am having an appointment is that I DO NOT take my blood pressure meds until afterwards.
I also have these chewable Cialis. 40 MG and I take 1/4 of it daily (10 MG). There are days that everything works fantastic and then there are days (once in a while) that I need more encouragement.
When I am with a woman that I am in a relationship with I always get more excited and harder during the foreplay than I do when it is a paid experience. I know there is a psychological effect for this because a lot of the times the provider is much hotter than the relationship girl. The SP has to really work for her Roses sometimes.
Our bodies are complex and so different from others. Getting old sucks for sure!

Currently, my insurance covers a portion of the expense for 5 mg Cialis which I use for BPH medication. However, as of May 1, it is no longer going to be available through my medication provider nor covered by my insurance. Has anyone had any success with Canadian prescription providers? I would like to continue buying the Cialis, but not at prices charged in the US. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The generic Cialis, Tadalafil, does not work for BPH problems.

First week, took one Saturday morning on an empty stomach — don't do this. It came on too fast and was like a head rush from high blood pressure. Eased up after a while and was fine. It did good for that day. They say it's good for 4-7 days but it didn't seem to help much on Sunday.
This weekend, took one Saturday morning with food and was great all day. Took another this morning (against the precautions on the package). Took it with food but still got the rush since I still had it in my system when I took more. It eased up again but I was a little shaky all day. It still helped me get hard but, after 3 times on Saturday, the poor girls had to really work to get me over the top two times today. I tossed an extra 20 to one for the extra work. The other roped me into helping her out next weekend.
The verdict is, it worked great to make up for my problem. Trying to act like I'm 20 again, though, can be costly. 🤪.

I used to use a place in Norra but they had stopped. The. Went to Aziz's by I69/82nd but his mix never seemed to work the same.
I went back to pills and now get sildenafil which is generic for the little blue pill. But cost on insurance is $12.50 for 30 5 mg. Works the same. Problem now is it only gives me a head ache.

I do occasionally get a slight headache a few hours later, but an Aleve takes care of that pretty quickly. I also feel a little flushed about 15 minutes after I take it, but that goes away shortly as well. If you're taking meds for an enlarged prostate, it's recommended you not take it the same day you take the Sildenafil. Like anything else, YMMV.

After working to get my A1 C and blood pressure under control I have been able to switch back to the sildenafil taking the max 5 20 mg at once. I allow 30 minutes and fill flushed after 15 to 20 minutes. While not as stiff as on the injections, but less painful and cheaper and ejaculations issues. Runs $19 for 90 with goodrx at meijers.

During a regular check up I just asked my doc for a script for generic V and got it. Now these little blue pills are not magic like the advertising would have you believe. You do not get an instant boner nor does it necessarily last forever. You must be aroused before they work. I find most BJ's are not to my liking, not enough pressure and in those cases I will lose interest whether I took a pill or not. They make it more possible to get a boner by helping your vessels dilate to flow the blood but they do not give you a boner. If your not attracted to someone they still won't help, if your not interested in sex they will not help and if you are "up in your head" they may not help. Don't get me wrong, they do work, just not magical, at least not for me. If you take the blue pill take it on an empty stomach for best results.

Cialis sublingual. Make sure it 'sublingual' . It melts under the tongue and absorbs through the mucus membranes. Last between 24-36 hours.

You guys should get what I have. Top of the line penis implant. My insurance covered the entire cost. Had prostate cancer in 2000. After surgery, Pills didn't work. Gave me one of those penis pumps you put your dick in and pump the suction, then pop on a ring. Dick turned blue and cold. No thanks. Did injection therapy for several years. Great stuff, 18 years old with a hard on again. But a pain having to take a syringe kit with you, or doing the shot, then running to a massage parlor, etc. Had the implant put in a few years ago. Cost $30 but emailed a script for generic cialis to the pharmacy of my choosing. Changed doctors. The new guy prescribed 50 mg Sildenafil (Viagra) 60 minutes before the act. Now I'm ready before the first tease and stay up through completion. Quite a noticeable improvement. The only downside is "planning".

I'm with JoeNavy on this. Viagra didn't do it for me. Had a penile implant done about 2 years ago. Pump it up about 50 squeezes, stays hard as long as you like. There is a release button. Won't go down until you press the release button. You can hang a towel on it. I won't lie though, the surgery is a mother and the recovery time is about 2 months. It looks like somebody took a baseball bat to your junk. But now its all good. Dial it up and then dial it down.

When I got to my late 60's the blue pill was working for a do it yourself project, but if I wanted to penetrate a tight pussy it was a hopeless task. At the time I was making frequent trips to Cincinnatti to visit the EE girls. Thanks to my injectable med I was able to drill a 20 yo cutie for a full hour and still had a raging hard on when I got back to Indy two hours later.
You will need to see a urologist to get the prescription and you will need to get it filled at a compounding pharmacy. The needle is very fine and the injection process is not painful at all. The med needs to be kept refrigerated or frozen.

Normally taking a 50 mg or adding a 25 to that. Maybe once my diabetes settles down a bit I'll have a different experience. Typically found the yellow ones didn't work quite as well, but had no side effects. Urologist said maybe it was time to try something more extreme and I think he meant shots.

Hi guys, saw your posts so I thought I would reply as I have been using injections for about 3 yrs or so. Immediately below is a post I put up not long after I first started using it. Just read it for some basic info.
So, my Rx for Trimix ran out. I got this Rx from a local Urologist. I had been using it for about a year. It was a 22.5/1/25 mix, a tri-mix. It worked but it took 60 to 80 units to get real good results. The Dr told me to use 100 units on that mix. I did once or twice but found it to be too much. My dick got so hard and for too long so it hurt. I had to use sudephed for boner relief. Then, I got an Rx from Olympia a mail order pharma in Florida. Talked to their Doctor, got a script and bought a 5 ml vial of a stronger tri-mix. Total cost was $184 I believe. The mix I now have is 30/3/100. About 3-4 times more potent than what I was using. The last number is the key ingredient I was told to start at 20 units. I saw a girl the other day and used about 25 units. I got a decent boner and it lasted for 2 hours. I may try 30 to see if my boner is bigger and more rigid. By the way, I switched to 29 gauge needles awhile back. They don't bend and I didn't see a difference as far as pain. There is none. Olympia did not have 29's, and sent me 30's instead. I got 15 of those in the shipment included in that total cost of $184. My old Rx was $130 from a local compounding pharmacy. I would like to hear comments concerning the strength and recommend usage.
Fast forward to today. The tri-mix was not working as well as it used to, so Olympia bumped me up to their Quad mix. This is the last straw guys. When this doesn't work, your done. So, I have been using it for about 9 months or so. It is slowly losing it's effectiveness on me. I am having to increase the units I inject to get the same results. I buy 5 ml for $148. At 20 units per shot that's is about 25 injections per vial. There is waste so lets say 23. There is $40 for shipping as well. Yes, they rip you off there. Total cost is $184 or $8 per hard-on. Now I'm using 30 units per injection. So now I am at $13 per hard-on. Still well worth it. I can pound away for about 90 minutes. I am trying to get my Rx transferred to a local compounding pharmacy to eliminate the shipping cost.
Important info here, about me. 69 yo, Type 2 diabetic with neuropathy. This really impacts how well your dick works. Neuropathy impacts your dick. It kills the sensation. The nerves are damaged just like your feet. I can have an O occasionally and rarely cum. No cum I think is due to age. Also, having an O is more phycological as cuming is a physical thing from my research. You see, certain girls get me off, while others can't. Looks has nothing do to do with it I have found out. It's a mind game. Anyways, that's it.
