I agrees with following these rules. I also agree with breaking all of them given the right situation. And as you said, you have found a couple diamonds. I can personally say that I've also found a couple diamonds doing so.
I would like to expand on rule 7 regarding safety:
If you're meeting with someone completely new, get there ahead of time and scout the area. If you don't like what you see just call it off. Like poo said, 15 min of pleasure is not worth jeopardizing your safety for.

Poo.Words to live by, thank you Poo for reminding us. For me your reminder is timely. My corollaries are: At some point in your mongering hobby you will get cheated or ripped off or feel endangered. Walk away from the lousy couple of hundred bucks, even if you are carrying or are a strong young big guy or whatever. Listen to your spidey sense and don't let the little head decide. For discussion in the present climate: do you guys consider AMPs to be less or more risky than walking into escorts' hotels or strange houses? Poo.Stay away from desperate girls. Desperate people in general are like people who can't swim, if you get near them, they'll latch on and you'll both drown. One of the easiest ways to tell a girl is desperate is when she texts you out of the blue. Not a good sign and its not because you're special unfortunately. Poo and all who have posted are absolutely correct. This is a game we play, sometimes a dangerous one. I always scout out the area and ask fellow mongers questions because safety is most important.
I once had a woman threaten me with a stun gun in my hotel room, that was a scary moment and my guard was down for a second. Keep your eyes and ears open especially after the deed is done so you don't get caught off guard.
