I've been to the Lincoln/National area a few times in the past week or so with mixed success. I find that I get ripped off about 50% of the times there, and while the little bit of cash isn't much to lose, it is disturbing. One scumbag named Tina is a rip. Since Tina is around almost all the time, you'd think she'd know someone would be inclined to come back and hurt her. Not me, she's not worth wasting the gas to go knock on the head.

I'm sure LE knows that all they're doing with these busts is destroying the lives of poor folk trying to make ends meet & adding to the already huge WI state debt by filling up the courts & jails. When they get out of the slammer they can't support themselves so they go back to what they know how to do - walking up n down Greenfield. Supply & Demand rules here in this free market economy. LE can keep pulling them off the streets, but there is an unlimited supply right behind them waiting to get into passing cars - & drivers willing to pay.
Here's what LE should do: unofficially allow limited sw action to continue in selected shi**y neighborhoods. Accept bribes & sexual favors if they have to (as they do right now) - it's all part of the Supply & Demand cycle. If things get out of hand, move in & do a bit of clean up, but allow activity to continue.
LE knows & we all know that picking up sw's does not eliminate the demand & does nothing for the (failed) war on drugs - both of which have continued for many years & will continue for many more.
To all LE reading this: Print this out & post on the noticeboard in the cafeteria down at the local precinct. And make sure Norquist gets a copy.
I have a slightly different perspective on LE, but don't disagree with the comments before me. I have a lot of LE experience, in and around them, but am NOT LE.
You know when you were a kid, and you had f'd up grades, you came home and mowed the lawn to buy some slack. IF you look at overall LE effectiveness, it is pretty tragic. Drugs are everywhere, and drugs really fuck people up. The people running across the Mex border are suing us because we don't have waterstations and rest stops for them, so enuf about the INS...not to mention 911, which is emerging to look like one of the bigger LE/FBI/CIA cluster-fucks that ever happened. I think we have a problem, and I don't think it centers around my getting a blow job on a quiet back street.
If anyone with about 15 minutes experience can't spot an SW, and run her in, then they don't have a heartbeat. Low fruit on the tree for sure. Hey, let's go there to show some results.
So when you've failed at drugs, failed at crime, failed at protecting the country, what is left? Simple, taking your pizza juice stained badge, and hiding behind it and locking up SWs and Johns to "save" the country.

I think I've seen more of LE than a lot of people. I think I have a good balance between respect and disregard for the suckers that leech a living off standing near the flag for God and country, but who never really did jack shit to defend it.

I think I will pass on the camera stuff. Agree that quality of service is variable. Craven - I tried this twice, long ago, in Madison. What I did was join a group as a sex addict (appropriately enough). Cost bucks, but seemed like a brilliant idea. The woman I picked up last night (from previous post) was telling me about being picked up by an off duty cop about a half hour before I met her. Assuming she's telling the truth, it just cracks me up that guys that are out there patroling for solicitation and drunk drivers when they are on duty, are driving around at 2:30 am when they are off duty, drunk off thier ass, with thier johnson hanging out, picking up SW'ers!!! Based on what I can tell action is pretty slow out there right now (at least in the Lincoln/Greenfield/National area). Since my big score that I wrote about a few weeks ago, I have essentially been shut out. I have seen some a couple horrendous looking SW's on Greenfield, but didn't even slow down ... Most of my cruising has been at night, between 10:00pm and Midnight.
As for LE, it seems to me that there is an increased presence actually. I kinda think it might be related to the pressure Art Jones has been getting from that Southside citizen commitee which was making waves about Jones needing a plan for the Southside ... but, I have started to see footpatrols by LE on Lincoln between 6th and 15th, and what seems to me to be an abundance of squad cars patroling Greenfield lately. Maybe its the same as it has always been ... but it sure feels like there is an increased police presence in these areas lately.

A few points. First, as a new poster, everyone is going to be nervous that you're one of those people that drives around in a car with a flashing light on the top. So don't expect your mailbox to fill up with great SW references until you post a lot and provide some good stuff. People aren't unfriendly, quite to the contrary, people are very good, they just need to get to know you.
Secondly, if you are not LE, you run a great chance of meeting some that are. The Greenfield area has had a number of stings, some rather recently. Milwaukee LE tends to be a little humorless about the hobby.
So if you do troll around Greenfield, etc. you need to watch out for tell tale signs like marked and unmarked cars, tow trucks idling with drivers in them, etc. (that's to tow your car, not to help you if your battery runs down while you're getting laid) Since a lot of SWs have not turned down movie careers for walking the street, if she looks like she should be on Sunset Strip instead of Lincoln, she probably works for Milwaukee LE. Either that or it is a good day for you to buy a lottery ticket too.

I have been on this board for about 9 months. I have asked for milwaukee info, numbers, and only have gotten info from a guy called Z. What he gave me I knew from Wisconsin Nights. Badaz MoFo gave me michelle and I use to be part of her yahoo group, not new info. I live near Green Bay and have some info on Indys there. There are no SW there. I saw 1 in the 5 years I worked in the town. But that was 5 years ago and she was a former coke addict on treatment. Friday I had the worst experience ever. Did my usual waiting room at the psychiatric clinic routine. They are always busy after Christmas. Heyanow - get a copy of a magazine - I think its called Exchange. You can get it at health food stores like the Outpost. They list all the hippie and psycho meetings and support groups. i know it's been cold weather here in Milwaukee but LE is still heating up the streets in the stroll areas (be very careful) was cruising North ave. this afternoon they (LE) were all over the place so i decided to have lunch at one of the restaurants there while ordering my food in came one of the local girls we smiled with eye contact and my gut instinct knew in was on we had lunch together and a very interesting conversation and we decided that we might get together sometime but no definite date was set
well that,s it for now (still looking for that new one to come along) and who knows when that freebie will come along but as we all know when it comes to women none are free (just legal) and if they don't get you at the pump they will get you down the road somewhere
