As you get to know me you will learn that I do not hold grudges. I say what I think and that's that. Afterwards, I am more than happy to share a beer, a laugh, or whatever with whomever I may have whipped up on. So, we're cool.

I have to humbly apologize to the board members about a recent post. Some of the information I shared was inapropriate and a bit too graphic for this particular board. Other boards with which I also participate would find it tame.

I am cutting and copying a PM I received that I felt made a point to me and I stand corrected by this member. He didn't want to post it here, but I think it should be:

I didnt want to respond to your post in the open forum. You have a lot of respect on the forum and I would hate to see posters and lurkers think that bareback was something to be aspired to outside of a committed known relationship. STD's are a *****, especially the deadly ones.

I answered him back with some further explanations that I thought he deserved that I hoped would alleviate some of his feeling about me based upon them, but I do think he was correct to have spanked the spankmaster as I think I deserved it. He is correct to say that I have certain responsibilities as a "leader" on this board and that by posting what I posted the way I did that it possibly gave the wrong impression that I condoned and in fact encouraged barebacking and also by not respecting the girl's request that I not come inside her that it somehow could convey a lack of respect for the girls and even worse a propensity to abuse them.
Let me be very clear here: If you have read some of my posts both here as well as NOVA and Baltimore boards, you know that I am an advocate of respect for these women and that I condemn any violence or force of any kind against the girls.

While I won't go into vast details about why I knew coming inside her represented zero risk to her, suffice it to say that that is the truth, but I still should not have expressed that element of our recent tryst in the way I did as it sends the wrong message out there.
Similarly, I neither condone nor condemn bareback riding. It is a matter of personal risk tolerance assessment. However, I do concur that I was wrong to have presented it to this group as being something to aspire to do. It is not. It IS very risky. I analyzed all the datapoints I had about the girl and the situation and made a conscious choice that was mine and mine alone to make. I do NOT make that choice for anyone here, only you can make that choice.

Anyway, I think the fellow was right to chastise me so I felt it only right to post this.

Tuesday evening is apparently a poor choice of nights since "I wish I could make it PMs" far outnumberd the attendees. I'll take this into consideration next time...

Regarding the bareback and self-spanking issues. Barebacking does go on. Fortunately, it is not common, but happens enough for concern. I am aware of a fairly large number of times that this occurs by mongers who do not normally make this a practice, your story adding one more to my mental checklist. If any monger does this, even in the throes of passion or as the result of a faulty raincoat, the results are the same.

As far as the sobering comments to the board, I have to admire someone who isn't so stuck on his own ego that he cannot admit when he erred. Even better when misconceptions are cleared up. As always, well thought out and articulate.

Went out to DC Thurday night into Friday morning. I went on Pennsylvania between 14th street and 15 street saw some hoes by the hotel tried to talk but The broad wanted 50 for head and 100 for fs. Get a map and pay attention to what streets you're on. Ollies is not on M street it's on L street and the bar upstairs you went to is Clicks.
The 50 / 100 is about the going rate in DC for SW's.

You wanted to be on K street between 13th and 16th not Pennsylvania Ave, but I suspect that you only thought you were on PA ave since you seem slightly geographically challenged.

The last time I was in DC was approx June of 2003 and K to L street was swarming with SW's of all kinds. To me that is no comparison to ATL. I've never been to a spa in Va, but I've been to Downtown plenty of times. The approach is real nasty. The insides are okay. I've never paid that much attention to the surroundings, which must mean they're acceptably clean.
I know I'm in the minority here, but I don't like Maya. She's always after more than the 5 Jacks tip, and I just didn't like her.
To "reserve" a certain girl is hit or miss. If you call right after they open and say, "I want an appointmtnt with X" the mamasan will tell you to come right over. Your hotel is located at M and 24th, which puts you within walking distance of at least a couple of full service AMPs, "Therapy @ M Street" at 1829 M Street, 3rd Floor (5 blocks away), and Supra on Connecticut Avenue (6-7 blocks away). Both places have received good reports here on WSG.

Other good AMPs that are a bit farther are Boss Spa (Eye Street between 17th and 18th) and Downtown (Vermont Avenue near 15th and L Street), or the CPHC next to the Cleveland Park stop on the Metro.

Your hotel is on the eastern edge of Georgetown (sort of). There is one good AMP in Georgetown, Young's, but it's pretty far up on Wisconsin Avenue, definitely not walking distance from your hotel.

All of the above AMPs are typically $60 for the house fee and $100 tip for FS.

A somewhat interesting non-AMP is the ICM Body Concepts at 1829 M Street on the 2nd floor (not the 3rd, that's the AMP listed above). This place features gorgeous college girls of all races (including a couple of hot Asians who actually speak good English), but seems to be HJ-only. Their quoted price ($120? more?) already includes a tip but is almost as expensive as FS at an AMP. They used to offer a discount on Sundays (not sure if that's still true).

Having read about Downtown being closed, I called the place ahead of time and the mamasan told me that they were open. So I drove down there and found the doors to be locked. Decided to celebrate St. Patty’s Day with a trip to Sun Spa across from the MCI Center. Appears that this place is under some new management as they have a new Mamasan and all new girls. Yes Its true that Downtown is gone and there are two more AMP are closed down also. Both are on 10th and F street. I spoke to mamasan from New Worls Spa on 11th & F. She told me that all 3 AMP are shut down for good. She would't tell me why.

Anyway, here is worst part about the New Worls Spa. After finding out that all my 3 favoriate AMP was shut down, decided to try NWS and ended up walking out after awful massage. You could do yourself the favor of driving an extra 45 minutes and hit Baltimore. Plenty of SW action to be had. DC has good action at night in the K & L St. NW, between 10th & 16th St. area. Too expensive IMHO. It is priced on a par with DC AMPs. For lower priced SW without going to B'more, not much but skank of the worst kind. My hometown in Maryland of less than 3,000 has better quality crack addict SW, and that isn't saying much.

I haven't written a report in a while, so I thought I would write a story.

Well I finally made it to Downtown and as the old saying goes "the third time’s the charm." If you mongers recall I struck out (no-FS) twice at Young’s in Tyson over the past few months. I posted those reports and received advice from my friends here. Well I'm proud to report that I crossed into the FS world today (Sunday).

Here's the run down. (Friday) -- I arrived in D.C. (Saturday)-- I checked the forum to see if downtown had reopened and it had. I called and verified that they were indeed open!! The problem for the last couple of years in regards to street action downtown is that the window of opportunity each night is so small. It is usually a period of 30 minutes to an hour and if you don't happen to be down there during that period you aren't going to see much if anything at all. The window this morning (Sunday) was from about 1 to 2AM. It was open season in that period. At least 15 SWs and no sign of LE. 3 of the SWs were white and the rest were black. Nothing impressive at all. On a scale of 1 to 10 the best looking one was a 7 at best.

Whenever AMP ask me if I'm married I always say yes. I got in a friendly conversation with an AMP and asked why they always ask if you are mariied or not. She told me that for the married guys they are careful not to leave any marks, scratches, hickies, etc, And when they help you dress they are checking for strange hairs and stuff. Once an an AMP was aboout to tie my tie, but then said I should do it in case my wife noticed it was tied in a different way.

The baby part was strange, very strange. I've had AMP's ask me to stay longer, come back soon, and once one (after seeing her a few times) suggested we open an AMP together. But never, anything about making a baby. But then I don't have the face for it. Perhaps her maternal instincts are kicking in and she's ready to leave the biz and settle down with someone. Most descent Korean guys won't want anything to do with her, with tats and having lived outside her parents home as a single woman. (Most Korean marriages are arranged). I have no personal experience with security clearances, but I do know people who have been through them. Generally, you just shouldn't lie about it. I don't think it's what you've done that is what they worry about, but whether you lie about it. Of course, if there is something you could be blackmailed for, then it could be a problem.

I had a friend a number of years ago who had one of the highest clearances you would need. She had been arrested (for skinny-dipping, of all things) and had experimented with drugs (nothing too bad). She told the truth about both and got her clearance!

Things may have changed since the late 1970s when she got her clearance.

no advice on passing a lie detector test. the only one i ever took was a nightmare. the sexual related questions were more geared towards **** or homosexuality, no to both, rather than mongering. the big main questioning was on drug use, at any time in my life. coming out of the 60's, took the test in 73, that one was the problem area.

if they haven't changed how they did it for me, they went over the questions before they started so you would know what to expect.

best advice is be honest. there are some who can lie and not show up. they are few and far between.

Thanks for the update and report on the DC SW scene. I seldomly hear much on in on the board anymore. The DC street scene turned me on to mongering too many years back to say (80's up to now). If this poly is for your initial clearance, I will be a life style poly. If it’s a 5-year renewal, it will most likely be a Counter Intel. Poly. In the life style poly, they will ask about, sexual behavior, criminal activity, associations with foreign nationals, beliefs about and/or resentments toward the Federal government, etc. A Counter Intel. poly will focus more on relationships with foreign nationals and anti-American activities.

I have heard a rumor that they have a rule about what a relationship is. It relates to this hobby since most AMP workers are foreign nationals and they usually as about relationships with foreign nationals. If you have had sex with someone four or less times it is not considered a relationship. If you have had sex with someone five or more times then it is considered a relationship. Can not say if this is true or not so take it for what its worth.

One piece of general advice about taking a polygraph that was given to me by an experience polygraph technician: on every question, as you answer, repeat to yourself (not out loud) a true statement, such as “My name is Joe. My name is Joe…”. The only evidence I can give as to whether this helps or not is at best antidotal, nothing scientific.

But then again, the scientific comminute does not believe polygraphs are of any use anyway. Even the National Academy of Sciences has publicly come out against their use and called them pseudo-science. There is a reason they are not admissible in courts. The fist one I had was when I was 16 and the results were at best partially wrong.

I have been to almost all the DC AMP's over the years at one time or another so I can compare CPHC, Downtown and Supra. I have a fondness for Supra because it was the first AMP I ever went to.
I like the atmosphere at Supra. It's quiet and warm in the winter and the girls seem to be a bit more imaginative than Downtown girls. I have had a full body soaping slip and slide at Supra during the table shower and have had the girl pull me out of the room we were in and scamper naked down the hall to another room with a full size double mattress on the floor so we could really fuck. I do think that the girls in these places do keep pretty clean and the chances of getting an icky in these places is significantly lower than with most escorts and way lower than with SW's. I gotta agree with him about the stairs at Downtown (and Supra, for that matter). Went out to look at the DC SW scene tonight.

It was around 12-1 am in the 14th St/K area, while I saw a few cuties and a few not so cute ones, I must say that the DC SW scene is not Atlanta. While the metro pkwy. in Atlanta has its dead nights, it still typically comes through.

I'd love to know more about how these places work. It's interesting to me that they are so similar, no matter where you go in the U.S. My assumption is that they are based on something that exists in Korea. If a girl who works at one of the AMPs is on "vacation" it most likely means that she's having her period and therefore not working at a FS-place like Supra or Downtown. Most girls take a full week off each month for that reason.

I do see chinese apartments advertised in the local newspapers. Its kinda of hard to tell from the little ads, but I can also tell from the accent when the person answers the phone.

Check out the chicago after dark web site which lists local providers and check out the massage link. They list there.

Typically there is no shower or sauna, and the massages truly vary, but the ladies seem to be much younger than the Korean AMPS. Plus many of the providers are part timers

You have much to learn about getting the most out of an AMP session. On the question of DATY just remember that nothing goes inside these girls that is not covered by latex. Although some of the girls will have a boyfriend outside (usually Asian) they only see him during their "vacation" time (well defined by Spearman below). In addition the hygine practices they observe are superior. Most of the girls in your office are probably not as clean as the average provider at downtown. Let your sense of smell be your guide. This past weekend I was gracious enough to take one for the team. Come Saturday, no one from my A list was available and most do not take appointment on Sundays. I think others have covered the danger factor in performing DATY well and I echo that. I think there is risk but I take the risk if the girl is clean. And I wouldn't characterize it as the most dangerous activity one can do. At some point you may run into a girl who will allow unprotected sex, vaginal or anal. That activity would have at least the same amount of risk and possibly more. And it seems to be well known that most AMP girls clean, even cleaner than you are after they give you the TS. I've never noticed a smell down there coming from either orifice on an AMP girl, although all my oral activity is confined to the traditional sex opening. They are usually almost completely odorless. Back to the subject of how risky DATY is at AMPs. Because I always request a shower after our session, I was able to clean up with my providers several times. They simply just rinse their Y from what I can see. Also, I didn't see any special solutions used. I guess they could have done more after I left, but who knows. If you're going by cab, the closest one to you is Supra, 1333 Connecticut, less than a mile SE of you (you could probably walk it). If you're adventerous and want to try the metro train, I think the Woodley Park-Zoo station is closest to you. Take a red line toward Glenmont to Metro station, then take either a blue (Springfield) or Orange (Vienna) up just one stop to Mcpherson Square. From there Downtown spa is a short walk, 15th street north one block to K, turn right, half a block to vermont, turn left on vermont and you'll see it on the right, address is 1018 vermont.

CPHC is about a mile and a half northwest of you at 3520 Connectitut, I'm not sure if there is a metro station close there. You can always pick up a Washington Post, all the phone numbers are listed daily in the sports section. Give them a call and I'm sure they'll help you with directions. See Trashman's post dated 3/23/04 for a good comparison of the three - I prefer downtown but they all have their good points. You know we expect a post after your visit now!

To follow up on Xsailor, if you walk to the Woodley park Metro station CPHC will be at the next station going out of the city called Cleveland Park. CPHC is at the top of the stairs leading out of the Metro on the side of the same building as the Subway sandwich shop. Very easy. I've not had as much experience as others on this board, but my experience with AMPs has never resulted in any STDs (yet). I get tested regularly. I've noticed, as others have posted, that the average AMP provider is very clean. Yes, there is a risk, but as we have all experienced, there is skin to skin contact even with a condom, so I do not think there is an appreciable increase in risk. Finally, it is always up to personal preference whether or not to engage in DATY. I have always enjoyed it and it seems to always be received with pleasure by the AMP providers I have experienced.

On a related note. Has anyone been to Panama? I've posted a couple of queries on that board seeking guidance as a gringo, but have had no feedback. If anyone has been there, I'd be interested in hearing your recommendations.

Xsailor's comments are correct. But you are actually closer to Supra that he said you are - you are maybe 5 to 6 blocks away at most, walking down CT Avenue and through DuPont Circle itself. You are also closer to the Metro station at DuPont Circle, not the one at Woodley Park (although if the weather is nice you would enjoy the walk to the Woodley Park station).

Downtown, Supra and CPHC are probably the 3 best in DC. But your location is also walking distance to another AMP option, "Therapy @ M Street" at 1829 M Street, 3rd floor, between 18th & 19th Sts. Please don't confuse this place with the non-AMP MP on the second floor in the same building, which features gorgeous college girls but HJ-only action at $120 or even higher.

And yes, check out the Post's Sports section to see all of the block ads for the numerous AMPs in the DC metropolitan area - it's amazing how many block ads you'll see. Headed down to DC this past week for the first time. Luckily I read the posts before I went and knew where to go. As a big fan of amps I've been disappointed in most cities on the East coast and never had more than HJ. I decided to give Downtown a try based on previous posts.

The positive is this place is in a nice area right near hotels and the convention center.

A Recent CPHC experience:

The last time I was in DC and the major places were shut down (quite a few years ago), there were a couple of places in Rockville not too far from the Shady Grove Metro stop that managed to stay open. One was next to a Japanese restraunt in a small strip mall within working distance of Shady Grove Metro. I can't remember the name of the place. My take after reading some of the articles is that rather than busting these places for sex which is difficult to prove they might be busting them for license violations. Even when sex happens the lawyers argue that some girls get too friendly with the guys and the guys talk them into doing things they shouldn't do. (You guys know who you are!) They futher argue that sex happens in lots of work place environments but the police don't go in and bust people for it. It happens in the back room, in the board room, even in the oval office. Instead, this time they might be busting them for license violations.

Therapists are supposed to have licenses. The girls could never past an exam right off the boat. Most likely, if this turns out to be the case, the girls will be arriving with fake NY state and CA state licenses. An alternative was mentioned in one of the articles where the girls would have to register with the Sheriff's office. I don't know if that would apply in DC. And I don't know if this will sit well with the mamasans - having to bring new girls in every 4 to 6 weeks for finger printing and whatever else they'll expect them to do. It may be hard to explain turnover.

Hopefully, things settle down before my next trip to DC. In the mean time call VIP.

Sounds like you AMP boys might just have to graduate up to escorts or SW's while the heat is on these easy targets. As LL points out, it's all a game and soon the rules will revert back. Just have patience.

I also agree with LL on the relative cleanliness of AMP girls. Mind you, there are no easy ways to tell if a girl has an STD so once again, I repeat that it is simply a matter of your assessment of your level of acceptable risk. And that is a personal decision and is NOT up for vote here or anyplace else.

As of Monday, Supra is still open. I checked it out and found the place to be pretty busy, no doubt fellow Mongers getting it while they could before further damage is done by LE.

A quick read of the Sports section today suggested that Sun Club, Supra, Mirage, and Olympic had ads in the paper but none of the other places in DC did.

I was out and about last night; Mirage appeared dark and closed from outside, while Sun Club did have the light above the door on. I did not visit either establishement to ascertain their open/closed status.

The other day I was having lunch in the cafeteria at a certain DC government building because I was performing a certain civic duty. I came across this site about two weeks ago and have been spending time reading up on the DC, MD and Virginia boards. Even though I am not new to the hunt, I never realized how much information was available and I only wish I had found this place years ago when I had to learn most of what I know by trial and error.
