Well guys, we're coming towards the close of yet another year of fun and games. A great deal of the posts here revolve around detailed exploits of individual trips to AMPs and that's good because it's nice to know which places guys like and which girls guys like, but the truth of the matter is all DC AMP's are pretty much alike and run according to a pretty much accepted and known formula as far as the prices and the services. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy them once in awhile.
The same can be said for SW's although the posts on that seems a bit dry lately and again, the DC SW scene is pretty much set as far as where to find them and what time they come out as well as the mixture and dress you can expect and the prices and services. It really doesn't vary much. Again, sometimes I enjoy the diversion.
Stripclubs? Total waste of time discussing DC stripclubs as far as I am concerned.
That leaves escorts, which is DC area is incredibly varied as far as prices, performance, and service goes. Yet, I see so very few posts on that subject. Here we have a great escort scene in DC with both local as well as visiting talent and both independent as well as agency sources for incall and outcall and yet we barely seem to touch on this subject. Now, I can't be the only guy reading WSG DC posts who strongly prefers or at least enjoys escorts. I happen to think you get the best value for the money in terms of looks available, time spent, performance received and attitude. Again IMHO, OK?
I think many if not all of us have spent time perusing the ads on Eros, DC-Exotics, Cityvebe, etc etc sites looking and drooling over the pics of so many hot girls, but wondering which ads are real and which are rip offs. I know I do. Ihave developed a pretty good feel for which is which and have a pretty good rip off radar, but there are many times I wish I had first hand info from a fellow monger. Now I have also been to many of the so called review sites and have participated in some and find that number one, I have a distinct dislike for paying for that information and I also figured out that an awful lot of those glowing reviews were placed by shils, ie. they are phony.
There are lots of really great escort girls available and I have used many and I know lots of you have used many. I would like to hear from those of you who have been both ripped off as well as very satisfied with the results, both independent and agency.
I can tell you for instance as we all should know by now that PussyKatz in Virginia is a rip off outfit, no matter how many times they change their phone numbers and no matter how many ads they have trying to disguise who they really are. The pics they use are easily recognizable. The same is true for the "College girls" near the Washington Cathedral, they are all rip offs places.

Independents: Erika, Samantha, Alisha, Maries Park Ave are all quality and no rip offs. There are lots and lots more.
I think that we are not giving info out that LE will use against these girls by expressing our opinions of them being the real deal as long as we are talking about girls and agencies that are out there anyway and advertise online or in the CityPaper or where ever an as far as reporting with diligence and a vengence the rip off artists, we are certainly not aiding LE and are doing a "public service" If each of us offerred up his basic info, I know there are guys who post here who are real good at taking that info and making it into a presentable and useful format for us that I will bet would be happy to do it and then post it. Besides, if nothing else, you will get a few good leads and a few good warnings.

Well, who says the SW scene in DC is dead?

Yesterday afternoon, about 5 PM, I decided to zip through the 11th St / M-N-O area quickly, not with any real hope, but because Little Bysshe insisted I try.

In my experience, in all cities there is some SW action and the amount might ebb and flow a bit, but it usually remains somewhat constant because that's how these girls make their living simple as that. Just because LE cracks down a little to make a show for the public, especially at election times or after some bad press on how lame they are doesn't mean these girls are suddenly flippin' burgers and MickeyDee's! This post is so over due, I have 2 more backlogged, but as I’m sure LOS can attest to, good fiction can take a little time.

I guess I need to weigh in on the SW/AMP/escort thing. First I agree with ole FrigidDan that we don't need to debate which is better, which is more refined, which is too dangerous or gross, and which is too fucking expensive. I gotta even take issue with the notion that escorts are somehow a step above the other forms of entertainment given the relative quality of all three forms of pussy in DC.

This report is not exactly timely since it pertains to an event now already two weeks old but here goes anyway.

I made my second visit to Downtown and came away disappointed. Yeah guys! you read right. Made the DC run and met Hobucks for a few drinks @ Ckicks before we embarked on the Mimi run. Headed to DC Saturday. Had a plan to hit two AMP’s to a double my trouble, but it did not turn out that way. Ended up doing 2 over two days, Sat. and Sun. I will post Sunday as soon as I can.

Thanks to LoveLOS for his helpful post and consolidation of Intel on the DC amps. I guess now I'll have to cross the river from NOVA to DC. It appears that you get more bang for the buck and more training options. As a diversion I may be interested in visiting Biancas so I read the posts listed and understand about calling for an appontment etc. I also think it might be a little pricey at 80 for 1/2 and 150 for 1 hr. Does anyone have any more or any recent info? Thanks in advance.

I always suggest to everyone who is writing a long report that they write it in a word processing program first, then proofread and spell check, then save it as file on their computer, AND THEN copy and paste it into the forum.

With this method, there is no danger of losing your work, and besides, it's easier to write in a real word procession program first. Even if you're in an Internet Cafe computer with no word processing program installed, you can always use Notepad or WordPad.

Reporting in regards to JACKI at Downtown. XSailor is on the mark with his description of her. 5'7ish about 130lbs. Highlighted/died hair redish brown. Nice navel ring. Most definetely fake C's. Little to tall and a little to heavy for my liking. I like em short and tiny. I certainly wasn't going to have another go 'round with Sun so I gave Jacki a shot. Cindy and Jennifer are on "vacation" in case anyone is looking.

Mamasan brought Jacki into the room and we did the usual routine of "have you been here before and with whom". My answer was Sun. (read my post about that AVERAGE experience.)

Last Sunday, on day two of my two day back to back weekend excursion and I got a chance to see the recently returned Mimi at Downtown. Dingman Does Downtown.

This place was a lot easier to find using Spearsman’s directions (see his post on 12/22/03). The stairwell was interesting, but a lot less intimidating than I perceived from reading the descriptions. Was shown to the 1st room on the left and admitted to mamasan it was my 1st time and after checking my ID I paid the house fee.

In came Lisa (no line up for me) and little Dingy was very pleased. Lisa is a nicely tanned spinner with light brown curled hair that I am a super sucker for. She almost looked Hispanic when I first saw her (due to the lighting and lighter hair). The TS was real nice. I made my third visit to Sun Club Saturday morning. The previous two visits were mixed, the first was very good, the second very bad. This one was well above average. I was just about ready to ask the manasan who was working when I saw Coco come running down the hall to the room. She was bouncing all over the place as she tried to tie her top, and since she was cute, I decided to stay with her. She's barely 5 feet tall with black hair and an enhanced chest. The "bouncer" seems to be a night thing. I usually frequent during the day however on the few instances I've gone at night, there is a "bouncer". This may or may not be a new thing to you depending on the last time you assisted a lovely asian woman with her college tuition during the evening/night hours.

My first experience with this was posted on 8/5/03, however, that was my first night trip so I have no idea how long this policy has been in place. Downtown has always had a bouncer at night. It is to keep the local trash out (homeless guys, strret trash and sometimes drunks and what have you) from tearing up the place. They have also been robbed a couple of times by customers. Why do you think they prefer you tip up front? I was there one night when a regular of one of the girls splits without paying. The house got their money but the hard working girl was left with nothing. Also they have had too many guys who have gotten a little violent. The bouncer is there to keep us honest and make sure no trouble or no more Downtown.

For many years I had been a regular at the 719 8th St SE spa. About 8 years ago they took down ALL indications of what awaited you inside. The sign (which was in gold leaf on the window over the door) was scraped off, together with the decals from the Metropolitan Police Boys and Girls Club.

I was aware that they seemed much more careful about who they would buzz in, and on several occasions, when I pressed the bell, nothing would happen. Usually, if I came back a short time later, I would be buzzed in. Two of the girls advised me to make sure that I stood in such a way that they would see me on the monitor and recognize me as a "regular."

There was nothing spectacular about the services, or the providers and the prices were absolutely typical of the area. There are four small rooms, a shower, and a sometimes functioning sauna. A waiting room, a small bathroom, and a room in the back where the girls live, together with a kitchen area in the hallway between the rooms and the shower area completes the picture.

In recent years I have had little reason to be in that area, and have found better surroundings and better providers elsewhere.

The action was adequate, the surroundings more than a little depressing, and the two small yapping dogs belonging to Momma-san generally distracting. On two occasions while I was there they were visited by LE, apparently from the local precinct. In neither case was I, or as far as I could tell, any other customer, bothered by the visitors, but it sure is what the Brits call "off-putting" when you are in mid-stroke when Momma-san knocks on the door to pass the warning.

I arrived at downtown around 11 am today and asked for a lineup. I was presented with 5 providers ranging from 6-9 IMHO. I guess this place wasn't too busy since that many were available. I norrowed it down to LiLi and Sonya. I ended up selecting Lili.

In that area Dupont ( also known by Supra ) Spa and Downtown are both reliably good. Deal in DC is pretty universal 60 for the hour to mamasan and 100 to the girl for FS. Treatment consists of table shower, massage ( some very good, some pretty mediocre), asian depending on the girl, flip, cbj, cowgirl and then whatever you want. Some girls permit DATY, some don't. They all use a lubricant which I assume has some medicinal quality to it as it can taste from mildly unpleasant to really bad and it's not simply the girl, trust me. The SW scene in DC is very uncomplicated. they are to be found on K street between 12th and 17th, sometimes on L street, but usually K. They come out right at midnight, not before so don't waste your time looking earlier. Trust me, you will know a working girl there as they dress as subtly as a bull in a chine shop with full blown HO outfits to the max. Mixture of black and white, some hispanic and occaisonally asian. Some gorgeous, some pigs. They will be out working until as late as 5-6am.
You will know you're in the right area when you notice cars circling the blocks in that area and stopping. The cars will be a mix of mongers, pimps, and LE. LE presence is very visible, but unless you are hugely fucking up, they leave the guys alone.
Prices are usually 30-60 for a BJ and 99% will be CBJ only so if a BBBJ is important to you, be advised that you better get that clear up front and be prepared to hunt a bit longer for that girl.
FS is 75 - 125.
Some nights at start time there will be 50 girls out while other nights ( especially in this cold weather ) there may be only a few.
All are aggressively hawking usually.
There are two other areas:
One is out New York Ave near a cluster of gas stations and fast food places where you will find only a few girls sporadically, generally not quite so HO'd out looking. Most are junkies.
Last area is near the new convention center at 5th street a block off New York. These cute girls most all have dicks so unless you swing that way, skip this spot like the plague.

Luckily for you, the DC board here on WSG has an energetic Senior Member named LoveLOS who regularly writes a summary post of the DC AMP scene. His most recent summary was written on Jan. 2, 2004 and can be found about 2 or 3 pages behind this post.

You probably know more about AMPs than I do, but I would humbly like to direct you to a long post that I wrote here on the DC board on Dec. 22, 2003, about 5 or 6 pages behind this post. It includes directions to the Downtown Spa (one of the best and most consistent spas in DC) as well as some other info.

Trashman's comments about the rates are correct - sixty for the house fee and one hundred for the extras.

Your hotel is in the Dupont Circle region. Within walking distance are the Dupont or Supra Spa (as noted by Trashman in his post) and the "Therapy @ M Street, formerly Sun Spa" at 1829 M Street, NW 3rd floor, not the 2nd floor (near corner of M and 19th). The Downtown Spa near 15th and L is a bit farther - either walk or take a cab (one good thing about DC is that cabs are plentiful and relatively cheap). The Cleveland Park Health Center or CPHC is two stops away on the Metro Red line.

Warning - stay away from ICM Body Concepts, 1829 M St., same location as the "Therapy @ M" AMP but located on the 2nd floor. This non-AMP has gorgeous girls but is overpriced and strictly HJ-only - don't bother!

I am currently stuck in the wilds of Southwest Florida where the availability of action is about three degrees below zero. There are lots of available women, it just appears that the average age is about 93.4 years. LE presense is very heavy in DC. Be careful picking up SW's in downtown (L St between 9th and 14th, more or less). The cops love to nail mongers in this area, and the penalty is they take your car (no kidding) and auction it off. For a first offender, they'll generally let you slide, but they'll take your info, and, second time, you're SOL.

Just the same, used to monger the DC area. The hotels used by SW's are up on New York Avenue a good ways up. There are two or three, I forget the names, but I think one is a Super 8.

Cops also like to ride through the hotel lots.

We all know cash is king but in the past I’ve used my credit card for the door fee and cash for the tip. Since some of you have “wardens” it probably isn’t the wisest thing to leave a paper trail. But for those of us who are WOW ( with out wardens ) does using plastic limit or change the possibilities? Just wondering.

Sorry Iron, but I would recommend that you NEVER use your credit card at any of these places, AMP, MP, escort, etc..

First, there is the problem of having it show up on your credit card statement where the missus can see it. I realize that this is not an issue for single guys, but why leave a paper trail if you don't have to? Six months from now you might find the girl of your dreams, then some day she'll accidentally see your old credit card statements and wonder why you needed all of that muscle therapy.

Secondly, there's the potential to have your number ripped off by either an unscrupulous AMP employee or someone else, the serious threat of "identify theft" that is becoming more and more common.

There is always a one in a million chance that the AMP will be busted and their records seized because of income tax evasion or the like, now the feds have a record of your credit card payment. Your name could end up as evidence in a court case and in the Washington Post, and in that case you are presumed guilty even if you had just gone to the MP for a massage and nothing more (wink wink).

Finally, using a credit card can tempt you into going to the AMPs/MPs more than you can really afford to. Forcing myself to pay cash does help to control the total amount of money that I devote to the mongering hobby.

Iron Pony has raised an interesting question about the pros and cons of using credit cards in the pursuit of our hobby. He obviously recognizes that for those who have a warden, there are immediate, and often insumountable, problems when the bill arrives. Even bills that go to the office can sometimes, innocently or not, come up in the home setting. Therefore, it is most unwise for a monger with a warden to even think about using a credit card.

What Iron Pony, and others, sometimes forget, however, is that the area of potential problems go well beyond just the monthly bill. Establishments tend to keep comprehensive records. They often have detailed customer lists, that can include ALL of the customers preferences. They keep copies of each card imprint. And they, too, get monthly statements. Credit card issuing banks also maintain extensive records.

When LE gets serious about our hobby they often bring in the big guns, including the FBI and the IRS. They have found that charges of tax evasion (what Al Capone was actually convicted of) and money laundering bring much longer sentences. The power of the subpoena makes ALL those financial records available to both the Feds and local LE.

The problem could be simple, they might be looking for customers who have spent a lot of money in the establishment that they can sweat a little and get to testify in court. That could be a embarassment to you, but not necessarily fatal. As long as your boss has a sense of humor, your mother, or your kids, don't read the paper or watch the television news, and you don't care what your neighbors think, you are probably o.k.

The problem could also be a lot more serious. You never know what will trigger an IRS audit, but getting screwed tonight could get you REALLY screwed in the future. If you have a job that requires a security clearance (not too unususal in this area) you really don't want to pop up as a "subject" in a major investigation. LE uses the RICO law in many ways, and they firmly believe that there is a structure to the way the girls move among the AMPs from city to city. When the Bible thumpers make enough noise the Attorney General tends to take notice and the FBI and the U.S. Attorney tends to follow suit.

I don't know about the rest of you, but if I can't do my business in cash, I'll pass.

I've been to a few AMPs where they've asked me if I want to pay with a credit card. I guess they feel they can get more from you.

I walk into an AMP with my car key (I actually remove it from the ring with my other keys), my ID, and $160. Everything else stays in my car. If I can't get what I want with that, then I'll walk away (which has never happened).

Our hobby is a cash business. If you have to put it on a credit card, you should find another hobby.

Whenever I go out, it is with the intention to enjoy myself to the max. Somehow, the night always seems to lead to things that others might construe as wild, but honestly I simply follow my instincts and the craziness just seems to fall into place. Perhaps it is because I just let it happen. When you're looking for something too hard, you won't find it, but when you relax and let it come to you, you do find it and more. At least that's my philosophy.

Credit cards for pussy, huh? I agree with Randy and Spear that it's generally a bad idea. I once had a sales guy working for me who had a bad habit of using his corporate credit card at strip clubs and AMP's. Despite the fact that the charges were billed as somewhat innocuous names not readily apparent as sex establishments and the card bill was mailed to him at work so the wife never saw it and the fact that we had the privelege to use the card for personal items and simply pay that portion ourselves by only claiming want we wanted to on expense reports, received an expense check and then paid the bill, the oddball billing names ( probably accompanied by the frequency of them) caused someone in accounting to question them and the next thing I knew, my boss called me to question the matter, resulting in me being forced to fire the guy, despite the fact that he was a top performer. Now, I would hate to explain to my wife why I got fired under those circumstances!

The bottom line in everyone's answer to your question is that using credit cards for any "questionable" activity (and hence leaving a paper trail) has the LOW but VERY REAL probability of giving someone else power over you. It is a piece of information the knowledge of which has several predicted and unpredictable negatives, and very very few positives. The only positive I can personally think of is the convinience of not having to get cash. With an abundance of ATM's just about anywhere, this really shouldn't be much of an issue.

On the receiving side, I do not need to tell you that just about all such businesses prefer cash. Paying cash, is therefore a win-win situation.

I visited DC last year. I went to an MP read on this forum think it was called Golden? Was located right smack in town. Little smoke/magazine shop next to it and a strip club a few doors over. Well I finally crossed the River and took a field trip into the District. I headed right to Downtown. I was given a new girl named Bonnie, tall, slender, pretty, and nice B's. I checked out the scene in preparation for my move to the DC area. Thanks to the many fine posts here, I had an enjoyable experience. I have two reports.

I answered an advert in the city paper for an Indian gal from Bombay in Silver springs-full service $120 fee. I love to check out the east indians as they are hard to find. Greetings to all. I am a new member and poster to the board. I too, am a big fan of Downtown. My recent favorite there is Lily, but I long to see Jennifer again.

IMHO the DC amp's with minor variations offer very much equal service so therefore all of them are good with the differences being limited to the cleanliness and spaciousness of the showers and rooms and , of course, the girls themselves who change around fairly frequently. You really can't go too wrong in any of them so therefore, I don't see the point in changing places that much if you find one you like. Well I just got back from my DC trip and I have to say I really enjoyed the AMP scene there. I was really impressed with the quality of gals there and the level of service. While perusing the comprehensive Asian spa list compiled and posted by LoveLOS I noted an absence of reports about the Mirage Spa at 617 K Street NW. As it happens, I've been there three times in the past six months. So I thought I would send along a few words.

The Mirage Spa is located in a converted townhouse, on the north side of K Street NW, between Sixth and Seventh Streets. That's one block north of Massachusetts Avenue, and half a block east of Mt. Vernon Square. Although at first glance the Mirage seems to be somewhat off the beaten path, in actuality it is quite close to both the old and the new convention centers, as well as the nearby hotels. To get a sense of where the Mirage is in relation to other downtown landmarks, I invite your attention to the map for the area around the Galley Place / Chinatown Metro Station:

On that map, locate the NPR. (Natl. Public Radio) building in the northwest corner. The Mirage is just north of the NPR building, at the edge of the map. As for the neighborhood, while is isn't as nice as, say, the neighborhood around the Downtown Spa, it's by no means dangerous. It's just that there isn't much pedestrian traffic at night. To me, that's actually a plus. I can handle being alone on the streets at night. It's when I have to run a gantlet of scary looking guys hanging out on the corner that I begin to get concerned. You won't be observed during your visit. The businesses to the east don't appear to be going concerns, and the large building to the west appears to be some type of studio space used during the day by artists. If you're traveling by car, you can park easily on the street. Or you can take advantage of a curb cut and park about 20 feet from the front door. As anybody who has ever tried to park elsewhere downtown can attest, finding a space is difficult. So I think the Mirage scores points for being easily accessible by auto.

To enter, you go up three or four steps and ring a lighted doorbell. The mamasan will buzz you in immediately and you'll be in a narrow hallway at the base of the stairs leading to the second floor. It's not lavish, but it's clean and you'll only be there for the 30 seconds it takes for the mamasan to greet you and introduce the girl. Even on my first visit, when I was a stranger to them, the mamasan did not ask quote any price or demand any payment. She just produced the girl and off we went. I suppose that if you look like you don't know what you're doing the mamasan might ask for the standard $60 session fee in advance. But that's never happened to me.

By coincidence, all three times I've gone to the Mirage in the past six months I've ended up with the same girl. (Mimi, about whom more later.) I've been very satisfied with Mimi, so I've never had occasion to ask to see somebody else. Nor have I had occasion to ask for a lineup, as is reportedly done at other DC spas. So I must report that the selection of girls available at the Mirage remains unclear. During one of my visits, I did see another girl scampering around and she looked pretty cute. So I think it's safe to say that there are at least two girls working on any given night. Are there more? Are they hot? Further investigation is needed.

Once you have a girl, you go up the stairs to the second floor where they have three session rooms at the front of the townhouse, overlooking K Street. During one of my visits I got a quick glance at what might be described as a VIP room on the third floor. It was quite large, and featured a built-in tub plus a more traditional bed. I've never been offered the use of the third floor room, but if it appeals you may wish to enquire. The second floor rooms at the Mirage are about twice as large as the rooms at other DC spas I've been to. But that's not saying much. During summer visits window shaker air conditioners keep them pleasantly cool. And in the winter radiator heat keeps them toasty warm. The furnishings and decor are similar to other Asian spas, except for the absence of a small portable stereo in the session rooms. Instead, they have a radio someplace tuned to the local oldies station and speakers out in the hall piping the music throughout the floor. In the middle of the second floor, they have a couple of table shower rooms and a small sauna. There is also a toilet if you need to take a last minute leak.

Not surprisingly, pricing is standard: $60 pays for one hour, and a tip of $100 results in the typical full service session. Unlike some other posters here, I don't think there is any significance to the manner in which the money changes hands. So my usual practice is to give the full $160 to the girl after we get back in the room after the table shower. At the Mirage, I've also forked over the cash before the table shower. It really doesn't matter how I pay, I know I'm going to get my money's worth. To my mind, the total absence of ridiculous bargaining or gamesmanship that's regrettably so common elsewhere in the commercial sex trade is what makes the Asian spas so great.

As I noted above, by the luck of the draw the only girl I've ever seen at the Mirage is Mimi. She is about 5 feet, 5 inches tall, with a very pretty face graced by fine features and a nice smile. Downtown has had some problems with the mamasan lately. The owner has had to replace them alot. A couple of years ago they had 1 who had been there for at least a year or longer. Something new, but shoulda stayed home.

Went Downtown again on Monday afternoon and, as usual, Connie was with someone else. Seriously, I was more comparing DC to Baltimore in that regard whereas in Baltimore the SW's are spread out over several large areas, dressed like regular people as opposed to Street Ho style as in DC and are found literally 24 hours a day as opposed to the tight area of the K street stroll from midnight to early morning hours.

With a day off Monday, I planned to head to Downtown or maybe Supra. But I screwed around too much and ran low on time. So I headed IHC instead, I can always count on them and It take me half the time to get there and back. As I though, HIC’s Mimi is on that never ending “Vacation”. The recommended Suzi was not available either so Mama brought me a new girl, a very new girl.

I appreciate the comments about Mimi. I have only seen her recently and I have not been able to decide whether she has been enhanced, but I guess she has been. Fellow AMP lovers, I've been wondering this for a while and thought I'd throw out a question to the Senior guys. Do you ever wonder if while you are getting a table shower someone is going through your things checking ID,cash, etc? I've never had anything missing but I've wondered. What are your thoughts?

Also, I know you should never take in more $ than you want to spend. What do you think about carrying ID? Not that I'm in real bad shape but I'm mid 50's and wonder what if I had a heart attack ( I'd go happy) or pass out, it could happen, without ID how would they identify the body? Fortunately I have no warden to report to though.

I don’t think the tip for the mamasan is a good idea either, unless you plan to give it every trip from that point on. However I know of several people including myself who brining the mamsan (or the house) a little something, like candy or something, now and again. You don’t do it every time, or they get to expect it, but once every 3 or 4 visits are enough.

Over the holidays I brought the mamasans at IHC (they have several) a tin of butter cookies. They thanked me for the next 3 visits. On those visits they took extra care to get me the provider I was looking for.

Yellow fever attacked and so I called Hondo and the guy is Mr responsibility again. I called Robux who is the exact opposite and we arranged to meet at the same ole bar again. Ok so here I sit humbled in front of all of you after my earlier post about no reports on the street action in dc. I discovered this morning that apparently THERE IS NO FRIGGIN ACTION TO BE HAD ! Damn I drove all over and only saw one very fat student being hit on by ten or was it fifteen cars. Maybe it was just one lucky guy and the rest were helping to load her in the truck. I don't know but I'm glad it wasn't me. The only other action I saw was the she/he action by Bank of America off of 7th. Not my cup of tea. I did see one interesting thing at 12th and K sts. There is a cement structure not much bigger then a phone booth across from the hotel. Inside this little structure was a woman on her knees attempting to warm up some poor man's zipper which was surely stuck. I thought I was seeing things and then my second thought was that maybe Trashman was living on the wild side. Trash was it you? Anyhow I guess John E. Law has really put a hurting on action downtown.

Seeing that your pics have already been viewed over 3,000 times, there's sure to be some mongers considering a trip to BKK. My advice; besides checking out the obvious sources for air travel, cheaptickets, expedia, etc., a site that specializes in flights to LOS is www.thaifly.com. They are not always the lowest (depends on the time of year you travel), but I have bought RT tickets from Dulles to BKK for $600 or less from them. Proper planning and homework makes for an excellent vacation. Robux has shown you some gems that await on the other side of the world.

My boss at home has been getting on my nerves recently, so I decided I needed a bit of relxation of the non-Asian kind, so I went to H&H on Wisconsin for a float and massage (floating is highly recommended, btw). Trash and XSailorman: sorry, but I did tip Mamasan (Kim) again! I hadn't read your posts when I went. Friday afternoon I gave in to a growing - really growing - desire to see Paula Downtown. If you are worried about getting a heart attack, I recommend that when you go Downtown, save yourself by making the long climb slowly - so if you have a heart attack, at least you will have it because of the service. What a way to go! LOL. BTW, I have never had my wallet tampered with in an AMP, although I never take more than a couple of j's extra. I don't want to tempt fate.

Dear Iron Pony:

Every AMP (and most MPs that I've been in) has a small clear plastic zippered bag in your room, that you can use to put your wallet, keys, etc. in, then you can carry the bag with you to the table shower room and back. I always take advantage of this bag, putting my wallet and keys in it, although I usually leave my watch in my trousers (note: my watch is an old Swatch watch, not a Rolex). If you don't see the bag, just ask and the masseuse or mamasan will gladly give you one.

I always carry my driver's license in my wallet, although I usually don't have a lot of cash or credit cards in the wallet. I look at it this way, if I drop dead of a heart attack while having FS with a hot young Korean babe, then yes, I do want them to be able to identify the body, and no, I could care less what others would think at that point, since I'll be dead. Dying the same way as Nelson Rockefeller is a good way to go.

I've never had any evidence that my trousers or coat pockets have ever been gone through at an AMP. My impression is that a well-run AMP (such as Downtown, Supra, CPHC, etc.) is not going to allow any pick-pocketing or petty theft as it's bad for business. Remember, these places want you to keep coming back.

Not confident if this is true at a non-AMP MP. There was a MP in Hartford, CT where it was customary for someone to go through your clothes while you were in the shower, not sure why (to check if you are LE? to see how rich you are so they can ask for a bigger tip?). And of course SWs are the opposite extreme of AMPs - assume that every SW is a pick-pocket and act accordingly.

2 years ago a working girl at Downtown was murdered at Downtown. It was an ex-boyfriend who was into drugs. Came in and next thing you heard her screaming. The door was locked so they could not get in. He took off and they found her dead. So yes they are fearful of us. I do not think Downtown looks thru your stuff, but if they feel you are LE or a crazy they may do it. This was in the papers back in June or July of 2002 (I am forgetful on exact dates). Sharon left right after and never really came back. Coco left also for a while. Be careful and nice to the girls and you will be treated the same. Just my thoughts and knowledge.
