SDK.Yes she does, she's on STG using the name Kendra now. Planning on a visit soon and will update.
I do not know the background story but she's back to using the old name Michelle; personally I haven't been with her (too expensive) in maybe two / three years.

SDK.For those of you wondering, yes she's still in Dothan and hosting at the motel 8 as far as I know. I last saw her about 2 months ago.
