I find P411 very useful when scheduling with people the first time as I have enough OK's from previous meetings that it eases the screening requirements most of the time. Only issue is providers need to get "verified" by an existing P411 member to be allowed to promote on the site, so sometimes there aren't a ton of available people if I'm traveling to certain parts of the country.
