Okay, so I'm helping my friend set up a legit massage shop. No HE of any kind. Just good very strong pressure massage. The perpetual problem for her is this: Guys come to the shop and ask or hint for extras...So here's the question: If you are legit therapist and have a legit shop, what should the shop / therapist do to avoid the problem? My main idea is to somehow make sure the customer knows, before he's paid any money, that it's a legit massage.I don't know if this would work in Chicago -- if I heard this and wanted a legitimate massage, I might be spooked off because of reverse psychology -- but once I wanted to find a totally legit massage parlor and was told over the phone that's all they did, so I felt comfortable going.
I worked in Center City Philadelphia for a while, where every third storefront is a blacked-out door and window with only a street number on the outside -- all of them Korean places, all FS 1st visit no questions asked. (The Chinese places would have a show of a reflexology chart and hours of operation posted in the front window, which while curtained was not blacked-out, and you'd have a solo stand-up shower and only a HE.).
About 8:30 one night, my back was starting to kill me. I knew it would be hard to get into the one Chinese place (there was usually only one in business at a time) at that hour as they closed at 10 pm, but if I did at least I'd get a strong workover on my back before the flip. No dice; they were booked solid. Not having any other ideas, I went to Yelp, and found a massage spa pretty much in the vice bullseye in Center City -- in fact, I recognized the street address as being one of the Korean places. But the Yelp comments made it seem like maybe this wasn't a place offering extras. Also, they closed at 10 pm, while all the FS places were 2 am or 4 am, so I figured, "what the hell. ".
I called and asked the lady who answered the phone, "I know it's late, but do you have any openings for a deep tissue massage tonight?" She said, "We don't do happy endings. " It sounded like she was about to hang up, and I blurted out, "perfect!" I don't know if her arm was in mid-swing to hang up, or she was taken aback by that, but after a pause she said, "OK, you can come in at 9 pm for a one hour deep tissue massage. Our address is X and we're on the 2nd floor. Not the 3rd floor. ".
I buzzed the front door's 2nd floor button (which said something like "legitimate massage" on it) -- it turns out the 3rd floor had the FS place -- said I had a 9 pm appointment, and went upstairs. A older Chinese lady was at the reception desk, asked me if I was {Garbonzo} and had just called, etc. She asked, "where is your pain?" I said, "neck, shoulders, small of the back, and the left glute and hamstring. " She said, "we don't do happy endings. " I said, "Good, I don't want that. " So I got put in a curtained room, had a great massage with a masseuse who wasn't afraid to really work the muscle (wait, that sounded wrong, I mean the actual knotted muscles), and worked on my glutes and thighs without any sensual hint.
The real way I could tell it wasn't an AMP? The Chinese lady who met me, who while older was thin and toned and obviously worked out; she was wearing some band t-shirt and slim-fit jeans that showed off her very nice ass, but were definitely street clothes. I don't know how to define it but she looked like the exact opposite of every MS I've ever seen in any Chinese MP.
Long story short -- instead of just posting those signs we all laugh at, maybe a verbal statement on the call &/ or at the desk? Not "we only do legitimate massages" because we'll all chuckle and nod at that, but "no happy endings" sends a very different message.

(Plus I'm probably subconsciously afraid of a George Costanza "it moved"-type scenario.).
So if your friend can hire a masseur, that'd probably be generally good for sending the no extras message; but in addition to difficulty getting one, it might attract a separate group of unwanted clientele.
This place on Erie and Michigan always features hot but legit therapists. There's one girl that I saw there a couple of times a while ago that always had a "lustful" look in her eyes. She's a brunette, probably hispanic, curvy with an amazing ass, does anyone know her name?

I am a northern suburban guy who has no idea about downtown mongering. Tomorrow I will have some time to kill near northwestern hospital and would like to kill that time on a massage table within walking distance of the hospital. I was really interested in the $60 foot / body one hour combo. I was hoping they would add a third service to the combo. I thought this was for Ruby Spa, but when I got there I realized it was for HQ massage, which was on the same block of Archer. Not only is there the cost of tuition, but also the work-time lost while in class. I think about 600 clinical hours, plus passing the national exam. Also, these classes include a fair amount of anatomy, and are taught in English. I've heard there are schools in California (one quoted $3,100, as I spoke to him, and he teaches in Chinese, three month course). I can't be sure which of these programs is good, and which are bad. Or downright frauds.
I've heard the idea that a license is a waste of time. But lately with all the closures of spas for unlicensed spas, I'm finding owners of legit places getting very reluctant to hire unlicensed workers. And basically impossible to be the owner / manager without a license.
Finally the question: Does anybody know of decent schools that offer massage training? Hopefully taught in Chinese? I've heard of license "rentals" which I'm not sure about (since the name on the certificate would not match the "ID" of the person, not to mention it is fraudulent). I'm interested in any suggestions. While this is a matter of self interest, I would imagine there are a lot of people trying to get proper licenses these days. Thanks in advance. Bob.

In light of what has happened in St Charles over the last year I think spending the time and money to get a license is a good idea. I knew one lady that went to California for school and all she said was it was not cheap. I also know a lady who went to a school somewhere in Chicago, not sure of the exact location. Bob.First of all, I'd worry about the immigration status of the woman you're trying to help. Second, of course a professional license is going to have a cost. Actual massage can be a profession where a practicioner has the potential to do great bodily harm to a client. They damn well better be qualified. Third, an actual legit business has a lot of startup costs, and that's just the way it is. That's why not everyone is an entrepreneur or self-employed. Fourth, this is the United States, so college-level or trade school-level training is most likely going to be in English. But to me it's all academic if she's an illegal alien. Chicago may be a sanctuary city now, but that just may be changing in the very near future. Despite what people think, there aren't a lot of ways to cut corners and do things on the cheap.

I even have been to one or two Foot places that ONLY had male MT's in there. Not my cup of tea either. Usually when I walk in and see that, I'll still go ahead with it anyway because it seems rude (to me) to make a big deal and leave.
I have gotten some good Masseurs massages though, often they are stronger than the women. Even though that's true I still TRY to get one of the females if possible. I just seem to get "something" out of a legit massage by a female that you don't get when it's a male. I'm hesitant to put a name on it. But it feels very different even though it's strictly non-sexual. Not sure if I'm getting a buzz from being in close proximity to female pheromones or what, but there's SOMETHING there to it.
There was one Masseur at Foot Place who I never want to get stuck with again- His hands were like 400 grit sandpaper. Was an awful sensation no matter where he touched you, it was just a terrible disturbing feeling. Luckily that guy isn't the norm.

Look at the hoops you have encountered in trying to start a business, regulation, schooling, licensing literally none of which existed just 50 years are now mandatory, yet we survived back then but somehow can't now. I did see in the massage regulations that there are exemptions for practicing the Chinese modalities of Tui Na, Shiatsu and Jin Shin Do which means they do not have to be licensed massage therapist (LMT) but must be certified practitioner or member of American Organization of Bodywork Therapies of Asia. What's the difference you ask? The village of Wheaton wanted to shut down an AMP, but they were having a hell of a time because the women had some certificates from the Asian Body Work Organization. The most common way, if they have complaints about the spa offering 'happy endings', is to send in an undercover cop to see if they can catch a massage worker offering "sexual services". That, however, takes time, money and is not a 100% sure thing. If the city passes all these requirements, then they have a lot of ways to close a spa without having to bother to do more than send a few cops out and catch them in violation of some provision of their license. In other words, it's lazy cops, not 'big government' at work here.

It was like twenty minutes after their advertised opening time, and after mamasan let me in, she put me in a room and asked if I could wait. I wasn't in a hurry that morning (had the first half of the day off), so I opted to wait. Spent fifteen minutes sitting / lying around before my masseuse finally came in. They didn't charge the time waiting against my visit, and the woman who came in apologized for making me wait. Then, she gave me the whole treatment finishing in a decent CFS 'massage'. Not the worst way to spend your morning, but if you're on a schedule, it's something you might want to take into consideration.

Also, the parking is expensive if you can even find a spot.
You can consider hopping on the Red line and go to Chinatown (about 15-20 minute ride). In the river north area, get on Red line at State and Grand. But from what I have read, there are no FS available at those Chinatown spas, just L1.
If you absolutely need FS from Asian girls, your best bet is get on the Blue line and head out to Ohare area and go to one of the Asian apartments. You can catch Blue line by crossing the river, corner of Clark and Lake. It's about a 45 minute ride and then 15 minute walk after you get off. You would need to step up to an escort service like Korean Palace which has a south loop location, or asian apartment near ohare. If FS is off your list then the best bets that I have experienced that are walkable / taxi are Paradise on Wabash, Green Spa on Halsted, and my favorite SXL on s. Michigan.

I think I posted on this topic before. The options are limited in the downtown loop area for a few reasons. Mainly, the rent is too high to make money. Also, the parking is expensive if you can even find a spot.
You can consider hopping on the Red line and go to Chinatown (about 15-20 minute ride). In the river north area, get on Red line at State and Grand. But from what I have read, there are no FS available at those Chinatown spas, just L1.
If you absolutely need FS from Asian girls, your best bet is get on the Blue line and head out to Ohare area and go to one of the Asian apartments. You can catch Blue line by crossing the river, corner of Clark and Lake. It's about a 45 minute ride and then 15 minute walk after you get off. I think a large portion of the LE attention these places receive is from the illusion that there is some slave ring organization that facilitates all of it.
Rather than the truth, which is that these girls are trying to survive in a society where they don't speak the native language, have little education or no credentials that are recognized, and are most likely the first in their family to come here, and are still in the process of finding their place in an American life.
Just recently I posted about several busts for licensing issues. After talking with some of those involved, the main reason so many of these girls are unlicensed is they simply can't take the test because it's only offered in english.
In reality it is of our own doing, many of these girls would move on with their lives much quicker if we could make it easier for them to adapt to life here. But that would involve admitting that America is not the center of the universe.

Doesn't this qualify as entrapment?Probably not. Although it would depend on whether or not your lawyer could prove that you were not "predisposed to commit the crime", or that the offer would induce or coerce the average person to commit a crime that they normally wouldn't.
Two competing tests exist for determining whether entrapment has taken place, known as the "subjective" and "objective" tests. The "subjective" test looks at the defendant's state of mind; entrapment can be claimed if the defendant had no "predisposition" to commit the crime. The "objective" test looks instead at the government's conduct; entrapment occurs when the actions of government officers would usually have caused a normally law-abiding person to commit a crime.
In this case, I suspect that the prosecution will handle the objective test by arguing that a normally law-abiding person would have either politely refused the offer of sex for money and requested a massage only, or would have left the establishment. As for the subjective test, the defendants lawyer will have their work cut out for them trying to prove that the defendant had no interest in paying for sex and normally wouldn't do so, but they felt that in this particular situation it was necessary.
If you're going to participate in this hobby, it's important to realize that "entrapment" isn't likely to be a usable defense in most cases. The undercover officer can lie to you and tell you they are not a cop, they can make the offer, they can dress provocatively, legally they can even perform the "cop check", and you still aren't going to be able to use an "entrapment" defense.
Now as an example of where you might get an "entrapment" defense: You meet a pretty lady at a bar and strike up a conversation. She seems interested in you, and you ask if she'd like to get out of there for a while. You both agree to go to a local hotel and both express interest in mutually consented free sex. You are both naked, and lying in bed kissing. Just as you're about to engage in penetrative sex, she mentions that she's out of cash and was wondering if you'd be willing to pay for a cab for her afterwards. You agree, and the cops come busting in to arrest you. In that case, you might be able to use an "entrapment" defense.

Over the course of the operation, several men walked out, either because they were looking for legitimate massages I'm guessing getting guys busted quickly is important in this sort of operation. Maybe if you fend off opening sex negotiations she will send you away so she doesn't have to spend 30 minutes giving you a masssage. I'm saying as a strategy just say no if they open with negotiations. Feel out the massage and negotiate again on the flip.

Just wanted to drop a report on several experiences (all very YMMV).
Not sure what the demographic here is, but I used the "innocent little brother card" with a lot of the MT's I visited in the NW burbs area (So far hit Schaumburg, Streamwood, Roselle).
These are definitely not advertised as monger-friendly places, and a lot of the ladies said they went to work there solely because of the "legitimacy" in suburban parlors. Since I'm a first timer, I wanted to test the waters. Strict Disclaimer YMMV fasho.
Hoffman Estate AMP Grand opening as listed on Craigslist - 2 ladies, both middle aged, very strong massage, on the flip nothing, but after she got close and I gave out a moan, she got closer. Started using acupressure on all the right places, told me next time to come back for the good stuff (spent half an hour complaining about old white guys (sorry dudes) but decided to give the little guy a whirl for like 30 minutes). Damage was just house plus tips. So 1. 0? Is that how you guys do it? LOL.

Does anybody remember when this happened at a spa in Glenview several years ago? The big difference was that it was originally an American staff, and undercover were also American. But if you went to an Asian parlor on Archer and suddenly saw an entire Caucasian staff, that would be a red flag. I think if you negotiated on the phone and then showed up, you might still get popped. I refuse to believe that they let those who did not negotiate leave, maybe a few to add to their credibility.

If you walk into any spa, Euro or otherwise and a girl you DON'T know offers you "full sex for $200" up front and you agree, how is that entrapment? Did you not have the choice to say "no" and walk out? Did you not have the choice to say "I just want a therapeutic massage"?

Just wanted to drop a report on several experiences (all very YMMV).
Not sure what the demographic here is, but I used the "innocent little brother card" with a lot of the MT's I visited in the NW burbs area (So far hit Schaumburg, Streamwood, Roselle).
These are definitely not advertised as monger-friendly places, and a lot of the ladies said they went to work there solely because of the "legitimacy" in suburban parlors. Since I'm a first timer, I wanted to test the waters. Strict Disclaimer YMMV fasho.
Hoffman Estate AMP Grand opening as listed on Craigslist - 2 ladies, both middle aged, very strong massage, on the flip nothing, but after she got close and I gave out a moan, she got closer. Started using acupressure on all the right places, told me next time to come back for the good stuff (spent half an hour complaining about old white guys (sorry dudes) but decided to give the little guy a whirl for like 30 minutes). Damage was just house plus tips. So 1. 0? Is that how you guys do it? LOL.

The definition of Entrapment is "A practice whereby a law enforcement agent induces a person to commit a criminal act that the person would not likely otherwise commit" What they did does fit the definition of Entrapment. How could the police prove the person arrested intended to receive sexual services. This however does not help out the person arrested. Plain and simple, police lie and the courts will always believe them before a common citizen. The prosecuting attorney will swear that the person arrested initiated the solicitation. They will not bother trying to prove intent unless he had incriminating evidence like a box of condoms and a list of Spas indicating who puts out and who does not.Spot, parked your car, went in and when confronted with a obvious act that is against the law, solicitation for the purposes of prostitution, you the monger, did not immediately get off the table, tell her you were the wrong type of massage parlor, put your clothes on and leave. These guys stayed, engaged in incriminating conversations probably like does that include a CBJ or BBBJ, etc and that's how you get arrested. It's the same principal of the law that allows law enforcement to open up and sell dope, open a pawn shop that accepts stolen merchandise or operate a DUI checkpoint, the police didn't make you a dope fiend, a thief or pour alcohol down you throat.
There is a difference between the act of getting arrested, the state's attorney charging you with a crime and you being convicted by a judge or jury. Most mongers will take the fine and diversion (stay out of trouble and the charge wlll be expunged) versus a trial. Its what the government is counting on, after all you would need to a monger with nothing to lose, personally and professionally, to take a case to trial, even then your lawyer will never allow you to testify.

I noticed that they arrested a guy who'd been busted as a 'john' because he came back the next day and started shooting video of their operation. Charged him with 'obstruction'. Wonder how the f they're going to make that stick in any courtroom?But to stop him from filming their operation while it is was ongoing. The district attorney will not charge the monger mostly likely, so therefore his arrest accomplished exactly what is was suppose to for the police.

On the earlier conversation, for what it's worth, almost every MT I've met over 30 has kids. I'll say 98%. In that sense, they lead double lives, a little like the double lives we lead. I've had really interesting conversations about my kids and their kids. When this happens, it sort of opens of a dialog and a relaxed level of comfort together. I'll try and feel out this interesting adventure, truth be told I won't have extravagant stories to tell. It's kind of a mental satisfaction for me to get to that stage where something off the menu suddenly becomes part of the routine. My goal (at least while I'm still in the NW burbs region) is to see how far these MT's are willing to go. So far it seems for a few extra bucks (. 2 . 4) a lot of handsy and mutual touching. Which is really interesting to me (about to get lame), since they are family folk who come to the states to make money and then remit back to their kids back home. One of them even had a kid that was a little bit younger than myself, but she rubbed my balls thoroughly for 10 bucks. Its kind of a conflicting experience LOL.

My own personal thinking is that it would not be entrapment.
If you walk into any spa, Euro or otherwise and a girl you DON'T know offers you "full sex for $200" up front and you agree, how is that entrapment? Did you not have the choice to say "no" and walk out? Did you not have the choice to say "I just want a therapeutic massage"?
If I walked into a spa and before I even get into a room a girl asks if I want full sex for $200 I am out of there in a heartbeat. If you did agree, you deserve to be arrested for stupidity.

Here's how I think entrapment applies:
A guy comes in looking for a massage and nothing more. He does have money in his pocket, for whatever reason. Maybe he's going shopping later, maybe owes his brother some money, whatever. He's ready to begin the massage and this attractive woman makes the offer and gives prices. (Attractive is, of course, a matter of opinion, and very subjective.) He's not inclined towards doing this in the first place, but shrugs his shoulders and thinks, well, here's a gorgeous woman (in his opinion) making the offer, and I have money in my pocket. So on an impulse he goes along with it. He did not have intent in the first place, and probably wouldn't of thought of it unless the offer had been made, illegal or not. I can certainly see that if the guy makes the overture, he is busted. But if the other party makes the overture and pushes hard for it, I don't see why that is not entrapment.
Some girls will give you two pops. You have to 1) get to know her and 2) ask.Another thing is you probably have to find a way to get the first pop early maybe before the massage. So you have time to re-generate hehe. At least for this old guy.

Jst two people working. Mid 35 to 40 . Went in to the room. There are not actually rooms, the walls on either sides go up only to an certain height. They do not reach the ceiling.
Very avg massage. No tease. On the flip, was asked to do self service. Now comes the insane part. 40 $ for self service. I was like WTF, I said no. Put my clothes on, left. Gave a 10 $ tip for the avg massage.
Never ever again.

I was there last week. The masseuse was prolly late 30's early 40's and decent looking. She had c cups and some baby fat. Her face was 6. 5/10. Massage was really good though! Very strong. HE was good, but a bit too much oil on junior. I recommend going there, but will try the other MTs though. Happy hunting and stay safe!

Had a dream about wellness spa in oak park. Paid. 48 for an hr. No hints at xtra at all. I took a chance bc it was cheap. They also have a weird colon machine. I saw a video. Apparently all these clients put a tube up themselves and you then poop. You actually see it in the machine. Um, yea, so needless to say I didn't try that LOL. I think this place will be legit but YMMV. I would not repeat.

The last time I was at the place in Bartlett it was called Red Bean and it is a complete dump. The walls don't even come close to the ceiling, the rooms are the size of a janitors closet and the floor had a nice sticky coating of bodily fluids from when they were giving HJ's. This is at least the third different AMP at this location in the past year. Even if they start giving extras eventually, the place is a dump. SaintChuck.

The problem with those posts is that there is lack of details. What are you looking for, just a happy ending or FS? Do you want K girls or Chinese girls? Checked out Qing Spa earlier since I was in the area. Not as good as Belmont Spa but it's probably the 2nd best I've visited in the area. The girl was attractive especially compared to the other AMPs I've visited. I was there on the earlier side so they might not have had their front line out yet.

I would encourage you going forward to invest the extra twenty dollars on each visit. When you tip 20 and they feel ripped off, it's going to be hard to get good service again. I'm sure you can pop over there and they'll treat you well, but after awhile, they'll recognize you and you'll find the service to go downhill.
The number of good spas in Chicago are few. There are a ton more in SF, Philly, NY, Dallas. The only person you hurt is yourself as you start to get crappier and crappier service from these places.
Also, I've found that my best exploits and ATFs are typically UTRs that don't post on BP and other sites. I typically get these contact deets from other seniors. I got that because I built a good reputation of being kind to their referrals without breaking "standard" pricing. Like some who have already stated, I will be sure to not respond to your messages.
Lastly, there are girls who read and advertise on this board. For example, the legendary Tara of Madison. To contact her, you have to post on their board that you'd like to see her, she reads all of your posts and then decides if you're a shithead or not.

Been doing this a while like some of you boys. I usually don't share my info, but I need some advice on finding younger more attractive therapists. I'm sure they're out there, and I'm sure many of you (like me) know where some are and just aren't sharing. So, in that spirit.
Here's some overall AMP rules for you newbies out there:
* Walk in with your chin high looking straight ahead. Smile at the girls and talk a bit, but keep small talk to a minimum.
* When getting a massage, get completely naked and don't put the towel on. She probably will when she gets in, but that's not a deal breaker.
* Take a "wide stance" while laying where your legs and arms are right at. Or beyond. The edges of the table. This is the MOST IMPORTANT detail. When she's doing the massage, if she allows her body to press up against your hands / arms / legs, it's go time buddy. If she avoids them, no touching allowed.
* I FUCKING HATE OIL. The only purpose it serves is to caues me to get backne and have to take 30 showers and feel slimy. I immediately say "no oil" when I lay down. Some I will let use lotion, otherwise they can do it without oil or lotion (called a Beijing Massage).

I would really like for you to explain to me why you must never use a credit card. I am not married and I get points on my credit card so I actually prefer to use it. Please don't tell me that Uncle LEO is going to track me down and lock me up. Even if they busted a place and by some miracle they got a subpoena for the credit card records, it proves nothing. It just proves that I was there and I paid for a massage. Also, the credit card machine can be intimidating and confusing for the therapist. "L"s new shop has a credit card machine. Actually about half the customers use it. We're legit, as you know. But, I guess I'm saying it's easy to make a mistake. If you do use a card, look carefully at the amounts. And keep the receipts. Also, tip in cash. Putting the tip on the card, especially the Chip Cards, is a tricky process. I just run the tip as a separate transaction. I know that's not the correct proceedure, but I don't care.

I guess it's possible they could use your credit card and try to purchase stuff, but then they have no repeat business. Hardly doubt that a lot of AMP's would be that foolish.
Also, the credit card machine can be intimidating and confusing for the therapist. "L"s new shop has a credit card machine. Actually about half the customers use it. We're legit, as you know. But, I guess I'm saying it's easy to make a mistake. If you do use a card, look carefully at the amounts. And keep the receipts. Also, tip in cash. I would never leave a tip on the card because that would be a red flag and very obvious. The other reason that I always tip in cash is because if you were to tip on the card, I have a feeling that the girl would never see that money and that wouldn't be fair to her. SaintChuck.

AMPs are very convenient honeypots to collect a variety of personal and financial info. Don't use your real name, leave your wallet at home or locked in the car, carry only the cash you intend to spend into the establishment. I don't even bring my cell phone in. As far as they should be concerned, you're a polite ghost that tips well.

1400 block of South Michigan continues to be a satisfying rubdown, but I am a bit amazed at how quickly the merchandise ages. Acne is a problem there on staff. They told me there is a new girl next week so let's see how that changes things (for the better hopefully). There's plenty of UTC and slow hand fun there; I just (like others) would like a young attractive provider.

Longtime AMP hobbyist here. Lurker. Just moved to Chicago. When I was here house hunting I went to Macau based on recs on this board. Great time. 4 hands, good strong massage, left happy. $. 4 to each therapist. It was a good enough experience that I went back today after settling into my new place.
The mamasan, who was one of the two therapists last time, greeted me and asked "4 hands?" I said not today but about it was a good sign that she remembered me. I got Laura for my massage. She was the other one from before. So far so good. Excellent table shower. Good massage (keeping in mind that I'm a snob about the massage part). Strong, lots (and lots) of attention in all the right places.
Still more attention in all the right places after the flip. To the point where I was really, really ready for the next / final stage. At one point I briefly let my hand roam. She didn't say no but I didn't get a welcoming vibe so I stopped after a few seconds. At the end, after long teasing -- including lots of definitely NOT shy attention below and in back -- she grabs my hand. DIY.

My usual practice for DIY is to tip $. 2. This time I gave. 25. As I as leaving she demanded more. I replied that next time if she did more work she would get a better tip. I don't think she was pleased.
I like the place base on my first experience there. And I really try to be fair to therapists. So did I mess up this time?
