This is why so many "lurkers" don't post or try to share and just "lurk" and that's what I'll be back to doing, I'm done.Seems to me he was just trying to contribute a bunch of reviews early, like I did. Is it me, or does anyone else wonder how he found the energy (or why he waited so long) to post?I get that your comment could be seen as a genuine humor and you are just joking. But I think you can do better than this if your comment is meant as a humor. Because in the past month or two, I saw a couple seniors posting binge reviews like him. The only difference is, the senior put everything in one post instead of 11. Binge reviews are good so long as the quality is good, and should not be treated differently because of the post count of the author.
If he submitted 11 posts of 'please-spoon-feed-me' types of questions about these MPs, then he is certainly weird and not a cool way to build his street cred and get to the Senior level.
He posted 11 reviews instead. Yes there is always a concern of quality and credibility of reviews. But in his case, did he provide fishy information? Of course not. Although what he provided is not really nuanced information, his reviews are genuine. They are pretty consistent with old reviews on these places, so if nothing else, it's confirming, and thus of a good value, at least to me. Oh, and yes, there is a chance that he did not visit all these spots and just pulling information from elsewhere to fake these reviews. But again, I have no problem and actually would applaud his effort since he actually pulled out the right information. It takes time to do this.
Yes, newbies or lurkers need to learn and find their ways to gain and earn their trust with seniors. But seniors commenting like this is not helpful at all. We all have life outside of the hobby. I don't submit review to the other sites right after any appointment because I'm also busy with so many other stuff. So why should I be condemned if I submit a review or a bunch or reviews at the time of my convenience?

Went to Zen on clbrn a few days ago. Been hesitating to go there bcs its in the area where I work and have to be discrete like.

When I visited many years ago it was a similar set up. Small place mamasan walked me to the small room on the right. She did give a decent massage before reaching for wood. Whatever.Castlerae, your criticism is warranted and appreciated. I just hoped that you could be a slightly more constructive and pointed out more clearly the issue of your concern (whether he copy / paste anything) and the things you want clarification from him. If you pointed out the ways of improvement clearly and he responded in the same way, I'd actually hammer down on him immediately.
I understand and have the same concern and I would react differently when the reviews contradicted to the general consensus or my own experience, to the point that I think it warrants additional clarification. I have no idea if all or some his reviews are copying from old ones word-for-word. I do suspect that. But because he did (re) organize his materials and the information is consistent with what I know, so I didn't hammer down on him. Plus, even if some of them is stolen from old reviews, recycling the information is still of a bit of value, given the consistency with the consensus. At least it makes easier for folks who have to RTFF. Plus, sharing second-hand or hearsay information is not a bad sharing in and of itself, as long as posters make clear about it. At least I'm a bit more flexible about this.

I want to provide some clarification about this bodyrub provider.
She is not the person shown in the images she used on her BP ad. But she does look like her even if you see past the makeup. So, it is an accurate portray of her, but not the real photo of her. The difference of word choice is subtle but indeed somewhat confusing. And guess what, the other site has the same policy for the image description.
She is clearly a mixed race, just not sure if it's White & African American or Indian & African American or all three. The Indian / Asian mention could be that she needs to stick to the script and the images that she 'borrows' on her ad.
Her look is pretty hot and her boobs are top-notch.
Her service is fairly mechanical and distant. She has BDSM and prostate massage on menu, and the second item is not the code word for happy ending.
She mentioned her price is all inclusive, as in she did not expect tipping for the standard finish.
She would wear a latex glove to provide service when you order the second item.
Her studio is in an office building in the financial district part of the loop, the floor she is on have another few massage studios. This is what she told me. I walked around and feel like what she said is true. I did not ask if they are her 'competitors' or just legit and licensed massage therapists.

Her studio on Jackson just east of the board of trade. There is a glass partition on same floor that has many female receptionists there. I think the floor is shared with other business in addition to a massage business (stand. finish) owned by Charnese. So, people in the East and Southeast Asian countries near by and have been historically influenced or have been a major immigration destination in history will know what red envelope means. Even if they do not observe the new year of Lunar calendar. I believe Korean and Japanese and Vietnamese would observe the Lunar new year.
The Asian exceptions are People from India and Russia and their adjacent countries in South and Central Asia, they don't observe Chinese culture that much.
In this world, girls from Korea and Thai would definitely know and understand your gesture.

I don't want my picture out there either. If the pictures being "fake" is an automatic no-go for you, that's fine. But I'm sure a lot of the fellas on here would be willing to overlook the "fake" pics if they know that the girl looks pretty close to those pics and knows what do do with her hands. For the girls I mentioned (and a couple others), I'm happy to pass along that information.
Don't quite understand the uproar about pictures.
If the picture is a close enough likeness then I'm ok with that. If it's not a close likeness then I just walk.

In today's day and age they should take a real pic and then if they have to- just block out the face. It's not that difficult or expensive and this comes from someone who is one of the least tech savvy people out there. The images these ads use to drum up business is borderline fraud. Using pictures of young, attractive models when in reality the gal you get is nowhere close to that in looks, body type or age. You know it's bad when we all talk about how AMP ads never use real pics. I mean name the last time an ad actually used a pic of a real masseuse. And then many of them don't even give a quality massage! And at AMPs from what I've read in many cases you're not allowed to choose the gal- it's usually next gal up unless it's slow and you're a regular.
I'm sure not using real pics happens with more than just AMP ads, but it's ridiculous. I guess when you visit one of these places that advertises this way you've got to ask yourself a question, Do i feel lucky? Well do ya punk? haha!

Foot massages are done in the entry room, they have 4-5 chairs set up there. The private rooms have walls that go to the ceiling and doors that close & lock. The downside is that the location is in a very busy shopping center next to a Dollar Tree and Hallmark store so lots of people will see you go in and out.
I was there last week for a strictly therapeutic massage and the girl tried to upsell me for a HE so yes, more is (possibly) available in a foot massage spa if they also have private rooms.

Sun Spa in Glen Ellyn offers a 30 minute foot massage for $29 and a full body massage in a private room for $60 an hour. Foot massages are done in the entry room, they have 4-5 chairs set up there. The private rooms have walls that go to the ceiling and doors that close & lock. The downside is that it is located in a very busy shopping center next to a Dollar Tree and Hallmark store so lots of people will see you go in and out.
I was there last week for a strictly therapeutic massage and the girl tried to upsell me for a HE. So yes, more is (possibly) available in a foot massage spa if they also have private rooms.

I would not say I recommend Korean vs Chinese. Really, they are different. Neither is better than the other. It just depends on what you want. And even then, I'm generalizing. And half the time I'm wrong anyway. You can get FS at either place, although I think it is more likely at a Korean place. Door charge usually higher at Korean. Maybe (a higher emphasis on cuter talent at Korean. Table showers more common at Korean. Blow Jobs more common at Korean. Less common at Chinese. The fact that those are the actual masseuses pictured leads me to believe they are a legit place. However, 4 of the 5 women pictured are fairly fine looking, and do have impressive racks. I posted the below on the "southside" board but I forgot that Elly works mostly works at the city location so I should have posted here too.
I normally don't see anyone but Lexus or Paris but neither were available. I was going to pass until I was told that Elly was available. Her picture on the website always peaked my interest so I took one for the team. You all owe me one. LOL.
1) she actually looks like her picture (a lot of Paris girls are bigger than their pictures suggest).
2) she made me wait 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment while she ate dinner (which smelled burned).
3) I was told that a bikini session was. 55 (the website says. 50) so I scheduled the session. After she comes in 20 minutes late and fully dressed, I informed her that I scheduled a bikini session. Elly then states that she charges. 6 but I told her that I was told. 55 on the phone. She looks good so I said what the heck and I go with the. 6.
4) I then find out that she only take off her top for the bikini session (bra still on). Nothing below she waste changed.
5) I go to asian providers for real massages but I expect a good body rub at this place. Elly doesn't give a body run but tries to give a real message. Her massage was the worse that I have ever had!
6) I rub her leg to let her know that I am not LEO. But she tell me to take it easy so I stop. I figure that I can get back to it on the flip.
7) On the flip I had to request a pillow (bad sign). She circles my body with light touches but she moves so fast that I can't see her body (which I paid to see) and I could not retry the leg rubs.
8) Then she abruptly states that the session is over and ask if I want another towel. I ask "that's it?" She says yes and walks out.
What a waste of time!
Tried it myself. Cheap entry fee. 5, average massage. On the flip offered to assist with a self service. Probably won't repeat far too many options out there.

Been to this place twice. Will not be returning. The providers are youngish (30's to 40's) and attractive enough but I was rushed and the service was just plain bad both times. The second time I was there, the girl stop sucking midway through because I was "taking too long" and she was "tired. " It really took some prodding to get her mouth back onto it. The location is right on Michigan, just south of the river and there is a check-in desk when you walk into the building. It's nothing thorough. They basically just ask for the code of whichever suite you're going to. You can either call ahead and get it or the people at the desk will just call them for you and hand you the phone so the MP can tell you it. The receptionists probably know what goes on up there so it can be rather awkward. For the price of a full massage and extras, this place is not cheap and a man can get much more bang for his buck elsewhere. I know I do.

None of these are foolproof. But Here are some clues.
Decoration: Chinese tend to be more decorated. Red is a favorite color. Wall hangings common. You might see incense, Buddhas, Waving cats (good luck). The Korean places seem to be less decorated. It's just my feeling. Probably bullshit.

As promised, I went back to lux this week to try out the younger talent and very glad I did it. Very firm skin, menu was open (except Greek. Didn't ask but I don't think they ever do) with reasonable rates. Very willing to serve and definitely not a clock watcher.
I know I never had this kind of mileage from lux before. Treat them nice guys, rewards are there.

She use to provide the massages years ago. Try united spa on harlem avenue. Its 10 minutes away from gunnison. You should have no problem at united. They are a FS shop so bring some cash for tip.

I'm coming to your fair city this week, and I'm going to get a FBSM or two. After reading through this and the oThER site, I settled on the following options.

Trinity. Kim is YMMV. If your an old friend, no problem. If you don't know her at all, probably won't play as she is very cautious. I'm an old friend.
Healing Hands. Sounds like you had Cici. She is ok, nothing stellar.
SKY Spa: 3 out of 3 hits for me, but they are cautious. Multiple visits should pay off and the girls I've seen are sweet and cute.
Q SPA: I think same older lady for years and nothing stellar here.
M2: I got 2 great grandma's and I just opted out of anything extra. Others have had better lookers.

Welcome to the forum. Great reports. Only general comment. But not ironclad. The Chinese places tend to charge $60-65. Korean $70-$80. I've been to Sky, It's Chinese. HE is available, but, also as a general comment, they are a little more cautious for people they don't know. I'm a little surprised at the $75 door for Magic hands. 20+ years ago I had just left Carm's beef in Westchester and was heading home. I came to a stoplight on Wolf and 22nd and glanced into a strip mall across from Fresh Meadows Golf Course. First post. Have explored a lot in the past few months in the wicker / UK village / west town areas. My absolute go-to is on Grand west of the 9 bus. I just went there a bit ago, massage was decent, and the provider provided great service knowing all the spots to touch. Looks were. Not so great. Sounded like there were at least 2 other people working there, and as I left I got to see one of them. Kind of made me regret the money I had just spent seeing what could have been. Some places you can bring your wallet with you- others you can't. A lot of guys just bring so much money they're willing to spend and leave it in their wallet. Two reasons for this- one if someone steals from you it will be only so much. The second is that if a gal sees your wallet overflowing with bills- she'll expect a bigger tip and might be more difficult/expensive to deal with which kills the mood.

I take a old Crown Royal bag with me. Put my valuables in it and it goes with me to the shower and I place it on the floor below the peep hole during the massage.

It depends on the circumstances. First, Like others have said. Skip the table shower. Its a waste of fun time. Go early in the morning before you get dirty. Between a TS and Sauna, you are blowing 20 minutes you could spend fucking. So my stuff is always in the room with me. Never had any concern about any theft. I've been to a few places around these neighborhoods, and looking to put in my 2 cents. Also looking for recommendations for similar parlors in the area.

Yep I had the pleasure of visiting Heidi. Very fun gal too. Dunno where she went. On one of my returns to Yun Pin I had a cute one named Cindy. Turned out lame as hell and didn't participate and demanded a tip. I refused. She even tried pulling at me to keep me from leaving. Sofy was a short, cute brunette but not the girl in the pics. Seen Jessica a dozen times and those pics aren't her. Giselle? She was a bleach blonde, not the girl in the pics at all. That said. No complaints at all looks wise, they were all hot. Sofy was the only one I didn't repeat with, she got strict with the touching rules (wouldn't allow what all the other girls allowed).
Based on comments here I saw Kiki at Oki Doki. Rushed through the TS, set me up on the table, left for a few minutes then I hear the door close and the massage starts. 10 minutes in I try to make conversation and I look up and it's not Kiki. She subbed in another girl who was giving a lame ass rubdown. She said "me no speak English". Time to turn over and Kiki comes in and goes right for the finish. I inquired about options and she said "too late, already have oil on you". Let me roam OTC but otherwise was a very standard finish.
Left her a tip and on my way out looked at my watch and realize that I paid for the hour but she had me out the door in under 40 minutes.
Others had glowing things to say here so maybe just a bad / rushed day on her part but don't think I'd bother with her again.

I'm not sure if there's been a profound change or not. Many variables and many personalities. Plus, in last three months, I've spent 90% of my time with three Chinese women.
As an example this last week one woman (I've actually fallen for her) rented a hotel / boarding house room in Chinatown and I spent the last five days in bed with her, eight hours a day. Like a honeymoon. Actually MUCH better than my honeymoon 40 years ago.
That's not specifically relevant to the AMP question except as we look for another job for her, we talked about the different places and what a therapist is expected to do or not to do.
She also explained the Chinese psyche to me. And the relationship between spa owners and the girls. Interesting. My friend (I told you be fore she had been celibate for 20 years) is strictly legit and has quit places where the owners pressure the girl to offer extras.
The idea is the the owners have the "right" to insist that a girl please the customer, and since being in America is viewed as difficult and challenging, the girl is expected to do what's expected. So, most girls will eventually do things, if they are comfortable with the situation and feel safe. The manager is frequently offsite, with a camera monitoring the door. So the girl is either alone, or working with a partner. Many Chinese girls are recent immigrants with limited English. However, some are immigrants from cities like Hong Kong or Shanghai, and might, therefore have previously worked in parlor / brothels over there.
What this leads to is what I suspect is quite disparate experiences for the customers, and, of course, uncertainty on both sides. So it's easy to get a woman who will not do extras. Also easy to get a woman who is a hustler. Those hustler women have the agenda of making the most money in the least amount of time, certainly not about making the customer pampered, relaxed, or happy. They do not think about repeat business.
I think the situation may have been exacerbated lately. Among the Chinese, everybody and their brother wants to open a spa. So I think there are many new places springing up. I (suspect) there are only a fixed number of women who are willing to do extras, and the ones willing to do FS are the ones who were working in the business back in China. It should be noted many of these woman are in Apartments, vs AMPs. Substantially more lucrative for the girl. Meanwhile, I suspect business, in general is down. So a certain level of desperation sets in, so you get this illogical behavior with girls pressing for more tips, and tips agreed to up front.
I think the question is how to improve your odds. Aside from being a regular with girls and places, you could ask guys like Confucius and DMichaels how they are so successful. In my case, (probably theirs as well) we've been doing this long enough to know what is acceptable Masseuse behavior, and what is not. I think a guy shows up nervous, uptight, etc. Sends a vibe that they are either LEO, or a newbie. The inexperienced girl will back off, to avoid trouble. The experienced girl will spot the guy's nervousness and extract the extra money for less service and less time. Its easy to say "relax" and feel confident / self-assured. But that's really important. Call them out is they are being greedy. Try to establish a relationship with the person, talk, joke. Learn Chinese (LOL). I can say my limited knowledge of Chinese, puts them at ease. Offer to massage them. ALWAYS come prepared with condoms. Its a travesty to lose out because you aren't prepared. Also, (as has been posted) if they do have a condom, its very possible that it has been recycled. If you have a pleasant time, make darn sure you tell her and get her WeChat information. You can positively guarantee she will go somewhere else. Tell her simply you want to see her again, even if she moves. If she likes you at all, she will gladly give out the information. So the next visit, the ice is broken.
Other things to aim for are to see her on her day off. Most do not have cars. So take them places. Shopping. They have a shit-load of errands and you are really helping them out. By the second or third outing, she'll be cooking for you and hanging out in hotel rooms having sex all day. By the way, that's not always good. Evidently, I've been recognized in Chinatown with different women. Yesterday, as "L" and I went back to our bedroom, we passed the kitchen, four women eating at the table. I say hello (Ni Hao). I go into the bedroom, "L" goes to the bathroom. Loud chatter outside. "L" returns and says in Chinese "One of those girls knows you". "Go out and say hi". I'm thinking Oh shit, the Chickens have come home to roost. Since I'm already under the covers, I say "later". So I have no idea this girl was or what I did with her. But so far, I'm ok. My girl says "All Americans look alike to me! " So I'll probably tell her the girl was mistaken. Bob.

TOFTT at Sunflower yesterday. Could not understand the ladies name, but she is one of the pictured women in the ad (which is unusual). Overall good massage with minimal draping. She did get near some sensitive areas, which was nice and relaxing. . Unfortunately, no finish or options to finish. Totally legit massage, good quality for the price. I'll go back for the massage but not if I am seeking more.

The AMP scene has been in a nosedive for quite some time. Anyone who hasn't noticed it simply isn't being honest, especially with themselves. Ridiculous tip demands / expectations, subpar massages, subpar extras. Perhaps the worst is negotiating a tip before anything has happened. That is a ridiculous premise, and one I just won't tolerate. A tip by definition is based on the quality of the service, and given AFTER the service is performed. The overeagerness, high school level puppy dog behavior, and weirdly devoted behavior to non-English speaking, Third World women because they will touch your pee pee is ridiculous. It is also destroying the price and the quality of the AMP experience. I don't need lessons in how to act, advice on taking a shower before I go, romance recommendations, or any of a host of items. I've been an adult for quite some time, and was taught how to act in the world by my father, who also knew how to behave.
That said, I am the customer. While I treat whatever service person in whatever business they are in with respect and manners, it is on THEM to provide service to ME, not the other way around. I don't care about a masseuse's backstory, any more than I care about a server's story at a restaurant, the mechanic's story where I get the oil in my car changed, or that of the woman who cuts my hair. A masseuse can learn how to speak English, and learn about our culture and our way of doing things, since she's decided to be here. Otherwise, she can try another line of work, and I'll just try another place. To me, an AMP is supposed to be a pleasurable experience, vastly different than dining out, bowling, a movie, or karaoke night at a bar. I'm not there for dates or to find a lover, because I date women I can speak and communicate with and who share my values and culture, better known as American women.
This isn't an addiction, a compulsion, or an obsession with me. It is simply what I said, a pleasurable experience. For the most part, over the last half year or so, it has declined dramatically. There are a few places I still go, but if the decline continues, or the places I go join in that decline, I'll simply stop and spend my money elsewhere. I grew up a long time ago, and I'm not in the habit of wasting my time and my money.
