I doubt you're going to get someone to write you up a primer, unless they have a lot of time and patience on their hands. You should do like most of us and read the forum ... that's what it's here for. Don't just read Bay City, but more of Michigan and other states, too.
I do believe that some folks in other states may have posted guides on this kind of thing. You may want to do some searches.
But most of us wade in and learn by trial and error. I will share a few things ...
1. There is no ONE way to "do it." Each place is different and every person is different. Remember that you're engaging in an illegal act if you try what you're planning. Some of us find ourselves under suspicions of being LE, especially if we've never been somewhere before.
2. One "way" is to let the massuse take the lead, just pay for your basic massage (usually $40 1/2 hr or $60 hr) and see what she says and does. Act like you're enjoying yourself and not like it's your first time (not always easy, I know).
3. Another way is to lay out a tip on the table while the gal is out of the room and you're about to lay on the table ... but no one place is the same price. To get a sense of the range, read the forum.
4. I also have to tell you, not a lot of girls like BJCIM ... but if you find one in an AMP, you're doing pretty well.
