This is interesting in my view. Tech Crunch has actually reviewed as an online cloud-based company (https://techcrunch.com/2017/10/31/roman-startup/). Adds some legitimacy to them. I am thinking for taking the plunge, and will report back. Let me know if anyone else has completed a transaction with exam, order, receive order, used product. As another reported here, seems they do target market for more populated states, and seems correct it is really about having a Pharmacist from that state doing the initial online screening. Their FAQ clarifies this. A physician must be licensed in the state in which a patient is located. Therefore, Roman is only available in the states in which physicians on the Roman platform are licensed.Based on these restrictions I'm sticking with ADC. No prescription needed, decent prices & the only hassle is going to the Post Office to get a money order, which helps with the anonymity factor. Revatio has been available as a generic for years. Same drug, different dosing as it's prescribed for blood pressure issues. Thats the original condition V was created for until in clinical testing, male study patients kept coming in saying "I get a raging boner every time I take this stuff". A light bulb went off in someone's head and a whole new drug class was created.

Ran into my first hiccup. Tried to sign up today, got through all the questions and made it to the payment. I use a myvanilla reloadable debit card that is in my name. The site rejected the card because it is a debit card and not a credit card. That screws things up. Can't put it on my regular credit card without wife knowing about it. Not sure if I can find away around that obstacle.

While I was trying to get a response from getroman, I went to callondoc.com and requested a prescription for Revatio. Got a response within 20 minutes and the prescription was received within an hour. That's the route I'm going from now on.

He got replies with in 2-hrs when GR wanted his business, but when it comes to true customer service (after he gave them his money), GR can not be bothered to respond in over 2-days?

Not my job as a consumer is NOT to "manage" a business and "force" them to do their job. Businesses like this that can not deliver on promises and then disappear when it is customer service time are destined to fail. (It appears to be like a classic scam. Charge a low price, so that disgruntled customers will just walk away rather than filing complaints with BBB, States' Attorneys General or private lawsuits.) That is unless this is a sign of business failure already?

But an "internet" company that one has to use old school styles of communication (calling) is bizarre! They are earning a bad reputation. One real customer has abandoned them and taken his $15 hit, I am sure reports of this FAILURE will dissuade plenty here from trying GetRoman. Oh and imagine the number of others that will run away when experiences like this go viral on FB, Twitter and other social media. Totally irresponsible way to operate business!

I could make an effort to recover the $15, but it's just not worth my time. I don't think they are a scam. They are investing way too much in advertising to be a scam. I think they want to get the drug delivery business and probably don't make any money from people like me that just want the prescription. Again, that's fine, but if you don't want to provide a service, don't offer it for sale.

Maybe other people will try them out and enjoy the service. I'm not going to waste any more time and certainly not any more money with them.

The next day I get an email saying the prescription has been resent, but it still took an additional day for the pharmacy to finally receive it. So, all in all, it took almost two weeks from the time I requested the prescription until the pharmacy finally received it. Definitely not worth the effort.

Contrast that with my experience with callondoc.com where the time from my submitting the request to the pharmacy having the prescription was about 90 minutes.

Initially contacted them and got a call from their doctor. A week later had heard nothing so contacted them on their site. They apologized and refunded my $15 fee. Sent me my prescription.

Tried the generic viagra out with a visit to a escort, MSOG worked fine. After that, went to a club and visited their private room. Was still standing strong at 2 am, but too worn out to finish. Not bad for me (age 60+).

So after some failed attempts, decided to bite the bullet and get some meds. Heard any number of adverts from 4 Hims, Roman, etc. The one key thing I did was some research!

Read several blogs or articles by writers that had tried these services and noted that about 40% of online requests were granted 60% were rejected. Reading further it was apparent that the main reason for rejection was incomplete information on the information form! One of the key things was that you needed to report your blood pressure. If you are like me you only have the foggiest idea that BP is a key medical measurement to tell general health, but no idea what mine was. So if that was needed to get the drugs, I was screwed. I was stupid not to notice that many condom manufacturers have desentiizing sprays. I was sold on the Roman hype and gave it a try. Because I never think any spray and wipes will work. I got two things from them, generic V and wipes. Now only generic V.

I need to chat with a doctor to get a prescription for generic V. You need to renew your prescription again after a certain time, probably a year or more. This is fairly routine.
