I drove past the other day to check out the changes and it appeared shut down.If it is going back to being a showbar, they may need some plumbing and other internal changes made.
Me too. Many memories recalling the exciting times when Femcar was there doing what she does. I was so naive then.
I can remember the first time I walked into 15th Ave. And chatting with Marissa. I was in disbelief that a place like that existed. Much less in our own back yard, the suburbs. The stuff and the shows and the gang bangs that went on there totally corrupted my brain which I've not been able to recover from still.
If Femcar ever announced she was in the mood nowadays, I think there would be such a line that the parking would be backed up to North Ave.Hell and yes, I have had the honor of Femcar quite a few times. I am so done with judgey people trying to shut down these places.

I have not had the chance to get over there myself yet so I can't provide any details. They also posted that there is a person there looking to hook up. Probably not of interest to most on this site as the posting indicated CD. Although it does make me wonder if they'll still allow the type of action they've been known for in the past.
I stopped in at CT's Friday night after midnight. The exterior looked the same, inside however is a different story: All the porn vids are Gone! As are the adult novelties. The video booths remain, minus the TV screens and are no longer in use. And Sadly, the Theater is no more. (it's now a storage area.) A rotating disco light is near the bathroom. CT's has never looked more cleaner, (a bunch of someones got their wish,) and spacious, (all the clutter is gone.) The old Bar area has returned. The new gripe will be the lack of enough seats. $8 cover, $4 domestic beers and water, $5 Corona's and Heineken. No hard liquor yet.
An announced white couple was still there when I arrived. Around 1:30 a, a Hispanic couple arrived. Both couples were looking for men to play with, but there were none. Only a CT's regular and myself were present. (The white couple have played in the theater many times before.).
CT's is now a place to meet up with couples and then go elsewhere to play. The problem will be on the weekends, when it's near impossible to find an available room late night at the Notels nearby.
However, If a lady announces her intentions AND if enough guys show up: it will be a private party and the doors will be closed while that party happens.
The CT's of old is no more, I'm not certain how long this version will remain operational.

CT's is obviously on the radar of at least one level of authorities. I only went a couple of times, in March to see Taylor and she was amazing. Never even got to a gangbang or in the theater, oh well. Even if the girls are still "dancing" there's rumors on here, other boards & the Yahoo group about permitting, and I just cannot be in there doing what I want to do when there's a heightened risk of The Man showing up.
What's happening with girls like Taylor & Kinzee? Are they staying there or have they moved on?

Any news?You're pretty accurate. It's no secret the guy that owns CRs isn't the sharpest tool in the shed. He thought he would make a killing serving booze but all the clientele left and being around nowhere but a closed airport, no new patrons came in. So expect the current supply of beer to be his last, and the high class gang bangs to resume in the theatre, if they haven't already.

Purely a guess but I think it has more to do with the fact that CT's has dancers. What baffles me is it seems strange that the city would say 'you have to be a bar if you want to have dancers'. If I understand, didn't the Man Cave have all sorts of trouble getting a liquor license? So having a licquor license transferred from another business, the rube decides to change to a strip club with booze and deep 6 the high end gangbangs. Guess what? No one came. So now, not wanting to look like the idiot he is, pulls a "the city is making me" bullshit. Gary couldn't give a flying fuck what he does except to close him down. That's in the cards in the future. For now, as I have stated in a previous post, the beer and booze will disappear and the fat, ugly gangbang recipients will again drop her weight on that medical table for all to partake in.

There were some crazy fun places. Then the local honchos decided to regulate existing places & not allow new ones. It became tough to stay in business. Eventually they disappeared in Lyons & only a few remaining in Rockford which are now very tame. We'll have to wait & see what happens to the other Gary places as well.

The news about the downfall of CTs is sad. But after reading previous comments, I just had to add my two cents (and I might be overcharging you). There is a big picture here. Take it from someone that has mongered all over the country in just about every type of venue. There is a movement by politicians to rid us of cheap sex. It is popular with voters, especially the Trump base. Of course, it is as hypocritical as hell. Hardly a day doesn't go by that we don't read or hear about a supposed conservative family politician caught with his hands on a secretary or political aide. And I don't see a major movement to shut down clubs with the $500 backrooms or the $1000/ night escort services. The difference is that those of us doing SWs and the cheap clubs don't have political pull or campaign cash. Look at Trump! How many women has been accused of grabbing, kissing, and otherwise molesting? Face it, mongers, times are changing. Street girls are low quality with no other way to buy crack. The girls in the clubs often disgust me with looks, bad breath, and body odor. I don't even bother with massage places demanding a ton of cash before even touching you and chances are all you'll get is a bad massage and maybe a tug. Maybe Pete was not the brightest light in the room. But I personally believe that in today's climate, it didn't make much difference.

I didn't make it out there often, but as far as I could tell, the club was located on a nearly deserted stretch of road, away from any schools, churches, or hand-wringers that would be offended by the activities of consenting adults.
It was dirty and dances were overpriced, but it was an oasis for the sexually adventurous.
A sad end, but an end we all saw coming.

They walk around enforcing their little rules and complaining about the patrons like they are better than the patrons but when a couple comes to get laid, they rush to the backroom with all the other guys and jerk off. I know some of the guys suck but you work at a fucking porn theater, what do you expect? Were you expecting it to be like working at some club on Rush st? Some fancy restaurant? Pete's dad Popi worked the front door. Pete was looking to reopen Ct's it was open on 3 Saturdays in January. Pool your money & buy CT's.
