HEY PT I Have just been TO CTS a Few times last year. I hope it is still hetro plus more Then Gay/CD. I now try to check out The Porno Theater Adult Swingers theater in Melrose Park,Il. Thts in Cook County in The Western suburbs of Chicago and here too THE CDS and Faggot Trolls are ruining this place. I think That the place here in Melrose Park needs live Girl Peeps just like at the library in Gary cause so Far the Fags are fucking up The 15th Ave. Adult Emporium Big time. Here I can post more on this problem on USAsexguide on The yahoo groups when I try to post this problems the trolls win and i end up getting Banned from posting. LETS FIGHT FOR HETROSEXUAL Rights. Keep Us updated too on CTS.
Your trip won't be wasted, although some days are better than others. If I remember right, there is a cross-dresser day sometime early in the week, so you might want to avoid that. It's probably listed in the old messages somewhere. There generally is a variety of selections on the menu. Later seems to be more varied than earlier, but I've made a lunchtime run and was treated very kindly by Star.
There is a theater (which I've been in) and a booth area (which I have not been in). There are amateur talent nights (check old messages). They have videos for sale in the "lobby" and a bulletin board with various interesting things to read. Ask one of the employees for a tour.
Last time I looked at the sign on the door, I think it said they were open from 9 am to 2 am, but Michelle has said sometimes they close early if things are quiet.
It's a friendly place, or at least they have always treated me nice. But, the building is a little run down and trashy looking. I think they have done some remodeling recently.
They really could use a website. Pete seems to be online a lot, and Michelle (one of the dancers) is online from time to time too. They have a Yahoo group (again, search the archives for particulars).

Stopped in for awhile last night around 930ish. There were three girls there. One was the heavyset blonde with short hair, the other was Jennifer and the last one was an older large breasted black girl. I had spoken with the blonde during a previous visit and her rates for extra fun were sky high. Perhaps she has golden lined lips? Jennifer was pretty aggressive with trying to get a few dances. I heard her quote .5 above dance prices for a bj and even wanted an extra dollar to put in the juke box. She advised the lowest she could go was .4. Not sure if was even a bbbjcim or what. She offered the instinct that it could be rushed and have poor quality. I recall that Michelle was alot nice and had a much better dispostion than any of the girls that were there now.

Usually you just have to show up and roll the dice. There have been a number of couples that have been showing up on the weekends but there is no guarantee. There are always dancers working if there is no couples action but that is more costly.

the last two weekends, couples posted that they were going to show up, but failed to do so. this seems to be happening more frequently. it's tuesday and too early to know what's up for the weekend.

Yes, I highly recommend her (she is a larger woman, which I like).
I just did a search and there are alot of reports with info on Heather. Here's the drill: Click on the "search" link in the upper right hand corner of any page. Select "advanced" search. Type in Heather for the keyword. Ask it to search in the "NW Indiana" forum. Select "reports" (not "threads) for the output that you want. You'll get about 35 results.
One of those reports includes a picture of Heather, fyi. Although she does like to change her look often! Good luck!

Yeah, there have been arguments going on a couple of times when I was there lately. That sounds like Star, she has a couple of architectural miracles on her front, with a counterweight on the flip side. I've only read with Star once, but it was the full book and she was very enthusiastic about the story. It would be too bad if she left. I do believe that Heather could take her in unarmed combat, though. Heck, Heather could probably kick MY ass.

This former librarian didn't forget how to read and actually reads a little slower and with more meaning now that the clock isn't running and loud music isn't blaring.
It was my wish come true. Value added service at a lower price.
Shelly is one of my all time faves. Good looking, smart (College degree) and highly talented.

I arrived around 930 pm and the party was going strong. There were two ladys in the GH's booths,one was Dawn and the other was Wicked. Okay, with the changes in librarians, I'm wondering who the current head librarian is, and who her assistants might be, and what their areas of expertise/responsibility might be!
I think one of the assistants should be in charge of bending over and retrieving books from the lowest shelfs - this is one of my favorites. Another might be the assistant librarian in charge of receiving night deposits. And, be still my heart, it would be great if there were an assistant librarian in charge of the ancient Greek collection.

Went by a few days ago and had Nicki do a reading for me. Standard prices. Chose for the lower price and finished with her offering russian... opted instead for shooting higher. And I agree with you that it probably isn't worth it, given the setting, the music, the limited amount of time, etc.
Which librarian(s) delve into that level of presidential history?I won't recommend any librarian here that may be knowledable in this subject matter. I think you will find that this area becomes a little more of a personal interest categoy with the library staff. They tend to concentrate their studies in various well known subject matter, but if you make frequent visits and they begin to know and trust you, they will often discuss their elective study.
It is different with each librarian, and what they discuss with one library visitor, they may not discuss, or even want to discuss, with another. While there may be volumes of subject matter in romance languages, russian history, or even missionary work in the bush country of the southern hemisphere, acient history is not something many librarians are comfortable discussing until they think you are a serious reader. And even those that are very knowledgeable may not wish to get into such deep subject matter on a particular day that you may visit.

From what I have seen it looks like the librarians have a loose schedule. They function like an independ contractor not an employee. They work when they can (or feel like it). As far as closing time I think they close at 2AM.

Well its really hard to comment on other girls. I really dont know what other girls offer i can only speak for me and what i offer. Although I can say of the 2 other girls posting from ct's on CL i would do either one of them and be happy to pay for personal attention. Today, I drove from Detroit to Gary, through all that construction, and couldn't find the CTS Theatre. I thought I'd read on this site, that it's located on Cline Road. I visited a Deja Voux, just off of Cline near I-94, and they never heard of it. I visited a porn shop on the east side and the cliente there never heard of it, either. It's not in the phone book.
I'm beginning to think it doesn't exist. Where is the damn place?
Sometimes street directions don't help some people. Try this. It is right across the street from the Gary airport on US Rte 20. Yahoo the location of the Gary Airport and find the street on the north side of the airport. If you can do this you can't miss. From either Int. 90 or 94 take Indiana 912(Cline Ave.) north to Industrial Highway. Turn right(east). The airport will be on your right. Go past the airport main entrance. The bookstore will be a little further down the highway on your left.
You will miss CTS if you follow these directions. CTS is on US 12 not US 20.

After a few minutes of chit chatting she finally agrees to talk about full service. She said that she's only been there for about a week. Definitely an 8 or higher on any scale. Hawaii native, long dark hair, b-cup, drinking Hennesy (my drink), and $1.5 total. This was her first real reading at the store and man oh man was she vocal. I loved every minute of it, all most ran out of songs. The thing that gets me is that I swear that I have seen her advertising on a list from some guy named Craig. I tried to find her picture and couldn't, but I think that I found Carol or Jennifer's picture instead....I think? You be the judge...

12 Arrested for Prostitution Ads on Web

LEVITTOWN, Pa. -- Police in Bucks County have charged 12 women after an investigation into prostitutes who allegedly have been advertising on the Web site Craigslist.
After police received a tip in August about alleged prostitutes advertising on the site, investigators called cell phone numbers in local listings that advertised "GFEs" -- girlfriend experiences -- asking for payment in "ro$e$" or "125 donations."
The undercover investigators agreed to meet the women at motels, and almost all 12 were arrested within two minutes, he said.
Several of the women who were arrested had brought along their boyfriends, and five men were arrested on drug charges, police said.
Similar sting operations have led to prostitution charges against women in states including Maryland, New York, Oregon and New Hampshire.
Craigslist spokeswoman Sue MacTavish Best said the site cooperates with law enforcement and has a flagging system that allows users to bring prohibited content to the company's attention so it can be removed.

I haven't seen or heard anything about Femcar in months. Last post on the place I can't mention here because Jackson will reprimand me was in June. She might be on vacation or something, or taking a break. Too bad, I've never managed to get there when she was there. Or Michelle, either. I just appear to have generally bad timing.
As for taking one for the team, these days with hormones and surgery, it's pretty difficult to tell without checking the package. If you're concerned, a little feelie meelie will tell you what's up. If you're cool with the answer, then go for it. If not, no need to get worked up, just a "thanks, but no thanks" has always worked for me (I'm afraid I have somewhat narrowed vistas due to a conservative upbringing that I can't seem to shake).

Well, after a very long time of reading about the infamous “bookstore” I paid it a visit last night.
I must say I have never witnessed such a spectacle in my life. I must also say that I have never witnessed anything quite as disgusting.

I arrived expecting a $15 cover, surprise it was $35 because they were having a "party. " for the $35 I got to roam about the place and got food (pizza and wings) and drink, (soda, water, some liqour.)
The good:
It's big, new and clean. The theater area is more than half the size of CTS building. Giant projection screen in the theater, (it covers one wall) and nice sound system. Nice screens in the booths. Large selection of dvd's.
Exam table in the theater, just like the one at CTS. Also a love swing, air mattress, and what looked, like 3 futon couches behind sheer curtains; large play area in front of the giant screen.
The so-so:
Small selection of magazines and toys.
Old style plastic type flip theater seats bolted to the floor.
No glory holes in the booths but they are big enough to accommodate 3 people.
The bad:
It's far from where I live. 45+min drive for me, longer in traffic.
Only one bathroom.
No paper towels in the theater, (you know why you need them.)
(this is subjective and out of the control of the theater)
Maybe 8 couples showed but only 1 played in the theater and booths, and it seemed with the same guy.
1 couple was a wall flower, 2 couple entered the theater, saw femcars performance, returned and remained in the lobby. The remaining couples got up occasionally to get up close to view femcar.
Femcar posted that she was going to the theater. Another couple also posted they would show around 10: 30 to play, but failed to appear. The theater did not post that this was going to be a party and have an increased cover. Good thing I had a wad o cash.
It was suppose to start at 8pish but didn't until 9: 30ish, (femcar was late) and was over but 12: 30a. (femcar left the premises.)
I was pleasantly surprised by the turnout of couples but was disappointed in their lack of play.

I live in the South bend area and frequently drive to Chicagoland. The time to get from SB to Melrose can vary widely depending on traffic and construction. If you can make it in two hours you are doing well.

I arrived expecting a $15 cover, surprise it was $35 because they were having a "party. " for the $35 I got to roam about the place and got food (pizza and wings) and drink, (soda, water, some liqour.)
The good:
It's big, new and clean. The theater area is more than half the size of CTS building. Giant projection screen in the theater, (it covers one wall) and nice sound system. Nice screens in the booths. Large selection of dvd's.
Exam table in the theater, just like the one at CTS. Also a love swing, air mattress, and what looked, like 3 futon couches behind sheer curtains; large play area in front of the giant screen.
The so-so:
Small selection of magazines and toys.
Old style plastic type flip theater seats bolted to the floor.
No glory holes in the booths but they are big enough to accommodate 3 people.
The bad:
It's far from where I live. 45+min drive for me, longer in traffic.
Only one bathroom.
No paper towels in the theater, (you know why you need them.)
(this is subjective and out of the control of the theater)
Maybe 8 couples showed but only 1 played in the theater and booths, and it seemed with the same guy.
1 couple was a wall flower, 2 couple entered the theater, saw femcars performance, returned and remained in the lobby. The remaining couples got up occasionally to get up close to view femcar.
Femcar posted that she was going to the theater. Another couple also posted they would show around 10: 30 to play, but failed to appear. The theater did not post that this was going to be a party and have an increased cover. Good thing I had a wad o cash.
It was suppose to start at 8pish but didn't until 9: 30ish, (femcar was late) and was over but 12: 30a. (femcar left the premises.)
I was pleasantly surprised by the turnout of couples but was disappointed in their lack of play.
The place has potential, perhaps in time, they'll start to get more playful couples and it will be as much fun as CTS.
Lastly, IMHO, I think femcar got more bang at CTS. Perhaps she'll return.

I would generally agree the price for CT's is reasonable, but CAVEAT EMPTOR ('let the buyer beware'). A few months back when Femcar was actually still doing shows at CT's I remember coming in the door and paying admission- and the theater fee- to the senile old guy, I went to use the pisser and came back 10 minutes later after briefly chatting with the librarians on shift that night. I tried joining the Yahoo group to learn more about the place, but was rejected because I wasn't local.
Now, for the big question -- Am I nuts for considering driving to Cts from Ft Wayne one evening when I'm out there? (Weather permitting, of course!) It would be three hours or so back & forth. I'd be grateful for a sanity check, either here on the board of via PM. I would be going there mid-week in the evening, probably arriving around 9:00 pm or so.
Also, if there's more going on in Ft Wayne than I think, I'd appreciate advice as well.

I would say that this is typical. Ct's is like any place else its hit or miss. They do have a yahoo group and have postings that is a help to find out if things are going on. Although some times couples that post dont show. As a place to go for action yes fun things do happen and if nothing is happening you always have dancers there that are willing to help you out. If you are talking about the black dancer Star, then her rate and Carolyn's rate, when I was with them was different. keep in mind that the complete works range is usually $40-$100 give or take, among the dancers.French ranges from $20-$80. I can say that, in my experience, there is ZERO correlation between price at CT's and quality of performance.
Here is something that I learned in Costa Rica that definately applies to CT's. It is the first Spanish phrase any monger traveling to Costa Rica Should learn. "No Cien". It basiclly means "no $100". The reason for this phrase is that at the Blue Marlin, where many providers hang out, the starting price they qoute is almost always "cien" or $100 U.S.. You never accept that at first. Most will drop their prices down, a few wont.
It is the same at CTs. now, I don't want to get into a big haggling session with the girls while I'm losing time because the song is playing, and I am always nice and polite about it. I guess that is a big reason why I tend to repeat with girls I already have established a business relationship with.
Whenever I check out a new dancer at CT's in my mind I ask, "how much am I willing to risk on a bad dance?"

I'm a DC-based monger. In late Feb, I will be visiting Ft. Wayne. Based on what I've read, it sounds as if there isn't much in FW in terms of recreational activity. I did a Mapquest between Ft. Wayne and CTs and found that it is about 140 miles. I check out this forum when there's a new report and CTs sounds like a wild place. I tried joining the Yahoo group to learn more about the place, but was rejected because I wasn't local.
Now, for the big question -- Am I nuts for considering driving to Cts from Ft Wayne one evening when I'm out there? (Weather permitting, of course!) It would be three hours or so back & forth. I'd be grateful for a sanity check, either here on the board of via PM. I would be going there mid-week in the evening, probably arriving around 9:00 pm or so.
Also, if there's more going on in Ft Wayne than I think, I'd appreciate advice as well.

Best nights are Friday and Saturday after 9p. But that's no guarantee. There are "regulars" that show up on those days. However, about 2 weeks ago it was dead. The rest of the week is hit or miss.

Cts has it all, well almost....For starters yes dancers that know how to read a good book. A live action theater (when action is there). Glory holes that are a hit or miss. Some videos and books/toys. The best way to find it is to look for the Gary/Chicago airport its right across the street.

I was driving through the route 57/80/294 area and thought I'd take the opprotunity to visit the bookstore while in the area. Not too hard to find. From Illinois, I stayed on 294 eastbound to Cline av.. It's North about 5 miles. Take the exit before the Casinos exit. Just watch for the Gary Airport signs. It was about 12:00 noon so I'm sure it was much easier to find. Daylight does make places easier to find. Found the airport and the bookstore was right across the street as posted here. The streets are in a little bit of disrepair so be careful.
I was surprised at the small size of this place. There were about 6 cars in the parking lot so I thought there may be some other "visitors". That wasn't the case. I was the only visitor. As I entered, I was asked for a $3 cover charge. no problem. Then $1 for some charity. Yeah right. Again no problem. it's only a buck. Not sure if thats normal or they were taking advantage of a newbe.
There were 4 liberians when I visited. I remember two of the names as Heather and Honey. They explained the rules for their lap dances. 1 Song fo $20, 2 songs topless $30. and 3 songs fo $50. Extras were extra and nogotiable.I asked how long three songs last and was told by Heather (I think) that she would stretch it out to 20 minutes. All 4 Liberians seem nice enough.
But this was more of a exploritory visit. And in the middle of the day I really wasn't read to participate. Now that I know the where the place is I'll probably go back at a later time.
There was a sign on the door "Open 10 AM to 2:00AM. 24 hours soon"

I've just come to accept that it's so blistering loud so you can't hear the um... you know. I think about it, and in all the time I've ever spent at the bookstore, I've never heard anybody else doing whatever it is they do back there (nor would I want to).
With only the blue tarp separating the dancers and clients from the rest of the crew, I'd think that you would want the jukebox pretty loud.

Yes there is a reason its so loud, its better that you dont hear. As far as the donation. When business is slow some girls will ask for an extra $1 sometimes for the juke box and sometimes its the only money they make. The good news is unlike most strip clubs they dont hustle for drinks.

Just my luck I ran into her.
She invited me in to read me a book. She started off slow and quiet (no 300db juke box) and after what seemed like hours of reading, she must have gotten tired because she switched to a very low, DEEP voice that I just couldn't take any longer. I stopped her the only way I knew how (actually, I was out of control)
I think my 22 songs were up anyway. I didn't have the energy to move, so we talked for a while. We talked about her days as a librarian at CTS. Michelle told me Pete treats the CTS girls real well. I was glad to hear that.

I had a dream I will share and it went like this:
I ventured by the bookstore along a route to a large city. It was a mid-October morning and perhaps a little too early for any serious reading. Inside the bookstore was only 1 librarian, a BBBW who offered a reading but I declined. BBBW is not my thing. I inquired if my favorite librarian was due in today and alas she was, but was running late. Not pressed for time I waited. No offense to the librarian on duty who I imagine was not happy now. Star arrived and hurried into the small reading room behind the front counter and commenced reading the story I was waiting to hear. I like to be read to orally after all! Why else would I come to a librarian? We listened to 2 songs and finished the book nicely. After many prior visits I know Star never disappoints. And she doesn’t over-charge for the book either. Something people with limited book club funds appreciate very much and a factor for why someone would wait an hour for a late arriving librarian – refusing all others.
Filled with knowledge from the reading I sped off to my destination. After completing the primary goal of the trip my travels brought me right past the library again (coincidence? I think NOT! )
Only this time it was early evening on that same mid-weekday.
I was the only non-employee in the place.
Star was off work now so I considered what readers were available. I do not get the luxury of this stop off often so the new faces (at least to me) were a mystery. But as always my lower bookmark helped me choose. A blondish, somewhat heavyset, at least compared to Star’s build and my own opinion of heavyset, girl was free and offered to read to me. I cannot recall her name as my dreams tend to get fuzzy with time. But she had medium-short hair with a bit of curl in it and light eyes as I recall. Anyway I decided to accept her assistance and ordered 2 songs and we proceeded to the main cardfile room behind the blue curtain to choose a book. Dumb mistake and I know better! If unfamiliar with a librarian always discuss the book selection BEFORE ordering songs. DUH I can't believe I did that. But alas, we make mistakes when we dream.
She then showed me what only nature can produce. No offense to this person in my dream but she was flabby, sagging up top, creamy white and a little rougher than I expected. Ok my lower bookmark tookover (as usual) and I sat and learned the reading rates. After entrance, 2 songs plus jukebox coin it was going to be more than the 2 songs rate again for an oral reading and almost 3x 2songs for a complete thorough reading!
You gotta be kidding me? She read my expression and then said if she just turned the pages for me it was about 1 song's worth. No thanks. I can turn my own pages for free! Are you guys in my dreams paying this much for this? I recalled certain lists that began with a letter see and many other places where one could find MUCH nicer and appealing readers for AN HOUR and not just 7mins for only a little more than this. But what was worse was before I even reacted, much less knew the rates, she had a very noticeable bad attitude. But I digress. She then said maybe she would just dance and feeling a bit stupid I agreed reluctantly. I can unload way less coin and watch a knockout dance on me at the VU so this still seemed a bad deal to me. She again realized my thoughts without me saying anything and offered me a refund for the songs. The counter person promptly handed me my 2 song dance fee back minus the jukebox bucks.
She was noticibly upset but no one said an unkind word before I left. I was simply told nightshift is always more than dayshift.
I imagine afterw I left I was called a cheapass etc. But I just couldn't see it. I have dreamt about this bookstore many times over the past 4 years and since they refunded my songs I will continue to stop in whenever I can. Best books are found there. Cudos to the dream bookstore management. That was the end of my dream.
It is common to analyse dreams so I will try to analyse my own dream now. My analysis is based on supply and demand and going rates in the market place. 1 song is about 3-4mins. So 2 songs is 6-8 mins and 3 songs is 9-12mins. All less than a quarter of an hour.
So from a time standpoint any reading done here is way less time than say one might spend for an independant reading.
My various dreams involving a bookstore seem to run the gambit from wow she's fat and sloppy to wow she looks like a crackhead up to yowza! What a babe! Yowza what a babe being someone who doesn't out weigh me 2: 1 and appears to not be covered in 20, 000 prison tatoos. Yowza what a babe is easily found on aforementioned websites although 1-1. 5 for 30mins and 1. 75. 2. 5 for an hour reading are the matching damage.
Bottom line analysis of my dream is if you think I'm paying equivelent of 2x 3 songs plus the songs in the first place for 6-12 mins and you also look far less enticing than an independant who gives 30mins to one hour readings you must be nuts!
And the guys who are not considering this when they dream are really screwing it up for the rest of us.
A reader can charge watever she wants. I totally agree. But I don't have to pay watever she wants when better choices exist. And what decides this is laid out above. You can't look like a crack hoe and charge like a hollywood highender.
This was all dreams from my imagination. Nothing is real in this post. No offense meant to anyone.

The trick with CT's is you never know when is best and who is best. Its like being the weather man you can guess but sometimes things change. I can say i stopped by last night just to see old friends and see what was going on, 2 couples playing in the theater and only a few guys around. Only one girl working so you really wouldnt have anyone else to pick from for a dance.

Friday nite was sure active. Parking lot was full as was the theater. Three librarians in attendance. One was too big for me. Other was fully engaged. But the third had nice fun bags to play with while giving lessons in French as her husband looked on (and provided the kleenex as needed).

CTS is almost right across the street from the Gary/Hammond airport (6001 Industrial Hwy, Gary, IN) on US 12. It's at the east r mend of the airport before you make the curve (if you're eastbound).
