This is really a thread starter...
There is some potential SW in Harrisonburg. See my reports in 2000-2004 General Reports. There is some historical JMU prostitution rings which are always of interest.
Winchester seems to have potential based on activity noted on some of the other less reliable boards. Waynesboro and Staunton have the right economic climate, but probably not the population mass required. Input from the field would be a good thing.

Visited Staunton a few times from West Virginia but have never seen SW action. Town gives the feeling that some may be going on but could never found it. I did stumble on some action happening with two cars just out of town at lunch time on a dead end street. Obviously a WSW in car meeting client. WSW seemed good looking, an 8 or so. Made several visits while working accross border in W Va but never found SW action on streets in Staunton, Waynesboro or Harrisonburg.
However women are available for hire just not displayed on streets. As noted by LL the populations are probably to low to sustain an active SW market place. Also I think LE is hyperactive.
How then does a guy find action. My solution is to use Yahoo profile search. look for female Yahoo members in 35 to 50 age group with these towns as locations and you ill find several profiles offering service. Has anyone noticed the massage parlors are moving out from the DC metro area to Winchester and Front Royal area. But with the number of strip bars in Eastern panhandle (Martinsburg) area you would think they would want to locate in this area. Front Royal and Winchester has alot of small town eyes and you would think the local people would want to run them out of town. Bambi Lea was in business for years in the Berkley Springs area of West Virginia and was not bothered by law enforcement or locals. Yet since they have left you don't see anyone advertising or moving into this area. The strip clubs in West Virginia are more liberal then in Washington DC or Virginia yet they do not seem to draw the massage parlors to this area and you would think they would make it with little trouble in this area. Just like in Pa Vista Spa has stood for years as you head up towards Breezewood with very little problem from law enforcement or locals. These places remain low key and do not draw attention to themselves and they never had to advertise as the people know where they are.

After visiting this place for years and getting outstanding service, it finally failed miserably the other day.
