They certainly don't seem to be in any hurry to answer messages even if it shows they are logged in 24/7. I lost like 15 unanswered messages last time because SB deletes messages after 30 day apparently for safety concerns. That's their explanation. If you respond there will be no answer, and after a day or two the profile, messages, etc will completely disappear from your listing. I think they steal profile info from other sites. It's a slick operation and they just take your money and run.
