There are a ton a great reviews in this Honolulu forum. Unfortunately, most of their ads do not use real pictures. Each monger has different tastes so often times it is hard to determine if a girl being reviewed is your type. This thread is an attempt to calibrate taste in girls so that you can help identify mongers who like girls you do. Just post pictures of girls and rate them.
I like to use a scale of 1-10 to rate girls looks and I do differentiate between body and face. Really, to me there are 4 categories of girls.
1. Drop dead gorgeous. Head turner in the mall. Could be a model. 9-10 rating.
2. Very attractive. Very good looking. Takes care of herself. Friends would tell you privately that your wife or girlfriend is very pretty. 7. 00-8. 99 rating.
3. Average. Nothing really special. Minimally acceptable looks for sex. 5. 00-6. 99 rating.
4. Not attractive. Not pretty enough to fuck. 1. 00-4. 99.
This is a picture of Lulu at Nirvana. I have not seen her yet, but I saw her putting on make up one day.

Then guys try and categorize and quantify the looks. Mainstream girls as Goser chose Lulu who many people haven't seen so hard to judge.
Personal feelings aside, I rate Hoshi as 9 and body as 9. Based on up close 12 visits. Just my opinion.

Okay. Here's some ratings of the 3 Tokyo spa girls I see regularly.
Donna. F: 8.0, B: 10 (she really takes care of herself. Tight body. Best boobs in Hawaii).
Shiny. F: 8.0, B: 9.0 (she really takes care of herself).
Sugar. F: 7.0, B: 10 (I like her face, I love her body).
Since we are calibraiting looks, it's worth posting real pictures of available girls so others can rate the same girl with the same look.
Tara at Sanho.
L: 5 or 6 (I really think she is average. Good enough where I can avoid looking at her if the sex is good).
B: 8. Banging body. If she provided great service I would try her out. Since she works at Sanho, probably provides poor service.

If you take fast glance they look like 8's or 9's but if you really take some time to look at them and actually maybe stare and look I'm sure your thoughts would differ and those 8's and 9's will come down to 6's and 7's. Just my opinion.It is very helpful to rate a bunch of well known girls like you just did. To me, make up or no make up, the reaction is what is important. Most girls look better with some make up. I really don't like it when they use too much. Even though you did not rate Aida Love a 10, you rated her as a head turner. I think the categories work.

How's this idea, if you see multiple posts from the same guy for a certain girl then obviously he's partial to her and can't be objective. So, subtract 1 point for love eyeglasses. I know what you mean as I try to be objective but my vision gets blurry sometimes. Haha. The provider's personality also makes an impact as it can either improve the girls perceived looks or detract from her looks.

When lots of guys rate a girls looks, you will get an average and a standard deviation which measures the spread of scores. If a girl, for instance has 100 scores averaging around 8 and most of the ratings are in the 7-9 range, then you can feel pretty confident that this is a very attractive girl. If, on the other hand, you have a girl with 50 ratings averaging 6 and then a monger gives you a 10 rating, you can probably throw out that 10 as bogus and assume the girl is pretty average looking.
There is a whole class of girl in the Hawaii market that isn't represented on this thread. I think it's because these girls offer great service to those mongers, but their looks are not so hot. My guess is that some of these girls would be rated by those who have contributed to this thread in the 3-6 range. I gave Yoko from Kison a 3 rating for looks and her white knights blasted me. She provides service for them at a very high level. That's fine. And, their tolerance for the looks of a girl is higher than mine. That, too, is fine.

And she walked me to my car in broad daylight so there was no hiding anything and she is gorgeous. Same with Grace, the room was pretty well lit because with regular lights and she is naturally beautiful.
8 - Dallas. Well reviewed. TEHO. She is pretty consistent. Although I must say I prefer the Dallas from earlier this year than now. She looks a little different. Very cute. I normally prefer prettiness over cuteness but she's special.
8- Tiffany / Blue TS Roses. Been with her without makeup and she still has nice natural features. But this rating for me is based on her with makeup. Very pretty. If you ever seen her at Roses she was prettiest then in my opinion.
7. 5 - Sugar Happiness. Well reviewed. I've seen her very cute and kind of innocent and I've seen her looking pretty. Never disappoints.

Once I get them in the correct category, I can then do a better job of assigning a numeric value.
Regarding shills, I don't see it. I don't actually believe there are people being paid to write good reviews for girls here. I have never been offered such a bribe and I am one of the top regulars at Happiness. I can say this. I don't like to write bad reviews about girls anymore at any AMP. I am more likely to refrain from that because I know so many girls and mamasans. They read what I post, they know me and because of that it is harder for me to treat them like a piece of meat and rate them like they don't have feelings. I am guilty of that, but I am not a shill.
Here are some examples. I gave Muni a low rating on her face when she was at Happiness. One of her friends who is one of my regulars told me she wasn't happy with that and felt bad that I don't like her. That was not my intent because I have 3-peated with her and I think she is great. I just believe her face is average and not super attractive to me. Others disagree.
I gave a rating of 3 to Yoko at Kison. Boy, did her fans hate me for that. So, I should have just given her a "not my type" rating on looks.
A girl currently at Sanho I saw and she was horrible. I could have skewered her in a review and I just decided not to do that because it might have severely hurt her business. And, as I have come to learn, some guys like her style of service. She is very pretty.
A girl currently at Nirvana I actually requested a replacement girl for. This girl was so upset. She had a good attitude, but her personality just grated on me and her service was nothing like what I like and I didn't like her look at all. She has lots of good reviews so I just left it like that without saying anything.
I wish more AMPs used real pictures like Empire did before the INS started breathing down Ivy's neck. I like Rejuve's policy of real pictures, but even those pictures are glammed up to give a first time visitor an unreasonable expectation of the girl's looks. I am hoping that people use this thread as a measuring stick to find other mongers who have similar taste in girls.

I think that the thing to keep in mind about Ula is that she has a particular look, and whether a monger prefers that will determine whether he scores her face as below an 8 or above an 8.
One monger described her as having "hard features", and a couple others have described her as looking like Cate Blanchett. I think that the Cate Blanchett comparison is SPOT on; she looks just like an Asian version of Cate Blanchett, which to me and some mongers is a nice look to have (we like those "hard features", I suppose). Maybe overall appearance. Body and face combined. Like to me Bebe and Camm REJUVE are 8-8. 5 combined. Different body types and looks but same rating.Looks and body type, one would have to add the Malaysian Princess, Nana 9.5/9.5 gorgeous face, hottest body, and the biggest softest breast.

And you will probably be closer to her real age if you do that. Over 40 maybe minus 15.
Before someone reported that he could see famius white one's real age. And she is really mid 40's, which shulocked guys cause many thought she must be much older than 45.

An AMP could have 21 - 27 year old whites women and the other AMP could have 27 - 37 year old Asian girls but the Asian girls could look like thier are teenagers in comparison.

Here's my two cents although I'm very skewed to athletic girls that can squat at least 135, run marathons and do triathlons. Anyway, using the old channel as a 10 due to her sexiness (mall headthrners) and not her athleticism and maybe Nani as another 10 on the athelrtic side but also head turners as well, here are my top:
Head turner girls in no order. Channel, luxx from empire, tilla from Sanho, Hilton, Paige, Lexi from Rejuve, Dallas, wara, Miki and Nicole from happiness, Vivian, Sophie, Sasha from happiness, cherry at sanho, sugar from dream, and kana from dream.

Asians just look younger in general. It's a combination of genetics, facial features / shape, and diet. Not to say there aren't white folks that defy their age.
Kate Beckinsale (still so hot, she's my wife in an alternate universe, she must really be a vampire).
Jennifer Aniston (I actually like her looks now vs her younger days).
Kate Hudson (the youngest of the mentioned names but still looks incredibly hot being 40 something, still looks 30 something).
