So I looked around but couldn't find a thread on this topic so I thought I'd start one.
I'm a bit older (60 ish) with a few aches and pains. I've used the BLUE pill before but the costs on a 30 script is outrageous. So this thread is to get me "Out of the BLUE" and into something cheaper and that works well.

Those Rhino pills from gas stations / Starship actually do contain sildenafil, the active ingredient in Viagra. But since they aren't regulated, you might get one pill with no sildenafil in it, another pill with 30 mg, and another pill with 100 mg.
There are a lot of legit Canadian websites where you can order generic Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra for reasonable costs. They don't sell the name brand, but it's the same active ingredients. It's like buying generic ibuprofen rather than Advil. They both work the same way, but one is a fraction of the cost because it doesn't have the famous name on the bottle. There's also this new medication that will be marketed in the US soon that doesn't really help maintain an erection, but it helps prevent premature ejaculation.
All these vasodilators can cause flushing of the skin, dry mouth, and a headache. Whenever I decide to take one when I need to impress, I always take some sort of analgesic to stave off the headache and chug a few bottles of water to help with the dry mouth. Don't experiment with any of them if you take any sort of medication for blood pressure. And they also don't mix well with too much alcohol or fatty foods. If you take a pill and then eat a steak dinner, the pill won't have any effect. Keep your meals light and the drinking to a minimum, and the pills will be much more effective.

If you have heart disease and require nitroglycerin tabs be very careful. Taking NTG within a few days after taking sildenafil can cause extreme hypotension that is potentially hazardous to say the least.

The trick to goldrellas, I found is to eat a light meal, like a banana, wait 30 mins to an 1 h, then take it. After taking it, wait another hour (bottle says works in 45 minutes) before you fuck.
I smoke after I take it (in that hour) because getting high and a hard makes for good fucks LOL but that's just me.
You can skip smoking like headhunter mentioned and just pop one on an empty stomach or most empty stomach to get the full effect.

Using the Goodrx app I found it at CVS that day for 30 pills under $20 and I didn't have to send off or wait for anything. Just paid and walked out the door locked and loaded and ready for action that day. Walmart had it cheaper by a couple of bucks but I was right by CVS and that's where I got them.
I just found out about that app and it seems prices change daily from pharmacy to pharmacy but the prices are still low and I can find a plce near me for a price I can stand.

Who is a good doc to see for this locally? Gained weight over the years and it has affected my performance . hardness is off even if intercourse is still working without viagra. He helped me personally with a bladder infection 1 year ago. As far as any ED meds, I simply see my general practitioner. My doc is also in Roswell. Dr. Suzanne Ferree. And she is FAR from plain looking (a quick Google search of "Dr. Suzanne Ferree " and you can see for yourself) My " Viagra" talk was simply me telling her I had tried the meds before, and her writing a script. Damn, I don't think I can be a patient of a doctor that cute for my dick. I remember once a PA of my doctor gave me a hernia check. She was not super hot, but decent looking. I get my doctor to write the script for the generic viagra and get it filled at Lacy Pharmacy on Main Street in Acworth. 1) Evidently not every drug store will fill the generic. 2) the script is for (30) Sildnafil 20 mg tablets and I get (2) refills in addition to the first fill. (3) The (30) pills cost $45 total, no insurance even though mine would pay partial, they don't take insurance for the generic for some reason ((4) I usually take (2) at a time. My doctor is a bit of a judgemental guy as I get the full HIV / STD test every six months (and he knows I am single). I think the man is actually jealous.
Anyway, give it a shot next time you see your doctor.

I wanted to add to a comment I made when opening this thread.
The cost of Viagra is over the top for most of us so recently when I was at my docs office I asked him if the generic was available in the US yet and he said YES. I got a script for 30-20 mg Sildenafil. I have an app on my phone called GoodRx that I use for any meds. When I added this into the app I came up with prices as low as $16 for the whole script. It gives pricing for all the Pharmacies and you can choose where to go. I paid around $28 if I remember correctly because of convenience but could have gotten it for close to half that. With this combo I had it in my hand in minutes rather than days by sending it to an unknown lab somewhere in Canada or going to Mexico for it and was using it that afternoon))).

Can't speak for everyone, but it seems I take longer to achieve the "O". But it's not a problem for me.
My style of mongering is perfectly suited for it. I was never a "Minute" man and I have been put on some other drugs over the past few months for something I will have to have spinal surgery for soon so I can't blame it on that 100%. GB40.Used 50 mg for first time and erection was incredible. BUT when it came time to finish off, just didn't happen, despite all efforts. Maybe with more use I'd adjust, but not sure I'll try again anytime soon.

Pfizer's monopoly on legitimate sales of Viagra ended in Dec. Even Pfizer is now offering a generic version. It may take a few months for prices to drop dramatically. There is another option, a 20 mg version that's being marketed for pulmonary hypertension. Your Dr can write a prescription for that version and should be substantially cheaper than name brand Viagra on even a per mg basis.

You do have to answer 32 simple questions, and they ask for a recent blood pressure result number (free at CVS). I would say that being honest on the questionnaire would be advisable as this is a drug with a purpose and it could interact with other meds in a life threatening way. I had my script in less than 2 hours, but the pharmacy is out of stock until tomorrow afternoon, lord help my SB and her friend tomorrow night LOL.

Goldreallas (red or black) are hard to find but def have a decent dose of V in them. Anything Rhino also seems to have sildenafil in it, but lots of other bad shit too; I do not recommend.

Just thought I'd update. I did the LemonaidHealth video consult. Super simple. Took maybe 90 seconds and he basically just reaffirmed what I filled out on the form. Last time got a script for generic V / Sildenafil Citrate 100 MG's with 2 refills (have a year to fill the other 2 refills). Best deal was Costco (don't have to be a member for prescriptions, I'm not). Used the GoodRx and paid $34 for 90 pills for 100 mg's. I split mine so that works out to about. 38 cents per pill (or. 18 cents per half pill). Not going to get much less expensive than that except for free. Just saying, HC.

With the blue (Not even viagra, just 20 mg sildenafil), 2+ hours of easy-to-get-hard. Doesn't make you hard, you actually have to be turned on to get a boner.

Not sure why anyone is still jumping trough hoops with overseas pharmacies these days? Viagra has gone generic and Cilais isn't far behind. Pick one of the USA based Pharma companies. Go to you local Pharma and get you BP measured- some have machines, others a real Pharm will take it for you. Use your BP when applying online. FILL OUT as much history as possible. Tell them if you used ED med before and any symptoms. More detail the better! Most who get rejected do so because they are incomplete with info and Doc can't diagnose anything. More detail helped me. Video conference was like 2-min because of the detail.

So instead of a total of 200 mg of Viagra, you would have had 3000 mg (or 15x the quantity of what you got) of Viagra to slice and dice in whatever size you wanted for the same price.

Talk to me about Viagra, Cialis, etc. I'm not having any issues for the most part, but lately I've been having marathon sessions (3 or 4 hours) fucking repeatedly. My tool is clearly fatigued and not as solid as he should be by the end, but I want to keep my lady happy. Are these magic pills the ticket? I don't want to actually get a prescription until I've tried it out. Is it possible to, for instance, take a pill before we meet and be good to go for a few hours? I started off without it and did fine. Then about an hour in, I discretely popped it, and soon as she was ready, he was at full attention. Totally agree that cialis is way to go. In the old days I used to get 5-10 of the 20 mg online and split them into thirds; about a year ago I found that it was much cheaper and they worked just the same to get a months supply of the "daily use" versions (I. Amy other recommendations? I don't necessary have PE but I see folks on here talking about doing it for an hour and don't see how (especially when they claim "it is so tight" yet it has been used daily). 15-20 ish minutes in different positions is about my max, would like to go longer. Now if we are talking about home life, I'm lucky to go that long because if you want to talk tight it has to be loosened up to get all the way in and I ain't packing something worthy of a magnum.

Any body tried?I have not but my Urologist that supplies my Test, HCG, Viagra, and Trimix also supplies me with something to prolong ejaculation as I've had issues as I have gotten older. I use Clomipramine (also an antidepressant but frequently used for PE). He prescribed it for every day but it makes me very groggy the day after. Through some trial and error I have cut the dosage down to 1/2 of the prescribed 25 mg (say 10-12 mg). I just take it the day of activity or anytime up to 3-4 hours before starting. I can't speak to Sertraline but as stated, I only have to use a tiny amount of Clomipramine the day of and it has not failed me in maybe 15-20 tries. At 25 mg I felt bad the next day. Down at my half dose the side effects are greatly diminished. My Doc said if his prescription was bothering me I could try another but that Clomipramine was his first choice. Sure multiple drugs will work but try to find one that you don't have to take everyday and and has a minimum of side effects. Since the online folks are getting paid by the pill I would be wary of them pushing you to something that you "need" everyday. Either way, there's a solution to your common issue. FWIW, my ability to last went from just plain erratic to basically how long I want to go. Usually about 20-30 minutes. Good luck and see your Urologist if you have questions.
Came across this while researching alternatives to yellow and blue pills. Results not really good and headaches brutal. Seems to have started as a suppository and they've came out with a gel form.
From searching seems to be only available in europe and with a script. Anyone have experience / knowledge?
