USGers, It has been a while since a posting
I was out last night, went by Clicks, the owner gave me a bunch of shit about looking like 5-0, then of course none of the women would then talk to me. So I went around to Downtown, why doesn't anyone shampoo those stairs. Walked in and a white guy seemed be sitting inside monitoring things reading the paper. I always think it is weird when a white guy seems to be running an AMP.
Well, was assigned Bebe, tall and nice looking actually, and then the questions about being there before, etc. I just told them that I usually go to Sun Club. That only partially satisified them as I was asked 3 more times during the session.
There seemed to be a backup at the TS room, so I was put in the Sauna as a holding pattern. Finally my turn and I was utterly disappointed. The one thing that I come to DC AMPs for are the Table Showers, and hers was so light and incomplete. First the water was luke warm, heading toward cold, and after I mentioned that, she had the water so hot, I was almost scalded.
I could tell this was going downhill, but I kept looking at her body and hoping for better. So back to the Sauna to warm up after my hot and cold TS, then over to the massage room. I usually just pull any tip money out now and place it on the counter, but I was still unconvinced.
She jumped on my back, squeezed my shoulders a bit, then did a slight massage, and asked me about if I had been there before. At this point, I had just decided to go for minimum service and get out of there. Did the flip and she then asked what I really wanted. I circled my hand for the simple sign, and she objected, telling me I should go for the while thing. I thought about it a minute and decided any tug from her would be substandard also, and at least I could control things going all the way.

Walking out, there was the white guy sitting there near the door, and she told me, this was downtown, not Sun Club, so maybe she didn't understand what I was saying all along.
No, I will not repeat at downtown, substandard TS with Bebe, rushed service, white guys with tattoos, stinky stairways, there are way too many choices to settle for that.

Had an opportunity to try out a grand opening on K Street today. They are having the same problem as others. Nice TS and then when back, asked for tip up front. When laid out the normal, she said much too low, and wanted $$ since she 20. Told her the last time there it was $ and she said that was then. Said I would just continue with massage. After about 2 minutes, she said for this time, $ would work, but next time it would be $$. The worst part was that she wasn't even worth $, as she was rushed, and everything was tickling her. So be aware if you go to the grand opening, the cost may be higher.
I picked Bebe during my last visit to Downtown and regretted it. Believe it or not, the stairwell is actually cleaner and fresher smelling than in the days of old when it was regularly used as a toilet. Next time I get an AMP lineup I'll go down the row and meet each woman face to face, taking my time to see if there's any chemistry. I may have to learn some basic Korean to make clear my intention.
Saturday night at Downtown is pretty busy and I've been rushed out after finishing, but not before.
As for Clicks, and this may be hard to believe for those that have met him, but once Wes knows you he's actually pleasant. Even more hard to believe, he actually tried to comp me a drink once, but I misread him and paid on the way out.
As for being mistaken for 50, that's what you get for being so clean cut and well groomed. :)

That white guy does not run the place, but is there to ensure your safe passage while in the AMP. He's white, speaks perfect English, and is big enough to handle any problems which may raise their ugly heads. You think you would understand a Korean guy with ESL (English as a second language) if John Law busted in all of a sudden? He is also the best source for intel on AMP girls when visiting DT. Don't concern yourself too much with him. He is there for you.

I went back and read some of your previous posts and realized you do know the correct standard AMP fare. The confusion started in Smoke's post where the gentlemonger he quoted said that the AMP provider asked for 1.6 on top of the .6 house fee, for a grand total of 2.20. I think you read it as 1.6 total, and therefore disagreed with Smoke's assesment that it was too much.
I apologize if I've misread your mongering knowledge, although I wasn't trying to offend. But, it's important to be accurate with rates in posts to the board because there are a lot of newbie mongers combing here for info, and we don't want them overpaying and affecting all of us.
I always pay 160, TOTAL, anything else is too much for one pop. if i cant get what i want for that, then im out 60. you got to know when to hold em and know when to fold em. Dont be a fooking fool. Get it.

WRONG ZZZZ-Bag. The .6 house, + C-note for a amp provider has been the fee at the Amps for the past 5+ years. It's attitudes like yours that ruin the set rules of game play. Straighten up and play right, or don't play at all. Don't be a sucker, because with amp women who you give extra money to know that you are easily buffalo'd and pull that bs on other newbies to the game. The most i've ever handed out in a spa was a bennie + a jackson, and that was for msog, and bbbjtcim. Don't be a hero. You won't win a trophy in here.

I have a set strategy for any DC AMP girl who tries to tell me that the tip should be more than one benjie. I immediately tell them that I want the .06 house fee returned and that I'm leaving. This has always created a swift reaction of oh no, don't leave one benjie is OK. They usually get nervous as they don't want the Mamasan to know that they've tried to upsell you.
I insist on getting my house fee back and have always done so from the Mamasan. I then leave, generally with the Mamsan wrapped around my leg begging me to stay and see another girl. On only one occasion have I relented and allowed the Mamsan to hook me up with another provider (for the $ tip) and that was at Happiness where I generally get very good service as a regular.

Visited Downtown a couple of weeks ago and sampled the wares of Jay. Have seen many glowing reports of her on this board. For me, the experience was not that great. She tried hard but seemed to be too interested in finishing the session. I wonder if one of her regulars was coming. I've had to really cut back on that though because its getting WAYYYY too hot up there. Don't feel safe picking up any more. Moved to D.C. a few months back and have continued my AMP habit. Went to Mirage (617 K) in early February with a friend. Saw Nay-nah (sp?), who was by far the worst AMP experience of my storied career. I think she has Bell's Palsy based on an apparent minor paralysis of one side of her face. Horrible English skills, crappy CBJ, and parroted my dirty talk in a very disturbing way. (See the other board for my detailed report of this). Overall, bad experience.

What do you mean Luck with CL? CL as in casual encounters or CL as in erotic services.
CL is vastly different in different cities, so you can get different responses. For example, on the west coast, CL doesn't have many Cam girls, and lots of different (mostly low end) escorts advertising under erotic services. Wash DC ********** has an enormous number of fake ads trying to drive web traffic.
If you are talking about the casual encounters, etc. many have had success there, but it takes an enormous amount of work and creativity. You have to really write a creative ad to attract anyone, and you have to write a creative response to rise to the top of the 100s of men replying to the few female ads.
If you post an ad in erotic services looking, you can sometimes attract some low key providers(never actually advertise) that can be quite nice.

Depending upon where you're going you'll probably find what you want at any pharmacy. Just beware of fakes/knockoffs. They're usually poorly formed and/or stamped so it should be easy. Go for the name brands, all of which should be available without a scrip. Try a half of a V for a less detached effect.

I don't think Olympic is across the street from any hotel that I know of. It's near Howard University, not a great part of town.
I've always had a great time here. It seems they don't get the traffic that some of the more popular places get. I'm not familiar with the lineup lately, no one here has posted about them in a while.

Made another visit to Downtown this week. I've actually been there five times in the last month. I haven't reported on all of them because there wasn't anything unique about them.

I'm in town this week and I stopped by Downtown since I heard that Candy was there. I was hoping this was the Candy of this past fall (whom I actually met up with in Seoul in December), but it wasn't.

I have been seeing her since before Supra, so it's been awhile since I first met her. I do not see anyone else, when she is in town. I have been disappointed every time I see someone else, or just doesn't compare to Angel.
You will not find another provider like her. She always went the extra miles for me and gave true GFE everytime. Never had a bad meeting with her.

No problem, I'd say that a lot of the SW's in the K st area get rooms in the college park and silver spring areas. Most of the CL girls also have incalls in the area. I remember I visited Italia at a college park Hotel who is a well known stripper who provides extras in the New York area. Because I knew from the New York Underground party scene I was able to get her at that price $100 instead of her higher agency rate. she just told them I was a no show and cut out the middle man. Knowledge is power.

Maybe you are right. Maybe, I should have kept it to myself. But, I just wanted to express myself and give my opinion. I don't pay higher prices to all providers, only to the ones that are worth the extra. Just like you have the right not to pay more and you have the right to express your feelings or opinions about what I had posted.
Have you noticed the decrease in talented providers in DC lately? Most of the talented and the best looking ones are in other major cities! Such as New York, Connecticut, California, etc. Less AMPS and more $.
All I am trying to say is why not take care of the good ones, not all of them!
Some providers are not even worth $1.00 in my opinion. Why do you think real talents like Maya, leave the DC area? She has been in DC for couple of years. For example, cost of living continues to rise, but what we pay the providers have been the same for the last 5 to 7 years. I still talk to Maya occasionally and that is one of the main reason why she left. Why should a real talent like Maya stay here, when she can go elsewhere and work less and make more? Maybe, I am just a sucker! The providers never asked me for more, I just choose to do so. Just like you chose not to. That is fine, since I would never ask you personally to pay more.

I have to disagree with Allen, as well. Business is slow for some AMPs in DC. There's a lot of competition out there. Angel may be superior to many, but there are lots of good girls out there for the standard fee. She may go to a wealthier city, but I'm not sure where they are. Fees in Dallas are around $200, which is pretty high, but that is normal, there. Competition in Dallas is fierce, too.
At the end of the day, it's all about the total take. If people avoid her because she wants more, her total income may be reduced. What you are doing will do more to drive her customers away than anything else, which will cause her to leave town. Better leave well enough alone.

I guess Waterbury and some other towns have some AMPs and the money may be better, but I haven't checked the CT board lately to find out. California? Where? In San Bernardino the AMPs are cheaper. L.A. had a crackdown. Now there may be some AMPs in those areas that cater to Asian visitors, but I know for a fact that the girls don't like working in those places, as Asian men don't treat them well. Why the heck do you think they are here in the first place? One reason is because of American men. As I said before, the rates are higher in Dallas, with $140 for a half hour and $200 for an hour, but, that is AMP heaven and the girls there are very, very good, but there is lots of competition, as well.

Mr. Kim suggests that the price structure is one reason the Dallas AMPs are good. Maybe so. I think there are more factors than that. First, if the fee is $200, how much is the house fee, and how much does the girl get? Maybe $20 more? What if there are more customers at $160 fee than at $200? Supply and demand will affect each other and affect the price.
Other factors include the network that supplies girls to these places. Most stay in one place about a month and then they move on elsewhere. There are some girls who stay locally and work for extended periods at one AMP, or move around the AMPs. There needs to be a Korean community in the area that will support that. Luckily, the DC area has one. Most of these girls come from either L.A. or Flushing. Some are here for short periods on visitor visas and then go back to Korea. Some "commute" from Korea and back to work. The LE environment in the area also is a factor. Dallas has a pretty lax LE situation regarding the AMPs, from all appearances.
There is a minority of girls who will stay in an area. If we find a girl we like at Downtown, we can pay her all we want and the odds are she's not going to stay, as she is hooked into the network that sends these girls around the country, unless you want to marry her. If you find one you like and want to pay her more so that she might stay, or at least let you know where she is moving to next, then go right ahead. To think that the actions by one or two of us is going to change that dynamic is naive, at best.

With tulips on my mind, I had to go see the garden this morning. It was a Happiness kind of day and I wanted to Mimi-mize any surprises so I relied on my old favorite patch. At AMP's? Never. That structure is etched in stone. In other areas of the mongering world it's not so cut and dry, but I'd never do more than the standard at an AMP. Maybe I'd drop an extra Jack if she agreed to BBBJ, but not just for doing her job with enthusiasm.
L St between 14th and 12th was hopping with fine looking strollers early Wed morning (between 1:30 am and 2 when I drove by). I haven't been tempted this much in a long time, but saw two blue and whites on either side of an intersection straddling L. The cruisers seemed to follow me down L toward the 1st precinct station at 5th st NW, which gave me a scare, but nothing happened. Could have been a coincidence.
There were about 10 SW, mostly white, some in the scimpiest of bikinis. I would rate many of them 8 or 9 on SW turn your head scale. Not much monger traffic, but could see several of the shadowy pimp types hanging around.

I have to agree with Smokey on this one. I have infrequently hooked up with an AMP girl or two outside the spa and my experience is the same. Went to Downtown again this week and to my surprise I got someone other than Jay. I had seen Jay on my last few visits. This time I drew Nana. Usual house fee and a franklin for the tip.

Went to Sky last night, late night, after Downtown, the only AMP I'd ever tried to this point, seemed to be surrounded by LE.
As I went into Sky, I was directed into a room with "Coco," a girl who claimed to be new to DC (from 5 days ago). Seems to be a fairly standard amount of time to be there, though. I had a noteworthy session with Yung at downtown. She is about a 7.5 on the looks scale and rather cold in the personality department. Her massage was nice and the table shower was above average.

It has been since January since I have been "Downtown" and figured it is about time I come down from my usual perch in the MD Amps and sample the sights.
After circling the block for a half hour, finally found some meter parking on the backend of the block. I hate to park underground when I go mongering.
Climbed Mt. Everest (4 story climb) up the dank hallway that had a tolerable smell, much better than last time. The place wasn't too busy, no one in the shower, very quiet. Saw two BSW around 1 am on New York Ave. They were well enough away from the usual hotel spots so Im doubtful they were just on a cigarette run. For another of your questions, MSOG (multiple shots on goal) is done at AMPS, sometimes for nothing, but, most times you pay per event. You can have as many girls as you want, if you are willing to pay for it. They expect full payment including house fee per worker, per event so this can be very expensive. Sometimes you can negotiate it down some. I got to stay overnite in Philly with two shots, sleep, and breakfast in the morning with another shower for 300. Just ask, they will tell you. I personally, would wait until I have visited several times with the same provider and she would most likely agree if you are percieved as a regular customer.

Hard to say. I know some that preferred their "boyfriends" to be married because they were married themselves. They find it less cumbersome and less pressure if that is settled. In my own recent experience, Jay is the only provider there that provides a quality session without giving you the 35 minute hour. Candy is sweet, but she is always in a big hurry too. First of all the vast majority of them can't read english well enough, and would rather spend their time on Korean websites/chat rooms etc rather than reading what mongers think of them. Secondly, what difference does it make what is written? AMPs have thrived in DC for years and their success or failure does not hinge upon internet reviews.

Last Friday tried Hapiness after great reviews on board. Called and asked for several girls, Mimi was available.

"We are still illegal," instructor Kimberlee Cline said before her 20-minute demonstration. "If we want to be treated as business professionals, we need to act ethically within the industry."
Presented in conjunction with the San Francisco Sex Worker Film and Arts Festival, the class Wednesday at an erotic art gallery was billed as away for working girls and guys to polish their skills in a supportive atmosphere.
It was the first time the biennial festival, begun in 1999 to showcase films about and by sex workers, included a session devoted to how to maintain a satisfying career.
Although famously permissive San Francisco has long been a hotbed for prostitutes' rights activism, the school reflects the movement's maturation away from a focus on decriminalization toward a broader agenda that includes occupational health and safety and community-building, said organizer Carol Leigh.
Other cities, including Tucson, Ariz., Portland, Ore., Montreal and Taipei, Taiwan, have similar events, said Leigh, a veteran activist who takes credit for coining the term "sex worker" as an anti-euphemism.
By light of day, the women and men of the night swapped tips, argued over personal grooming choices and heard from others considered experts in their field. Many of the attendees said they were motivated as much by the networking opportunity and doing what they could to normalize the world's oldest profession as furthering their education. During Cline's workshop, for example, some in the audience skimmed magazines and chatted despite the carnal knowledge unfolding in front of them.
Participants who stuck it out for the whole day received diplomas certifying them as G.S.W's _ graduates in sex work.
Several students went to lengths to explain that they see themselves as inheritors of a proud tradition _ specialists with a choice instead of exploited victims. "My own personal experience has been negative and positive, as with any job," said Kymberly Cutter, 36, a mother of two from Tucson who returned to prostitution two years ago to boost her income and regards it as part of a journey in "personal self-discovery." Her children, ages 7 and 9, know what she does for a living, she said.
The more shadowy aspects of the profession were covered in the curriculum. Lawyer Erin Crane explained that accepting money for a specific sex act could land someone in jail, but she repeated several times she couldn't advise anyone on how to break the law.
Students practiced using assertive screaming for self-defense and they were told how to assess dangerous situations, and how to break free from an assailant's grasp.
Erin O'Bryn, 36, who has appeared on adult television networks, worked in massage parlors, owned an escort referral service and last year ran for Congress in Hawaii, said wearing a power suit and good heels dissuades clients from thinking they can take advantage of her.
"Sex work is work. Prostitution is work," Leigh said. "The most important thing is that we are diverse. Some are on the streets and in a very desperate situation. Others are in a working-class situation and maybe bored in their jobs. And others see sex work as their calling."

OK, it was yesterday morning and I had filled my VIP card to the point of a free visit to the Sun Club, it was burning a hole in my pocket and needed to be redeemed. I must confess that Pink had filled my entire dance card and I was pretty sure she'd be the one to complete the deal; till I got there!

Recently made my first visit to Sky. Nice facility, was able to park almost out front. Mamasan took the standard door fee. Got undressed in the room and in walked Candy. I recognized her right away from Royal about 6 months ago. I didn't have a great time my last visit with her, this one was a little bit better. I said hi to her by name, and she was taken back. I guess I didn't leave a lasting impression on her.

Like 2704, I too have a filled VIP card from Sun and decided to use my free visit to sample Jennifer. I did a cursory survey for the camera at Downtown last night. Didn't see much in the dark, just the computer across the way that didn't look like it had any camera. Who the fuck knows? While I kind of doubt it, it's as possible there as anywhere. I wouldn't worry about it.

Sorry to the vets on the board for not having posted sooner & more often but no money+no time = no action. Skoniage is right about the time and effort involved in posting good intel, so props to all youse who give so that we may benefit.
So, I finally got PAID today after being broke for two loooooonng weeks. And I can hardly sit straight because I think I might make two, maybe three trips to board recommended AMP ladies this weekend. I plan to meet all new (to me) ladies, my proposed lineup as follows:

Well my friends,
I had the urge to splurge. I visited Downtown. Pretty busy, asked mamasan for the line up, said they were too busy, but she was able to round a few ladies up. I picked bonnie, face 7, attitude 9, body 8. Waited for the TS a little bit during that I got a nice oil rub down, followed by playing with the johnson, some playing in the TS, and then it was off to the room again for FS. Did the missonary position and switched to doggy, I released pretty quickly probably within 2 minutes and then it was sleepy time for johnson. Nice massage afterwards. Taught me a little bit in korean, I forgot it already; -) maybe it will come back next time I'm there. Dissapointed Sara went on vacation again, I was hoping to see her. Rev333Perhaps Wayward's wonderful contribution to all here (I'm speaking of the detailed list) should be removed, as it may assist the wrong people in finding the grazing spots. Not that they couldn't otherwise, but why make their jobs easier. Just my $0.02

I understand your concerns, this story is OLD NEWS. LE has all the tools pun intended to find what ever they want on the Net. Just another way of wasting taxpayer money while Felons, Murderers,Terrorists, Crooked Politicians move about freely feasting on UTR crimes.
The Average Joe,and Massage workers on the other hand are easy targets to capture since they are the greatest threat to our society, and should be eliminated first.

I tried to visit several places on Saturday, and sruck out at King Spa. I saw another monger knocking on the door, and no answer. I laid back and observed and a car comes down the street, a guy gets out and goes over and stands on the street outside the door, and writes something down. I wasn't sure what he was doing, but that was enough to send up some flags for me, so I went to GHS.
Sophia says she has been there for 2 weeks, and if that is the case, I need to go back before she leaves. She was 26 and had a wonderful body with some great D cups that just loved to be sucked.
She was friendly from the start and had a great TS. She made sure and take care of the dirty spots several times. Once back in the room, she gave an ok massage with lots of attention on the legs. That's right. I finally worked out the details, and got some personal issues resolved, and now the 1st Annual Trashman Memorial Block tour is set for this Friday, May 20th, 2005. I make no promises, as the Block has been pretty bad lately in terms of quality, but last year's Tour (with Trash - R.I.P.) was a success as we all got to meet, have a few brews and hang out. It was quite a good time.

Went for my Monday morning run today and was looking forward to having Mimi come along with me; I know how she likes those early morning work outs and always seems up for it. Actually I had called the previous night to make sure she would be awake and ready for me when I came by, so all was scheduled, or so I thought.
In to pick her up and was told she was on holiday, I'm like "WTF" is that about...I called last night and was told all was a go but now you tell me this. So her mom starts in with the old "sorry...sorry but we have another work out partner for you this morning". Told her I didn't want another but would be happy to take Angel for a run(as I know she can keep up with the pace)...well she was busy too! "Shit"...I finally gave up and accepted the newest partner of all, May (just in from LA), but with reservations.
In light of recent news programs, I'll keep this one short and sweet. A 5 out of 10 at best(and I'm being kind). She could not last the entire hr, and actually quit after only 35 minutes with only minor stretching offered thereafter till the end, which ended at the 45 minute mark. As for the actual event, nothing special, with limited offerings; not at all what I am use to from others...what was offered was mechanical.(I-robot)
A personality note; she was very enamored with her looks, she spent a lot of time in the mirror; ergo I really couldn't figure out why?
So I had my All Star Weekend planned out and lined up but it was all for naught. My good for nothing friends from back home came in for the weekend and I had hardly a second to entertain myself. Made two passes and decided to pick up the first gal to approach.

Sunday afternoon comes along and I decide to take a trip to Sun. Pink lets me in and is surprised I know her by name. I tell her a friend refered me to her but unfortunately she is working the door and not seeing clients. I ask for Jennifer per the board's rec but she's busy too. I can't get a break. Pink takes the $.60 door fee and sets me up with a "new" girl Lily who says she's only been there 3 days. I doubt it but whatever. Lily is pretty in a next door girl kinda way, natural c-cups but she does have a horizontal scar above her pubics, possibly c-section. She looks 25 but is propably closer to 35.
Lily walks me down to the shower and Pink who's running around yells at Lily in Korean to check before going in, sure enough its already occupied so we go into the bathroom for an awkward 5 minutes where I try to crack jokes but she ain't laughing due to poor English. Decent TS but she rough-scrubed the rim rather than the playfullness I have grown accustomed to at Skye. Not a good sign.
Go back to the room and she begins what turns out to be a very long massage. Almost runs out the whole hour on the massage. Now I was hungover and sore so I almost didn't mind but I did start to worry that we wouldn't have time for the good stuff. The cool part was that she got naked before hand so that was turn-on.
It ended up that Pink yelled again through the door to see how things were going. That finally got Lily going and she asked if I wanted a bj (another bad sign). I told her I didn't just want that but "everything". Ok CBJ to rushed CG, no AR action which really pissed me off since that's what I was there for in the first place. I had to tell her to slow down but by that time I just went ahead and busted my nut. Left her the whole $1 tip though I was tempted to take back a Jackson or two. Pretty disappointing, rated as face 7, attitude 3, body 7. I wouldn't recommend but YMMV.
On the way out, Pink walks me to the door and asks me knowingly how it went (I think she either doesn't like the girl or she's been having trouble with her). I told her I was disappointed and she said next time call ahead and make an appointment with her and she would make it up to me. She hands me my VIP card and a keychain (?) and a plants a wet one on me for a goodbye. I think I might make up for my sad weekend tonight. Monger ATM here I come.
