I go to Dayton frequently. Am making a trip there this Sunday for a week. I used to go to a place in Franklin, several miles SW from Dayton. It was located in an old remodeled gas station. a couple of years ago I drove to Franklin from Dayton only to find it torn down. On a later trip, I found out it was now in Dayton under the name of C & D Corporation. Same great service. F/S is $120.00. A little steep but the girls are all 8s and above. Fantastic. Located on Needmore Ave, exit 58 off 75. I have frequented the AMP in Springfield Ohio. Older girls there. Much older. One is pretty good. Likes to be eaten. I visited the AMP called the C&D Corporation in Dayton. Very bad experience. The place has really changed from a year ago. Went in on a Sunday afternoon. C&D has only one girl. She was about a 7. Not bad, but badly worn out. She was so tired. Between phone ringing, etc, things went very poorly. Price was $60 for an hour. She wanted $140 Full Service and was holding firm until she realized that I was walking if it didn't come down. She settled for $100. She told me that because they didn't advertise, business was too bad for more than one girl. This place used to operate out of Franklin, Ohio, which is about 25 miles or so WSW of Dayton. A couple of years ago, it closed up there. It was a fantastic place in those days. Lots of girls and all were 8s and 9s. The C&D is definitely not a good experience right now. Her service was hurried and not satisfying at all. Too much business for one girl. She was totally fucked out. Located at exit 58 on I75 and is at 1650 Needmore.

Street action in Dayton right now is mostly concentrated on East Fifth and East Third Street. I usually stroll Third from downtown east to Smithville and over to Fifth all the way back. You can sometimes find action on Xenia ave. North Main and also on Keowee but I've never seen anything worth mentioning around there.

On 5/8 afternoon and evening cruised 3rd and 5th. Went up to where the road starts its incline. 3rd is much better than 5th.

Although there seemed to be a few available the quality was extremely poor....I would say 3 to 4 maybe. There was one who could have been a 5 but she was gone by the time I got back.

Althought these are the areas I would look at....don't be surprised if you don't see anything worth stopping for. IMHO.

I went down on Keowee by McCook's at about 10pm sunday night (father's day). I drove up all the way from mccook's theater to flamingo's (keowee turns into dixie, so I was on dixie) and drive back to mccooks from there about 3 times.

I was about to give up and was headed to the highway, just passing the theater when a slim black SW waved me down. I nearly wrecked picking her up.

I was very uptight (scared of LE) and let her start the conversation. She let me know she ad a ticket to pay ($65) and I told her I could donate $50.

Here is the run down on the Dayton scene. The strip clubs in Dayton are good. The ones that offer prostitution are Babes and Gemini. I personally never expierenced anything there because I never tried. I just heard in Babes there is a private room you go back to and that you may be able to get something out of it. Gemini Lounge is full of nasty girls. I wouldnt recommend going there but if you that hard up Im sure you can get some from some of the girls. Never been to Gemini 2 but its really close to the Gemini 1 on the Dixie strip. Babes is too. As for the other strip clubs there all clean because the girls are cleaner. That includes Flamingos, Livingroom, Sharkys, and Centerfolds. Centerfolds is the place were a black guy was shot dead by a bunch of Outlaw motorcycle gang members. McCooks is a peep show-porn store. I have gone to the back in McCooks a lot and this is how it works. You can go in to the regular booths for the dancers and pay a min. of $1 to see them. Time is short but its good because you can check to see if the girl is good of not. or you can go to the private booth and watch the girl masturbate while you talk dirty to her on the phone. You can pick the girl you want. Now here is a little rumor I heard at McCooks. When you go to the booths ,the special one or the regular one, flash the girl a $100 and maybe she will offer to meet you after work. Not sure if it is true, never tried it, but somebody told me its happened. While I was there a while ago, I heard the security guard talking about how one of the girls who use to work there turned to prostitution. Here is another seedy place were you might be able to pick up a girl. Its called the KC Lounge and it is right off of woodman on airway. Its a hustle bar-strip club but I known some guy who has been able to pick up women there with money and without. While you there you have to drop a lot of money on the girl to get her to go home with you. Some of the girls are good looking white trash. Others not so. All the other strip clubs around Dayton include Diamonds, Pazazz, Cheeks, Baby Dolls, and Total Exposure. All are legit. Although I did hear that Baby Dolls is seedy and may be possible. I did hear at Diamonds that there is a call girl list going around. Im not surprised because a lot of the girls are with these older men the whole night. I know they spend some time together aferwards. I know this one Diamonds stripper who goes out to dinner with the customers. So anything is possible. New York New York is another thats in Franklin. Never been there so dont know anything. One more place you might want to check out for nasty chicks is Katies Places. Its on fifth street past the oregon district and the kiwi intersection. Its about 5 miles down in a white trash neigborhood. I walked in there and walked right out. Looked like nasty street hookers working there. There was this 300 pound girl on a pole in the middle of the room. We walked right out. Im sure you may be able to get one of those girls.

As for the street walker scene. Kiwi and Dixie, Dayton's red light district, is always the place to find a hooker. The cops are always on patrol so watch out. The hookers use to hang out at McCooks but were kicked out. They also use to hang out at the BP right next to McCooks. Your best bet is to go in the cheap motel parking lots and look. Also try some of those scummy bars on kiwi and dixie. I know street hookers hang out there. Also some of those motels have bars in them. Im sure you can find some there. Another place for street walkers is on 3rd street. Keep driving on it towards wright state. The girls use to hang out by the phone booths by the united dairy farmer. Not sure if they still do. I know a friend who picked up a girl and said she was good looking. He went and bought crack with her and smoked it. The last place would be the downtown area. Around main and the fifth and third street intersections. I have seen some but never tried anything. Saw a good looking pair of black girls before. Look at the bus stops. I think some hang out there. Thats all I know.

There are some massage parlors. Ones on needmore up in north dayton,I believe it was mentioned in one post,and another is in springfield ohio. Its called Mikos. I heard you can get anything you want there. I never been there but tried going with a friend of mine and the girl at the front door wouldnt let me in. I think she thought we were cops. Does anyone know anything about the bookstores on east 3rd/east 5th area? I think one is called "Todays" and the others are "Annex" and "Exotic Fantasy". Hello, This is my first post into the Dayton board, I have been in Dayton for the last 8 month's and the informantion on this site has gotten me laid about 10 to 15 times so I would like to give back some current information.

Got some great action on Monday night, 06/30, on N Dixie near the Shady motels who's names i do not want to mention, so i picked up this young hooker called lindsey about 10:30 PM close to on of these motels, asked her for direction to down town, she gave me the directions with out hesitation, so I asked her if she was working looked around and wisperd yes, asked her to get in, asked her if she had a place, she took me to here motel room where her sister and boy friend we sleeping she told them to get out and asked me what I wanted, for full service or vaginal sex she wanted $50. I'm a regular at Centerfolds and I'm a little skeptical of Trilax' report. Firstly, there is not currently, nor has there ever been, in my memory, a dancer there named "Allure." Secondly, the private dances are conducted in a fairly well-lit back room and are nearly always monitored by an attendant. The reason for this is that the club gets a cut from each private dance; the attendant is there to keep track of them, for the house. Thirdly, there are no 2-for-1 offers (although there are two-for-thirty specials).

But I won't go so far as to completely discredit his report. Perhaps he had the name wrong; perhaps the dance special was a two-for-thirty; perhaps the attendant, for whatever reason, was absent.

But I'll tell you this: If you go to Centerfolds planning to get laid there, you'll likely go broke long before you succeed!

Report on Babe's, 07/15 went there about 11PM, they only open at 11PM open up to 4:30 PM, hear is what happend, so went there at 11PM was there till 1AM - $7 Door fee, one good thing is you can come and go as you like after you pay the initial $7, so there were only 2 ugly black dancer's the whole time i asked the guy at the desk if they only had 2 dancers he said a few more will arrive after 12AM; so after another black tired old ugly dancer shows up so i left after 1AM; guy at the door said they some times have up to 10 girls there on fri/sat nights dont know whether to beleve him. $7 is not much so will try again Friday Night.

Went to Centerfolds first last night and LeagleBeagle is right, 2 for $30, highly lit and watched area, and the girls are average at best, followed that up with Cheeks, nice looking girls but not a great place by any means, Diamonds even worse. Went back to Dixie and checked out Babes-what a dump and no beer. Finally Sharky's-WOW!WOW!WOW!, friendly atmosphere, lots of $1 dances for prospect the couch dance, great private area with curtain, I wish I could stay for a week. OK Guys lets set a few things straight. I play the SW and Club scene regularly ( if not daily ) and get a lot more then most guys dream of. I worked in the clubs for about 6 years and know the in's and out's and that most of the dancers are as Horney as the guys they dance for.

If your fat or ugly or just straight up have a sh*tty attitude - stay with the SW, avoid the clubs, you will only say bye to your money and not your worms foam.

If you don't get F'ed/S*cked or more then a knee rub in a club it’s the NORM.

I bullsh*t my way into allot of things most guys won't try.

Keys to more in a strip club ---------------->

- Shave your face smooth before you go in.
- Wear nice soft dress pants or silk shorts (No jeans or rough clothing)
- Splash on a little aftershave, don't take a bath in it.
- MINTS, need I say more.
- Talk to the dancers like you are a real man and not a half-drunk guy at a strip club.

If you hit Centerfold early 3-4ish and it is empty, you can have more fun in the coach room then at night. - Oh it was darker then most clubs private area, maybe the lights were turned down some?

The day I was there - they had a lame ass DJ that kept F'ing up everything; he kept announcing specials even when the club has a day shirt 2 of 30 rates.

I have been back 2-3 times and not got SH*T in the club - sometimes you just get lucky.

I have been too Sharky's and had a great private dance form several ladies, but also caught a bad cold from one of the girls who rubbed her face/lips on my face.


Final say - I travel to Dayton every week from C-Bus. If you want me to keep my posts out of the Dayton area, I will reframe from posting here.

Dayton isn't dead if you know where to look. However, on Keowee be careful. Dayton LE is using their imagination to create bs traffic stops. A buddy of mine and I were stopped because he didn't stop at the sidewalk before pulling out of a parking lot. We had been sitting waiting for traffic and saw the cop sitting down at the Ponderosa parking lot like they like to do. He followed all the "written" traffic laws and when he pulled out onto Keowee crossing onto Dixie, the cop pulled out after him like a dog in heat. My buddy had his license, registration and insurance card out. The cop asked for just his license and you could tell he was thinking of a way to get mine. The reason for the stop was because he didn't stop at the sidewalk when pulling out. BS. You could tell when all the information he took was my buddy's license for a FI back in his car.

I think some of the things I've heard are about Dayton PD are true. There is a substation around the corner on Keowee. They don't do anything about the amount of drugs moving in and out of the project right across the street from them but will find imaginable ways to come up with probable cause for a traffic stop.

As far as Trilax's report of unearthing the lotus at Centerfolds, I find it hard to believe. LE has been hanging around the place since the shooting they had a while ago. The club is well lite during the day as well. Including the couch room though no one was watching it while I was in there.

Babe's report is probably true but it's hard to catch them open. I have had one or two dancer's at Sharkey's mention off site activities but it's expensive.

McCook's can be fun if you know the right girl. I do have one there who may be a little expensive but is definitely worth the price. I have had offers for two for one for 300 for one hour. I have seen both girls and they are long and lean. Worth the effort but whenever I get ahead, my damn car costs me more.

Next to a transmission shop on Dixie, there is a new place called Midnight Escapade only open from 7pm to 10pm. ???? Not sure what it is but stopped by last night and they were closed at 8:10 pm. No lights nothing. The day before when I had no cash, doors were wide open at the same time.

Stay away from anyone suggesting Triangle Park. If you don't read the paper's, the cops will be focusing on it due to the Catholic priest from Cincinnati who just got popped there and community outrage.

It also amazes me that some local people keep getting popped in Xenia by thinking they are going to have sex with a 14 yr old when it actually is a Xenia cop. Duh! Can't they read? I can understand people out of state but a cop from Ohio was nailed not too long ago as well as other's. Plus one was nailed here in Dayton as well though the jerk was on suspension.

There is supposed to be a bar on East Fifth with extra activities. I stopped by last weekend and it was dead. There were several lovely ladies from 5 to 8 in the club. The feeling I got was there were extras to be had but damn the soft drinks for the girls were expensive. It seemed like a dollar or two dollars an ounce of coka cola. Four dollars, eight dollars, 16 dollars and 24 dollars are the options for the girls drinks.

Okay, LE is definitely cracking down on Xenia and still haressing people on Keowee and Dixie. Drive through one up and one down only guys.

It's amazing. You can pull into the parking lot of a certain no tell motel and have some black guy offer you drugs (crack) but LE still won't do anything else except haress the guys driving down the road. Hmmm. Once again I think other's and my theory of Dayton PD being on the take in certain areas is for certain.

I heard the story of guy at a local bar the other night. Cost me a couple of beers at Dublin Pub but the story needed to be told.

It seems he went out hobbying and picked up some girl. He went back to the room but didn't check his car to make sure the door was locked. He left his wallet in the car but the SW left her door open. When he entered the room three black males left and went outside. While outside they went into his car and took the $200 out of his wallet.

He pushed the issue and filed a complaint with Dayton Pd. They showed up and played games. When he told them where they could find drugs in the room, they could care less about that. (I wonder why. The cops came from the sub station across from the projects. Hmmmm, can you say on the take? I hope that gets back to you Chief McManus)

It seems the guy had told them the denomination of the bills he was carrying earlier but they could care less. Only when the wallet was found did the game change. They ended up snagging the drugs, the drug money one of the black guys had on him and the guys' $200.

Dayton PD booked the money as drug money and not seperate stolen money though they arrested the pimp and the SW on larceny and accessory to larcenory (receiving stolen goods).

Also, Dayton PD had 180 members of the FOP out of 400 give a vote of no confidence in the new chief. It seems that hasn't happened since the 80's. Maybe he's cutting in on or reducing the amount of scam/protection money they make from the projects/no tell motels. More than likely that's the case.

That certain place on East Fifth Street is looking more and more promising every time I stop by. However, it is still expensive to spend time with them. Four, eight, 16 and 24 dollars. About a dollar an ounce of coca cola. The returns look good though but take time.

Either this was a drug bust because there were no marked cars in the area or it was a sting.

I have been twice. I have enjoyed myself both times because the environment is fun and relaxed. I didn't get anything else to happen though it was fun watching some people in the backroom.

As a single guy going by yourself the first time, don't expect much of anything to happen. They are very cliqueish. Probably because their is a Sheriff's substation right across the road. Though that didn't stop one guy from running outside and around the parking lot at 1am naked.

The lovlier married ladies have their pick of the guys and won't respond to a single guy they don't know.

My recommendation is to go early, hang out and get yourself known (not by hitting on anyone). It's a byob place. They have a big glass sliding fridge for you to put your alcohol in. They do have a pool table so you can shoot pool and meet the members that way. There is also a small pool in the basement area where games happen so you can interact with members that way.

Friday and Saturday nights are usually the busiest because they stay open later.

Another place to go is Club 101. There seemed to be more good looking ladies there than DSSC. Again, as a single male don't expect much the first time there. It's off a side street on Troy if I remember correctly. It's larger than it looks. 235-1010

Look at it as a courting ritual. Repeated visits get yourself known and will make sure you're not LE or LE affiliate.

I got out of class early and hit all the known spots. Xenia, East Third, East Fifth, Linden, Dixie and Keowee. No one was out and LE was scarce.

I decided to do a night time visit to Katie's Place. I wanted to see if it was any livelier than my previous visit. It wasn't.

I got there and no one was dancing on their extremely small platform. I sat down and ordered a beer. Within seconds a really drunk dancer came over and sat down. I was feeling generous so when the bartender asked if I wanted to buy the lady a beer I said yes. Never again! The price was 12.00 for one beer. The same beer I paid only 2.75 for. Needless to say, I wasn't going to stay long.

There was only one cute dancer in the whole place. The rest were either very overweight or like the one next to me, drunk off her ass.

When I left and pulled out onto Linden, I noticed a car behind me. It was one of the black patrons/boyfriends from the bar. At first it might have been coincidental but when he followed me up Linden, down Xenia and turned right onto Keowee something was up.

He stayed behind me and changed lanes when I changed lanes. I went down Keowee and crossed over the river bridge. When I got past the Rt 4 overpass, I made a quick right to see what would happen. He followed so I sped up and made some quick turns onto side streets I know. I pulled into a what looks like a parking lot but was a no outlet alley with a small gate to a factory. He came around the corner and I hit him with my bright lights as I pulled out.

He turned around and tried to follow me again but I was waiting with bright lights one more time and a big smile when he came around another corner. Coming up the street was LE so he decided it was time to go.

I'm thinking he thought I was a cop and he was wanting to see where I went next to confirm it. Anyway, the moral of the story is stay out of Katie's Place. There are no side rooms for dances, the girls are not all that pretty, and the price to buy them a drink is way too high.

Monday Night Report,

Coming home from class, I decided to head down to Keowee to see if anyone was out. I saw a WSW (about a high 6, maybe low 7) walking down next to McDonald's. I went across onto Dixie and turned around to get a better look.

When I went by McDonald's again, I could see she was gone. However, at the BP station LE had someone pulled over in their parking lot. It was a van and it looked like the WSW was in it. LE had the driver at the back with the driver's ID in hand doing a field interview and the other LE had her ID talking with her through the open door.

Not a good time to see if anyone else was out so I headed over to Xenia and the way home. LE was very heavy on Xenia. I saw three cars. One was behind the other moving from Keowee up and the other was sitting on the side.

I turned towards Wayne and saw a WSW coming from the service station getting ready to cross over. She looked good. About a 7 but after having just passed two LE cars, I decided to pass and not risk any hassles. I then headed for home and homework.

If you're in a SW district (which can be virtually anywhere), and there's a lone girl walking slow, no packages, no urgent place to go, maybe "making a pay phone call" or crossing the street casually, and making eye contact with you as you pass, she's 90% certain a SW.

Or a cop.

Cops generally (?always?) want to discuss money before they get in. Let's imagine the scenario otherwise: a female cop, posing as a SW, gets in your car. You drive off. She tries to negotiate, so you'll say something incriminating, and hopes her backup is following... Bad scenario for her safety.

Anyway, I've always heard that cop stings operate by her walking up & chatting through your window. NEVER NEVER NEVER DISCUSS ANYTHING THROUGH YOUR WINDOW, except "directions to the mall", or "where's a good place to eat". Got it?

Now, most SWs believe that a cop isn't allowed to lie to a question like, "Are you a cop?" <buzz> WRONG! Duh! How else would they ever stay undercover?

They also believe that a cop isn't allowed to handle the goods - to "cop a feel". Of course, dishonest cops will do that, too, and then lie about it in court. Frankly, they're marginally within their legal rights to do so - it isn't a crime to grope a willing person, and it's allowed for them to break minor crimes, if needed, to preserve their cover, in general. For instance, an undercover narc can buy or sell a lid or two, if they're going after a distributor.

Hobbyists sometimes believe that if she'll let them grope her, she isn't a cop. Imagine how that would go down at the precinct: her cellphone is on, recording the arrest evidence. You mention how wet & sweet her pkg is... even if a cop would let you do that before busting you, she'd never live it down. So, they theorize, it's added security to co-grope.

I know the place in question. While I haven't taken the time to check it out, given the area and the anal retentiveness of LE in that area, I highly doubt that it is an AMP.

I live close to the area and haven't heard anything from anyone in the know about it. It's not advertised in any of the papers either. AMP's will advertise in a local paper to help attract clientel. Typically those are run in the sports section since they know most men read that section.

Now a few years ago, in the local indy paper, there was an ad for massages and those were most definitely stress release massages. It was run out of an apt in Oakwood of all places. However, someone got careless and they got burned bad. All the client's info kept on file was recovered by LE as well.

Oh for the days when there were three massage parlors on Dixie. What a time that was. Sigh!

When we started to go in the room, there was a black guy and a dog waiting. She said she'd get rid of both and that I should come in.

Not a chance. I don't go into the room until after the person has already left. Also, I don't go into any room when there is a big dog in there. So needless to say, I got back in my car and left. She didn't seem too happy about that because she had already commented in the car how much LE has been chasing her business away.

The room was a corner room on the backside of a local no tell motel. I would definitely give this WSW a wide berth if you see her on the streets.

This is old, but supports your point that most of the street ladies out there are too dumb to be in the "profession" they are in.

Several years ago when I mongered the streets, I was out one afternoon and saw a WSW looking for some company. I was stopped at a light started to go pick her up when a van came around the corner, stopped and she jumped in with him.

On the rear plate of the van was a Member FOP (Fraternal Order of Police) badge. Not one of the Associate or Support badges, but the one only REAL LE can have.

Needless to say when I went around the block, she was up a side street in cuffs being led to a waiting car that said POLICE on the side.

Glad I didn't get to her first or we both might have been driving off with a chauffer.

But really, she walked up from behind the van and could easily see the badge symbol.

Two lessons learned here. One they are dumb. Two, keep your eyes peeled for the unmarked LE.

Follow the rules others have posted on getting the lady in the car before talking. If she won't ride with you, ride off alone. Be like PCreek if your not comfortable leave. Be smart and safe.

They either come to my room( if I have one), or we screw in the car.One time this hoe I had banged a few times in my car invited me back to her motel room. I have seen 3 busts this week alone.

Its cold out and the pickins are slim to none. A lot of watchers are painfully obvious these days. You do well to watch the rear view mirror as often as the sidewalk. LE get behind you and follow you all over the damn place.

I try to stay close to the highway in case I get a shadow. Time to pull out your little black book and call on the regulars!

Part of the problem is that LE is picking up in certain areas. Also, the cold weather is keeping some inside instead of coming outside. The busts are because someone is being careless and not checking.

I know some of the SW I've been with have brought the subject up without doing the check. If they're that careless, they are going to get caught.

Also, sad news for Dayton. The City is now going after McCook's on Keowee. They are going to use the nuisance abatment to get them closed. That's what they did to the Wayne Street Theatre.

They are going to use the fact their vice cops have caught guys masturbating in the movie booths to close them down. Also, I guess two of the dancers got carried away and did a minor sex act on stage as well. They both got cited for engaging in a sex act or something like that.

Unfortunately I think Dayton will win. However, I think it's pretty lame because you can drive through any no tell motel parking lot at night and someone will invariably offer to sell you drugs. LE doesn't do anything about that. They also don't do anything about the amount of drugs in the project across the street from their substation.

If they want to clean it up some, how about they go after the no tell motels. Four of them are within five minute walking distance of each other.

Well, I decided to see if anyone was out despite the light drizzle and I got lucky by the gas station on Keowee. I picked up a mid 30ish attractive bld shoulder length hair (about a 8) with very small breasts.

We did the no cop check and headed to a nice spot I know to discuss the price. I offered her 40 and she wanted 100 for fs. I was like sorry I don't think so. She then dropped her offer to 80 and I bumped mine up to 60. When she said no less than 80, I said fine, where would you like to be dropped at?

Her attitude changed to just plain unpleasant. She agreed to the 60 but her attitude was quickly making her a 2. She kept talking about how she was getting cheated.

Afterwards, she asked for a ride over to West 3rd and I agreed. Again she kept talking about how she normally charges 40 for bbbj and 100 to start for fs. I told her no one will pay those prices. It's a buyer's market right now and she needed to change her attitude. Well it's official. Dayton PD is running stings on Keowee and Dixie to crack down on prostitution. They ran one last night and caught almost a dozen guys trying to hook up. They plan several more as well so it's not going to be too safe to be out hunting.

They plan to publish the names and pictures of the guys arrested on local billboards and a website. I would also imagine since they have put names and addresses in the Dayton Daily News, they will continue to do that as well.

They also plan to start mailing letters to your address to inform the rest of your family as well. That's very harsh.

The stings are going to continue so guys think with your big head for a minute. They will be using someone who most definitely is out of place. If you've been hunting, you know what they wear and how they walk. She won't get in the car and will want you to make the offer.

Look for the car or better yet a van sitting close by to where she is at. She typically will not move much from her corner because she wants to stay close to her backup. If she does move it will be in a very short radius, maybe one block up and back. Again to stay close to her backup.

If you read this board and unfortunately were one of the guys who got arrested, I'm sorry to hear that. However, I hope you do publish the description of the decoy who got you and her tactics so the rest of us don't get burned.

Besides it would be fun to drive by the decoy and wave as you do so.

Thanks for agreeing with me. I agree the streets in that project are narrow and there are also a lot of quick short turns all the way through so you can't go too fast inside the project either. Not a safe place to drive through.

I dropped off a WSW there several months ago and one kid in the street would not move. I don't know if he was waiting for me to get out of the car or not. I'm not sure what his game was but I had a maglight on the floor next to my seat and shined it at him. He moved then.

Dayton LE has lost the war on drugs. They would definitely have to do something more than what they are. Again, they go after a safe target.

I agree it's a political decision to go after the prostitues and McCook's. So I'm wondering when they will go after the adult stores in the Oregon District. There are three in the Oregon and one on East Third. I'm sure their time is limited as well.

Dayton is still trying very hard to close either the booths in back down because of the activity there or the whole store. A decision is possibly planned as early as next month because the city is trying hard to get rid of them.

....... You are right the project are a haven for easy drugs. I use to sit at the end of the parking lots, and wait for a cutie to come by. Normally after about 20-30 minutes, a decent piece would come by. I started with the "How can I find some bud" and that did the trick. I did not want any weed, but it broke the ice. I normally caught girls around 17-21, who showed no worry about getting busted. Any older and they began to think I was a cop. I asked them about making some money and they agreed and we did the deed, around the back close to the entrance to I-75. It worked almost everytime. People in the project do not fear a drug bust, because the area is "SO" close, that a bust would have to take on a Delta Force Action, and a military presence. Only a few of the girls were 16 or 17, the rest were 18 and up. I ask for valid ID and they had it. They also had a fake ID to, but they normally showed me to the real one. If they show me just any ID and it did not have the real OHIO logo & stamp to it, I would hesitate. THIS WAS WHEN THE AREA WAS NOT SO "HOT" and FULL OF POTENTIAL SW's.

.... As for the corruption of the DPD, the put the word out, and write the letters. It is more political than anything else, and the area of McCooks, may be slated for future development, and the project and McCook, have to go to make the land of higher value. Think about that. Land near any expressway is of great development value, especially for Strip Malls.

Vice Cops Play Role On Streets

The women don't dress up. They dress down, way down. Old sweatshirts, dirty tank tops. The goal isn't to look your best. It's to look desperately addicted enough to sell yourself for $20.

"If you're too clean, they think you're a cop," Dayton vice squad Detective Keith Coberly said.

The three women are patrol officers, working special assignment with vice, but the men who keep circling past 1200 block of Keowee Street, straining to get a good view, don't know it. During five hours Friday, seven men learn the hard way, with a trip to the Montgomery County Jail.

Many, many men continue to circle the block, long know as an open-air prositution market, oblivious to the sting. Coberly and other detectives watch and compare notes over their radios.
"Military guy," in uniform, cruises by in his green Chevrolet Cavalier, stopping once to talk to a decoy. "Blue cruiser" passes by at least five times.

The team starts about 9:50am. Officer Dyan Briggs wanders up and down the block, carrying a Mountain Dew bottle. Within 10 minutes, several drivers start sniffing around. Within 15 minutes, Briggs has one "hooked." The man has both asked for a sex act and offered a dollar amount.

Briggs agrees to meet the man nearby. He drives there but doesn't find her. It's only after he drives away from the immediate area that a marked cruiser pulls him over.

The reason for waiting: They want to keep working the decoys in the same block.

"We don't want to burn our location," Coberly said.

The women have to act the part, wary but willing. It's potentially dangerous, but several unmarked cars keep them in constant sight and listen to their conversations over "wires."

Occasionally, drug dealers walk up from nearby Parkside Homes and offer the women drugs for sex, Coberly said. It's still soliciting, even if the transaction isn't for money.

"We've gotten them for...burgers, beer, cigarettes," Coberly
said.

Briggs eventaully gets a customer on foot, nicknamed the "Marlboro Man" over the police radio. Marlboro wears a brimmed funky hat, cowboy boots, a denim jacket and what looks like from a distance a red hood from a filthy sweatshirt.

Marlboro comes out of McCook adult theater, then stares at Briggs for several minutes before coming over. He offers to perform a sex act on her. The deal is made, Marlboro returns to the theater to get change, and the detectives arrest him there.

They now recognize him. They say the man is a male hustler, occasionally making money by offering himself to gay men. He also has two bags of marijuana in his pockets, Coberly said.

The detectives keep track, noting how many times the vehicles return. That counts as evidence for a loitering-to-solicit charge.

Well, if you were one of the seven who got busted, you broke some rules.

First, SW will keep going unless they're on a string and their pimp limits their stroll. In Dayton, most of the SW are independent. The only strings are run from the local no tell motels. They are also traveling strings. When the heat is high, they typically will move on.

The sting was limited to right in front of Keowee right in front of McCook's Theater. The sting location was moved because the BP station has closed down. Coincidentally, so has the other gas station (or limited hours) down the street.

McCook's is a business Dayton is desperately wanting to close. If you notice, they made sure they got a good picture of their decoy talking with someone (possibly staged and with a backup officer) with McCook's sign in the picture. They also mentioned McCook's name in the article. How much do you want to bet, they'll use this as additional evidence against McCook's?

Based on the telephoto lens Bill Reinke (the Dayton Daily News Photographer) was using, he could have only been in one or two parking lots across the street at a slight angle.

Here's the good part about the article. It confirms all kinds of things we already know.

Decoy's will stay in one area close to their backup instead of walking up and down the whole street like regular SW.

Decoy's will lean on the car or "cop" a squat and talk with you through the window. They will not get in the car with you.
(Side note: Most departments will not allow female UC in a prostitue decoy sting to get in the car. It jeapordizes officer safety and causes unnecessary risk to the backup officer's involved. They could care less about civilians.)

Decoy's will ask you to meet them around the corner or in a different parking lot. (When driving away, check out your potential SW. Does she look like she's talking to herself? Chances are it's a wire.)

Decoys are street officers usually chosen on a temporary basis from another area. They have fresh faces because they are outside their normal patrol area.

This is a good thing for us because most LE have typical LE body language. Their eyes are constantly moving to assess the situation around them and where the next threat is coming from. Their gestures and body language say things as well.

Here's something else to consider and that LE UC and decoy's cannot hide. Depending on the situation, they typically are chosen because they know they can handle themselves in a tense self-defense situation.

What does that mean to us? For the most part, better than average muscle tone. Especially with female LE. Typical SW don't have better than average muscle tone. Decoy's do.

Also, consider body language as well. What is the body language of most LE that you know? Confident, cocky, self-assured. If in civvies, most LE when they walk into a room, will sub-consciously sweep it with their eyes. In a one on one, they go top to bottom assessing the risk you may pose.

Stings are almost always limited to good weather as well. Why? Because visibility is good and the chances of losing sight of their UC decoy is less. The distance from the backup to the decoy can be a little greater but still not too far. Stings typically aren't run in inclimate weather for that reason.

If the sting is run at night, it is in a well lighted area and again the decoy is limited to the area she can walk.

So guys, you know Dayton LE is out. They know the areas as well as we do. So pay attention to detail and be safe. Don't break the rules.

Watch your potential SW for a minute or two. Does she limit her stroll or keep going?

If she limits her stroll, does she look like she's talking to herself (possibly wired)?

Does she get in the car or "cop" a squat and lean?

Does she have better than average muscle tone?

Does she look too clean?

What does her body language tell you?

You decide.

Not only is the project an easy place to get drugs, so are the local no tell motels. Typically at least 50% of the time if I go into a parking lot of a no tell motel, I get offered drugs. 25 % I get lucky and find a SW. The other times they think I'm UC LE.

I agree it would take an awful lot of LE to hit the projects with any type of success. If it were to be done successfully, it would take at least 100 to 150 officer's depending on how many places they want to hit.

The dealer's early warning system is too good. They have people at all of the entries and there is no way LE can do a surprise without them getting the watcher's out first. I think even the outside pickets are being watched by someone on the inside in case they get taken out earlyl as well. It wouldn't surprise me much at all.

I'm surprised they haven't tried a long-term strategy of putting someone UC in the project itself and then hit it with a multiple raid.

I disagree with them trying to make something with the property overall. There have been too many robberies of local businesses. The on ramp to I75 has been closed off due to numerous traffic accidents.

Also, I don't see Saint Francis Thrift Store moving somewhere else because of the cheap rent.

I will mention to the on site manager to get in touch with Larry Flynt. That's something I didn't think of.

As far as writing the letter's, that's being taken care of by outside sources. Somehow I think Dayton LE will be surprised.

I was in town last night on a business trip. I must've tired myself out, because I started to dream.

I dreamed that I had read through the Dayton forum pretty thoroughly and, armed with this knowledge, began to drive down Keowee, Third St., Linden, and Xenia. Unfortunately, pickings were pretty sparse (actually, non-existent). I had been dreaming for about two hours, and had almost decided to wake up. I talked with someone at McCook's. They are now part of the Deja Vu club system. Go figure. So as part of a big corporate company, they have more funds than if they were still an independent.

After the Superbowl on Sunday, I was restless and full of energy, so I decided to cruise Keowee/Dixie, Xenia, 5th and 3rd. It was dead. The only girls that looked at me were 50's, and probably not SW. I saw not 1, but 2 busts up on Keowee/Dixie. All in all, it is scary out there. Since I was North of Dayton and on my way back, I decided to make a detour and see if anyone was out on this lovely day. Coming down North Dixie I did see two WSW I've seen before but it didn't look like they were working because they were busy talking.

On Keowee, I didn't see anyone at all so I headed over the river towards 3rd st. I did see another WSW giving the eye but when I got closer she looked to be about 16 to 19 so I wasn't going to take a chance and stop.

The Total X place used to be much farther North. I went to check it out this evening and there were 4 TV News Vans there.

Total X is a new bookstore that opened on n. dixie. The other total X closed in troy. Not sure if this one is owned by the same people because the one in troy did have a bookstore to.

I told her she could take her time – I wasn’t in a rush and wanted her to finish first. She smiled and rolled on her back. After 20 mins or so, I told her I wanted to have her finish me with a BBBJTCIMWS, she agreed and was great at it. She started to get into it and had me stand on the side of the bed and she laid her head over the side of the bed and had me ride her mouth TCWS….A very nice finish. We drank a few more beers and I drove her back to N. Dixie.

I was day dreaming about an hour ago. On my way home, I drove down xenia seeking the elusive red head from an earlier post. As I imagined myself driving a van down the street, I didn't see the red head but what is this? A cute petite mexican girl with a pink top all in all about an 8 was admiring my van. My little friend said wow, I could go for that. So, as she was admiring my van I pointed to my little friend and she nodded yes, she would like to meet him. She got into the van and grabbed my friend to let him know how nice it was to meet him. Turns out she is fluent in french and russian. I was cruising down 5th after a lap around Xenia and I picked up Hannah. She was blonde 36C and had a tall womanly figure.

I took her back to my room and paid a couple jacksons for the whole ball of wax. She complained at first but once the action started she was very GFE.

I was cutting down Xenia yesterday morning on the way to check on my car. I did see one older WSW probably about 40 to 50. I would say about a 3 or 4. Just a little further I saw another younger WSW but a lot heavier and taller. I watched the eye contact and saw her get into another person's car which was okay with me. It started to rain and I was running late so I didn't check any of the other places.

I have heard from a reliable source that LE was up to their usual tricks of trying to bust SW on Thursday night. So it stands to reason they will be out more and more.

LE sent some shills in and the found that there was "illegal activity" going on like "touching" and some small liquor violations. They closed the place and arrested the owners. The owners finally had to sell the joint and promise to never open another club in the county. Then they placed new laws n the books to prevent a club from ever opening again.
