I knew Katie was a resident of the county, well, I just got a text from someone claiming to be her father wanting to know if I could contribute $$ to her 1. 5 k bail to get her out of jail. Is this family for real?

Katie is around. Super easy to set up with and very polite. Obvious drug user. Very skinny. Just strap on for all phases of contact.
