Well, I know for a fact that UC cops sometimes work the Greyhound station, screening passengers getting on, and off the buses. I've seen these UC cops walk over to the convenience store shown in the photo below. Now if these UC cops spotted a hooker working the corner there, would they notify police to come do an arrest? I don't know, but it would be a little risky.
One of these UC cops is a black guy, and you would never suspect he's a cop. He knows this. He tries to look like a street dude, and that's what he looks like. He doesn't look like any cop, but that's what he is. If one was trying to pick up a hooker in this area, he could simply walk over, and whip out his badge. Oh shit! I don't know if he gets involved in that sort of thing, but he could, if he wanted to. The UCs aren't always EPPD or EPSO, sometiimes they're FBI or DEA or even TSA. Plenty of drugs / weapons / money travel through EP on the various bus lines. And these days people too (human Trafficking.) Its not just EP, in NY they watch the Port Authority, in LA, pretty much anywhere "strategic." The deal is that generally they probably won't care about a hooker but you never know when she light be tied into something bigger.

A New York college student who claims a Las Vegas hooker did not spend enough time making him happy has sued her escort service for $1. 8 million.
Unhappy customer Hubert Blackman said he was traumatized by the "tragic event," especially when he called cops and they threatened to bust him, the Las Vegas Sun reported Thursday.

Two days ago, around 3:30 P. M, I passed by the bus station. And. There she was. Yvette. She was talking to three black dudes, so I parked my car and she finally came over to me in the parking lot. If you went looking for street meat, I'm not surprised that you didn't find anything, as this is a slow time for El Paso. The triangle is your best bet, but be warned: the triangle is DANGEROUS. Much more so than Stagecoach or Downtown. Check your 6 at all times, there are cops and robbers at play there. I've had to read up on the area, as it seems the best place to score a SW in El Paso. I've only been there a half dozen times, and I've been stopped by the police twice. So make sure your ride has no external problems and you have the ins and reg.
As for numbers, the problem is, SWs can't keep a phone and UTR girls don't want their number shared. Since the UTR girls I know all read this forum (at least occasionally) , I'm going to have to be on my best behavior here and not share. When I pick up a SW with a phone, I share the number immediately, as it's likely to be worthless fairly quickly.
If you can swing it, My Freedom is absolutely right, Juarez is a great place to get laid. Look up some of his posts, he's done a good job of laying out pros and cons and the best way to go about it. IMHO, if you don't speak Spanish, however, Juarez is such a dangerous place for you that it makes the Triangle look like Disneyland. Maybe you like the danger, and if so more power to you, but if not, then do what MF says and go during the day or stay home.

Went downtown Monday night at about 8pm or so and surprise, surprise, there was no one out. Drove to the Stagecoach, and viola, Virginia was stand out front. Looking very sexy, may I add. Two days ago, around 3:30 P. M, I passed by the bus station. And. There she was. Yvette. She was talking to three black dudes, so I parked my car and she finally came over to me in the parking lot. Hadn't seen her in over a year, she did look good, but, was somewhat "spaced out." I had a meeting at work to go to, so couldn't go with her, but, we did exchange contact info.
Then, just like in Juarez, two bike LE came by. They first pulled one of the black dudes over and talked to him. Yvette then starting talking about "cleaning my house," loud enough for the LE to hear. Since I had my contact info, I thought it best to depart, so I told her I was going inside the terminal. At that point, LE called her over. I only stayed in the terminal about five minutes, and upon leaving, LE and she were long gone.
Guys, you got to be real careful out there. Just another experience that makes me feel just as safe, if not safer in Juarez. LE in El Paso have ruined more than one man's career in something and that's not worth it. After my meeting at work, I went to Juarez, got my fun, and a phone number of another provider. Freelancers do work in downtown Juarez, you just need to leave when the sun goes down. My first post here and I hope I am doing this correctly. I thought they had made it to where we had to have docs too to come back from Juarez. Is this not true? If we can still come and go to J town like we used to I am going to abandon the triangle and stagecoach areas when I come back home to visit. I used to find great deals in the triangle and farther down dyer (don't know what you all are calling the area past Chapin) now when I cruise those areas look like ghost towns. Today is a perfect example to answer your question. This afternoon, I drove downtown, nothing. Passed the Stagecoach, nothing. Went to Juarez, ate a torta, and walked around. Saw freelancers in the Bombin and Don Felix bars, also at the doorways of Hotels Rio de Janerio and Condessa. No comparison.
To return to El Paso from Juarez you will need your passport, or passport card. Don't leave home without it. Don't stay in Juarez much past sundown and keep your bigger money bills hidden, as the Juarez cops are not all recognized for their honesty.
To be honest I hadn't been on the strip in a long time my friend and thats why you hadn't heard from me. I've been pretty occupied with work. How can I post any intel if I hadn't been in the battle zone?

I could tell they were thinking about stopping me, and asking me why I was in the area, but they never did. I was going to tell them I was thinking about moving into the area, and that I was walking to get exercise. Had they suspected I was looking for hookers, they probably would have told me to get the fuck out of the area, and don't come back. That's what the cops tell you in Dallas, if they catch you looking for hookers in Dallas.
I don't like the mongering scene in El Paso, or Juarez. Not enough action in El Paso, and too much risk dealing with the crooked cops in Juarez, who like to rob gringos. The massage parlors being raided were the Bally Hot Stone Spa at 1685 Don Roser Dr. And the Green Hot Stone Spa at 2903 Hillrise Dr.
Two female employees at each location were taken into custody for questioning but no arrests have been made so far.
In April 2011, police said a sergeant with the LCPD learned of an advertisement on Craigslist for the Bally Massage Spa that offered 'Beautiful, friendly Asian staff waiting for you. ' The ad also included a seductive photo of an Asian woman. The sergeant contacted an agent with the FBI and both began investigating the establishment.
During the course of the investigation 'erotic reviews' of Bally's and that of the Green Hot Stone Spa were uncovered on Internet sites that cater to escort services.
Over the next few months undercover agents visited both businesses and were offered sexual services in exchange for cash. The agents did not accept the offers but did gather enough evidence to support today's search warrants.
Agents are continuing their investigation by gathering records and additional evidence at both businesses. Possible charges against the owners of the businesses include promoting prostitution and accepting earnings of a prostitute.
