Well, not sure about Jennie. Have not heard from her but also my phone is off the wack too.
Check the Stagecoach for Candie and found out she going to the truck stop to make her bucks. No sigh of Jennie.
Downtown had April and some new one. Man can't remember her name but she was cute. Had some fun and got my nut. She tells me she comes over everyday at day and night.
The hood has too much LE. I would just stay away. Most are anyway in the County Motel. And when I say most I mean it.

OK, it's close to the Gym on Mariscal St. If you go South on Mariscal pass the Gym, it will be to your right. If you pass the Clubs, you went to far. It's maybe less than 30 yards from the nearest intersection. Door that leads up to the rooms. They are not bad and look cleaner than most that I've been in.

Ok, so, the Horndog decided to get back to Mongering, following his hero Scoup. Unlike Scoup, the first mongering was 2 hobbits short of a trilogy. Normally, I wouldn’t complain, but this takes the cake. And, in Horndog traditions, I hit some the under reported action in EP.
The morning started with checking the USA Guide, only to find out Bill Gates ate my password. When I tried to recover it, I found the registration email was dead—I hadn’t used it since the Clinton Administration (the last one, not the next one). Hence, I’m starting over. From Senior Member to Rookie in one day.
Annoyed, I figured I’d go with best and hit up Ms Kimiko. 3 phone calls, I finally set up the date. The date and time set, Viagra in tow (not that I need it) I was ready for the finest El Paso can offer. But alas, the goddess cancelled. Twice. And I only had 1 appointment.
So, the mongering started with a quick ‘trip’ up Dyer for a sure thing. For some reason, every LEO in the precinct was across from the Sisters. Shot guns out and everything. So I drove the triangle, thinking if the cops were across from sisters the triangle would be clear. Well, deader than Scoup described it.
So, I thought I’d go with the really really sure thing by hitting up Kayak. But no, they don’t do table showers anymore. So the only reason to spend way too much for some was gone too. And its still $$$. It it’s quicker (and better) to just dance with the chicken.
Then Medusa showed her face and I turned to stone. Ha, no not that simple and much worse. I went to the Cab and was victimized by the 6 ft rule. Ironically, the little horndog is 6 ft 2 inches (Viagra), but the atmosphere is just. Different.
So, like a Hippie looking for a Dead concert, the Horndog busted out toward Montana and attempted, like fool, to drive to the Hideaway. Well it seems the same hell demon who designed Windows Vista designed US 180 because I ended up at Pure Platinum. Still don’t know how. I turned left? . Pure Platinum was, nice in a ‘place I don’t think I’ll be going back to’ kind way.
Then I tossed a ring in a volcano, killed a dragon, solved world hunger and ended up the Hideaway. And WOW. And I WOW in a "Horndog heaven" kind of way. I spent $$$ on table dances because I like them. Actually got 2 number from the girls that work. It was the Cab in the old days. The great old days. 20 per dance Nude, 20 VIP tax (1 time). The women are attentive, not bad looking (9+ on Cabaret scale, 5 on the Jag scale).
Oh yeah, Ms Diamond from CL dance there. Good kid (didn't partake).
So, the Summary:

u should teach a creative writing classLOL, I will. I couldn't figure out how to work in why I avoided J-Town (the Luxxor didn't pick up the phone then the guy got stabbed). Maybe that will help me get through my writer's block (yeah right).
Point is, in EP, it pays not give up, no matter what aversities you face. There is mongering to be had. If you prepare, RTFF, you can end with smile on your face.
(and yeah, I'm begining to think I'm around to serve as a warning to other Mongers)

OK, had any unexcepted good time in the morning. Went to the Superlodge and just park. Out came Vero. Wow, that was a surprise. She said that she need a ride so we went driving for maybe 2 mins and then the ? came up. "You want to do something?" And she was begging. I told her that I didn't have a hat, which was true but she said this guy had one in the room because he thought he could get her. No dice!! Oh he was pissed!!
Anyways, she was nice and clean and very willing. Very nice talk too. Oh, she might be around the Super again. Saw like maybe two other there.

Ok Scoup this is just for you. I have been on CL for the last week. I have been very busy and missed some appts and calls. That is not like me. Personal problems lately to make thing worse. But I have a story for you to laugh at.
We all know how bad my memory is when remembering room numbers but to make it worse I ran into a clown in the hallway of hotel that I was at. This clown was Ronald McDonald of all clowns. I jump out of my skin and lost my mind. I finally got to the room and could stop thinking of having The Clown doing me.
I have more adventures about CL but I need to say sorry to Horndog. I will make it up to you big time love.

Well, been having some fun with Vero for the pass days. Not bad but sometimes too out there. All in all a good time. Last time she was at the Super but she said she'll be moving soon.
Went into the hood this morning and afternoon and there was Kim and two others. I had to pass on them just not feeling it with the hood being so bad lately.

Jan 31st it goes into effect. If no passport then your gov't issued photo ID(license) AND birth certificate/proof of citizenship works. From what I've heard here & there, there will be some sort of short grace period with verbal and/or written warnings issued for those not having their papers in order.
That walk around detour is a long, lonely stroll at nite that I think having an extra eyeball in the back of your head helps. But it's only for "about two more years...".

There was an article about all this on the front page of the EP Times earlier this week, but I don't recall what day. Anyway, all we need after Jan. 31st to cross from CJ to EP is a picture ID and birth certificate. The passport requirement will come up later, my hunch being summer.
Article said if we "forget" ID, at least the first time, we get a "warning. " If we "forget" to bring ID a second time, who knows what the fine folk of the CBP would do to us.

The actual passport requirement goes into effect on that 31st target date but they will accept the birth certificate in lieu of a passport for a short period of time. That alternative was based on the backlog for passports they experienced but the requirement, in a literal sense, is at the end of Jan.
The photo ID needs to be of the "gov't issued" variety. I only reiterate that part because of all the dummies that I've come across in Las Vegas casinos that thought their school ID or library card with a picture was good ID.
According the agent I spoke with tonite, they will "more than likely" be looking for original - not a copy - versions of birth certificates as, according to him, any documentation they deal with is always and only the 'original'.
At a later, to be announced, date they will no longer accept anything other than the passport. If you're without it, you'll get processed and fined.
Still no info on the oft-mentioned "passport card" that is a wallet sized version but if you have that DCL/Express lane card, they'll accept it on a walk over.
Was downtown around 2:30AM and spotted a very nice looking WSW with brownish hair and glasses(had the nasty teacher look going),
I saw her this morning!! She is for really and this time she had a friend. Friend was blond. They did stay too long maybe 30mins and it was after 2am. I did not move fast enough to get them but who knows next time might be the charm.

A friend of mine applied for his passport in early December. He did NOT request speed service and his passport arrived in less than three weeks. So in his case it did not take any 6-8 weeks.
Scoup, and BlameCanada, regarding the downtown SWs, WHERE do you see them? I hardly ever see one, but I cannot stay out until after midnight due to work. I need to look in the afternoons or evenings until around 11 P.M., and I do worry about LE. So WHERE should one look, what street(s), bus station, etc.?

You might have some trouble getting one before 9pm in the downtown area. Area is right at the Greyhound bus station and on overland and el paso. They like to go out later. You might get lucky but later is better chance.

DALLAS -- Two Dallas police officers frequently made homeless people and prostitutes sign blank citations so they could later fill out the tickets with whatever offenses they chose, according to a Dallas Police Department investigation.
Dallas Police Chief David Kunkle disavowed the practice and said investigators concluded the two officers used the blank tickets as a law-enforcement tool against habitual offenders. If those offenders always had unpaid tickets, then officers could obtain arrest warrants and take people into custody at any time, Kunkle said.
"It's hard for me to understand any circumstances where that would be appropriate," Kunkle said. "It certainly violates fundamental fairness if people don't have the opportunity to know what they're being charged with or get proper notification."
The two accused officers are Senior Cpl. Timothy Stecker and Senior Cpl. Jeffrey Nelson. Stecker had previously been cleared of charges related to his ticket writing but was placed on restricted duty Friday. Nelson is already on restricted duty for a pattern of misconduct related to ticket writing, police said.
They are likely to face disciplinary action; a hearing on their cases is scheduled for Tuesday.
An attorney for the two men said they are good officers who have been treated unfairly by the department's investigators.
"The way this investigation has been conducted, the length of time that it has taken the department, and just the way that this investigation was
initiated and continues to be modified continually by the department has been very unfair to the officers," said the attorney, Haakon Donnelly.
A formerly homeless man interviewed by investigators said he was a frequent target of the two officers.
"They had me signing blank tickets every time they seen me," said the man, R.B. Barton. "They said it was 'speed writing.' That's just where you sign the ticket and they'll fill it out later."
Get it at the main post office on Boeing. I made an appointment, showed up, went up to the counter and they took me to the passport office to the left of the counters (one with glass doors). They took my pic on the spot (saved me a stop at Wallgreen's), took my application (you must sign in their presence) along with $30 for the USPS, $67 for the State Dept (cash or check, no CC), and I was off. About 5-7 minutes of my time. Service available M-F, 8:30-4:30. I felt really sorry for all those people I saw on TV waiting for hours at the county clerk's office. Download the application here:

First off, anything is legal provided you don't get caught.
Last time I checked, its illegal because you don't clear customs. But when I jumped the Rio, the Green Truck gang didnt mess with us because it was a 'customs' issues.
But I wouldnt recommend it. I know a guy who spent 3 hours in lock up for joking with the border partol agent (said his citizenship was "illegal allien")
On another note, cruised Dryer, the Triangle, only saw one older WSW.

Just me but I would not waste my time in El Paso with the Juarez action close at hand for a nominal fee. Go to the international site and read up on the availability and selection. I use to stay in Juarez and visit the massage parlors. Good ol days.

The listings site has been under pressure to screen out cyber advertisements that offer sexual services. These listings have given prostitutes easy access to potential clients cruising the Web, law enforcement authorities say.
Craigslist, whose listings are generally free to post except in some apartment and job categories, will require that advertisers in its "erotic services section" pay a fee with a valid credit card and give a working phone number, Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal said.
The site will provide the information in response to law enforcement subpoenas, he said.
"Prostitutes will hopefully stop using Craigslist to break the law, knowing that their posts could lead to arrest and conviction," Blumenthal said in a statement.
The privately held listings service is partially owned by online auctioneer eBay (EBAY.O: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), which bought a 25 percent stake in 2004.
Blumenthal had complained to Craigslist in March about postings from prostitutes, which he said have often included explicit photographs, hourly rates and detailed descriptions of the services on offer. He said a Connecticut woman had been arrested for advertising sexual services on the site.
Thirty-nine other states joined in the pact, as well as the District of Columbia, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam. Blumenthal said Craigslist will also explore new technology, including better filters, to stop ads for illegal activity.
Craigslist says the terms of use on its site state that advertising illegal services, including prostitution, is prohibited, but that the new measures should help further prevent misuse.

alright, so here's another funny and I would say bad story from me. Been looking in the therapeutic services on cl for a possible massage lead. Just FYI.Also looking around CL I've seen them advertise in the adult gigs category, trying to recruit new girls for nude modeling and massage. When they first came out and had only one gal I called and talked for a while, the girl was not too attractive from the pics and I don't think they got any business, so I'm sure they scamming pics, they do however seem to be legit but I've also heard that it is a definite bait and switch. I cruised the triangle at 4pm today. I only saw one SW at corner of Lawson, and Lawrence, by Sunrise Apts. She was about a 6, on a 1 to 10 scale. I did not partake. She was just hanging out at the corner. She approached me, but I moved on.
Note on triangle. I'm new to this area, but some things I've noticed you might want to watch out for.
1. I've notice white trucks (with "City of El Paso" written on the side of these trucks) cruising inside the triangle, up and down streets, looking over things. I've seen them quite a bit. They may be looking for hooker activity, and calling the police if they see any. I'm guessing here, I don't know for sure, but I suspect this, so beware of those trucks inside the triangle.
2. Watch out for neighbors in this neighborhood who may not approve of hooker activity. They may call the cops if they see you picking up hooker in the triangle. Again, I'm guessing here, but be careful.
3. I suspect the El Paso police department reads this forum, so keep that in mind.
4. I think some of the SW's read this sight, as Scoup has commented something to that effect, so keep that in mind.
5. I see lots of El Paso cops cruising inside the triangle, which tells me there is hooker activity in triangle.
6. I always see dudes hanging out at corner of Lawson, and Lawrence, at Sunrise apts. Cars drive up to them. they talk, and cars drive off. I'll let you form your own opinion on what that's all about. I'm sure cops are already aware of this, so I'm not telling cops anything they don't already know, with this comment.
One final comment. Lots of people in this neighborhood have seen me when I cruise in this neighborhood, and they all think I'm an undercover cop.
Someone previously had asked about the ladies on craigslist that used titles: "We got what you need", and "Back in town" both ads posted ages of 22. The slim girl uses the name Ecstasy when dancing at strip clubs, and the other girl is her friend, both Puerto Rican ladies. Beware! They have a scam going. They are both ROBS. Ecstasy, had to leave clubs because of theft, and is running from several felony warrants. She is usually heavy on drugs. They also have several pimps out of sight, but close by. They play the "pimp call" game, in which they have the pimps call the room after guy goes in. They also do the "switch off, rip off" in which you have fun with one of them, then the other is looking for your wallet. I know two guys that already got ripped off by them. There are actually more of them. There is a group of about five of them. They are all Puerto Rican ladies, and they take turns posting, so beware, because they are all rip offs. For a one girl session they said 100, then after arrival went to 300, for not even FS. Big rip offs watch out. Also warn your friends in odessa, alb. , and other nearby tx. , and nm. Areas, as they do travel, and scam guys in other nearby cities, and towns.

I hit the triangle at 3pm. I saw 3 hookers in triangle. I have a special way of cruising the triangle, and since cops may read this sight, I won't be anymore specific than that. I basically concentrate on 2 areas in the triangle. One area is Sunrise Apts at corner of Lawrence and Lawson. I saw 2 hookers working this area, during my 2 hour cruise of the triangle. One was hiding behind the bushes, as I cruised by, because she thought I was undercover LE. Another approached me, but wasn't sure if I was a john, so she asked me for $2 for her starving daughter. I gave her $2. She wasn't bad looking, but looked a little drugged out. I didn't partake, because I thought she might start acting weird on me. I need a babe who is cool, who won't start shit, not one who's all spaced out, and acting weird.
The other area I concentrate on is Roberts street, behind the Hawian hotel, and I think another hotel called the Beverly Crest. I'm not talking Dyer Street here, I'm behind these hotels on Roberts St. You'll see a hooker hanging out on this street, at various times. The one I saw today was looking me over closely, and I was looking her over closely. She wasn't bad looking. She was wondering if I was a cop. I knew she wasn't, but I wasn't sure if I wanted to try her. I kept on cruising.
These are the 2 main areas to find hookers in the triangle, as far as I can tell.

I hit the triangle at 3:30 pm today. I cruised until 5:15pm. I saw one hooker in parking lot of Hawaiian motel, so front of Hawaiian motel is now on my cruising route.
Still lots of activity at Sunrise Apts at Lawson and Lawrence. Also apt complex across the street from Sunrise seems to have some available babes also. Sort of a community of pimps and hoes right in that area.
Cops are cruising, and looking me over real close. They haven't stopped, and questioned me yet. I don't know if they will. Hard to predict what will happen if they do. They may tell me to get the fuck out of the neighborhood. I'll have to find another neighborhood to cruise in. I'll keep cruising in triangle, until cops fuck with me.
I saw one light skin black girl in complex across from Sunrise I would like to get with. She was in short shorts, and looked damn good. I have a feeling she would be available, but don't know for sure.
The pimps and hoes working the Sunrise Apts don't know what to think of me. They don't know if I'm neighborhood informant to cops, or what.
The prostitutes are nervous about dealing with me. They don't know I'm a john.
I see johns in front of Sunrise Apts, and they are nervous as hell about cops pulling around the corner, as they talk with prostitutes. It's a cat and mouse game between the cops, and everybody else, at Sunrise apts, and complex across the street from Sunrise apts.
Finally hooked up with Adriana today. Actually, her sister Gabriella, or Gaby, as Adriana is back in Juarez for good. Very nice time. Petite little cutie with a bald petuty. Mid to late 30's, so a bit of the obligatory belly pouch, but not bad at all. If you are into erect responsive stand-up-at-attention-and-salute-you nips, this is THE girl. Body: 10. Face: 8. Does DFK, DATY, BBBJ, CFS. Treat her nice and she really warms up. Finally got some info on Paige from a guy on another site, since nobody here would fess up. Paige is legit and the pictures are real. She is very tall, 5'-11", I think. Face is okay but perhaps not as good as body pics would imply. She is not cheap; he never said what he paid, but my guess is $$$. Now, the bad part: she is all business as there is no DFK or DATY, everything is done covered. Sounded kind of cold. Think i'll stick to Adrianna/Gaby or Lisa as they are fun. But, if you are strictly visual, have the money and into zipless f**ks; go for it.
News on Delia for all who asked, she is still out and about. Saw her at the Traiangle last on the wall(Lawrence and Roberts). She always looking the same and all counts a good BBBJ.
