Is there *any* AMP in R.I. where I can receive this Asian specialty?
A few times, maybe 4 or 5 years ago, it was provided at the old Tokyo Spa in Pawtucket. Otherwise I haven't found any source at all. I can't get it at my favorite HJ+ place (even though that + is a damned big +). I've tried to find it at a couple of the FS places, no luck.
It used to be standard down in Connecticut, and as far as I can tell from the CT board, it still is at least downstate. But my job never takes me that way anymore, and I don't have the time to drive that far for recreation.
I would really, really like some this afternoon. Otherwise I'm going to have to settle for getting shanghaied again, which is good but just not what I'm in the mood for. Any suggestions?

I had a very harrowing experience last night ( Wed). I was cruising O ville at about 10PM and found Dawn, a wsw about 5'5" 130 Lbs with light brown hair on Valley near Delaine. She took me to a spot that was unfarmiliar to me. Shortly after we arrived two black males ambushed us (me). They roughed me up a bit, and took what cash I had, along with a gold chain that I was wearing.
I cringe at the thought of what else could have happened. I was happy to leave there without serious injury. I don't bring much $$ when I cruise for that very reason. They only got about another 20 bucks, and the chain cost me about 100, which they will probably pawn for 10.
I feel stupid that I would even place myself in this kind of potential situation. Let this be a lesson to us all.
* Do not carry large sums of cash
* Stick to areas that you are comfortable with. If a sw insists on a certain area,get rid of her.

sometimes we all forget what a dangerous occupation this is. Damn Sailor, that sucks. I've had a similar thing happen and I was glad they ONLY got what they got too.
After my incident I never let a girl pick the spot again....NEVER.
Do us all a great favor and try to get and upload a picture of her (if you have a cameraphone or better) so we can avoid her. It's also a good way to rat her out to the police. They monitor this site and even though they hate us, a streetwalker and two men robbing people, especially if they were armed, is a potentially deadly situation that I imagine they would like to avoid.

I was going to Lilly's last night for my usual TS and massage when I was sidetracked! There was lots of activity this morning between 6:30 am and 7:00 am.
I counted at least 5 girls out there.
One of them must be new or I came off as LE. I pulled up, she walked to my window with a confused look and said "May I help you?". She looked so put off I thought I made a mistake. I said "I thought you were somebody else, I'm sorry to have bothered you". So I drive off ... 20 minutes later I see her again, this time walking down Sprague ... nowhere near where she was before. We made eye contact and she looked nervous. I really need to pick her up one of these times or she is going to put the word out that I'm LE.
There was also some strange activity that very well could haven been LE or even Fed LE. I'm sure there is at least one agency that has an interest in that area.

This is my first post here. I'm just into the AMP scene, so I mostly lurk here. Saw on tv, channel 10 will air an investigative report on AMPS in Providence tonight at 11PM. From the preview, the interior entrance to DT Spa is shown and they bring a hidden camera into one of them. Dunno if this report will put the heat on the AMP scene. I hope not.

The only TV report I found on AMPs last night was on Fox News (Channel 12?) and it only mentioned the AMP on 1255 North Main and the one on Mineral Springs Ave. The one on North Main did not have a license to operate and the one on Mineral had license people but not a license for a massage business. The reports were short and did not focus on the other activities. I do nor know if there were other reports in channel 10 but their web site did not mention anything.
In other news: I have not been around a couple days, but have not seen much action on the streets lately... that is when I just drive by...

Yeah, it was a pretty indepth report by channel 10 last night. They showed North Main and Midori's entrances and took hidden cameras into Custom. And then went to custom for an interview, and when no one answered they filmed all the girls getting out of the building. My advice, go to CH as it is outside of downtown and seemingly off people's radar, but thats just IMHO.

PROVIDENCE -- As a result of raids conducted this week at four Providence spas, nine Asian women have been charged with immigration violations and are facing deportation, a spokeswoman for Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Boston said yesterday.
"We assisted the Providence police in an investigation they were doing and subsequently took nine females into custody," said Paula Grenier, the ICE spokeswoman. "They have been charged with immigration violations and had been put into removal proceedings and they are awaiting a hearing before a federal immigration judge" in Boston.
Grenier refused to identify the women, saying the investigation continues. She said eight of the women were from Korea, and one was from Singapore. The authorities assert that they all are either in this country illegally or working in the country illegally, Grenier said. All are being held pending deportation proceedings. As of yesterday, she said, no date had been set for a hearing. She said did not know where the women were being held. They were not at the Adult Correctional Institutions, a prison official said.
The women were detained Monday after the police raided four places where Asian women were allegedly giving massages without licenses -- a misdemeanor under Rhode Island law.
Initially, 14 women were taken into custody -- 12 of them Korean and 2 Chinese -- according to Providence Lt. Thomas Verdi. They were referred to ICE after questions arose about whether they were legal immigrants with valid working papers. He said 5 of the 14 were charged with giving massages without a license.
The massage and immigration charges stemmed from raids at four Providence massage parlors by detectives working in the Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit:
Midori Spa, 112 Union St.; Bally Day Spa, 204 Westminster St.; Central Health, 76 Derry St., which is sometimes listed with a 10 Oregon St. address; and a spa at 1255 North Main St., which goes by two names, Alliance for Men and Spring Relaxing Center.
Sgt. Patrick McNulty said that the police sent undercover officers into the four spas to see whether the businesses had valid licenses to operate massage parlors and whether the women giving massages had valid licenses. Police reports indicate that the officers who went to each place asked for and paid for a massage and received one. Each was charged $60.
At Midori, two women were arrested -- the manager, Hyon Bivians, 42, who was charged with operating a massage parlor without a license; and Sam Pan Jeong, 34, who was charged with giving a massage without a license. A police report indicates that seven other women were taken into custody by immigration officials: Evn Ju Kwak, 34; Ihawa Kim, 28; Soun il Kim, 33; Kim Hee Young, 29; Gyeong Yae Kang, 32; Choon Ja Yun, 62; and Il Hwa Kim, 29.
At 1255 North Main St., Ho Hiong, 44, was charged with giving a massage without a license and according to the police report, ICE placed a detainer against her.
At Central Health, Jeong Nye Kim, 41, was charged with performing a massage without a license. The police report indicates that immigration officials also placed a detainer on her. ACI spokeswoman Joy Fox said late yesterday that records indicated that Kim was discharged from the ACI to immigration officials in 1998. How she ended up at Central Health on Monday could not be learned yesterday.
At Bally, Hee Jim Kim, 30, was charged with giving a massage without a license and detained by immigration officials. The police report indicates that a second woman on the premises, Gyeong Yae Kang, 32, was also detained by ICE. Verdi said this was not the same Gyeong Yae Kang who was arrested at Midori

So we don't know what charges that place faces and when it will open again. I'm figuring the other places will be open soon if thay haven't already (we know CH is open). But since she hadn't been arrested in the interval , the Judge made her a Deal =
Plead 'Nolo' on the current charge , and Walk
... or plead Not Guilty , and be remanded
Guess how she pleaded !!
She got a Year Sentence , suspended ; a year of Probation ; HIV testing & counseling ordered ; and mental health counseling ordered
Needless to say , she won't be working the streets any time soon
I just wish I had some Advice to offer her on how to spot UC·LEOs , but I don't = the minute a girl accepts a 'ride' from a Cop , she's *Busted* !!

Sen. Rhoda Perry, D-Providence, is now backing away from a bill she sponsored to outlaw prostitution and those who permit it within their facilities, after lobbying from the Rhode Island Affiliate of the American Civil Liberties Union.

The ACLU contends that arresting prostitutes in massage parlors punishes the wrong people.
Perry, who serves on the Senate Judiciary Committee, says she doesn't think the bill will be heard by the committee this year. She said she had the same concerns as Rhode Island ACLU executive director Steven Brown -- that the police should be targeting the customers and the people running the brothels, not the prostitutes.

The ACLU should be lobbying for the elimination of all statutes that classify victimless activities as crimes. Yes, the police should target "the people running the brothels" WHEN/IF THOSE PEOPLE are engaging in slavery, endangering their employees by locking them into their rooms (as reported...but I have to ask, if that's true why the HELL didn't the law and the state fire inspectors come down on the management like a load of bricks, which is what the management would deserve if they really were doing any such thing), and so on. No one, customer or prostitute, should be put in the position of breaking the law for engaging in consensual prostitution. Anyone, pimp or Fortune 500 CEO, who exploits their employees or runs the workplace as a fire hazard (and so on and so forth), SHOULD be convicted and set to jail.
...Okay, now that's out of my system. Getting back to the article, there's one thing in this story that is 100% contradictory to over 30 years of my experiences.
Several massage parlors are in Perry's district, including the North Main Street Spa, which the senator said has been a nuisance with trash, noise and "unsavory characters."
I have never, *ever* been to a "massage parlor"-style brothel (AMP or otherwise--back in the day when there WAS "otherwise") that was any "trashier" or "noisier" than the neighborhood it was in, and most of them (particularly the Asian parlors in strip malls) are if anything a bit cleaner than their neighbors. And as far as "unsavory characters" goes, shove that, Senator--it's a dirty slander on a bunch of guys who (again) are usually as savory as anything in the neighborhood and often more savory. Not only that, but we tend to slip in and out of the parlors undercover, we don't hang out in the neighborhood any more than we need to to get the business done. Maybe your constituents are unsavory, Senator. We aren't.

I had occasion to visit your fair city on business this past week. Actually, it was more a spur of the moment kind of thing, as I had been trolling Pawtucket earlier in the week. Now, I know the gale drove most of the SWs away, but God help me, PT has some nasty-looking excuses for talent. Those I saw were downright scary, to the point that I had mentally nicknamed one "Seahag"! :D
Anyway, after giving up on PT, I decided to make a Thursday night run into Providence. Problem, though. While I had read this thread, I failed to make a mental note (or print a map) of where the stroll actually was. Now, if you do a bit of traveling, you know that streetname repetition is common in most areas. So, it's easy to say to yourself "Oh, Broad St. I think that was mentioned on WSG."
I remembered Elmwood and a Sprague vaguely, but wasn't sure if it pertained to Providence or someplace in western NY. I found my way to Elwood after midnight and immediately noted that conditions looked right. My memory wasn't so bad after all. I still hadn't see any SWs, though. There was a light drizzle coming down, so I figured my foray would be fruitless.
Lo and behold, I see a tall, thin brunette walking up Elmwood, away from downtown. She looks like a possible, but is wearing heels, so I'm not sure. I circle back, but still no indication that she is working. On the third pass, I finally get the look, but by the time I can return, she's gone. Damn, I was looking forward to asking her to leave the heels on! ;)
After some unsuccessful cruising on the side streets in the area, I head back to PT just to make sure I'm not missing out on something there. Nada. I reverse back to Prov. The rain has stopped and there are a number of SWs out, plus one obvious TV.
I understand there was a major bust earlier in the week, so most of the talent was locked up, but I managed to find an older blond in the area of Elmwood and Sprague around 0300 Friday morning. She hops in and off we go.

Last week I went by Yun Spa (301 Atwells, 2nd Fl.). There was only one lady there: slim, kind of ugly (she might be ok for some...) and dressed in jeans a t-shirt, but I wanted to check what was on the menu, so I went for it. There are no table showers, but a shower was offered, I said "no" because I had just showered and I did not have a lot of time. The massage was a 4 on a scle of 10, but there was nice music (she took a dvd player to the room). She kept looking everywhere, and she didn't look like she was looking for any LE, but she had the look that she was hoping her homeboy would come and save her or something, as if she was expecting someone, and this look was on her the entire time. Well after the car past me, I decided to just let her do her job and get it over with. It was ok, I was kinda stressed so I didnt' enjoy it too much, I asked her where she wanted to be dropped off and she said she wanted to be dropped off at that store/gas station at the intersection of Manton and Atwell. When I arrive there, I see that same damn brown car with the flourescent headlights, the girl driver, and it seemed like the 2 big black guys were inside the store, I could see them just walking in. I let Mercedes out and went out on my way. but I tell you, I was definitely freaked. I'm not really prepared for some thugs beaten the shit outta me, I just wanna have my fun and get out. Just be weary about her, and be weary about the others too, the streets seem to be getting more dangerous and less fun.

I agree with you 100%. The girl I picked up while she was driving around got in my car. We went and dropped her car off somewhere else and she got in mine. Until she was in my car there really wasn't anything other than assumptions being made.

PROVIDENCE -- Mayor David N. Cicilline and high-ranking police officers from Providence and Pawtucket last night urged members of the House Judiciary Committee to approve a bill that would criminalize prostitution inside brothels, massage parlors and other indoor venues.
Providence Lt. Thomas A. Verdi said that Rhode Island is the only state that makes solicitation on the streets a crime, yet allows prostitution to go on behind closed doors without sanctions.
If the legislature doesn't enact the bill to more strictly define prostitution so that it applies equally to streetwalkers, pimps, people who run houses of prostitution and the women who prostitute themselves indoors, "we'll be the capital of the Northeast in regards to prostitution," Verdi said. This is an ongoing discussion - whether to post where you go. In NY, the conclusion I've come to is that LE knows every nook & cranny and SWs will tell them new places. The only place LE has a problem with is going into a private, enclosed parking lot, like in a building to search without being invited in. LE spends countless hours, with countless cars endlessly driving around, every day/every night. For anyone to say LE isnt aware of whats going on, is simply silly.
LE simply lacks the budget, mandated by political appointees to track down and monitor every spot. Mentioning hotspots , simply alerts them where to go looking more actively.

Just some random thoughts on the discussion topic.
I agree with PB and PZ and I'm sure others that we shouldn't tell where we take girls. As a matter of fact I was tempted yesterday to respond to the initial request for info but I didn't have time.
I think we all find the same spots eventually, and so does LE. That's why mixing it up and not using the same spot TOO much is probably smart. But as with anything in life, it just depends on the situation. If you find a spot that you are very comfortable with and you know that nobody patrols there, then go for it.
I think we are all careful about what not to say. For instance when I told of meeting Michelle, the car cruising hooker (not sure how to refer to her, since SW doesn't really fit, LOL). I didn't tell what kind of car she was driving. I want everyone to have their chance at finding her, but I think giving out her car description, make, model, license number is a bit much. I think the fact that she is out there is enough info for someone to look for her. LE knows at least that much without me ... but you guys might not have known.
I do notice shifts in location as well. It happens pretty rapidly. The range of the shift is small though. Carter and those back streets there behind the Mobile ( I think that's what it is) will pick up for a few weeks while behind the AZ will be dead. Then all of a sudden the AZ will pick up.
My theory on this is two fold. LE drives part of it ... but also it depends on the girls that are out there. For instance, I found Hannah the other day, she was behind the AZ. She told me she hadn't been out in quite awhile. So that explains why she went to that spot. She is used to it.

They were being driven by a black guy in a older model, black Chevy Cavalier coupe, MA plates.
At first they were around Sprague,behind the AZ, then they moved to Carter street, near the Walgreens. After I took off, I saw them talking to a guy in a 4x4 truck, and they both got inside. The black Cavalier followed the truck, but the girls were brought back by the truck less than 5 minutes later.
From the looks on their faces, they probably din't get any money from him. They sat down at some stairs, at a house on Carter, and waved for me to stop,but I didn't. However this was after I had dropped Michelle off at her car, besides I had a bad feeling about them by that time.
If anybody encounters those 2, please post more info on them.

Finally got to meet the lovely Leah , who LynnMan was good enough to post pix of in Post # 256 ; and who has made satisfied customers out of Happy Mouse & Sailor02
Her hair is few inches shorter than in the photos , and is now dyed a dark red
I ran a thread search on her name and can confirm almost everything everyone here has written about her [ the only exception = she now has a cell phone and offered me her digits before I even asked ]

I passed her and turned down Wilson St ; she followed and hesitated for just a sec because there was a black 4·door sedan coming the other way

PROVIDENCE -- Prostitutes who work behind closed doors will be able to dodge the law for at least another year.
Pressure from local civil-rights groups has killed efforts by the police and City Hall to criminalize prostitution in brothels, escort services, and illegal massage parlors.
The Providence Democrats sponsoring legislation that would have strengthened the state's prostitution laws are abandoning their bills. Rep. Joseph S. Almeida said yesterday he was withdrawing his bill after getting calls from activists and others that the measure unfairly targets women. His decision came three weeks after Sen. Rhoda E. Perry chose to drop her version of the bill for the same reasons.
"They don't feel going after the girls is the answer," Almeida said.
That was welcome news to the Rhode Island Affiliate of the American Civil Liberties Union, which had lobbied the legislators to drop the bill.
And it was a dismaying surprise to the head of the Providence police's vice squad. Providence has nearly a dozen brothels masquerading as massage parlors -- including three within walking distance of City Hall.
Last week, Lt. Thomas Verdi told the House Judiciary Committee that Providence would be the "capital of the Northeast" for prostitution if the bill wasn't approved.
"I'm very disappointed," he said yesterday, when told Almeida withdrew the bill.
Rhode Island is the only state whose prostitution law doesn't outlaw sex-for-money indoors -- and those involved in the prostitution business know it, he said. "Several years ago, there were one or two [massage parlors]. Now we're up to 10," Verdi added. "Unless we find another avenue, what's to say it can't go to 20?"
There are clusters of massage parlors, which the police say are actually brothels, operating throughout the state. The police raid them, but charges of prostitution don't stick because of a 25-year-old loophole in the law.
The state's law criminalizing prostitution was changed then after a group of female prostitutes sued in federal court with claims that the Providence police were discriminating against women in their arrests.
The law at the time made prostitution a felony. The General Assembly amended the law to the current version of loitering for indecent purposes, a misdemeanor. The law targets the streetwalkers, their pimps, and customers who solicit them from their vehicles. But there is no provision for prostitutes working for escort services and brothels.
Up until 2 1/2 years ago, the Providence police were charging women for prostitution inside massage parlors. They stopped after Warwick lawyer Michael J. Kiselica persuaded District Court judges to dismiss the cases based on the wording of the current law.
Both Almeida and Perry sponsored bills targeting the prostitutes and those who knowingly permit prostitution on their premises. The crime was a misdemeanor, with a six-month sentence and $250 fine.
But both were swayed by arguments from the ACLU and local activist group Direct Action for Rights and Equality that the legislation unfairly singled out women.
Almeida, a former Providence police officer, had called his bill a "great tool" for the police. But then he skipped the hearing before the House Judiciary Committee last week. He said he didn't intend to amend the bill for this session, but would meet with Verdi later to discuss a version for next year.
The legislation was heard after a series of raids at massage parlors, including one where the police found cots in a room where the women were apparently living. Providence Police Chief Dean M. Esserman said the women were locked inside the massage parlor -- raising questions of sex trafficking.
If that's the case, Steven Brown, executive director of the state ACLU, said yesterday, the police should target those running the brothels.
"Arresting and jailing these women is going to put the tiniest dent in the problem," Brown said. "It's a way women are further victimized. . . . I find it hard to understand the rationale for recognizing women are locked in their rooms, and the solution is to put them in jail."
While the police have said that arresting the prostitutes would give them a method to investigate and close the brothels down, Brown disagreed.
"These are women who fear for their lives," Brown said. "I don't know how the thought of a six-month sentence will give them the fortitude to cooperate with the police."
But Verdi said the legislation would have given the police a tool to investigate the brothels and pressure them to close down.
Now the police seek other ways, with limited success.
The illegal massage parlors aren't licensed by the state, so the police arrest the prostitutes for "massage without a license," a misdemeanor. The police also charge the managers with pandering or harboring, and arrest pimps for deriving support from the prostitutes.
The latter charges are difficult, Verdi said, because they require some cooperation from the prostitutes. The pandering charge isn't applicable to a prostitute working out of a home or a hotel room, he said.
Using the attorney general's nuisance task force, the police can pressure the landlords to evict the brothels. However, without the record of arrests, the police have little to make their case.
Verdi says the current law discriminates between arresting the street prostitutes, who are often poor and drug-dependent, and leaving alone the high-class call girls working for escort services or brothels.
By not changing the law, Verdi said, more women will end up in prostitution in Rhode Island -- working by the dozens in the brothels.

Since the cops have now been given disincentives to go after those they'll have more time on their hands to target the SW's they were supposed to be chasing anyway -- bad news for the low end of the food chain. Hey guys.
I found a young HSW this morning on Bucklin ... behind the AZ. She is 23, kind of short ... she has long curly black hair and her body is smoken.
She was very quiet at first and claimed to just be overly tired from a long night out. She also seemed very worried I was going to try and give her less than she is worth. I had no intention of doing that ... she is a cutie. The only thing is, she said she does not offer FS.

Went to the NM Spa and got a pop on the TS before retiring to the room for a massage. That was a first for me. She was a bit older than most who are usually there (but not mamasan old) and thicker too, but hell, when the first pop hits 5 mins in, you don't much care what they look like after that. I looked it up on Google Maps. It's Dexter. I forgot that when Dexter and Bucklin come together that Dexter wins. I knew it, just forgot.
The exact location is Dexter between Sprague and Lester. I said "Behind the AZ" so you guys would know the general area. I guess to be exact, it's 3 blocks or so behind the AZ.
I attached a screen shot for you.
I also don't mean to add too many corrections, but there is a slight chance she was not 100% Hispanic. She had a dark complexion and appeared to be hispanic or possibly mixed. Hope that helps. Either way, she's a cutie.

Long time reader, first time post-er.
I know this is a bit off topic, but I'm throwing a crazy little bachelor party for a friend of mine and I've run into a problem. Seems that a couple of his cousins are 20. I've been to Balloons before and know it's 18+, but I'm rather rub one out with Buddy's missing toupee then take the guys there. I was wondering if anyone knew of any of the decent clubs that have somewhat leniant door policies or policies that can be helped by some dead presidents. This is the exact spot where I drove past those three parallel-parked police cars last Saturday. It is close to a church and some occupied houses and a very bad place to stroll most of the time. This is not to say it won't work (esp. at appropriate hours of the day) but do be careful.

you could send the kids to balloons and the men to cheaters across the alley but you wouldn't all be together.
or you could get a hotel suite and get some real entertainment. get strippers and escorts for everybody. the strip joint is a blast but the hotel thing means you can drink all you want, eat whatever you decide to get delivered or catered, have strippers with almost no rules and escorts to make sure nobody goes home horny. plus you can crash there instead of driving home drunk and crashing into a pole. believe me banging a hot escort in a hotel bed after fondling strippers and getting lap dances for hours is way better than leaving a strip club broke and horny. you'll still be broke, but much much happier.
or the **** boys are just going to have to be men and get left out so that everybody else can have a good time.

Thanks to all who provided strip club info for me. Thought I might be able to offer a little info for ya'll. My area used to be Fall River, but a crackdeal, a Tek-9, and the investigation that followed totally killed my old hunting grounds. Tried Providence a couple of times, but that is definitly reserved for you pros out there. I am strictly amatuer all the way.
Funny thing is, I happened to be out Friday night, visiting with my old friend Jack Daniels. He led me to a trip around the now quiet streets of Fall River. Dead...That was the only word I could come up with. Like an idiot, I stopped to piss in a Dunkin'Donuts cup and toss it out on a side street. I said it before, I'm not a pro. I was on Bedford St, ripe for the picking during the 70's and early 80's, now just a quiet street after dark. I saw a giant silver Escalade-type SUV make a quick turn up the street right before KFC (if you're interested, you look it up). I was far enough behind that he didn't notice when I slowed down to see where he was going. Turns out he was stopped, talking to this young thing out the side window. Then he quickly took off.
Of course, I swooped in. She was waving before I even got to her. So I stopped, asked her if she needed a ride, and she hopped in. Said her name was Sara, but it changed to Tara as the conversation progressed. Mid-30's, light brown, longish. She was a 7 from a distance, a 5 when she got in. I was a nervous little bastard, so I played up the giving her a ride home. She asked if that was all I picked her up for, and if it was, I could drop her off. Clever girl...she took me over to behind Westall School and tried to convince me that a couple of Jacksons would help her get better related with my undercarriage. I talked her down right quick and she got to work. And then the person who lived a couple of houses down pulled up and proceeded to have a 10 minute conversation while parked right behind me. The years right after the drinking age went from 18 to 20 then 21 was the golden age of fake I.D.'s. You needed one to drink with your friends who were months or a year ahead of you, both of you could be 20 but the other guy was grandfathered in because he was already legal when the age went up.
I was the only one of my friends who didn't have one. They all either hacked their licenses or had one from a brother, sister etc.
Now they're so high-tech I don't know how they get fake ones but they still do from what I read in the paper.

Otherwise they wouldn't make the restriction. As to being carded at a club, most people are until they look way over 21, I was carded nearly every time until I was over 30. Although I didn't get carded back when I was well under age and hanging around in the Combat Zone, but it was a different time then.

Federal Hill apartment house were robbed at gunpoint Sunday
afternoon, according to the police.
The four were confronted by four hooded and masked males, one of

apartment at 65 Grant St. at about 3 p.m.
The police said the victims were tied up with silver duct tape and

gave up and drove away in two of the victims' vehicles.

Ave. in the West End, called the police from Cranston Street.
As it turned out, one of the robbers was not able to get away by
car. The other three victims got free and chased him on foot along
Carpenter Street to Pierce Street, where they tackled him and held
him for the police.
The alleged robber who was caught, a juvenile, was treated at Rhode
Island Hospital. Family Court Judge Pamela Macktaz authorized his
detention at the Rhode Island Training School after the police said
they had prepared a court petition charging him with four counts of
kidnapping and four counts of robbery.
The police identified the other three victims as Humberto Linares,
33, of 61 Pomona Ave., Mount Pleasant; Jose Interiano, 30, also of
61 Pomona; and Mamerto E. Diaz, 43, of 52 Melissa St., in the
Hartford neighborhood.
Detectives found the apartment house empty except for a third-floor
tenant, who they said had no useful information.
The police said they found one of the stolen vehicles, which had
been abandoned on Pierce Street.

Police charge 19 in weekend prostitution sting

FALL RIVER -- Eighteen men were charged with offering to engage in sex for a fee during the city Police Department's weekend sting.
"Operation John Sting" was conducted to address complaints from business owners and residents in the Morgan and Ridge street areas off South Main Street, as well as the North Main Street area at Elm Street. Both areas are within a few blocks of City Hall.
The complaints alleged "Johns" were attempting to solicit prostitute services from women in the neighborhood, according to a news release.
Undercover female officers were approached by 18 men Saturday into the early morning hours Sunday, read the release. Though most arrested were city residents, one was from Swansea and two lived in New Bedford. One man, Joao Oliveira, 19, of 82 Ridge St., was also charged with reckless operation of a motor vehicle.
In addition, Kathleen Furtado, 40, of 139 Foster St., was charged with being a common nightwalker. The police allegedly observed her attempting to solicit males as they drove through the target area. The news release says Furtado has been observed engaging in similar activity previously.
"The Fall River Police Department will continue to be aggressive in targeting those individuals involved in the solicitation of prostitution as well as those individuals who are actively involved in prostitution activity," Chief John M. Souza said.
He continued, "This type of illegal activity has an impact on the quality of life of the residents who live in these neighborhoods, and the Fall River Police Department will use all resources available to combat this."
Souza also said similar operations will be conducted in the future.

This is a good news bad news post. The good news: I picked Brittney on Dexter (almost corner with Cranston) at 2:15 a.m. It is the first time I am able to cruise so early in the morning --- trying to find Alicia. I scrolled a few pages into the thread, it didn't improve much from there. I was there a few years ago (summer of 99) and it was fun, but not my thing and the women and service were second rate.
But the main point, which PZ pointed out is that he only mentioned "world scope" so our tips are a moot point. But since he's based in R.I., Amsterdam is about as close as TJ is and a hell of a lot more fun (in my opinion) and less dangerous. I mentioned Montreal as a place for him to check out. That's probably his best bet. A guy can have a lot of fun on St. Catherine street, and summer is the best time to be there.

I'll have to disagree about Amsterdam. I was there last September and maybe it was just the time I was there but GFE wasn't available in the places I was looking. Sure there's the red light district and for 50 euros you can have your choice of hundreds of women but there's page after page of reviews on how they rip you off. Most of the time they won't even face you or let you touch them. They'll even charge you 20 euros for a damn condom if you don't happen to have one with you. My flight got in 7am on a Sunday and I guess that has to be the absolute worse time to be there. None of the stores opened until 11 and most of the windows in the red light district were closed. I tried a private house called Park 118 which didn't open until noon. Here you got your choice of 5 or 6 women for 85 euros. The session I had was ok but not GFE. My first inclination is to tell you to *R*T*F*F*!!! , noreast , seeing as how these cameras and other video surveillance cameras that are popping up around town , have already been discussed here in some detail
But briefly : The way these work is = if your vehicle is in or enters an inter·section 0.1 seconds after the light turns red , the camera snaps a picture and a Violation Notice [ a.k.a. a 'Ticket' ] is automatically sent to the registered owner of the vehicle , with a copy of the photo attached
You can be a perfectly law·abiding driver and get caught by one of these , say , by inching along in heavy traffic ; or going the posted speed and hitting an inter·section where the yellow light has been deliberately shortened to 'catch' more 'perps'
There have been cases where all 200 cars in a Funeral Procession have been ticketed , too ; but at least you would have a legitimate excuse in that case

Try the back streets south of Atwells [ between Atwells & Delaine ] , Vargr
Because these side streets have so much less traffic , and are spread out , it's hard for LE to 'stake out' a single 'Hot Spot' ; and LE vehicles [ marked & U·C] are easier for the girls to spot and simply avoid

Found Alicia on Elmwood, close to AZ about 9:45am. As it was reported by PZ, her looks and service do not have the same quality as before. She still looks hot, but not as young and fit as a year ago. The worst part is that her attitude is worsening too.
She offered me to go to her apartment (which is #114 in a st. off Smith) and I accepted (PZ reports he has been there) BUT when we arrived, there were two white guys seating close to her door and a black guy who opened a the door of her apartment for us and then went inside (on first floor) and sat on a couch. I got really scared and told Alicia that I did not want to be there and that if she wanted we would go to a privite place I know about. She got all mad and made a fuzz about it but she wanted the money (we had agreed for .8 for full service -- I know.... but i thought it was worth it).
Once in my apartment, she was rushing and wanted the money first, but I told her that I pay at the end. This date was not an enjoyable one... her service was poor and rushed. She droped a $20 bill on the floor and I picked it up before we left. So my date was for .6

Ken, Young has left. She went back to China, and mama says she is gone for good. I have been to Apple to try the new girls, no one real good yet.
I have also been to Downtown a few times. Mixed reviews here also. Sometimes Pepsi is good, and sometimes not. Also at DT is Jasmine. Good massage, but hot - cold on the rest of the visit.

And weekday afternoons is a good time to go. There's lots of girls and not too many customers so you get a lot of attention.
Make sure if you get a "private booth" that you get a Brazillian or Eastern European woman. Most (but not all) of the American women make promises they don't keep about the private rooms.
My rule of thumb regarding Americans and the booths is that the hotter she is the more likely she'll lie. I know I sound like a dick saying it but my own personal experience has led me to this conclusion.

There was a ton of activity this morning.
I won't bore you with the Elmwood details, other than to say there is a very large, very old, very scary looking SW out there that sits by a church. I am not against picking up an ugly girl, but this one is S-C-A-R-Y.
I saw two different girls on streets that I have never seen girls on before. One was Westminster ... she was right around Westminster/Barton. I looped around because she looked really nice and she was gone. I did see her walking into an apartment building with someone though, so someone got her :-). The next one was on Broadway ... I didn't realize girls walked on that street. She also looked very good ... I would have loved to have met up with one of them.

In my experience, at both Oriental Garden (where I haven't been since the bust 3 years or so back) and Mineral Spring you will get much more "open" treatment once you're an established regular. Even at OG I never got (and wasn't trying for) anything more than "open mouth" (BYOC), and it wouldn't surprise me if even that stopped after the bust. That hasn't ever been available (to me, anyway) at MS, but just a tad less has been, and the parking situation is more discreet. Also the massage is the best in the area as far as I am concerned.
Last week I was looking for a change so I scoped out Sundance and Harmony, but ended up deciding against either one. (I settled for Central Health where the service is predictable, and so is the fact that the turnover is so fast I've never seen anyone twice.) At Sundance the neighborhood is a little scary, just a couple blocks one way from the "extended care facility" where that guy killed his girlfriend and raped the nurse, and a couple blocks the other way from the prison. Also, the parking is absolutely awful, and the building looks sleazy at least from the outside.
Harmony is in another really exposed location in a little mall at the edge of a residential neighborhood, with the Tidy Mom launderette on one side and a liquor store and a pizza parlor on the other. There's a big sign in the tiny parking lot that says that parking is ONLY for patrons of the launderette, liquor store, and restaurant, and violaters will be towed. The rest of the parking nearby is on side streets in front of people's houses. I just don't want to run the chance of a tow or a ticket or a nasty neighbor. Neighbors complaining about parking on East Street is supposedly what eventually did in the old Tokyo Spa. (Their bad service and bad attitude was doing them in pretty fast by that point anyway. Good riddance.)

I hear ya PZ. I worry about some of them as well. Once in awhile I take a liking to one of them and get protective of them. I wish I had an answer. I would imagine they either find a new way to support their habit, or they get clean ... or they end up in a dumpster somewhere. Hopefully it's my second option that finds them.

Saw Leah on Elmwood (by the library); she took me to a nice spot in Cranston (in the parking lot of a very well know restaurant there). I picked up Dee this morning on Harrison. I think it's the same one I have read about here before.
She is very friendly and seemed straight at the time of the date.
She wanted .4 for a BBBJ though. I gave her .3 ... but ended up giving her another 5 bucks as a tip.

Just another update. By the way the Catrina I mentioned on my previous post, told me she used to be a dancer until January 2005. Also she said she's on the streets now because she broke up with her boyfriend.

If the WSW identified herself as "Alina" then she is definetly "Alicia". In my encounter with her "Alina" is the name she used and when I called her "Alicia" she got mad and said that "Alina" is her name.
Had an encounter with Tasha (BSW) close to AZ on Friday morning. She was resting on the shadow of a big tree by a little park, with another BSW (Renegade??). She took me first to a little Cemetary in the Cranston - Providence, but someone was there (it is an excellent place at night she tells me); we then went behind the Job Lot in Cranston -- a hidden fishing place... She delivered an awsome BBBJCIM!! for .3
Met Sarah on Atwells Friday around 11 am and she is everything you people say about her. Awsome BJ and she is pretty and has a very nice body.

Seekonk police recognize that a vehicle wanted in the robbery
matched the description of a car seen earlier at a motel they
routinely monitor.

A man who the police say robbed a Cumberland Farms Store in
Pawtucket eluded capture for several hours before being captured in
Seekonk.
Around 10 a.m. yesterday, a man wearing shorts and a T-shirt, and
walking with a limp, robbed a Cumberland Farms at Beverage Hill and
Newport avenues in Pawtucket, according to Pawtucket police.
The suspect, later identified by Seekonk police Sgt. Ron Sharron as
Michael Hammerle, 41, of Fall River, fled the scene in a Jeep Cherokee.
The Pawtucket police issued a bulletin describing the vehicle, Sharron said.
Seekonk police officers noted that a vehicle that had been parked
earlier at the Shangri-La Motel matched the description. The police
said they routinely perform checks on vehicles parked at the motel.

The police were waiting at the motel when the suspect pulled in
around 10:30 a.m. The officers tried to stop him in the parking
lot, but he fled about a half-mile down the road to a residential
area on Alameda Drive and Carling Circle, hitting a dead end, said
Sharron.
The suspect then jumped out of the vehicle and ran into the woods,
as police officers chased him on foot. The vehicle, which he had
borrowed, was left in reverse, and rolled into an officer's cruiser.
Several police departments from the area, including Massachusetts
and Rhode Island State Police, and East Providence, Rehoboth and
Barrington police were dispatched to assist. A helicopter and a
canine unit were brought out to pursue the suspect.
Residents in the Carling Circle area were warned of the fugitive,
and several reported seeing him, Sharron said.
The suspect eluded police until about 4 p.m. when a neighbor
spotted him him coming out of the woods, and he was quickly
arrested, Sharron said.
Hammerle was held without bail overnight, and will be arraigned in
Taunton today.
He was charged by Seekonk police with assault and battery with a
dangerous weapon, his car, and failing to stop police for a police
officer, Sharron said.
