While doing searches on Rhode Island I found a bunch of news articles that say there are no laws on the books in Rhode Island against indoor prostitution, only outdoor. Last article I saw was a year ago where the legislature tried to change that but didn't.

You will note that there is no specific language that makes it illegal to exchange money for sex, indoors or out. RI law goes after soliciting and creating a public nuisance, to whit: operating a house of prostitution.

I concur with PZ, specifically with regard to cell phones.
I typically use whitepagesdotcom, but with mixed results at best.

I have always checked numbers...sometimes the city is enough info. I am always nervous on a new visit, but I have found 3 girls in the past few years who had their real phone numbers out on the net. That only thing worse was the girl who lived in a town of less than 2,000 and had her photo on her CL ad. I am slightly more worried about girls who post this much info, they are looking for trouble.

Isn't it interesting how the laws in 'lil Rhody go after pandering, Loitering for indecent purposes and solicitation from motor vehicles along with other activities related to prostitution? The laws don't specifically make exchanging money for sex illegal - could it be that someone realized that you'll never successfully prohibit "the oldest profession" and decided to concentrate on the things that make prostitution obvious and a nuisance to citizens? After all - who cares about something that happens out of the view of the general public between two consenting adults?

11-34-8.2 Forfeiture of motor vehicles. – (a) The motor vehicle being unlawfully operated as defined in § 11-34-8.1 by a person convicted of a second or subsequent offense of soliciting from a motor vehicle for indecent purposes pursuant to § 11-34-8.1, which vehicle is owned by the operator, may be seized by the law enforcement agency and forfeited at the discretion of the court.
This is yet another reason why you don't want a first 'solicitation' conviction
If Dog forbid you get arrested on this charge a first time , get a good criminal attorney and try to get the charge plea bargained down to Disorderly Conduct or some other charge that won't put your monger·mobile at risk if you get nailed a second time
I'd add to the prior poster's comments, that when hiring a lawyer, you're better off getting the biggest name, most expensive one you can find. You're paying for knowledge, experience and advice - all hard to quantify, but if you get close to what you want in the outcome, its really worth it.

One other advantage of a top lawyer is that they will have more clout and familiarity with the judge and the whole court system, which should lead to easier bargaining on your behalf and less hostility from the judge.

Nearly three-fourths of the men who were arrested on suspicion of patronizing a prostitute responded to postings in the "erotic services" category on craigslist, the free online community where people can search for apartments, jobs, used cars, friends and dates. The rest answered escort ads found in the back pages of The Stranger and Seattle Weekly.

JOHNSTON — A 34-year-old Providence man faces a robbery charge after he stormed a motel room and beat a man who had hired a prostitute, the police said Friday.
W***** S******, of ## C***** Ave., attacked the male victim in the presence of a prostitute and stole $1,860 in money that the man had received in his tax return, according to Johnston Deputy Police Chief Gary W. Maddocks Jr.
Johnston detectives worked with Providence police to track down S****** after the incident at the Johnston Motor Lodge, 2750 Hartford Ave.
The victim, a 40-year-old Coventry man, had injuries to his cheek and mouth and had bruises and cuts on both of his knees, Maddocks said.
Around 4:15 p.m. on Feb. 20, the man and the prostitute heard a knock on the door and the prostitute allowed S****** into the motel room, Maddocks said.
He ran at the victim and punched him with a closed fist, the police said. During the struggle, S****** took the man’s wallet. He also held a Swiss Army knife toward the man’s neck and threatened to stab him if he didn’t produce money, Maddocks said.
The Coventry man turned over $1,860 from his car, Maddocks said, and S****** and the prostitute left.
Over the next two days, Johnston Detectives Dominic Buccafurri and Raymond Pingitore worked 16-hour days on the case. They developed a description of the prostitute and passed it along to the Providence police, who identified her as an Olneyville woman.
On Thursday, she was spotted in the area of Amherst Street and the subsequent investigation led the police to S******.
He was quoted as saying, “Who ratted me out?” when he answered the door at ### A****** Ave. on Thursday afternoon, Maddocks said. S****** was holding his Swiss Army knife, he added. S****** was arraigned yesterday morning in District Court, Warwick, on a charge of first-degree strong arm robbery and assault with intent to commit a felony.
He is being without bail at the Adult Correctional Institutions. He is scheduled to appear Thursday in Superior Court, Providence.

The girl who set him up may have known about the extra money in the car -- hence the beating because the victim probably didn't want to hand it over.
Feb 20 isn't too early for a tax refund. I usually get a decent refund and always file early to get my money. I give the victim credit for reporting the robbery to the police and not just shutting up about it, and I wonder why the girl wasn't charged. These two have most certainly ran this scam before and I am glad they got caught.

There are so many different scenarios that could have led up to this but I think this one really fits.
The monger, at some point prior to reaching the notel, opened his mouth about the amount of money he was carrying. Plain and simple. She in turn somehow got the info to her pimp/bf/? and plans were made.
<edit> I was robbed at gun point on Broad St many years ago. It was then I legally got a concealed carry permit. Unless you have, or have ever had a similar experience, you have no idea of what you can/will do.
At that point in time I would have given that s.o.b. the freakin' car. Today, I'd blow the s.o.b away. :)

Was screwing around on line looking for propertys for sale on google maps. Stumbled on to the providence streets, and now you can virtually walk the streets, eye level with cars and people, zoomin and out. Looks like it was taped in the spring or summer. Anyhow, walked over to atwells ave. And academy and at the intersection on academy and maplehurst to the right I think is a street walker, anyone recognize her? Kind of non-discreet for us a well, because cars driving around are on there as well, any of them us? That sucks.

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 11-34 of the General Laws entitled "Prostitution and Lewdness" is 1
hereby amended by adding thereto the following sections: 2
11-34-1.1. Definitions. – For purposes of this section: 3
(1) “Sexual conduct” means sexual intercourse, cunnilingus, fellatio, anal intercourse, 4
any digital intrusion or intrusion by any object into the genital opening or anal opening of another 5
person's body, or the stimulation by hand of another's genitals for the purposes of arousing or 6
gratifying the sexual desire of either person. 7
(2) “Fee” means anything of monetary value, including but not limited to money, given 8
as consideration for sexual acts. 9
11-34-12. Prostitution. -- (a) A person is guilty of prostitution when such person 10
engages or agrees or offers to engage in sexual conduct with another person in return for a fee. 11
Any person found guilty under this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be 12
subject to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six (6) months, or to a fine of not less than two 13
hundred fifty dollars ($250) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or both. 14
(b) Any person found guilty of a subsequent offense under this section shall be subject to 15
imprisonment for a term of not more than one year, or a fine of not less than five hundred dollars 16
($500) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or both. 17
(c) Any proceeds derived directly from a violation of this section are subject to seizure 18

(4) Being subject to destruction, concealment, removal or confiscation, of any passport or 7
other immigration document, or any other actual or purported governmental identification 8

(5) Being subject to intimidation in which the accused’s physical well being was 10

11-34-13. Procurement of sexual acts for a fee. -- (a) A person is guilty of procuring or 12
attempting to procure sexual acts for the payment of a fee if they engage or seek to engage in 13

Personally, I don't see it becoming law, but I'm not a Rhode Island resident, either.

It's my understanding that in RI, the Senate and House versions of a bill must read the same. Since the two versions are still different, it will take a joint committee effort to make them the same before the end of the RI fiscal year - June 30. So, we have a glimmer of hope - if they don't make the two versions identical in time, it cannot be passed. So all those people who showed such strong support may have a hidden contingent who don't want the bill passed - claiming that they just did not have the time to complete the process but "...wait 'till next year." So watch Monday and Tuesday's news closely!

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
1. NEVER talk thru the window! Period.
2. NEVER pick up a gal on the main drag (motion them or signal them to go down a side street). If they are too dense, or lazy to walk down the side street ... just move on.
3. Let THEM open the passenger door and hop in (you will miss a lot of action this way, but you are guaranteed not to get busted: I hope) The best pickups are when they hop in and immediately grab your crotch (which rarely happens). Asking "Do you need a ride" is better than.."I need to get laid" or " Looking to date"...etc..IF a girl says meet me "over there, around the corner" etc ...just drive away in the opposite direction - say "Sorry there must be a mistake; I thought you were hitching for a ride"
4. Once in your car:
A. Generally from what I understand if they are inside your car it’s a good chance they are not affiliated w / LE.
B. Do a “cop check”. Grab a tit or have her grab your crotch..or anything resembling that. Experienced girls will automatically do this. I still shy away from that unless I have driven a block or two.
C. Don’t tell them what you want nor how much you want to spend (many will ask “how much you got?”.. that’s irrelevant), I usually ask "what’s on the menu"? if they are reluctant to say, I make that I'll drop them back off, and usually they will say what they offer and what they want to charge. I usually negotiate down and then if its been a good session I tip them. It doesn’t pay to be cheap with a few bucks.
5. NEVER pick up a girl on impulse, drive around , check her out, see what is going on. If you miss her (ie: another dude picks her up, then you know shes good to go) - later you may get another chance.
6. RECON the area; I usually cruise a few loops around adjacent blocks to get a feel for the area (I have often spotted LE lurking around the next corner and even actually scoping out the same girl!)
7. Don’t count on them having condoms. Bring some with you.
8. Don’t count on them being freshly showered: I usually bring cleaning supplies with me. Please don’t think your the first guy they have dated that day ... because, frankly, you're probably not.
9. If you go for 1/2 and 1/2 get them totally naked, if you can. If they ask for money first, give it to them after they are stripped. DO NOT pay money up front if possible. If not possible, pay half now half later when done. Remember if it was a good date and you want to see them again ... tip generously. If you pay all money up front be prepared to get burned in some way.
10. Hide your wallet and stuff, have the money separate from the wallet.
11. Have a spare key made! Use a dummy key ring in case they rip it off.
12. Insist they turn off their phone. I tell them if the phone rings and interrupts us and I get soft, we start over again. It doesn’t always work, but they put the damn thing on vibrate and ignore it.
13. I've started to walk their stroll, this gets me closer to them so I can see what they look like. Usually I can strike up a conversation, they do the cop thing at that point, sometimes I walk away, sometimes I negotiate them to go down a side street, often you get a number
14. Its best to pass up a dynamite chick than to break any rules and take the chance. Remember “IF ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT PROBABLY IS”.
15. Run away from the ones that yell "you want a date? you got 80 bucks!?"

27. When done with your date and BEFORE you go home. Pull over at a Walgreens, clean out your car, look for tissues, crack, empty condom packets, parts (no matter how small) of condom packets, combs, earrings, etc….. look under the seat, in the door, under the mats. Buy a fresh air freshener and stick it in the car. Even look for any condoms that may not have been thrown out like you thought but were tangled up in a towel that inadvertently got washed in the washing machine before the wife finds it!!
28. If you had a good date; share her # with everyone you can vouch for. Get a pic too.
29. Don’t RUSH into anything! They will be out there later. There is always another girl.
30. Be aware of your surroundings. Look for LE , look for LE in unmarked cars, look for guys nearby, other girls? Is there too much action going on? Is the girl glued to one spot and won't move (decoy) or does she walk the streets from spot to spot? Does she talk thru the window?
31. Watch how other guys pick up, or try to pick up, and avoid their mistakes. But also it gives you a clue about the girls they are trying to pick up.
32. DO NOT drop them off where you picked them up or on the main drag. I always drop off at least a block or two away.
33. If you want to extend the time of the date. Be prepared to give them DATY. this always adds a good half hour to the date. Most like it, some don't. YOU must like it though.
34. DO NOT date anyone that goes by the name of Delicious. Trust me ...she is far from it. Nickname: BOOTFACE. do a search!
35. Be respectful to these girls, even if you get ROB'ed.

Ten Things NOT to do If Arrested:
I have been practicing criminal law for 31 years and have seen a wide variety of reactions by people who are being arrested. Some of these reactions are unwise but understandable. Others are self defeating to the point of being bizarre. No one plans to be arrested, but it might help to think just once about what you will do and not do if you ever hear the phrase "Put your hands behind you." The simplest "to do" rule is to do what you are told. Simple, but somehow it often escapes someone who is either scared or intoxicated. More important to guarding your rights and interests are ten things you SHOULD NOT do:
1. Don't try to convince the officer of your innocence. It's useless. He or she only needs "probable cause" to believe you have committed a crime in order to arrest you. He does not decide your guilt and he actually doesn't care if you are innocent or not. It is the job of the judge or jury to free you if he is wrong. If you feel that urge to convince him he's made a mistake, remember the overwhelming probability that instead you will say at least one thing that will hurt your case, perhaps even fatally. It is smarter to save your defense for your lawyer.
2. Don't run. It's highly unlikely a suspect could outrun ten radio cars converging on a block in mere seconds. I saw a case where a passenger being driven home by a drunk friend bolted and ran. Why? It was the driver they wanted, and she needlessly risked injury in a forceful arrest. Even worse, the police might have suspected she ran because she had a gun, perhaps making them too quick to draw their own firearms. Most police will just arrest a runner, but there are some who will be mad they had to work so hard and injure the suspect unnecessarily.
3. Keep quiet. My hardest cases to defend are those where the suspect got very talkative. Incredibly, many will start babbling without the police having asked a single question. My most vivid memory of this problem was the armed robbery suspect who blurted to police: "How could the guy identify me? The robbers were wearing masks." To which the police smiled and responded, "Oh? Were they?" Judges and juries will discount or ignore what a suspect says that helps him, but give great weight to anything that seems to hurt him. In 24 years of criminal practice, I could count on one hand the number of times a suspect was released because of what he told the police after they arrested him.
4. Don't give permission to search anywhere. If they ask, it probably means they don't believe they have the right to search and need your consent. If you are ordered to hand over your keys, state loudly "You do NOT have my permission to search." If bystanders hear you, whatever the police find may be excluded from evidence later. This is also a good reason not to talk, even if it seems all is lost when they find something incriminating.
5. If the police are searching your car or home, don't look at the places you wish they wouldn't search. Don't react to the search at all, and especially not to questions like "Who does this belong to?"
6. Don't resist arrest. Above all, do not push the police or try to swat their hands away. That would be assaulting an officer and any slight injury to them will turn your minor misdemeanor arrest into a felony. A petty shoplifter can wind up going to state prison that way. Resisting arrest (such as pulling away) is merely a misdemeanor and often the police do not even charge that offense. Obviously, striking an officer can result in serious injury to you as well.
7. Try to resist the temptation to mouth off at the police, even if you have been wrongly arrested. Police have a lot of discretion in what charges are brought. They can change a misdemeanor to a felony, add charges, or even take the trouble to talk directly to the prosecutor and urge him to go hard on you. On the other hand, I have seen a client who was friendly to the police and talked sports and such on the way to the station. They gave him a break. Notice he did not talk about his case, however.
8. Do not believe what the police tell you in order to get you to talk. The law permits them to lie to a suspect in order to get him to make admissions. For example, they will separate two friends who have been arrested and tell the first one that the second one squealed on him. The first one then squeals on the second, though in truth the second one never said anything. An even more common example is telling a suspect that if he talks to the police, "it will go easier." Well, that's sort of true. It will be much easier for the police to prove their case. I can't remember too many cases where the prosecutor gave the defendant an easier deal because he waived his right to silence and confessed.
9. If at home, do not invite the police inside, nor should you "step outside." If the police believe you have committed a felony, they usually need an arrest warrant to go into your home to arrest you. If they ask you to "step outside", you will have solved that problem for them. The correct responses are: "I am comfortable talking right here.", "No, you may not come in.", or "Do you have a warrant to enter or to arrest me in my home?" I am not suggesting that you run. In fact, that is the best way to ensure the harshest punishment later on. But you may not find it so convenient to be arrested Friday night when all the courts and law offices are closed. With an attorney, you can perhaps surrender after bail arrangements are made and spend NO time in custody while your case is pending.
10. If you are arrested outside your home, do not accept any offers to let you go inside to get dressed, change, get a jacket, call your wife, or any other reason. The police will of course escort you inside and then search everywhere they please, again without a warrant. Likewise decline offers to secure your car safely.
That's it: Ten simple rules that will leave as many of your rights intact as possible if you are arrested. How about a short test? You have a fight with your live-in girlfriend and the police come and find you on the sidewalk two houses down from the apartment. The girlfriend points you out and the police arrest you for assault. They tell you they don't intend to question you. They just want your name and address. Do you answer? Well, you shouldn't. Your address is the single most damaging admission you could make. If you admit living with her, you have just converted a misdemeanor assault into a felony punishable by state prison. When you are arrested it is their game, and you don't know the rules. It is best to be silent and let the attorney handle it later. The bottom line is that if the police have enough evidence to arrest, they will. If they don't, you could easily provide that missing evidence by talking.

There is no pretending here. Is it a bad thing or a good thing that prostitution is legal in Rhode Island, indoors?
The women gathered at this Providence community center are prostitutes. And they are here, early this Sunday morning, because they want to keep their jobs.
"No one here is under any force to be working in this field, " said Sunyo Williams through an interpreter. "We are willing to answer one by one and testify that this is our own choice."
Williams sat in a circle of more than 30 Korean spa workers — most wearing hooded sweatshirts or winter jackets, jeans and designer sneakers — drawn to this plain room with cinderblock walls to learn how and why the General Assembly may outlaw their source of income this week.
A large bowl of white rice sat on a table in the corner of the room. No one was eating. Some scribbled notes as the handful of state lawmakers in attendance outlined the situation.
"Prostitution will be criminalized, " said a sympathetic state Sen. Rhoda E. Perry, D-Providence, who was joined by Providence Democrats Rep. David A. Segal and Rep. Edith H. Ajello at the meeting hosted by the advocacy group Direct Action for Rights and Equality. "And there will be fines for this behavior. And potential prison time. This needs to be known."
Indeed, while the details have yet to be finalized, the legislature this week plans to close a nearly 30-year-old loophole in the state prostitution laws that has made Rhode Island the only place in the country, except for certain counties in Nevada, where prostitution is legal as long as it occurs indoors.
The new law would target the men who pay for sex, landlords who "knowingly" allow prostitution, and women such as Williams, a 53-year-old single mother who uses money from prostitution to help finance her daughter's college education.
"I do not want anything to happen until she finishes school," Williams said of her 20-year-old daughter, a junior at the University of Rhode Island. "If I get arrested, my children get hurt."
Williams, who speaks broken English, moved to Rhode Island from Arkansas seven years ago because she heard "the schools were good here." A mother of two, with little education, she quickly found employment in a Pawtucket spa that offered sex for money.
It was only last year, she says, that she learned indoor prostitution was legal. "Everybody found out last year, " she said. "Before, we don't know. We were very careful."
Williams works in the Pawtucket spa with three other women. She says that each has a separate tax identification number and pays taxes.
"My customers, they all come from Massachusetts, " Williams said. "We're making money and spending it in Rhode Island."
Just a handful of the other women spoke or asked questions of the lawmakers, or representatives of advocacy groups such as the Rhode Island Coalition Against Human Trafficking, who attended Sunday's 8:30 am Meeting.
A woman who later identified herself only as Jasmine was among the most vocal.
Through a translator, she said she fell into prostitution three years ago after answering a newspaper ad.
"I was very hungry. That's why I started, " said Jasmine, a petite woman of "older than 40" who wore a Ralph Lauren winter coat and now works at a Providence spa. "It's better than stealing, or breaking the law. This is a way of life. There are people dependent on this."
As Sunday's meeting progressed, a collective sense of fear and frustration grew as the women realized an unwelcome political reality.
Many had hoped for a compromise that would protect them from jail. Jasmine suggested increased taxes on spas.
"For reasons that are hard for me to understand, the legislation is more harsh than we would like for the women, " Segal responded. "There's still a small chance that the severity could be lessened. But you need to understand that's a small chance."
Ajello chimed in: "This is a huge rock you are looking to push up a very steep hill, " she said, encouraging the women to attend a State House committee hearing Tuesday at 4 pm Where the prostitution bill could be amended. "I think you should try. The most positive thing would be to put a human face on the issue."
The women, however, were worried about being recorded at the televised hearing. Cameras weren't allowed in Sunday's gathering. Some suggested testifying while wearing large hats and sunglasses.
Williams wasn't sure whether she'd attend the hearing. If the law is changed, however, she said she'd have to leave the state.
"I need a little more time to help my daughter, " she said.
Jasmine also said she'd probably leave Rhode Island if the Assembly closed the loophole. And she's frustrated.
"Honestly, after being in this world for three years, I've come to learn that it's all around the United States, " she said through a translator. "Yeah, it's illegal. But it happens everywhere. It's not like you can stop it, even if this law gets passed."

In my view, if the law is passed you will see fewer providers in general and higher prices. As the risks rise, so do prices. AMPs will dwindle and LE will spend more time enforcing proper licensing and human trafficking laws because it's easier to find those violations. Vegas is high because, contrary to what some think, it's still illegal in the city. Further, the high number of tourists with cash in their pockets drives rates even higher. Legalization would drive prices down and quality up. The new law will have little effect on the SW scene.

My travels will take me down to RI tomorrow and I'm contemplating a visit to one of the many fine spas I've seen reviewed here.
BUT: What are you fellows doing? Is this a good/bad/indifferent week to visit? On the plus side, I'm thinking that this week may be more or less business as usual.... on the down side, spas may be crowded by those of us who want to enjoy what could turn out to be a 'last hurrah' with our favorite, juicy little Spinner.. and finally, as soon as the new legislation is passed, TV trucks may converge on the spas to tape us going in and out for the evening news.
All things considered, I'm inclined to pass... but some of your reviews are pretty enticing.

I'm a long time lurker and occasional monger. I've been following the progress of the GA on this bill and feeling a bit discouraged with the ease at which the House committee passed the measure yesterday. I'm am hoping that the Senate will have a more meaningful debate. MY faith in the inefficiency of government is still strong.
It is my understanding that if the bill does pass both House and Senate process, then the governor will sign it into law.

I doubt many will leave, maybe the traveling ones will scratch Prov off their itinerary, but those that live here will just become more cautious.
If anything I expect the price to go up, supply and demand.
I don't think the swer scene will change, a CL'er who got $1 a pop is going to find street prices,,,'hard to swallow'.

RR - you are right, the MP forum should be used for reports but I think many are just laying very low and I doubt you will see much for a while. Even if folks are active, the reports, if any, will hopefully be brief and discreet to protect the providers - many of whom some of us know on a somewhat personal level as well. And, TBH, this is how it should be now. No sense giving the moral nazis directions to places that try to stay open (or new places) allowing the women to make a living.
I readily admit that I am probably one of the biggest offenders in the ongoing discussion on the MP forum - that is why I moved your comment here but, while I can't speak for all, I think many are angry about the injustice of this law. This is a big issue - its not just about sex. It is a matter of personal freedom between consenting adults, civil rights, hypocrisy, lies, prejudice, bias, political grandstanding, separation of church and state, and even the constitution. Many are angry. I think people are just venting this anger on the MP forum as that is the area that may see the biggest impact in the short term.
Hopefully all further discussion on the impact and fallout of the new law will move here to General Topics (is this the right place, Jackson?) but I don't think the subject should be dropped. We need to stay informed on this issue as things progress (such as the first bust, the first lawsuit??) to see where we go from here.
Oh, and while you say there are always going to be places to go, for some reason spas are being targeted all over. Besides RI going nazi see Springfield, MA forum and MA General topics - another recent bust in Watertown, MA. Could be just coincidence. I'm not sure what the hell is going on but its going to be dodgy all over NE for a while it seems.

TOMS RIVER -- Four people were accused of luring a man to what he thought was a rendezvous with a prostitute, posing as police and stealing from him.
Police said the 45-year-old Manchester man arranged to meet a woman he believed to be a prostitute at a hotel Saturday.
Officials said he arrived to find the woman and three men who said they were police officers.
Police said the men frisked him, ordered him to stay off his computer, rifled through his car, stole $50, and warned they would continue watching him.
The woman was charged with theft. The three men were charged with luring and impersonating law enforcement officers.Story number 4

Carolyn Williams, 45, of Kansas City was charged for robbing a customer and stealing his car, which contained $50,000 in sports memorabilia, The Star's Christine Vendel reports.
The victim said he met the prostitute about 8 p.m. on Independence Avenue near Brooklyn Avenue. After he drove her to a parking lot near Independence and Tracy Avenue, they walked into an apartment, where he thought he was going to pay $40 in exchange for sex. Instead, the prostitute and a gun-toting man robbed him.
The victim gave them some cash, but the prostitute said she wanted more.
“I got rent due tomorrow,” she said.
The robbers took $360, the man’s cell phone and car keys and told him to walk away. The victim saw the robbers drive away in his car, which contained the valuable memorabilia.

That particular pic was attached to an ad under casual encounters and then when I researched it I also found it under an ad for T4M. I don't know if it's just another lifted pic or not but if you see ANY pic at all on Cl, BP or etc that you're interested in it would save you some time and headache if you checked them out first to see if they're legit or not.

Guys, earlier I ran into the situation of a lady not wanting to use a certain STYLE (not brand) of condoms as she said that she must be allergic to it. When someone speaks to Roxxxy, her computer converts the words to text and then uses pattern-recognition software to match them against a database containing hundreds of appropriate responses. The robot then answers aloud. Her prerecorded "voice" is supplied by an unnamed radio host. Through a loudspeaker hidden under her wig.
"Everything you say to her is processed. It's very near real time, almost without delay, " Hines said of the dynamics of human-Roxxxy conversation. "To make it as realistic as possible, she has different dialogue at different times. She talks in her sleep. She even snores. " (The snoring feature can be turned off, he says.)
Roxxxy understands and speaks only English for now, but Hines' True Companion company is developing Japanese and Spanish versions. For an extra fee, he'll also record customizable dialogue and phrases for each client, which means Roxxxy could talk to you about NASCAR, say, or the intricacies of politics in the Middle East.
Hines believes that Roxxxy is a step above other love dolls. The similar but mute RealDoll costs about $5, 500. Because her conversational abilities provide something close to emotional companionship. His customer base? Shy, awkward or older men who "have trouble meeting girls, " he says.
In an industry known for pushing the technological envelope, observers are curious about how Roxxxy will fare in the marketplace.

I follow a lot of other boards as well and after seeing a lot of disturbing things (especially in the Balt. And OKC areas) I decided to put this post up to inform others about all the possibilities that we have to deal with.
The guy in OKC is VERY well known for his "work" and has his own website and also puts video's all over the net including Youtube, flickr and twitter. He now also has live streaming video.
Where this might help us is to bring it to our attention and also make us more aware of our surroundings and hopefully avoid any similar bad results.

I am in the process of transitioning from AMPs to an escorts and am considering purchinging a prepaid hobby phone (the drive to 1021 can be a bit long on the spur of the moment) I have made a few private calls from my regular cell to set up meetings with a "friend" but she is willing to accept those calls. I have no idea if you need to provide info though when you buy a SIM card. I use them overseas and sometimes they don't ask me for my info. Maybe there are "other" ways of getting a SIM without going through the formal process.

I appreciate the guidance. I went with a Net10 phone (same company as Trac). The phone was $10 and $20 for 200 minutes and 30 days. The funny thing is that the phone is showing 90 days. Works for me. I followed your advice and activated the phone at the public library with no issues. Assumed monger name and address on the phone. Just got to stash it so it can't be found. Of course, I ran into someone I knew on the way out of the library. No rest for the wicked I guess.

I bought a trac phone and did not have to set up online, or give the personal info you did.
Just bought the trac phone at cvs with cash (don't swipe you rewards card) and 20$ phone card.
Set it up in the parking lot and started making calls 5 minutes later. I keep the phone off until I need it, keep it on vibrate.
And when I am done with it, I turn it off and stash it away in a hidden spot in my car. Best investment I ever made.
No need to worry about blocking the # or anything.

Hello all new to site. And will be perusing the post. I have had only one appointment with a certain young lady, and she is exquisite.
Over the past few days there have been two separate instances of clients responding to ads seeking services through BP. In each case the men were robbed and beaten and lucky to get out of the situation not being hurt worse. This is absolutely terrible. There is good and bad in every advertising venue as we all know. In one instance in NH the victim was beaten with brass knuckles and chased with a pit bull. This is absolutely horrifying and frightening to think that anyone would exact such violence upon a person for a few bucks.
Please be very careful and aware of your surroundings as I know of a lady who also reported being assaulted in the New England area by an aggressive pimp at a hotel. My concern is as much for the ladies here as it is for the men who were victimized in these attacks. Please be very cautious and aware. My concern is that we are all staying safe together.
Stay with those who are known as opposed to unknown and screening goes both ways, educate yourself and do your research. BP is an advertising venue like any other so take what you need and leave the rest. There are some quality providers there provided you sift through and carefully take all things into account.

I don't think this article is as thorough as the 2014 and 2015 "Exonomist" articles (see my previous posts on this topic) but wanted to alert those who are interested in the debate. The review board owner killed himself right before he was supposed to start his sentence. Scary part was the cops were saying how many boards are out there and what a goldmine they are because the boards have email addresses of all the members and of course a record of everything they ever said on the board.

For record, I didn't mean this story was identical just thought it might be a good illustration for people who don't think about privacy or think because they aren't using their daily 'real' email account that they are somehow anonymous and untrackable to-by law enforcement Reminder: They're not.
