Guys, thanks for your response to my questions, it was a great help in my mongering in Hawaii! I took your recommendations, and recce'd Kapiolani St before tracking down Sheridan St.
Started at Club Femme Nu. Spoke to a gorgeous tall Thai girl, but $40 ladydrinks put a stop to that. Evergreen and casino were a good intro to KBG, but I was left alone. I walker up Sheridan, looking at the bars with the intent of staring as Splash then working my way back through the others.
But, I didn't get past splash! May and Chanel (sic) looked after me at the bar, and I met the tiny, delightful Minnie. That was my undoing. Minnie and splash became my regular stop, just to finish the night. I took some Aussie friends along the next night, but they weren't interested in the style of the bar, so the remainder of the trips were sole.
I also returned to see bebe at SP3, head some good fun but far too many beers and lady drinks!
I also tried the AMPs at 320 and 350, going to Swan on my last night (morning) in Hawaii. I was very surprised that my friend at swan was the same from 320, I was after some variety!
Anyhow, thanks again for your suggestions, I'm back in three months, ready to keep exploring the mongering delights of Honolulu!

Started at business about midnite. Asked to see Rachel, who I have never met, but she is busy. She comes over and I think she is going to stay so I buy her a drink but then she has to go back to another customer, LOL. I don't want to wait and ask if she'll be at EG later, she says yes. There were a fair number of attractive hostesses there but I decide to move on.
At Butterfly, Koi is busy and Ellie's not working. Two young and inexperienced looking girls there. Mama san pulls them in for a sit-down after I order a beer and sit at the bar, so I don't get a chance to see them at work. They're pretty good looking spinners, but too young for me. It's kind of slow there, plenty of seats at the bar compared to Business. There's one girl who works there who always surprises me when I see her since she seems too young and attractive, I don't even know what her body is like because I get stuck on her face and have to turn away so I don't just stand there and stare, LOL, I'm sure some guys would say she's funny looking, especially if you're not into asian faces, but I think she'd give me wood if I looked at her for more than 10 seconds. LZ had an all night party which was suppose to be until 8am but got sgit down early so I'm assuming they will get the blame and fines for this. Only after several weeks did I finally reason that the waiter shook the bottle senseless before bringing it to the table so the girl wouldn't have to drink the Champagne and get further shitfaced. I bought one bottle since then and told the waiter that if one drop was spilt, I wouldn't pay. Naturally, none was (and I ALWAYS check every bottle of soju before the seal is cracked). If you ever go to the room, check the bottle, make sure it's the real thing, not the "fre" no alcohol bottle. If it's soju make sure that you open it and it "cracks" open (meaning you opened the seal). I always see them using old soju bottles and filling it with tea. When I buy a girl soju I make it a habit to bend and throw away the cover so they can't use it again. Telling the waiter about not paying if the bottle was shaken is another thing, I always see that outside when they buy the mama a bottle, always fun to see the stream of champagne coming out when they open the bottle, meaning that after it is all done they only had half or less of a bottle to drink. Standard ripoff policies.
BTW, heard that they are renovating splash for a few days so it is closed for now. Not sure when it will reopen but on Tuesday night I saw a carpenter outside around 11 pm.

I heard that some of the girls will be moving back to business shortly. They can't take the 4 am work and will go back to business and work to 2. Many of the business bartenders who moved to eg will be moving back to business also (if they haven't already moved back) so many of the eg bartenders will still bartend at eg (*sshole brian, sylvia, etc.).

Business & Butterfly dead last night, no pretty girls at all. They need new girls.
We all know the practice of substituting a supposedly full soju bottle with tea, especially near closing time when the girls don't want to drive home drunk. Well here is a new twist. I won a large sum over Valentine's Day, so being the wannabe idiot lvb I am, I bought the love of my life for that night a bottle of Champagne. She drank the entire bottle herself and was hammered and out of action for several hours. When she caught her second wind, greed got the best of her and she demanded a SECOND bottle. Well, easy come easy go I always say. When the waiter (won't mention the bar name, but it was on Kapiolani) came to the table with the new unopened bottle / glasses / ice bucket and popped the cork, over three quarters of the Champagne was expelled from the bottle with extreme prejudice (never found out where the cork ended up). Only after several weeks did I finally reason that the waiter shook the bottle senseless before bringing it to the table so the girl wouldn't have to drink the Champagne and get further shitfaced. I bought one bottle since then and told the waiter that if one drop was spilt, I wouldn't pay. Naturally, none was (and I ALWAYS check every bottle of soju before the seal is cracked). Personally I really don't care if its fake / real soju, hards, beer (but i do agree if you want real alcohol, you should get it). I see it more as if I'm paying for her "time" rather than the actual alcohol content. I also don't bother to try to drink the crap they bring, stick to my own beer at hand if I'm in the room with bottle service. Actually I really don't care for a bg to be actually drunk, some of them can be real annoying. But I do understand sometimes alcohol can make the bg loosen up.
I can understand the complaints on blantantly spillng shit, as they are trying to trying to shorten the "time" of the service. Now thats bs.

The homeless have been hanging out there for months. Even during the day there are some of them there. At night they are camped out in that area. I guess that area might be owned by the owner who leases casino and butterfly so the cops can't ticket or kick out the homeless there. Since they get kicked out of the parks guess they have to hang out someplace else.Casino and Butterly people should file a complain with the cops. I seen wagons and tents are all over the place by the grass area. Watch out if you park your car near by. Too many of these people around will bring crimes.

But she has a disproportionately big face and head and a rather lengthy upper torso. On the down side, she is cursed with big hands and longboard feet at the ankle-less bottoms of short, ugly, shapeless legs. At least she wears short skirts and dresses to keep you from looking below the thighs. There are a few younger ladies however (and a very few very nice and classy forty-somethings) , that would look just as sexy and pretty wearing NO makeup and sweaty exercise clothes as they do in the priciest designer cocktail and party dresses and expensive shoes. I visited Splash on Thursday, went to check out the renovations. Basically they raised the old sushi bar area to a regular bar, moved the booths by that area and shrunk it down to make room. They also changed the carpets and got rid of the slight riser floor area near the area where the girls pick up their drinks. IMHO, not bad change.

A few months ago, I went again and the manager (one of the hotties) recognized me from her days hostessing at New Casino. I offered to sit with her but she proudly proclaimed, "I'm manaja". Every table had a reserved sign and the bar was full, so I left.
I haven't been back since. I suppose if you go in a group and get a table you'd be able to sit with the girls.

CGHowzit CG. I don't really think there is ONE best place in Kalihi and also depends what time of day you go. I would suggest you choose among Cheer Station, Vegaas3, Spotlite, and Green Tea. Just IMO of course. If was me and my friends, would not limit myself to 1 bar tho.

Saturday walk to Splash to C if Ashley was working but was told she only work two days only and so happen I came the wrong day. Duds, you should check her out. Maybe you can negotiate. If you sit with her, be prepared for the constant upsell. Normally I can't stand it when a girl keeps asking for drinks, but I threw myself into the negotiations last night but I only got one concession, haha. Should've just left and come back again some other time. Will definitely walk away next time and let junior cool down. I think she's inexperienced but I'm not an expert in these matters.
