Another tactic was to offer them a monthly income if I liked to see them often. First one I did I offered $800 ea month. The bigger number seemed to make them think. Car payment, utilities, rent. That would be for a once a week meeting. Somehow I always seemed to get more than my 4 visits in a month. LOL.
