Mongers,
Tried to setup date with Silky Touch from ad in NP. Saw her for massage and HJ a few years ago, it was OK, thought I'de try and push for some FS on this visit. That is too bad about Jennifer, but I never picked her up. I have picked up hookers in S.B. for about 20 years -- every single one of the has been Hispanic. I too remember the old days of SW's on Haley. It used to be, the real girls would work between Santa Barbara St. and Laguna St. and from Olive to Milpas it was TV's.

BTW - it is not worth it to me any more (i.e., we're probably the same age) but the first step to acceptance in a place like that, is when someone says "you're in my chair" you say "it's not your chair anymore, I'm sitting here" otherwise that is going to go on all night until you give up. But it is not worth it to get subprime talent on bootleg lapdances -- it is only worth it if you get a rush out of that kind of machismo thing.
As a teenager I used to live in a largely Hispanic/Latin community and I lived through that every day. You give in once and you are punked out every single day. You've got to take some hits -- an investment in your future -- to prove yourself and stem the constant attacks. When you're in a bar like that, the same thing happens whether your 14 or 44. Saw a new place advertising in the local newsrag. Thought I would check it out, as I had some time, some cash, and was willing to TOFTT (as we all should at times) since it's often hit-or-miss with these places.
This one is a miss. Located in the back of an older quasi-strip mall near the new construction south of town, it has the makings of a score based on outward appearances. Once the door opens though, it's a large entry room with a couple of massage rooms DIRECTLY ADJACENT. That means every noise is heard from either side through hollow core doors (no locks). Bad omen.

Her husband and her got busted about ten years ago and she has been on the run ever since. I use to visit her regularly about 15 years ago when she was doing FBSM out of her home. The investigation began in Santa Barbara back in 1998 when officers responded to a call of a home invasion robbery here in the city. As the investigation unfolded, the home was identified as a house of prostitution. Identified as one of the persons in-charge of running the house of prostitution was XXXXXXX, 48 years of age at the time. An arrest warrant was issued for XXXXXXX in 1998 charging her with Pimping, Pandering, and Keeping a House of Ill Fame. She fled the city and had been on the run ever since.
The Santa Barbara Police Department and the Santa Barbara County District Attorney’s Office continued their investigation as to the whereabouts of Mangan throughout the years. Mangan had been able to elude authorities until the summer of 2008. Information was developed that indicated that XXXXXXX was currently living on the XXXXXXX of 43rd Street in Oakland under several AKA’s. Detectives updated the warrant that had been issued back in 1998 for Mangan. The update included an increase on the bail to $2,000,000. A search warrant was also obtained for XXXXXXX home. Santa Barbara Police Department Detectives went to Oakland and on 11/11/08 at approximately 6:00 p.m. took Mangan into custody as she exited her home.
XXXXXXX, age 58, was transported back to Santa Barbara and booked into Santa Barbara County Jail on the warrant charging her with Pimping, Pandering, and Keeping a House of Ill Fame. The investigation is continuing as to possible charges of identity theft.
Made another visit to your fair city. Did the loop a few times down Haley and a few loops up Quarantina.
