Date-Check users know that it's pretty much frozen in time, with a lot of obsolete provider listings. It reminds me of My Space.
They are finally addressing its shortcomings, and plan to replace it with a new site. The announcement is quoted below.

Hello Members!
Recently, Date-Check decided to create a whole new site for our membership that would improve upon the service we have offered the community over the last 14 years. Huge transitions like these, however, seldom launch without any snags or complication. Members of our customer base offered us a wealth of useful feedback about what they liked and didn't like about the new site. We have taken this input seriously and have elected to postpone the full-time transition into the new version of our site while we work diligently to incorporate your most pressing suggestions.
What does this mean for you?
At present, you'll see that the old version of Date-Check is back and fully accessible to you just as it was before. The estimated date for our soft re-launch of the new site will be June 15, 2016. At that time, you will be able to visit the new version to view, explore, and sign up for the new site so you can begin taking advantage of all of our upgrades. Eventually, once the older version of Date-Check becomes unnecessary and redundant, it will be phased out.
For gentlemen members, you will be able to indicate on your signup that you are already an existing Date-Check member, which will expedite activation of your new account and also allow us to make sure that your Entertainer references will be exported over onto your new profile. You will also be granted a free extra month of membership as our way of thanking you for your proactive participation in helping us build the next phase of our community.
For Entertainer members, you will also be able to indicate your existing membership when signing up on the new site to expedite approval and exporting your pertinent details. You will see that our new site will have a point system in place for our ladies that will permit them to freely do things like update photos and create promotional listings. Your point bank will be refreshed with 20 points on a monthly basis once you're a member, but we will be granting you 30 points for the first month as a thank-you for your participation and assistance. This point system is a new feature that we'll be offering, but don't worry; a very straightforward explanation of how it will all work will be clearly marked on the new site for you to go over at your leisure.
Early adopters of our new site will be recognized for their participation with a special badge that will be proudly displayed on their new profiles.
We will also be making greater improvements to our availability to provide prompt customer service, as we will be extending our customer service hours to include Saturdays from 10 AM to 2 PM EST, along with our usual Monday through Friday 9 AM - 5 PM EST hours.
The new website will also provide you with a "live chat" feature you can use to reach a staff member.
We realize that drastic change isn't always comfortable and we are deeply grateful for your trust during this process. Our staff has been hard at work creating a tutorial that will be provided to you via email to help you get familiar with all of the cool new tools and features that you'll have at your disposal on the new site.
We have always viewed Date-Check's mission as a cooperative and collaborative community that helps empower its members to protect themselves and each other. That means we're nothing without the input, participation, and enthusiasm of our members, especially now that we're entering what we expect will be a whole new positive chapter in Date-Check's history.

2. I can no longer see my old okays. Only providers can see them. This is by plan, for some unknown reason. I had a provider confirm that she could still see them.

Thanks for the heads up Jeepster1. I got a hold of customer service and they fixed the issue.
My Date-Check lifetime membership is intact. They haven't sold new lifetime subscriptions for a while, but I met that deadline and am grandfathered on the reworked site.
There are some problems with the revamp, though. Here are a couple that quickly come to mind:

-Jeepster1.Perhaps new ownership did not generate enough revenue. The site had little information after the transfer.
