I like this idea as there have been more than a few girls that get reported on regularly, but I would suggest that pictures be included so the new guys can put a face to the name / s being used. We already have a ripoff forum, but this could be used differently to identify girls that are just shitty providers.

A Blacklist needs to actually be a list. So, IMO each new post about another blacklisted provider needs to be added to a subsequent list.
Example:

This is what really helps. As we all know its common for a name change to happen that's why links and pictures are important for this to work.
