I can't find any account of a 'typical' arrangement ending with a potential SD busted for solicitation or something similar. Either way, I was just counseling common sense and caution vs cutting-and-running over paranoia. I think the legal risks of fooling around on SA are much smaller than partaking of traditional escorts, especially the lower-end providers, and the biggest concerns are privacy and personal security. You usually get the room between 9 and 2 or something like that and at a reduced rate vs overnight. Using the Name Your Price option on Priceline yields good deals but only on last minute bookings the same night. After 6-8 pm, hotels with rooms that are unbooked will accept rates just above their cost (housekeeping, utilities, etc). They realize making a little bit of money is better than making no money on a room that sits vacant.
As for Airbnb, I have used it for bangs, but only when renting an entire property, not single rooms. If you are local and renting for a single night, it is going to be suspicious to the owner to begin with. In my experience, the owners who rent just a single room out are also living in the same condo / house / apartment. They may get upset that you are bringing an unregistered guest to fuck. They might try to randomly drop in on you to make sure you are not going through stuff in their other rooms. Airbnb is also big on the social aspect of rating and reviewing renters and rentees. I'd only consider using Airbnb for bangs if I had the whole property to myself, but that usually costs significantly more than just renting a room. There is also the issue of if a SB is batshit crazy or feels spited. She may return to the Airbnb property and try to get your personal information from the owner.
The bottom line is that this is a rich man's game. If you are getting 10+ fuck sessions per month, it might just make sense to just rent a studio or one bedroom apartment to use as a fuckpad. It would come out cheaper in the long run. If you have another SD that you trust, you could split it. One guy gets odd days, and the other guy gets even days.

There are several sites / apps these days that give day rates at hotels, searching by location. LK.You should definitely report someone who is truly a scammer (you didn't really send a girl $ in advance, did you?) or who is a BP refugee (truly just an escort, from clear messaging). Someone who know-shows the M&G? I'd say that's 3/4 of the girls I message w / who are under 25. That just goes w / the territory.
I recommend trying a phone call w / a POT before setting the M&G. It increases their comfort and the likelihood they show.
