Thanks man, I just go a new phone, can I download the SA app. Using cellular network (not wifi), and sign up via SA app through my phone (use cellular network), would that work? They can only track you by your modem / router wifi right?App or mobilesite will also have an IP address.

Just last week I went to open the app and I had to download the newer updated version.
If your phone has a hotspot you should be able to connect your computer via WIFI.
With most phone hotspots you will get a different IP every time you power up your phone.
You could also try pure VPN.
I deleted the app and then downloaded it again and was able to use it.
I like the app a lot better than the regular site.
