I was messaging with a real young, 18 and 20 days (yes, I checked), gal and she was suspended for possible underage pending her showing her I'd. After that was resolved she received another message for suspected online only, it looks like they are now considering it as soliciting money from their customers, similar to chain letters. The very small writing states that online only violates the spirit of the site where people are looking to meet people in person and that most of the online are selling pictures and videos which is a TOS violation. She had to do "the letter email" to state she wouldn't do it again to be reinstated. I trimmed the picture of the message to remove her identifying info and posting it.
Unless they are looking into someone profile it takes someone to report them to be looked at. That is a bit of a catch 22 because if you want to connect with them after, you won't be able to. If you report someone the site will automatically block them for your profile. I did message support to ask them why they block someone that needs to correct an issue and be reinstated because after the correction you mat want to message them and they are "looking into it."Oh WOW. Either have to have a lot of money and time to spend OR you have to be good at SA, meaning that there is something about your profile or your communication that stands out from the other 100+ guys who are messaging every girl. You'd think that SAs ability to match the photos together would be similar to what we use to search for girls' photos online. When they are cropped differently they are harder to match. That said, if the original ban was recent they may not have to use software to match, they may just remember.
When I got banned I waited maybe 2 months then changed my email and photos, and used a vanilla visa with a different registered name. It masks your location by spoofing another server in another part of the world.
