I understand where you are coming from to an extent. I agree $400 is steep. It's also professional level fees. We can all say "there once was a time" about the cost of anything. I'm afraid the 200 days of quality women are gone, maybe forever. I'm sure you can still get drug addicts at your 200 price but from what I'm reading, even those chicks are out of their mind on fees.
