I've had no luck on tinder / bumble in the cleveland area. Like you say just scams. Now, travel to other more active locations. Even Columbus, and with a bit of effort and trained eye you'll find some good talent. Now go to a well built up area and it works quite well. I just spent the last few days in the OC. 1) I try to stay with women over 30. I have been ghosted several times, and cash and dashed once. All women in their 20's. The fact that I'm 70+ means I don't get many takers in that age group, and the ones that do respond are probably up to "no good". So my stats are probably skewed. I've had just the opposite results from most women in the 30's and 40's. I have had three meet and greets that led to intamacy that night and two on the next date.
