Huge Report on Lawrence vs. Texas
Hope for sexwork but long battle looms
Chicago 2/28 - 2/29/2004 Swing Leadership Conference

Great conference especially the legal discussion by two experienced sexual rights attorney's of Lawrence vs Texas which has very wide implications for all sexual expression. Not just swinging but even prostitution hopeful comments by the attorney's that private prostitution may be ruled a constitutionally protected right.

As Newsweek said, Lawrence vs. Texas one of the 3 most important Supreme Court decisions in the last 100 years. It represents a total shift on how sexual expression should be a right and no longer can "morality" laws be legitimate.

However the religious right fanatics and the Bush Dynasty will not accept the cultural and legal progress and will fight hard to stop the march towards more individual liberties and freedom of sexual expression. The conference is for swing leadership but includes 2 sessions on Lawrence vs. Texas:

Lawrence vs Texas - Reed Lee, with Chicago law firm of J.D. Obenberger
Lawrence vs Texas: the Supreme Court and Our Right to Have Sex -Jim Turner, Attorney Swankin and Turner

Huge detailed report at http://www.libchrist.com/swing/lawconference.html

I'm intimidated by the identification process most escorts use: unblocked phone with call-back, place of work, name, show license. I understand their concern for safety but my privacy is important too and I'm not sure of their discretion. Any way around it? Any problems with giving them that information?

Skip,
Don't know about you, but privacy is all important to me. It is a higher priority than getting laid, so I don't use an escort that insists on that kind of personal information. As much as they tell you it will never get out, I've seen it get out in legal situations. You can always find one that won't insist on the things you describe.

Skippy,
Fuck that! They want that type of info? Do they fingerprint you too?

The fact is, you will not get any hiey level of escort agency, In the big united states citis, wite out thet kind of info. unblocked phone, place of work, name, show license. ect.

By SW you will not need thet, but by a escort agency, it is a problem.

Happy honting for all of you.

Skippah,

There are so many services, women and possibilities, if they require that level of ID, IMHO, its simply not worth it at all. Heres why - there are graveyards of guys who turned over that info to get laid, then a week, a month, a year later, you get a call, remember me? Or a message at work, or at home or shes been busted and LE would like a word with you. Too much hassle.

But if you must (as insane as it sounds), get a phony ID from one of the 'net providers (try a Google search) and try that. If you need a phone, try renting a desk in an office setup. It may cost you $300-500 for a month. Yeah, it sends expensive, but its still much cheaper than explaining to a SO or LE why some woman called you or had your number.

Another great approach is to stop in at a local broker, like Merrill, and chat about a new account and then ask if you can make a local call. That usually works.

I am a privacy nut when it comes to this sort of thing too. Here in MD we just had a case where the black book of a madaam was turned over to the police after a lengthy court battle.

My prescription:

Pre-paid cell phone: about $100

Business Cards: DIY with MS Word and paper from Office Depot.

I'm not sure what to do about my license, I would never show it to one of these places but NY Monger's idea about the google search seems to be a perfect solution.

I have a question.

If you go to a Motel with a Girl (not an SW ) register with your correct name and Lic Plate # . Can the cops hassle you or charge you with any offense. Can they knock on the room door.
How about if the girl is a SW.

Stoner

Gypsy...yes they can. Cops do any any shit they want, so don't ever get disillusioned about it.

Fact is, its a law for the hotels to get correct info on you for this and other purposes. Legally, you are becoming there tenant for a temporary basis with all of the consumer rights that go along with that.

Failing to list both names of all individuals living in the room during your temporary stay is breaking the law. Cops can come in under those circumstances. Usually, its because the owner noticed more than X number of people using the room, and to cover his/her ass, they *may* call you out to the cops. Best bet is to just let the owner know its for two. He knows and you know what is going on...its in your interest to keep him on your side.

Some motels have hourly rates. They "sometimes" don't require ID. This is not true across the board, and more times than not, they do. In some places, they actually will photocopy your id, and LEOs investigating things will stop by to pick up batches of copies for perusal. Sucks, huh!

A smart thing to do is to register earlier on without provider any where near. You are in and all set.

Another method, my favorite, is to have her register for you. For me, thats modus operandi and works every time. They sometimes keep the change...like a fukkin care. You are HER guest. When I used to do the street shit, it worked well because you can negotiate for her to keep the spot for the night...a sweet little discount and you know she'll be there in the morning before work. This was a charm for me when I ran into a hot number chica. Sure, she would call up her friends and party. Who cares. Let her enjoy it! You'll stop by around 8:30 am with some quick food and get a nice quickie in before work. That was sweet!

I have always tried to build a good relationship with the people who run the hourly places. As long as you don't make a mess of the place or do things like leaving the water running or leaving the TV on full blast after you leave, most places will be happy to have you. I try to be polite by turning out all the lights and making shure the door is locked behind me when I leave. Doing these things lets the operator know that you are respectful of their place and will pay dividends in the long run. Taking longer than 1 hour? They might let you slide for an extra 15-20 minutes because you are a good customer. Need a place for a threesome? Most places will only allow 2 people in the room at the same time but I have had places make an exception because they know you are having a fuck party and will not be a headache for them. My regular places don't even ask for my ID anymore. I'll have the $ amount ready and they will hand me the little card to fill out. I'll write my name slightly misspelled and put some BS address and I'm good to go. I make sure to rotate between 2 or 3 places so they don't forget who I am. I haven't shown an ID at one place for over 5 years! I don't really do car dates unless I absolutely have too and it is nice having no trace of my exploits.

Stoner, I agree with everything you said. I answered Gypsy's question on another part of this board. But, I agree with what you say. My recommendation is to find a no-tell motel that doesn't require all of that info. I have a great place here in SC that I use all the time. $28 bucks gets me 4 or 5 hours. They know me, so I never have a problem with them. I respect their room and never trash it.

I never thought about hooking the girl up with the room for the night and going back in the morning! I like that angle. I'll have to try it sometime! lol

I would like the name of that hotel pm to me.

as for indentification, I am an escort. I just ask that the guy meets me in a public place for 15 mins and gives me a couple bucks (to make him a client) and then we get together the next day (repeat client) when LE pesters me, they try their hardest to get me to agree vocally to certain things and they try to get me to have the second date on the same day.

I don't take out of towners unless we have corresponded over the internet for some time (several weeks) and then I still remind them to treat me like a lady and not say anything that would state otherwise.

I don't know if this works but if other girls do this and it does, maybe the LE would shut down.

new site due to the other domain being too public.

I am making the main domain www.wannarideher.com into a fan site for winona ryder (who I look like) in case children do come across it (like my niece did w/o really seeing the site b/c I grabbed her)

Is it possible to have no criminal record after being arrested for soliciting? Please explain

Civ2000
06-19-04, 02:43
Atl Pleaser, Yes it is possible. On most first offense misdeameanor charges the defendant is given the option of a deferred prosecution whereas if he meets certain criteria and stays out of trouble for a period of say two years the charge is squashed and is removed permanently from his record.

I have Just been upgradded, Yahoo!

My question is this. Every time I hear of some one getting busted for cheating or porn or what ever. They always say they go through their computer and find shit. Now does that mean they had it saved or does what I'm writting now store it's self some were deep in the hard drive? Can you get rid of the evidence or not? I would like to give a few reports but I'm affraid of incriminating evidence.

Thanks to all,

SA

Jon Jones posted this in the Jokes section though I find it unfunny.

http://www.wsgforum.com/vforum/showthread.php?s=&postid=291367#post291367

My question is: Why the f*ck did the government spend over $$$$$$ dollars chasing after this woman? My guess is that with all the man hours used, surveillence expenses, and other assorted expenses, the bill for the taxpayers was a lot larger than the $61,000 that they netted here. I don't get it. AND she was doing this to freaking pay off her loans. She wasn't even a druggie (maybe or maybe not) but WTF, if ever there was a good reason to sell your body, this girl had one. DO you think someone in the higher-ups who nailed this girl might have pissed her off and she was gonna spill some beans about it? Anyone else can come up with another laughable reason for her bust? Besides the obvious: prostitution.

Peace

Yeah..her charging me $1,500 bucks! She told me it was $1,500 for two hours! Must have been a discount after passing the bar. :)

Funny thing is...the best escorts I've been with had degrees in law. Hell, I can count numerous strippers I know who have fun on the side, yet go to college for criminal justice. The irony is what makes this hobby so vast and beautiful.

I'm waiting for a cop who gives bbbjnqns for cash. After that, they can put 42 holes in my carcass...I'll die laughing.

http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants_types_diversity3.html

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2004 AND FRIDAY, JANUARY 7, 2005

The congressionally mandated Diversity Immigrant Visa Program is administered on an annual basis by the Department of State and conducted under the terms of Section 203(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). Section 131 of the Immigration Act of 1990 (Pub. L. 101-649) amended INA 203 to provide for a new class of immigrants known as "diversity immigrants" (DV immigrants). The Act makes available 50,000 permanent resident visas annually to persons from countries with low rates of immigration to the United States. The instructions for the 2006 Diversity Immigrant Visa Program are also available in PDF Format. http://travel.state.gov/visa/dv-06_bulletin.pdf

The annual DV program makes permanent residence visas available to persons meeting the simple, but strict, eligibility requirements. Applicants for Diversity Visas are chosen by a computer-generated random lottery drawing. The visas, however, are distributed among six geographic regions with a greater number of visas going to regions with lower rates of immigration, and with no visas going to citizens of countries sending more than 50,000 immigrants to the U.S. in the past five years. Within each region, no one country may receive more than seven percent of the available Diversity Visas in any one year.

For DV-2006, natives of the following countries are not eligible to apply because they sent a total of more than 50,000 immigrants to the U.S. in the previous five years:
