Thank you for respecting the wishes of the AMP east of Patterson Park. You are to be commended on this.
I frequent a Waldorf spa because of a certain lady there in particular who does not want her name ever posted. So I don't out of the same respect.
I am fairly new to this forum but used to post on TBG's board (now useless in my opinion) and have posted for years on JAG.

As far as the Baltimore Streetwalking scene, I have been laying kinda low due to very increased police presence. When I have cruised, most SW are pretty strung out ones (not my type).

There is one young lady, 18, who I was picking up regularly right on Wilkins who is cute, been clean for about a year, and deep throats like nobody's business. The second most recently (about three weeks ago) we made eye contact, she knows my car, but she just shook her head. I did not see any LE so circled a few times. About a two weeks ago I saw her again and she jumped right in.

I chose my words poorly.
The Big Doggie board with good interexchange of client experiences used to be alive with many users. Since he created two separate boards (one for paying users and the other for non-paying users) all I see are ad-posts from providers and mostly reviews written by "suspect" clients (meaning the provider themseleves writing nice things about themselves). Used to be on the old board you knew the handle of the user and were able to gauge accuracy of posts....no more, the old posters are gone as the heat used the TBD board as a source of information.

TBD himself has had encounters with LE in the past two years too.....just not a good place to post, in my opinion.....

In my opinion, you have a better time with one of the Block dancers than at an AMP regardless of asian or Russian or whatever.
The AMP scene is almost always exactly the same and gets boring and often is much more inhibited than a private time with a girl that you've picked out and dealt with on the block.
Plus, in my experience, they are less expensive that the AMP for FS

Thanks for the info. I agree that there are a lot of suspect posts on TBD but there is still some decent info there. I was unaware, however, of the LE presence. I would imagine this board is monitored as well so I recommend to everyone to back channel any specific info.

The Block is great for a lot of reasons, it is a quintessentialy Baltimore experience that I haven't found duplicated in any cities I have visited. However, I agree with the previous poster who described it as a 'tourist trap', just because the girls will work you for every cent possible do to the fact that the bar taqkes 50% up front. Patterson Park remains a good place to pick up decent sw's - many girls go there to make a few extra bucks who are not the typical crack addicted zombies that most of us wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole. My advice would be to go during the day - twilight is a good time, I think the ok girls feel safer then. I picked up a 24 year old sw named Jessica, clean and pretty who gave a great bbbj and swallowed for 25. How much would that cost you on the block? Probably in the neighborhood of $150 when all is said and done, maybe a little more.

My curiousity has been piqued.
I may add that reviews on other boards suggest this spa, and Pinetree (also on Eastern Ave) are not flattering.

I have a tale about Baltimore that I'd completely forgotten about until now.

I was on the Block on during the daytime visiting the adult bookstores. As I was getting ready to cross the street, this short blonde woman (early 40s, maybe?) walked up and asked me if I'd give her a ride to Glen Burnie, because her car had broken down and she didn't have cab fare. Sharing of information works both ways. Sharing information like "ask around" doesn't really cut it, in my opinion. Funny, your logic is that emailing anyone is a no no because "you don't know who your talking to". But a public forum?

You recently requested information on the Waldorf scene on the board. I posted on the same board that I was willing to share details with you backchannel only.

Backchannel is the nearest thing to security on a public forum board. I take security a step further and use Hushmail, encrypted. If you get a ziplip or hushmail account, you may not know who your are talking to but be assured that the other person does not know you either.

I respect not posting in public boards certain details, especially when requested to do so by the provider. So I understand and respect that.

If you were to research my handle on the various boards, JAG and TBD, and a handful of others, it would be readily apparent that I have been a longtime hobbyist.

But research takes time and effort. Something that we are all short off in our lives..... so we turn to asking others for insights and information. I hate getting burned too. Hence the forum here. Sharing information with others who have the same hobby and experiences, good or bad, to help out the others and myself.

Hope you reconsider your position. Sharing works both ways.

Amen to what Clix just said. Folks, if you think for one minute that the LEs don't know where, what, and when, then you don't have both oars in the water. They don't need this forum or any other for info. I too would like to share some info via the backchannel. What good is it if we can't find out where the good places are that don't advertise. Their places thrive on word of mouth. I have posted many times on the boards. I did a piece on the MP in Breezewood, Pa recently an an AMP in Dayton, Ohio. If your interested, check them out. In search of -
Combined a recon mission and a SW inventory on Saturday night.

Recon was for the non-advertising AMP (no success) on the east side of Patt. Park.

Fair amount of SW in the area- some skanks, a few decent looking ones too. First one I decided upon was gone by the time I circled back. Saw what I thought was pretty little filly on E Baltimore St near the cemetary at Conkling. Had the face of Mary Chapin Carpenter and blonde hair. Denise, 25. From the van, she appeared to be just a little on the heavy side, which is often a good sign (likely not a junkie). Was interested in French, but saw the Russian peaks as a real potential turn on....Negotiated rate 1/2$ for FS and went to a cheap motel in BCounty on Pulaski. Back again on the new forum, I wanted to comment on the AMP scene discussed previously (referring to Coco Beach Man's post, among others).

Been to the AMP on Charles St. several times; the staff has changed frequently, but the average age is definitely lower than at e.g. Alberto's, and the quality is not bad. I would refer to it as a no-frills place, nothing of the extraordinary, but if you're not expecting too much you get good value for your buck.

Towson Spa on York Rd. is an interesting phenomenon; you don't hear much about it, and the first impression of the 40-and-then-some Mamasan in rubber boots, who seems to be her own boss and employee at the same time, might scare you away. She is initially a little on the rude side, and pretends she has never met you before, even if you had been there just a few days prior.
But once you're on the table she loosens up and you can have a decent and entertaining conversation during which she will ask you all kinds of questions, including what kind of massage you would like. Best thing of all, though, is her way of finishing up the job using nothing but her very sensitive fingers with you still laying face down...never experienced anything like it before.
As a reply to my question whether she was the only one working there, she simply said, "Maybe next time you'll get a younger and better looking one than me" ; )

Has anyone had any new experiences with other advertised or non-advertised AMPs in the area? I am wondering about some of these places listed in the City Paper.

i can back up the garbage man on the block possibilties because it was he and i who engaged in a little 2 on 1 action after hours.

i think that for a reasonable price we can get some kick-ass suite downtown (maybe with an extra "private" room) where we can all go back and party into the wee hours with the ladies.

the only problem may be that the block is such a hit-or-miss endeavor that there is no guarantee that we will find quality participants. there are always an abundance of willing ladies, but many are, well... skanky.

I was off of pulaski thursday night between 1am and 2am and saw more sw action than in a whole month of driving down there. i didn't pick up due to fear of getting arrested in a sting, but many young good looking girls behind the Santonis. i must have seen at least 20 different girls. Some advice please. I usually take care of my needs with escorts, incalls, AMP, or block dancers.
I have yet to go the SW route, but admittedly the "thrill of the hunt" factor along with the $$ difference has me more and more interested. I am concerned with LE problems. What are the real chances of getting arrested assuming that you have taken the usual precautions I read about to make sure she isn't undercover and you don't see any LE obvious. I don't think I can handle doing FS in the car so where in the Baltimore area should I take her? Even a BJ in the car makes me pretty paranoid.

Spent a few minutes the other day driving around the west side (nothing but skank) and head to the east side near PP.
Nothing around PP so I cruised down to Highlandtown area (Conkling Street). Saw a blonde that did not look too bad, Angela. More a waif than I had at first thought...from a distance looked younger than I care for, but up close you know she is in her 20s or so.

I wish I could tell you more about my source but I really can't; I trust it and have stayed away from Peaches & her ex, Donna, since the info was passed on to me. Depending on who's working the bar, The Plaza is always a good, if sometimes skanky, bet. Norma Jean's seems to have changed quite a bit since last fall; the lap dances were the only extra entertainment that I could see but they were well worth it; I was there recently and the scene seemed much different. The Jewel Box has recently had some nice and friendly dancers but frankly in that place they seem to change often. Also, I can't stand the lady bartender who works the day; she's rude and not helpful at all and looks at most customers suspiciously. Now, this could just be me but she leaves me with a the feeling that customer service is not her forte. In the past I have had really great fun at Sherrie's but in the past year (I think they may have changed owners) "service" seems to have gone waaay down hill.

Went to Brooklyn section of Baltimore July 6th at mid-day. Checked out Patapsco and Fairhaven but no SWs out. I have always been interested in the messages left here in the past and thought I would leave one. I recently moved from Baltimore but had lived there for many years. I have never driven around looking for SW's knowing the dangers adherent in that activity. I, instead concentrated on MP's (realizing that similar dangers came with them).

Over the last few years I read messages telling others about this good place or that good place only to find that those good places have been shut down. I do have some advice though if you are interested. Baltimore is a town where you can get virtually any incall service you want, that means anything. Just look around and ask questions. You would be amazed at what service you can get just by asking. Now, I would say that it helps in the Asian places to be nice, clean and polite to the front lady and the staff. Certain places that offer only HJ's to most bend over backwards to please repeat customers who have tipped well and who show respect. Lets face it, many of these ladies live in the MP and they talk. Long time lurker and infrequent poster, just love this site. I have been intrigued lately by the thought of sw action. The street vanished shortly after a traffic circle and turned into something called Ramsay. Is this the area? It looked promising (ie, run-down) but also somewhat deserted. I my way home from DC last night I thought I would tour washington ave and several other areas. This was about 7:30 pm. Saw 3 or 4 sw on my first run. I parked just off washington to observe. Patterson Park now sucks!

In the Brooklyn area i usually cruise for SW on Patapsco ave, from Pottee St. to fairhaven and make a right on Fairhaven, have seen several along Fairhaven, some up by the 4th and 6th street lights, and a couple around Wendys and 7-11. The SW scene in Hampden is like the rest of Baltimore - a mix of crackheads and decent talent. Patience is a virtue in this city. Some days, there are a lot of choices. Others, none at all. Sometimes, all you see are choice selections. Others, you wouldn't want to touch them if you were dead.

I've been cruising the streets for several years now and have seen the gamut of SWs out there. Overall, they're okay. Some I wish I could find again and again. Seems that the really good ones you find once, maybe twice and then they are never to be seen again.

The Hampden scene is interesting because it can be active anytime of the day or night. Traditionally, the Hampden scene is still going between 4-5am. But there is daytime action to be found on Falls Road in front of the Rite Aid. The SWs are a strange mix of decent white girls to full-on crackheads.

Forget the SW scene. If you read my earlier post I had a couple of bad and one dangerous experience with them in Baltimore (Paterson P area).

There has been a lot of LE activity in the city and especially in the Southeast. The ones remaining are mostly creepy (and foul-smelling) heroin fiends. A buddy at work says LE is constantly cycling in fresh decoys-- trading with DC.

As far as magic requests or questions go, there are none-- the decoys are rather ballsy and will go the "extra mile" to make their quota. Baltimore cops wll also make stuff up as someone else posted.

To make things worse, names of people arrested (not just convicted) are being printed.

Check previous posts; there is a wealth of information and many years of experience on this board. Also the archives cover a great deal on this topic.

There's no sure fire way to be sure she's not a cop except one: a female police officer will not get into your car. Don't even think about talking to a SW unless she gets in your car. I recently saw LE bust a few guys with the same sweet honey; the car stopped, she walked up, they talked a bit through the window and boom - three marked patrol cars surround the guy and it's a trip to central booking. Generally SWs don't stand around for fear of being hassled for loitering; usually you'll see them walking through or around an area.

You might also do some advance work. Drive around the neighborhoods and make sure you know your way around. As you do, keep your eyes open and watch what people do, who goes where, and look for the obvious. The night I watched the busts I saw an unmarked LE vehicle nearby; why would a real SW stay so close? After a while you'll have a pretty good idea of what's up where you are. Mostly, read the board. Sometimes the info here is up to the minute.

For the record, the fact that LE decoys will not get in your car is not a matter of law, but of prudent police practice. In other words, if it ever happens that a police department of a zealous decoy threw caution to the winds and hopped in your car, you couldn't beat the charge in court by saying, "But, Your Honor, she got in my car!"

It's still a pretty safe bet, mind you, especially since they are getting their fair share of fish every time they put out the bait; they have no need to change tactics and do something as risky as that. But I thought it was worth mentioning for the sake of completeness: the tactic's based on practical, not legal, considerations.

Paid a visit to NEW WORLD HEALTH PLACE yesterday; as I had assumed, it's the former China Health Center on the 24th block of Charles.

Got some freedom the past several days so went out to howl on the Block and elsewhere. The Block seems kind of dead in terms of very few hotties and very few really pushing the "goods" except for BS girlie drinks. Flamingo's back room was seeing some action but always by the only two remotely hot girls so they were on a revolving door basis. Decided to take a pass on that. Went over at about midnight to Brooklyn and saw several girls that looked pretty good and very little LE...or so I thought. I had pulled over for a slender blonde with curly hair. She walks up, leans in the passenger window and proceeds to make small talk, making no move at all to get in or ask the usual questions. My antenna went up so when she finally asked if I had stopped for her, I said no. She left and I went down the road, turned around and when I came back not 3 minutes later, at that same spot were now two LE cruisers with lights flashing and a spot light on a car with some poor slob alone in it. Gee, do ya think she was a decoy? Hmm?
That was enough for me so I headed back to DC area. On a whim, decided to check DC SW action although I have lamented about lack thereof here in the past.
First spot as you come in to DC on New York Ave, the traditional SW spot was completely empty. Drove on in to check out the
L Street stretch between 17th and 13th that I had seen reports on but never had seen the girls. Before reaching that spot, I swung off NY onto Mass Ave and K st area off 7th and immediately saw not one but several groups of between 3 and 8 girls! Holy shit! Drove past them down to L Street and Holy Shit! again, they were all over the place! Between those two areas there must have been over 50 girls out. It was like the old days when they would yell and wave at the cars. Plus, they were all dressed in the traditional hooker outfits with huge high heeled boots thigh high with a top that only covered the top 3rd of the asses! Lots of open tops with tits all over the place and full slease makeup and hair. It was like an international smorgasbord with black, white, latino, and asian girls in equal numbers and none were less than a 6 with most at least 7 or 8. A few big booties that the brothers like, but lots of slender ones too.
I thought I was seeing things and went nuts!
Now, in equal numbers in the L street area were LE cruisers all over the p place, but there were so many girls moving all around that the LE was pretty ineffective. Additionally, there were a fair amount of guys cruising pretty aggressively whipping U Turns in the middle of the streets, pulling over and taking off that the whole scene was surreal like a sex rodeo. It was almost comical and resembled a sharke feeding frenzy.
I looked over the whole thing pretty well and decided that all I had to do was stay away from the circling cruisers who, by the way, never pulled anyone over and were pulling up and talking and joking with several of the girls. At first I thought that meant those girls were decoys, but then I would see the cruiser pull away to circle again and some guy would pull in right behind and the girl would jump in and off they'd go. I waited until the street area seemed pretty clear of LE and pretty soon a gorgeous little brunette came around the corner with two friends. I pulled up and they came over and merely asked which girl I wanted. Naturally I went with the young brunette! She was no more than 18 - 20 and really cute. We drove off, she asked if I was LE, I asked to see her body and she showed it all without hesitation.
I had decided to test the waters with only a BJ so I took her to a less lit and traveled area a few blocks away while telling her what I wanted that night. She said no problem. I asked how much, she played dumb and asked how much I was willing to part with. I told her 20, she said no, 40. That meant the price was 30 and within 5 seconds the price was agreed upon. Just got back from a late lunch walkthrough of the Block. I checked out the usual places and it ranged from dead to a morgue. I assume this is because of the rain today. I noticed someone reported that a Peaches was working at the Golden Nugget, and this was the case today. I did not indulge in her company since I was running late at the time but she seemed friendly. Is this the same girl that several people were reporting upon a year or two ago as a SW around the PP area? I was just wondering. The circus was dead and only one girl working and she just did not do it for me. The Jewel Box was the most active but I was not interested in those that were working there today. Seeemed to be a couple of new girls or at least girls I had not seen before. Wagon Wheel is near 895 and Eastern.
Fells Point has a few good strip clubs, but thier names escape me at the moment.
Block is on w Baltimore Avenue.
Pinetree spa (only slightly recommended) is on Eastern away from city.

Trying to familarize myself with the B-more area. Coming up from DC (or in my case, down from Philly), where is the PP area? Paterson Park? Any street in particular, or certain times? Any thoughts on the LE action would be great. This one SW you mentioned sounds interesting.

I'm a avid hobbyist and post from time to time in the Bronx NYC, Philly, and DC boards.

MSJ, Lucien, and others who have responded to posts seeking detailed additional information. Some of this you have to put in some time and legwork yourself rather than have golden nuggets of information simply handed to you. Why? Several reasons: 1) you may not be who you say you are and are seeking information that we'd all rather you not have, 2) Placing a novice in certain situations who does not have the experience and overall knowledge to properly use the information may be doing them more of a diservice as opposed to a favor. In other words, trying to keep you out of trouble and from fucking things up for the rest of us. Too many cooks spoil the broth, especially if some don't know what the fuck they're doing! 3) by putting in some time doing due diligence and having the patience to simply observe before trying, you gain valuable insight that will prevent problems for you and everyone else.

Having said all that, I don't want to seem like a total prick. Clearly there is some info that is totally harmless to impart to you. The girl's name, phone number, etc is not an example of that type of info so don't bother asking, especially not here.
For you newbies concerned with the risk of LE, you better be because the results of getting busted are real fucking unpleasant, especially if you have an old lady and kiddies, etc. Evaluate your own level of risk tolerance. If it's pretty low, then stay with the Block bar girls rubbing your dick or AMP's That's pretty safe really. Next try and escort. Most are pretty safe and only a little more $$ than an AMP and you get more advanced sex.
This is best done not in your own backyard when you are out of town on business, but if that won't work for you, either use and incall service or get a hotel room and get an outcall service. Or if feeling you want more than a rub in a Block bar, take a trip to the back room. Personally, I would be very reluctant to strip down and fuck in that situation, but have little hesitation to unzip for a BJ. Expensive, but a nice next step. Hitting the streets for an SW is a quantum leap in risk ( read my post on DC board ) and you better be well prepared before going there.

For those not familiar with Baltimore, you have a computer, right? Try using it for research as I did and do. Go to Mapquest for example and query Patterson Park or Baltimore and simply look. Then figure out how to get there. Hint: Baltimore Ave Hint: There ain't no signs when you arrive announcing "This is it! Hookerville"
Final hint: there is no "magic hooker street" where they all are nor a "magic time" when they all come out. You need to drive around a bit through the area at various times. DC is different. There they all come out pretty regular at 1am, all look just like classic hookers, and are all in the same place. Baltimore is way more subtle, the girls are not way obvous so you gotta look hard. Trust me, they're there.
I mean come on fellas, don't be lazy. I read a few posts mentioning Brooklyn. found out where it was, mapped how to get there, and simply went exploring. You need to do the same thing.

I would agree with Trashman's last post. You need to do a little scouting in the area and learn the area to begin to sample the SW scene. I sometimes just ride through at different times of the day and note who is out and what they look like. I usually do not pick up a girl I have not seen on the street before, fear of LE. I am sure I miss some good times but I feel safer that way. But you need to run a couple of scouting missions through the arae before you can do this. It should be noted that I have seen SW's at almost any time of the day and night in the Wilkens / Washington Blvd area. You just need to look. Stay away from schools at times the children are entering or exiting, this avoids a traffic jam and I find the SW's avoid the area also since the crossing guards are usually standing on the corners where the SW normally stand and I don't think they mix to well. This info is good for the Carey, Wsashington Blvd area. But you need to explore and your experiences may be very different than mine> I am just telling some examples of why you need to drive around a few times and take in the landscape. But be careful, The police ahve several area's they park at and I wouldn't ride by the same cop more than twice without him becoming suspicious. Not fun being stopped and asked what you are doing in this neighborhood. Overall I support Trashman's post that there is no majic hooker time or majic hooker street in Baltimore you need to look around.

Paland, I will take your remark as constructive criticism. I can be long winded.
For my money and time, I still say the Block is your best bet at least to start with. You can spend an awful lot of hours riding around only to strike out or have an LE presence problem that keeps youy from being successful.
What has worked well for me is to hit the Block at Midway. Prices are comparable with SW and a little safer. I've done well there myself but, like the street, it's hit or miss. If I see nothing there after a short stay, I move on in and out of a few bars, taking note of who's working and what the crowd as well as the mood seems like. I usually then take a spin down to the Park and cruise it a few turns. If I see nothing, I might spin over to Brooklyn or back to the Block and repeat it. Something always comes up. This way I feel like I am avoiding excessive presence in any one place that calls too much attention to me. Works for me anyway.

I did a recon of PP, Wash/Wilekns and Brooklyn in the early afternoon today. I have to say that all the LE comments here are dead on. You have to be friggin Rambo to get in and out without getting nailed.

I've been many places and there are LE cruising around but I saw something new today. I was on Pataspco south of Washington and got a phone call. I pulled into a store pkg lot to take the call without driving. I stopped in a space and there were punks in street clothes in the lot near me and a couple of morsels on the sidewalk. During the call I happened to look at the punks more closely to be sure they weren't going to mess with my fine ride and to my surprise they all had earpiece/microphones on and wired into their jackets. They were all freakin LE and were hovering over the obvious decoys on the sidewalk. Holy Crap!

I moved on into Brooklyn and saw some cuties. I also saw uniformed LE driving plain cars around Patapsco.

I am going to get my night vision goggles and some my James Bond watch and look later. Why couldn't my car have a cloaking device in it....

Did some laps of PP, Wilkins and down to Brooklyn. Man were there some gems out tonight. Only problem was I was always the second guy to pull up. How frustrating. The signal lights are messed up here! I guess they do not run on sensors of any type, they just sit green in the opposite direction for 5 mins while no cross traffic is coming. Forget the hobby, but the end of the night I was about to run a red out of principal and taking back the life stolen by 30 or so signal lights.

I think they should trim the LE budget and invest in some signal sensors.

Nice view though, you locals are lucky....

Yesterday afternoon I was going south on Greenmount from 33rd. Sure did see alot of "looks like sw" on Greenmount. Didn't take the time to observe if there was any street action but am curious.

I was on my way over to PP which I have never been to before. Cruised around once, say what looked like 3 on northeast area and one on west side. I stopped for 5 minutes then started around again. The 3 were gone on Baltimore and didn't see anybody else. Then I say LE parked in the park off Baltimore. That kind of explains things. Then I saw two more LE cars cruizing around the park.

I moved on to the Block. Went into 5 or 6 places. Didn't see any action outside which is where I usually concentrate. It was around 4 PM so maybe a little early. Did my window shopping (checking out all that young stuff) then got in my car and drove back to Pennsylvania.

Some hints on PP would be appreciated. Do they walk/sit on the park side of street, opposite side or both. And other things to watch for.

you need to speak to WillieWonka or Trashman...they are more experienced than most at this. But here is my response -
If you establish a relationship in the club with a lady(s) and allow the club and girl to make some money the first time, the lady(s) may be inclined to consider exchanging #s with you. There a many ladies who work days (and nights) who would prefer to get a certain X amount of dollars rather than work a full shift where it is hit or miss financially. Others would definetly go out after the night shift if the money is right....or if they like you too.
It is hit or miss. Not sure I would rent a room in anticipation of hitting though chances are good if your standards are low.

From experience I have found that about 50% or more of the club girls on average are up for either after or before hours action. Day shift a little less on spur of the moment rendevous because so many have kiddies to go home to but they are often up for another day when they can pre-arrange it. However, many times, they will pull a no show on you on this type arrangement.

I have found that the night shift girls are more apt to be up for a spontaneous after hours session. Less likely to have to go home for kiddie care at 2am. Clix is right in that you do risk not geting any and beng stuck with a hotel room if you get it before hand, but I prefer to get the room before hand so it's out of the way and won't take extra time later. Mind you, I live in the DC area so that's a long drive home at 3 or 4 am half in the bag. If the old lady is in town, I definitely ain't comin' home at 4am reeking of booze, cigarettes, and hooker pussy! Therefore, I am definitely going to stay out in a hotel anyway on a "business trip" That way I get there when I want, find a hotel I want at a price I want to pay and have a chance to relax before hunting. I also don't like to hunt for a place at 2am. Nor do I like to go to the girl's suggested place although I have not as yet had a problem with it, it's more risky. Personally, I think that once you're set with a place and you have no problem with parting with 100 - 200 you have a very good chance of scoring no problem with a decent girl. Now, if you wait until 2am and you miss on the score on the Block, you may be sleeping alone unless you get lucky SW cruising. From my experience, there are much fewer SW's that I want to take to a hotel VS a quick BJ than on the Block, but there are some no question, just harder to find.
You are better off therefore to hit the Block at 6 or 7pm and try for a day shift girl who gets off at 8. Ten if you miss, you've got the night shift to work on. You can always go back to your room and catch a cat nap in between so you don't run out of steam.
Clix is also right in mentioning that if you establish a relationship by spending time ( money ) with the girl of your choice that she is more likely to go with you. However, I prefer to be pretty up front and tell the girl upon her first approach what I am looking for so I quickly weed out the ones that won't participate in playtime. Then I am willing to spend a couple bucks on her to chat and set up the "date". Once you've spent some time on the Block and a few bucks and been out with a few of the ladies, your reputation for being OK and not an asshole will spread and you will encounter less resistance. Make friends with the bartenders as they can be influential both positively as well as negatively.
Being cheap with these folks will get you your dick in your hand at the end of the night while spending a little will get you laid.

Hi - long time lurker here, echo bigjohnho's thanks regarding the many contributors here. This post is kinda long.

First, to contribute re: the Block. Experience relatively limited (2 yrs now) but agree with TrashMan and clix's comments. I've only had 1 pre-arranged date work out (and >5 be no shows), but have had several girls give valid phone #'s and - this may not be everyone's piece of cake - I've given my cell # to several and gotten calls within a week setting up a quickie.

Fees are still $1/2 to $$1/2 but you do save paying the bar's $$ fee to get into the back room. A typical night (for me) setting up a date with a new girl would involve 1-2 $20 drinks up front and a lap dance ($50-$90, with tip, depending) to get all of the particulars straightened out. Of course, you don't want the bartenders to see you exchanging phone #s, and if you do an after-hours thing you don't want the bouncers seeing you pick up (or drop off) the girl. Beware the occasional girl who will lead you on in hopes of squeezing more time (i.e., drinks and tips) out of you that night in the bar. As always, once you become a familiar face things get easier. Try the Jewel Box, Pussycat, and the Harem. I haven't had any luck at the Oasis or Tiffany's in coaxing a woman out, although there are some fantastic looking women at both places for lap dances.

Second, to vent (sort of). I'm very new to the SW scene and last night (around 12mn) made my 7th trip out (from advice here I drive around the Wilkens/Patapsco and then the PP areas for about 1-2 hours - and then give up and go to the Block). I've gone in the afternoon and at various evening hours, weekdays and weekends; last night was the latest I've tried. I must be doing this wrong. Two basic questions for the old hands here:

1) are you guys cruising the side streets as well to find them? I've stuck to the main streets, but there aren't very many women around on Patapsco, Wilkens, or the PP perimeter, and most seem to be going somewhere. For that matter there doesn't seem to be that many women on the side streets, either. From earlier posts it sounds like it's always hit or miss - but nothing on 7 outings, over a 4 week period? and that leads to ...

2) how do you "spot" a SW? Basic question I know, but I don't want to pull up to a woman and offend her, causing her to call her local Congressman and LE, making things worse for everyone. In the above mentioned areas so far I've spotted 6 or 7 black women standing near a corner suspiciously (late evening, cold out, no bus stop nearby). But the only caucasian candidate so far has been a cute blond girl I happened to drive by and saw her and her boyfriend banging on the closed gate of a pawn shop on Patapsco early one Sat evening - on my way circling back (after driving past some LE with flashing lights at the McD's farther east ) she was sitting on a stoop at the corner of 4th & Patapsco. I circled around ten minutes later and she was still there, but now with her boyfriend, so I kept driving. On my final pass through the area she was still there, now alone, but by the time I turned around to her side of the street she was gone. If I hadn't seen her trying to get in the pawn shop, though, I wouldn't have suspected her as a SW, only as a cute girl waiting for a friend. How do you guys do it? Or do you mainly chance it, with some non-provocative opening line like "do you need a lift?"

Hello All, frequent reader and infrequent poster here. Relatively new to the sw scene, I had a learning experience about two weeks ago in the PP area I thought might be of interest to the group. While cruising on a Sunday night around 8pm, after dodging LE and not stopping for some real dogs, I ran across an average, leaning toward attractive lady of about 30 years by the church on the road that crosses North PP at the northern corner of the Park. (Baltimore?) She wore a rainbow striped shirt and a tight pair of Levis, and had big tits and a nice ass. I made eye contact and pulled over, she jumped right in and we took off. They didn't believe me, so they had a look for themselves. Mind you my pants are still around my ankles at this point. Anyway, once they were convinced I didn't have anything else on me they told me to get the fuck out of there and never come back. For some reason they didn't take my keys, and thank God I was able to pull up pants and exit stage left in about 10 seconds. I hit the alley running and was in my car and out of there within a minute. So, there it is, total story. I guess this a pretty basic con, spider lures in fly, only to have extra spiders waiting at the web to help devour the prey. Anyway, I haven't been out since and am not sure if I will resume this hobby, which I had previously enjoyed as a cheap thrill in the city. The lessons I think I learned was to stay in control and trust my judgment with these sw's. These aren't like the other girls who you try to score with by any means neccesary, you know, the give and take and slings and arrows of unprofessional sex. No, these are girls who dwell on society's underbelly with cretins like the two who muscled in on me. Take care out there, everyone. Karl, your story really pisses me off. I had that happen to me in Oklahoma City many years ago. I think it was 1979. I believe in revenge and two days later I got it. You see, these ****** can't remember you from day one. I picked the ***** up and she was in my car before she realized who I was. I drove her ass about 20 miles from town and gave her an ultimatum. She had a choice of riding or jumping out at 50 MPH. Either I would make her face so ugly she would never get another date, or pay up. I took all she had and left her with a warning that I had better not see her face on the street again. She had a long walk back to town. I lost about $200 on the night she and one of her friends took me. I guess I should have beat myself to a pulp for my own stupidity. Never drop your pants for a BJ. They will pick your pockets every time. I'm glad you shared this with us. I know it took swallowing your pride. But that is what this site is for. Sorry to hear about the ripoff. Said it before, and I'll say it again, folks: always be prepared to walk away from a situation the moment you are uncomfortable with *anything*, even if you can't quite put your finger on it.
I've done numerous SW's at a place of their choosing, including a couple of the nasty townhouses off PP. Haven't had any incidents like the one described, but have walked away from a couple of situations that didn't seem right. Admittedly, I've used SWs in that area specifically to get pain (yeah, I'm into that sometimes), so I don't know how that affects my experience.
Never walk into a place without knowing at least two ways to get out. Wear clothing that allows good mobility, but provides some protection. Sweatpants, longsleeve windbreaker w zipper pockets, running shoes are my fav. Don't carry overt weapons, but carrying "dual-use" stuff can be helpful. A roll of quarters, mini-mag lite on the keychain, etc., can be used very effectively in a "situation" without getting you in trouble with LE during a routine stop.
If I run into Julie, I'll make sure I give her some kisses for you.

Being an athlete or a good fighter really doesn't matter in this league. I can hold my own I know for a fact, but truth be told I'd be off like moist panties into the night instead. Unfortunately, there may be a few times where you have to fight, but I'd say that's rare providing you assess where you are, where you're going (bad idea to go to their choice) and what the area is like. Knock on wood, but I haven't been ripped off that bad. Sure a twenty here or there, but that's piddley shit. There was this douchebag from a week back, had me driving all over in the early AM. Then to top it off she went to a crack house. Stupid me carted her ass which I usually never do. She got out, left her pocketbook and I took off. I now have her address book with #'s etc. in it. I had a similar experience about 10 days ago. Same girl. Same pickup spot. Similar M.O. She took me to the same dilapidated apartment. She called herself "Angie." We went into the apartment through a rear alley, and she held my hand as we walked. I asked her again if she was alone and she said she was, but when we got in the apartment there was a young man there. I told her I didn't like this setup and she made an excuse and growled something to the guy and he promptly left. I was nervous at this point, wondering who else was in the apartment, but I figured I could still walk out if things went downhill. We went upstairs to her room and she had me relax while she insisted on taking off my shoes and pulling down my trousers as I lay on the bed. She was a good sales lady and spent a few minutes making me comfortable. She began her blow job but after a minute she began coughing and excused herself. I thought she had gone to the bathroom, but something was wrong because I didn't hear any activity in the house. I dressed quickly and looked for her. She had my credit cards and ATM card (I remembered that last year I had written my then-new PIN number on a loose piece of paper in my wallet and it might still be there. I didn't know how clever this girl was, but so far she was proving much more clever than I.), and this was crack cocaine country where an ATM card and a PIN could result in the loss of several hundred more dollars. Bad situation, getting potentially worse.

I saw some flashing lights in the next block so I walked up there and found two police cars. They had apprehended some suspects in a vehicle. I told them I needed to talk with a police officer. They told me they were busy but to call 911.

I went back to my vehicle and retrieved my cell phone (at least she hadn't taken that). Called the dispatcher and within about 10 minutes an officer arrived. My brain went into overdrive. I was reading this officer's face and body language, trying to figure out how to play it. I wanted his help and I didn't want to go to jail.

He asked me quietly what had happened. I got a sense he was an honest cop and I just laid it out to him as it happened. I confessed that I was guilty of a crime but I was also the victim of a worse one. I hadn't done anything to hurt the woman, who I knew was a prostitute. I had been polite to her and I didn't deserve what she had done to me, which at that point was to potentially ruin my week, if not my life.

I took the officer to the apartment and he had me wait at the door while he questioned the second man. I knew the guy wasn't going to give up any more information than he already had to me. But at least this crime would be reported and I was willing to take my medicine if it would help avoid another robbery (and potentially a murder - I could have killed Angie at that point). The officer thanked me and gave me a record of the report and told me he would contact me if they ever found my wallet. He said I could use the record if I was stopped by an officer and asked for my drivers license.

I will say this: I was very impressed with this Baltimore police officer - he tried to be helpful. He could have arrested me for soliciting a prostitute (to which I had to confess in order to honestly report the crime). Or he could have at least read me the riot act. He did neither. All right - I had encountered one decent person in Baltimore this evening.

But still fucked. No money. No credit cards. Missing ATM card and possible PIN number leak. I unpacked my laptop and plugged it in. Retrieved the phone numbers to report my missing credit and ATM cards and cancelled the credit cards. Discovered out that one had been used for unauthorized telephone charges within the last hour. The ATM card hadn't been used, so I figured I was good there but decided to cancel it anyway just to be safe.

Feeling a little better, but still the problem. How to get home? I waited there, parked in the street, thinking. No point burning gas uselessly. Maybe Angie, or someone familiar with her, would show and I could get some information about my wallet. An hour elapsed. I was kind of dozing off. I looked up and two men were walking up the street, approaching my vehicle. I recognized one of them as the young man who I had first encountered in Angie's apartment. He was holding something in his hand. He recognized me from the apartment, but he didn't run. With a buddy for backup he didn't need to.

He approached my car window and said, "She's around the corner, third house on the right. You know what she did to you, right?"

I said, "Yes. She stole my wallet with credit cards, cash, and drivers license."

He said, "She's a *****. Somebody's going to kill her someday." At that point he reached out and handed me my wallet, minus the cash. I thanked him. He repeated himself, "She's around the corner. It's a crack house. I can show you where."

I told him that I never wanted to see Angie again. I didn't trust myself to confront her nonviolently and I didn't need the consequences.

I called my bank again and told them I had found my missing wallet. They agreed to reinstate my ATM card and PIN when I explained that I needed money to get home. I fired up the car, found an ATM machine, and got the hell out of Baltimore.

I had a girl try to rip me off once. She claimed that she couldn't find the money that I gave her. She had us park near her "Pimp" who was supposed to be the look out for the LE. I drug him about a half a block up the street before he finally let go and rolled to the curb. (I doubt he had any toes left in his shoes). I pulled the door shut and kept going. I watched in the rear-view mirror all the way home. That happened right on 14th street in DC, when 14th street was the place to go. I later found the money that the hooker was looking for. It had fallen out of her pocket. I ended up with more money that the pimp got from me.

I have read many of these recent posts and can only say the following. I think we've all had some negative experience some worse than others, but airing this info here is a really good example of the value of this forum in that you can learn from others mistakes as well as hear some horror stories so that you pay attention and understand that this is no easy game and can have really serious consequences if played poorly.
I have heard it before the wisdom of learning to think with your big head and not your little one and all these stories are good examples of thinking with the wrong head. I still say never go to the girls place or even her suggestion of a place, it's too risky. Let's face it, you're often a little or a lot under the influence and horny so you are not going to be the sharpest tack in the box anyway. Don't add to it by placing yourself in a bad location. Don't add to it by forgetting the basic rules of engagement which always include preventing access to your wallet or cell phone and carry sufficient money to take care of business and that's it. Never deviate from those rules and you'll be OK. Those of us who do usually get away with it, but one day our luck will run out.

Glad to hear that in the end nobody here got their ass kicked or worse. It's important to heed the wisdom expressed in this forum by those who have gone before you and take it slow one step at a time and as I have heard here, if it feels uncomfortable...leave!

I always have a back up plan in terms of getting laid whether it's back to a back room at the Block or to an AMP or even my right hand. That way, your thinking in a questionable situation will be clearer and you'll be more prepared to walk.

To a couple guys who asked about how to have better success ratio at SW pickup, I can tell you that it does take some practice cruising to learn to spot them, to quickly decide if they are what you want and to pull over quickly before another horny guy does.
Just pull over with the passenger window down and keep your mouth shut. If she's working and she thinks it's safe, she will approach you, trust me. Get a quick look at her to decide if you want to go through with it and tell her to get in nothing else if she hasn't already hopped in. Then drive off with all senses on alert and get out of that area, again letting her do the talking.
Find a place of your choosing and take care of business. Never drop trouser in the car! You're too vulnerable and take the keys out of the ignition and out of her reach. By this time hopefully you've sized her up a bit and have determined that she just wants a few bucks for a service. If it don't feel right, don't do it. Give her 20 and kick her ass out fast and split.

Traveler, while I admire your sense of justice and tenacity, ask yourself just what you would have done if she had opted to stick a knife in your ribs at 50MPH? Trying to drive and fend off an attack can be pretty difficult. A WHOLE lot of these girls, especially the rip off artists are armed in some way, usually a knife or straight razor that they are adept at using. My position is that a rip off is simply to be viewed as a cost of doing business. Spread the word on a rip off girl by all means and then forget her.

While in Phoenix I was cash and dashed and when I tried to prevent her from leaving and wanted my money back it took less than 5 seconds for a pounding on the door of the hotel to alert me that she was well protected and I would get my ass kicked if not worse so I immediately backed off and had no further problem.

Paranoia is a healthy thing to have a little of, but let's not get freaked out by any means and stop having fun hunting!

Greetings everyone,

Been mostly lurking for last couple of months since I came back from a month in Southeast Asia. Board seemed kind of dead for a while but has picked up lately so I thought I'd add my two cents, for what it's worth.

First of all, my compliments on some great posts about protecting your butt out there. SW hunting can be very rewarding and I am personally addicted to it, but you really have to be careful because you can get yourself into some really deep shit if you are not. I have been playing the SW game and doing the Block scene for almost 15 years and I have been very lucky in that I have never gotten myself into any serious scrapes, either with LE or with providers - Had a few close calls though but I learned from my mistakes. At the risk of sounding repetitive, here are some rules that I personally live by:

1. Trust your instincts - as has been said over and over, if it doesn't feel right, it probably isn't so move on.

2. Never do any negotiating until the girl is in your car and when she is, let her bring up the topic. I usually avoid talking about it altogether unless she flat out says what she is willing to do and for how much. If they are legit SW's and not LE they will almost always volunteer the information. When a girl gets in to my car, I simply say how you doin' and where are we going - that's it - I let her do the rest of the talking.

3. Before you set out on your adventure, hide anything you have that you would not want to have stolen - wallet, extra money, etc. I usually put all that stuff into my glove compartment or trunk and lock it up.

4. Always carry an extra set of keys and hide them where they won't be found but you have easy access to them. I have keyless entry in my car so that if my keys get ripped off, I can still get into the car (assuming it hasn't been stolen as well) and retrieve the set of keys I've hidden in there.

5. Never allow an SW to remain alone in your car, such as when you go to an ATM because you realize you don't have enough cash.

6. Never, ever pay up front. There are plenty of providers out there who won't insist on it so if I pick up one who does, I politely just drop her off. On the other hand, if the service was real good, I am quick to throw in a little "bonus". No harm in being nice to them if you can get a good one to want to service you again and give you her phone number, address, etc.

7. If at all possible, don't do the deed in the car. It's way too risky with all the LE around. I once picked up an SW on Washington St. near Carey and went to her favorite parking spot only to notice an LE car directly behind me just as we were about to park. I kept my cool and just moved on and it must have been my lucky day because they didn't stop me but it was definitely not an experience I am anxious to relive.

8. Much has been said about not going to "her" place and I have to somewhat disagree. I agree with not going to "her" place if she brings it up and suggests we go there. However, the way I play it is I tell her I am very nervous about doing anything in the car and does she have a place to go to, then I watch her reaction. If she hesitates a bit but then tells you that there is one place but it will cost you $10.00 and it's not really very comfortable, she's probably OK because she's not leading you to go there. I've always been lucky that way and have made many contacts through some of these "houses" that I was able to use later on. Still a certain amount of risk though, not the least of which is LE raiding the place while you are in there. Best thing to do is go to a short time hotel and get it done there - a little more costly but worth the added safety but make sure YOU pick the hotel.

I once picked up a provider in the Midway bar on the block and she took me to her room at some hotel on North Ave. (I think). Once in the room we started with the preliminaries and all of a sudden there is this loud knock on the door and a supposedly really pissed off husband trying to get in. I hastily got dressed and my thought was to open the door and quickly run out pushing him out of the way if I needed to. Didn't work! the guy had about 1 foot of height and 100 lbs on me and his body took up most of the doorway. Well that's enough for suggestions! Since my trip. I have been hunting a couple of times and had some luck. Picked up a real cutie named Jessica on Washington St.,not far from S. I usually do not use the back rooms in the Block bars because I hate giving the bars the money but the little head was doing all the thinking that day and I succumbed to the temptation. I am happy to report that I was more than satisfied with the outcome and will definitely try to see more of Kelly.

I only mentioned it as a precaution to other guys, not a criticism of you. Whatever tactics you want to employ are your business, but in my humble opinion, I would not have gone to that length. I do completely agree with the guy who called the cops in Baltimore because that situation will only keep repeating itself otherwise with perhaps less positive outcome next time for some guy. Let's face it, the cops only really bother to enforce those laws when the victimless crime starts to become a victim crime either for the SW or for the john. If all is quiet and nobody raises hell or starts fights or robs and mugs anybody, the cops would leave all of it alone. They come into play when things get hairy

I always thought the Mid-way and Circus Bar only had SWs but didn't know they had a backroom as well. If so, can anyone fill me into the price the house takes to go into the backroom and what are the rates the girls are willing to do certain deeds. I thought only flamingo had a live backroom now and days.

The Midway does not have a backroom. That is just a regular bar that is often used for meeting your dates, etc. Most of the other bars on the Block still have back rooms or something they refer to a such.

Many of them don't make that obvious because they need to know they can trust you before propositioning you with the use of those facilities. I have been going to the Block for many years and so am a familiar enough face that I don't have any problems with getting to use the "back rooms". The downside to using these rooms is the price. Most bars average anywhere from $150.00 to $200.00 just to let you use the room. That buys your companion a large drink. After what you pay the bar, you still have to pay the girl her tip for whatever services you negotiate. At least, that is more negotiable but you can still count on dropping around $300.00 total (Think about how many SW's you can buy for that amount). Bartenders will usually help themselves to a minimum $20.00 tip and add the tax so your $200.00 drink quickly becomes a $250.00 bill. That is the reason why I seldom use the back rooms in the Block bars. You're better off buying a potential companion a couple of $20.00 drinks and see if she'll give you her phone number or meet you after work. Doesn't always pan out but when it does it can be very rewarding. Over the years, I have developed several long term relationships with Block girls whom I met this way. They're all gone now but when it was good, it was really good. The Block, in general, is nowhere near as good now as it once was but fun can still be had.

I have found that pricing structure these days reflect the downturn in the economy in that most places are significantly less than previously for back room action. When I was newer to the Block, I was quoted numbers like in your recent post. As I became a familiar fixture and earned some trust, the numbers dropped.
These days I find a bar cost of 60 - 75 and FS at 100 or less. So the price is about the same as a FS AMP experience. BBBJ is 50 - 60. I also am not required to buy the girls the obligatory back room drink that you mentioned so it supports your theory that being known has it's benefits.
Most of the girls willing to have after hours fun can be had for 100 - 200 depending on the girl and what you want to do but 200 generally gets you first class hottie for several hours, BBBJ and greek.

I have also been able to get FS and BBBJ at the Block bars for the rates you quoted ($60 to $75 to the bar) plus girl's tip but that did not involve a trip to the back room. The girls would do it right there at the bar, in the back where it's more private. I've never been able to get the back or downstairs rooms for anything less than $110 to the bar. How much luck one has seems to depend mostly on the bartender on duty, whether he or she knows you and often, what kind of mood he or she is in. Over the years, I've had the best luck overall at the Jewel Box, The Plaza and the Flamingo. The Pink Slipper was also pretty good at times.

I'm a newbie also, but not new to the "hobby" I've been picking up SWs for about 12 yrs. I've been lurking on these boards for years also. I've read post where people drop between $100-$500! FOR A PIECE OF ASS! ....well each to thier own if they can afford it. Me personally I've only spent $100 on Victory Blvd outside of Ft. Benning GA. and other than that never over $40 and thats when rt40 (Drake and Marylander) was the red light district.

Some places I haven't seen mentioned. But are frequented by the crackhead variety SW. 25th st between Greenmont and North Ave.

And in Dundalk on Hollabird and Dundalk Ave. I usually just drive a circut around the Capitol hieghts area. There is a strong presence of LE in the Dundalk area but they don't seem to pressed on comeing down on SW action.

these "used" to be target rich enviroments, I've been away for a few years (like when old eastern ave in Essex had a SW every 10 yards 24/7) but they still have the occasional girl. $20 will get you half and half, BBBJ and some ass. also, my buddy completed a semi-successful recon mission as previously mentioned. the report is as follows:

crooklyn early PM: nada
ppark early PM: nada
the block: overall a good night...

flamingo: average size crowd and the girls were almost always sitting with customers. a couple of cuties in the mix and my buddy was able to obtain contact info for his girl of choice. btw, he tested the digits today and sure enough it is legit. a date is set up for tomorrow. (it is a miracle if these girls ever have a working phone, and a double-miracle if they actually answer and follow up with the plan... this one looks like a keeper).

pcat and chey joey: both clubs were pretty weak in the looks department. did not stay.

most other clubs got a peek but none really worth the time.

i will finish the report with what i will call "best quotes of the night":

1/ one dancer who was denied a drink replied with "would you like to give me a dollar before i walk away". whatever happened to the good old "tip for my dance" or "tip for the juke box" routine???

As far as the potential of a Korean strip club on Pulaski Highway, let me pass on the little that I know or suspect.

Not too long ago I had dinner at the resaurant across the street from JK's; I don't remember the exact address but it was a brick & white siding one story building with korean letters on the front.

We had heard that it was a new korean restaurant. When we went, we arrived late afternoon/early evening and the place was empty; the help acted surprised to see us. They found some menus, served us some unremarkable food and then we left.

The odd thing was, the whole time people were busy setting the place up to look like a club; they were making a makeshift area that looked like a stage, hanging disco balls, placing colored lights and setting up a sound system. We were wondering if they might have been setting up for a private party but it looked much more like a night club than a party or reception; there was nothing happening in the kitchen and no decoration to signify any event.

Now I hear all of this on the board. I think I'll take a look this weekend and see what I can see. Can't hurt to peek...

Just wanted to drop a note to let you know how the scene is doing. I just finished up from a tour of Patterson Park, around to Conkling and then a pass through Falls Road in Hampden.

Baltimore is dead tonight. Nothing out there. Nada.

On a previous topic, the incidents with the girl in front of the church sound horrendous. Being taken is something that I have always worried about. My personal thought is that it was too bad you didn't run that SOB over. If it was me, I might I have stopped, backed-up and drove over the guy.

Like the others have said, remember to get out the moment you are uncomfortable and don't be afraid to tell the girl flat out that where she wants to go makes you uncomfortable and is unacceptable. If she insists, you can just stop and kick her out. I've had a few times that I just felt wrong about the places the girl wanted to go - strange areas, alleyways or apartments. I'm a paranoid shopper and I expect any location that the girl recommends to hide an accomplice waiting for me to recline and close my eyes as things get going.

I remember one girl who tried to insist on her locations but I held my ground and drove to where I wanted to go - right in front of the church on Conkling. Definitely not the most secluded place but definitely a place where she did not have someone waiting. Also, I've found that some of the most open places are the easiest to hide in. I won't say that for 75% of the time but that time worked out just right.

Been lurking for a while, and while I have never partaken, I have lately been extremely curious about SW, and have taken to paying more attention when I pass through an area where I have read they are.
The one thing I have noticed about Baltimore is, that in the areas I look, the SW don't seem to walk. They just stand there. They give you enough eye contact though to let you know they are working though...but sometimes that is not enough to convince me. For example, tonight I was driving in Hamden and saw a VERY cute, VERY young woman (girl?) walking along. But she gave me a lot of eye contact and even turned her head to look back as I drove by and maintained the eye contact. But she had a red backpack for crying out loud...she could not have been more than 18...and maybe as young as 16...I am just not sure she was working. I have also noticed a young (about 19-20) blonde in Hamden, but she is always standing with a young guy. Always lotsa eye contact, and seen her out there twice, including Thanksgiving, but always with the guy. Also, the young kids seem to hang out on the Avenue, and I cannot tell if the girls are just hanging out or are SW. Well just thought I would add my observations. Anyone care to comment?

hey, I checked out that place across from JKs. well I tried to check it out anyhow, place seems to be a legit business, a place called oppa. it's the only other place around there I could see as a possibity, unless it's one of the motels ... I ride by there every day and don't see any different cars. of course the people may park back in the trailer park behind it.

anyhow I tried to get into the bar of the establishment and it was locked, walked aruond to the liquor store in front and asked one of the two oriental gentlemen how do I get into the bar. I was told they are only open thurs, fri and sat nights till the kitchen is redone.

It is a resturant at from entrance and to the right there is n entrance that i9goes down a flight of stairs to a bar that basically caters to an oriental crowd. For those old guys (like me) that building used to houyse the Four Seasons a middle to upper middle class bar and restaurant in the early 80's. Was passing thru Essex/Middle River last might,
