I thought maybe I was the only one not finding anything out on the street. I guess it is just way to f'ing cold out there. Last week I found Stacey...very nice girl...maybe a 5 or 6 in looks...I would give her a 8 or 9 in overall performance and attitude. I have seen her twice now...I think the first time she may have given another name but this time she was going on and on about her kids and her name seemed to slim out during conversation. Like it really matters, just not sure if anyone else has seen her and she's just given a different name. Went to my usual spot and got down to it...the second time was so much more comfortable for both of us and she even gave BBBJCIM which last time ended in a napkin not mouth. That was a plus...but like I said...very friendly. Haven't seen her out lately...probably too cold. I usually see her around Wilkens and Payson or Pulaski.

I think Trashman is talking just that - Trash. His plan is a bit off the wall - I would let bygones be bygones - nothing good could come of trying to screw the girl over, and a lot of bad could. Even though she's a girl, she's out on the streets quite a bit, and has lots of thuggish friends - not someone you really want to mess with.

When in doubt, usually I'll park some distance ahead of where the girl is walking (half a block or so), and wait for her to walk by. If she is working, she'll understand what you'r doing, and make it clear. If she's not working, she'll walk right by. Most of the time, you'll find, they are working.

Did some trolling and ended up with a double header today. Patapsco and Brooklyn was dead, with only one possible (skanky) provider snatched up before I could circle around--no loss. Went to W&W and snagged Pam (same woman you described earlier Dirk) near the RR bridge by Carey, who gave decent BBBJ for .15 Benjis. Seemed to be buzzing a bit from whatever she took, but was still OK. Found Theresa again shortly thereafter. Did decent .5/.5 w/cover for .3 Benjis. She seemed a little distracted and down--not normal for her. After a little prying, she told me her roomate had been thrown in the slammer, and she had to leave her place. Whatever! Also seemed to be buzzing a bit.
An OK day, but it's probably time to start looking for new prospects. Any more buzzing around me during my fun and I'll be carrying a can of Raid!
Most bizarre thing seen during the day was a woman on Fairhaven, 40-ish, nicely dressed, dragging a large, outdoor plastic trash can loaded with black plastic bags behind her on the sidewalk. Initially looked like she was just taking it to the street for pickup. Later on, she had progressed around the corner down Patapsco to where the commercial district starts. May have been an eviction, but really looked like something for a psychoanalyst.
Later in the day (3:30PM ish), I stopped by the shopping center at Rt 1 & Rt 103 in Elkridge for some errands. As I was turning onto Rt 1, some nice lookng SW dressed in black was walking north--right in front of my car--as she left the Hillside Motel. Gave me a nice wink and smile as she passed by. Too bad I wasn't alone in the car at the time (damn!). I could have turned a ride back to the hunting grounds into a great time. So who's going to take credit for fullfing the motto's third F on this one? ;-)

Just for the record...I didn't say that LE was on foot in Curtis Bay. But since there is so much foot traffic in a residential neighborhood with little LE to be found, I just guessed that it is possible. I can't imagine that neighbors aren't complaining. But I may be waaaay off base.
My friend in Hampden who was complaining about the "traffic" in her neighborhood finally is satisfied since she rarely sees SWs anymore. Good for her. Not good for us.

Found Regina a couple of nights ago on Monroe, just S. of Wilkins. Prob late 20's early 30's, short blonde hair, and small. SW scale, a 7. Initially only looking for a quick blow 'n go, but half way through revisited the menu. She was pretty easy going and accomadating. Went back to her place for a few. Was short lived since I has half way there, from the start. Paid 2 jacksons all together, and tipped another 7 washingtons. Out and about over last weekend, saw the same old skanks in Brooklyn and Curtis Bay. I remember Leslie from a long time ago when she first started out (used to sell food stamps for cash) also claimed to dance at the block. She has went down hill since then because of the drugs and the life style. Been with her 4 or 5 times but service was about a 5 and wanted more cash to finish. Dont get to wilkins much, but do know Shirly from monroe - good service and very easy to deal with.

I was out last night doing the WW loop. There was plenty of action. I went to my usual spot on Carey. Michelle was not available for what ever reason(maybe her period was on). She offered me her older more chubby sister(Melanie). I went for it because because law enforcement all of a sudden became really heavy.
Melanie is a 25 years old and has a child Anyway I went upstairs and we did the usual deed for 25 pesos. They are both on the horse I guess(I saw a syringe, box cutter, and metal sponge in the bedroom). Melanie was not that attractive and she had a that horrible hooker pussy smell from all those condoms. She also had hairy legs from the knee down. She looked like some kind of freak show. It was very unsightly. She had bad acne. I don't know how I was able to finish. She moaned a lot and seemed to enjoy it. She was faking though, but it help me to make it to that point. I would not see her again.
Her sister(Michelle) is more lean, has a nicer body, and is only 20. I think their entire family is on the horse.
While I was going throught the loop. I saw UCLE harrass a WSW on Carey. UCLE was a black woman and white guy. They were driving a dark color dodge stratus. Watch out. LE seemed very active starting at 11pm. Maybe the new shift had just started. Be safe out there.

That's right Karl, I am a bad motherfucker...sometimes. It simply depends on the details. I was trying to make a point and clearly the sleuth didn't get it.
Whether you take action and become a bad motherfucker depends entirely on the degree to which you were wronged in your first encounter with this cheesebag. If you simply got the shit scared out of you and lost $50 bucks, then you let it alone and chalk it up to experience. If on the other hand, you got your ass kicked and lost your entire wallet plus several hundred dollars, that's a different matter. I have a really long fuckin' memory. While I wouldn't have then gone looking for her to extract revenge, if I ran across her as you did and I was severely wronged, I would do exactly as I said. Paybacks are a ***** and these maggots view us as worm bait, trust me. They couldn't give a shit less for any of us. Turn about is fair play. Note once again that I was strong in my post NOT advocating violence in any way. The payback is so much sweeter without it. Mind you, you have to be a careful and smooth motherfucker to pull it off, not a bad motherfucker.
The reason I sort of spanked you you a bit was that the image of you locking the car doors and flipping her the bird and thinking that upset her and somehow paid her back made me laugh so hard I almost pissed myself.
Sleuth, the right action in that case is to do exactly what you said and forget about it. In that case, you see a girl who you remember was bad in some way, you simply ignore her as you would any other undesirable SW. To dowhat he did came off to me IMHO as petty bullshit.
With cold weather I got board and decided to take a tour Washington blvd, Carey, Monroe, Fulton & Wilkens. Intresting enough when i started at around 6:30 it was totally dead. Saw Heather, actually both Heathers corner Wilkens and Payson. Passed as both look on rough side now. This was about 7:45. Went on to Dunkin Donuts on Wilkens fo coffee. Melisa was out at Milington and waved. She has always been pretty good so i picked her up. Gave up $30.00 for 1/2 & 1/2. On my way to drop her off around nine, seems like alot of the girls were coming out . I guess they waited till last minute to get well money. Did see young blonde girl on Carey street. Wanted me to get her well. I remember her from few months ago. She is a coke girl, rushes & gets alittle geekie. Very pretty though. Good luck and happy hunting, didn't see Jenn on wilkens tonight.

I would agree that in most cases, the best response is to just ignore the SW unless she got you for a good deal of moneyor beat the **** out of you. I have been ripped off a couple of times. I think that goes with the scene to lose 20 bucks here or there. The worst case was about 4-5 years ago I picked up this blonde with short hair. She wanted to do it while I was driving down Washington. I said OK. I came once but she wanted to continue, I was new at this at the time. Anyway we stopped at the light at Monroe and I saw she was trying to get cash from my wallet. She jumped out of the car, but I was able to grab the bills from her hand. She had three 1 dollar bills. She ran. Since then I see this SW walking up and down the loop all the time. For the attempt to take $3 she lost me as a customer, and probably hundreds of dollars over the years. That is payback enough for me, I see her all the time and just ride by, and I'm sure she wouldn't remember me from Adam. I've talked with a couple of the chattier SW's a couple of years ago and they all say she has the rep as a rip off. Another lesson I learned early on 5-6 years ago was not give a SW money and then let her out of the car, don't let her see if it is cool at the house, don't let her cop, don't give her money and let her out of the car. She will be gone. especially if you have only used her services a couple times, perhaps if you have been with her many times and she wants something to eat you can give her a couple of dollars to get food but even then don't pay her before hand and then let her out of the car.
Flash, you clearly get it. They don't remember you even though you remember them and those small rip offs are part of the learning curve of things not to do like leave your wallet in your pants or more money in your pocket or your cell phone in plain sight etc. All common sense things once you're an experienced monger. Unfortunately, all too often guys choose to learn the hard way instead of simply reading these posts and doing their homework. Even still, there are always new ways to rip you off that you don't think of beforehand. Then it's our duty to report those incidents here so others learn. Lord knows that despite my experience and what I like to think of as a pretty well developed radar, I still find myself in questionable situations or looking back realizing that was a close one here and there. So much of it comes down to having a healthy sense of paranoid and keeping your wits about you.

I have a situation to add about the ripoff/potential "bad" situations we all face out there.
I picked up Pam last week (see my previous post). It was 6pm on a Sunday night. She suggested we go to a house where she said we could get a $5 room. You all may be familar, its Cook Street near the end. Anyway, she got out, and knocked on the door. While she was negotiating for the room, etc., a colorful male that was big (6'5", 300 lbs at least), comes walking down Cook Street, which is a deadend. There was really no reason for him to be there, except that I was there. There was no where for me to go, as this street has a fence and a grassy area behind it. As he came down towards us on this dark street, I cracked my window and aksed Pam to get back in the car. She looked and saw what I saw, and ran back around and got in the car quickly. The guy started walking (jogging) toward us a bit faster, and I started the car, put it in reverse, and quite simply put it in the floor. The man stopped, pulled something out of his jacket (I assume it was a piece) and pointed it at the car. Needless to say, I backed across the adjacent street and spun around, not looking back. A setup? I don't know. I don't think so, given Pam's demeanor, but it could have been. I have read others here that have picked her up, anything like that/questionable people, circumstances, etc?
I have been doing this a year or so, and have never had that happen, and she claimed she hadn't either, but who is to say. That was my first time with her.
She did tell me about an incident a week or so before Christmas where there were 3 thugs waiting for girls on Pulaski after they finished dates, and they would take them in the back alley there and beat the s*** out of them. I think one may have even been killed. Pam mentioned her friend Heather had this happen. Had her teeth shattered, and had to go to the hospital. Also, Pam stated they found two other girls that night at the back of that alley. I don't know any other details about them or what happened, but Pam was saying that Heather told her all the thugs kept saying as they beat her was "finish her!". Definately an eye-opening and very sad story.
That may be one of the reasons for the increased LE presence during that period in December.
Just my 2 cents on the rip-off discussion.

I agree that we can (and do) rationalize the small amount of cash we throw around with these SW's and losing 20 here and there is going to happen.
I wanted to give my .02 on what I have learned. After being ripped off to the tune of over 100 dollars once,(it was in Charlotte, NC - over 5 years ago) I was angry to the point of delusional violence. If I had found that 'lady' again in the next 15 minutes after I found out what she did, I would now be in Jail in NC. I would have killed her.
In retrospect, revenge does not make me feel better; no matter how I rationalize it. I have learned to use a calm attitude at first and if something happens to raise your voice slightly with authority. This works best for me. I am very kind to anyone I pick up. I treat them with sight unseen respect. Very calm and laid back. If I am accused of something (one girl accused me of taking the donation I gave her)or they start to give me an attitude during or afterward, I raise my voice and (I believe anyway) this makes me look like I might really lose it on them. It has worked in every rare occasion I have had to resort to it.
Oh, and after the Charlotte incident, I always, always pull my pants (with my money in them) down to my ankles for the BJ. They can't very well reach my money way down there without touching my leg or giving away their intentions. Never had a SW pick pocket me since.

However, I am serious that I still drop them completely and have never had a problem or an incident. It doesn't take testes of steel but rather a working heater.
Oh, and I have never had to drive off real fast. What daytime rush hour location are you parking at where you have to drive off like that?
I think I had the scariest incident (not necessarily a ripoff). Relates to allowing a girl to cop (don't remember if I gave this story before). Anyway, the girl walked down a street (told her I'd only park at least half a block away) - she then walked down some alley with a guy.
A minute later, she comes running back to the car, jumps in, and is ranting how they tried to rob her. The guy is running after her - naturally, I haul ass (in reverse), as two guys are now hucking stones at my car. As I get around, and speed forward, through a stop sign (without really stopping), at least five other colorful types run into the street, trying to stop me. Seriously, they came out of nowhere - it was like that for a good three blocks - they must have heard the screaching of the tires, and figured I'd ripped off their gang. I nearly shat myself.

The bos was away today and I came out to play. Went around Wilkens area before lunch. A couple of WSW's but nothing worth stopping for. Then I went up by PP and on to Conkling. Went back and forth between PP & Conkling about 7 times. Finally found one really nice looking WSW, 5'7", 125, young, long blonde hair, pretty face. We made eye contact and I waved, drove around the block because I was simply afraid to stop on Baltimore Street and she was getting into a black pickup truck.
I was "really" disappointed. I mean, I have to drive 1 & 1/2 hrs to get there and then lose her that fast! !#$%.
I drove around waiting for her to come back, but I believe she took one time out and went in out of the cold. Damn! Did not see much else out there. Hardly any LE. Too cold for everybody, I guess.

Friday afternoon's stroll,
Had a few minutes to troll Friday afternoon (3:00 to 4:30pm)through the W/W loop, and it's just too cold I guess for many to be out. Saw one skank on Wilkens, two BSW's on Washington at Carey, and that was it.
I did have a chance to drive back down Washington on my way home, and saw a young tall WSW, blond, just north of Carey. Unfortunately, I wasn't alone in the car. Oh well.
Let's hope the slightly warmer weather over the next day or so will bring them out. Looks like Sunday night may be setting up to be a good night to troll.

Which brings me to:
Yesterday afternoon, I saw that car you are speaking of talking to LE on Hanover street near Pontiac. Same M/O it seems, white guy talking to a cop, on the side of the street. They just seemed to be shotting the bull. It's a maroon Dodge Stratus/Intrepid with MD plates. Thinking about it, I have seen that vehicle cruising the loop and Curtis Bay alot since last week, and just thought he was another monger. Seeing him talking to LE opened my eyes. I am positive he is UCLE, or an informant after seeing that yesterday.
Keep your eyes open for him, he seems to be out during prime SW times. Also saw a white unmarked Crown Vic that seemed to be looping yesterday as well. Uniformed LE inside. First three letters of the license are JPL.

I haven't posted for a while as there was not much new to report. Same old loops, same young girls. Like most of you pickings have been scarce over the past 2 to 3 months. I'm really starting to like Brooklyn and Curtis Bay more. The W/W loop is still the most reliable. Hampden's been mostly dead for me, although the slim pickings there are among the hottest I've had (tall waifs, cute faces).
Well, this morning's pickup had a few new things for me. This AM (~5am) I passed on a skank in W/W, a chubby-faced SW in Brooklyn, and headed down Patapsco. I went farther along Pennington than usual, and ran into 3 people standing outside of the convenience store at Church. It looked like a woman with 2 guys, although all the winter parkas made it hard to tell.
The woman was less covered up, and was clearly cute, thin, blonde, and young. Normally I pass on a girl in a group, figuring either (a) they're not working, or (b) there's something fishy going on, but there was nothing else out and she was CUTE. I made 2 passes, she waved both times, and I pulled over. She wanted to know if her girlfriend (one of the big chunky parka-covered things was a woman) could ride in the backseat, to stay warm. Thanks to advice from this board, that was a clear no no!
After an above average BBBJ for a jackson, Megan kept going on and on about needing to get "home" to Annapolis. I didn't need to be anywhere, so I worked out a deal: in exchange for a ride there, I got F/S (no greek) at a no-tell beforehand and - best of all - head along the way, on 97. It's been a long-time fantasy, blowing down the road while getting blown by a hottie. Cruise control and having an empty highway both help. Next time, I'll have to see if cowgirl is possible while driving.

Has anyone ever picked a SW out past Church St? I used to turn around at Olmstead, thinking there wasn't any action even as far up as Church. And how about in Brooklyn: I've never seen a SW on any of the side streets except that one just south of Patapsco (Pontiac Ave? I think). Is it worth cruising more southerly streets in that neighborhood or is that just a good way to piss of the locals?

Scouting report.
Had time to cruise W/W earlier this week. Surprisingly, there were quite a few suspects on the Payson/Wilkens corner. I would say about six on the first pass, counting those a little further down Payson. Nada on Washington. One skank on Carey. A couple of suspects near MP, but in that area you can never be sure.
Hampden recently has mostly been miss in the hit-or-miss scheme of Hampden. Usually I only see the HIV positive April out there, looking unhappy as always. Plus with the girls all buttoned up and hats on, can't really get a good idea of the looks, so I generally pass.
The Block has yeilded some results lately, but also continues to be erratic in both quality and quantity of ladies.

Sleuth, that's a pretty good story that illustrates most effectively why one of the cardinal rules of SW mongering is DO NOT Let the Girl Cop! IMHO, you run two risks; one, getting your ass whipped and two, getting arrested. Neither sounds like one of our goals in life when we're simply seeking a warm place to put our dicks.
The rest of you guys either need to step up your aggression level when it comes to picking girls you see up so you stop constantly coming in second place which, in this business, simply don't count!
Or, you need to get better glasses or become less picky. I read these posts of guys spending hours and hours cruising and then going home with their hand. I never spend more than 30 minutes looking and almost always find something decent. Last night I left the Block at 2am and decided totake a spin around the park, thinking that it's probably too cold and I'll see very little if anything. Literally within a 1/2 block of entering the park corner on Baltimore I spot a cute blonde and in less than 2 minutes of hunting time she was in my car. Off we went to a nice quiet spot and 30 minutes of great BBBJ later she was richer by $20 and a load in her mouth. Now I don't have any magic answers and I can be pretty picky as well in that I do not do fat chicks or obvious total skankoids, but I typically spend WAY less time and score than a lot of guys spend and do not score. What is their problem? Sometimes I wonder if many of them are simply hanger onners who aren't realy serious about getting blown, but instead are content to ride around in their cars pretending to be players when they're really not. There may be some truth in what you say, Trashy, for some folks. But, after a hiatus of not hitting the streets (been away), for what was really the first time in this ice cold winter season, I have to agree with the other posters here, there isn't much out there.
Went around W/W - around noon on Sunday. Typical areas, we all know them, saw nothing, except one older, exceptionally skanky WSW, which is rare for the area (usually younger types, I find, in the W/W zone).
I decided to try PP, which I rarely ever try. Again, I saw nothing. I even parked and waited for a while. Nothing. Not even fat or skanky (which I don't do).
It wasn't even a matter of pickiness, really, there just wasn't anything out there. What I don't understand is, what happens to their addictions over the winter season?

Friday night into Saturday afternoon report.
Went blocking Friday night. Hit the Plaza, which was packed. Shared a dancer's drink with an Easyriders-type blockette who allowed more access to the vital organs than the club allowed. I let her know that I was looking for some real pussy off the block and not any lapdance fantasies. She told me thet the Midway was the place to go, and that a familar face (hers?) might show up there . I also hit the Jewelbox (downstairs), Le Chez Joey, Pussycat, The Harem, and the Oasis. All of these other clubs were dead, despite the fact that they nearly all had better looking dancers than the Plaza, IMHO. Spent $56.
I never hit the Midway, instead I wandered out to the w/w loop & Brooklyn, and that was a big mistake. In Brooklyn, I picked up 5000, a 40 year old, but not really bad looking WSW. She was a former escort with $5,000 implants. She had the weirdest case of geeking I have ever seen. She spoke a mile a minute about EVERTHING. Kids, parents, t.v., music, animals, cartoons, jokes, and her boyfriend she swears was tryng to hunt her down and kill her. We got a 2 hour room at that motel next to Tip Top. She yacked so much that she never got past the beginning of a BBBJ and some titty fucking before we were kicked out for going over our time. She insisted that I stay with her riding around for a little while to avoid her boyfriend. This little while turned into all night and the next morning. She took a hit off some bad crack and started puking all over south Baltimore. She said it must have been laced with H due to the fact that only H makes her heave. She had me go to a motel on Ritchie Hwy. which her friend manages to try to get a free room, because he owed her a favor. He said yes to the room, but he would get his shot with her first, to which she said no. She had me leave the city and drive to a cemetary to chill. she then asked me about my life story and psychoanalized me. She said this was necessary, because at the hotel she couldn't get into it because I was giving her unsettling vibes. She told me that she could do a BBBJ in a car with anybody else, but when she tried with me, she became fearful of getting caught. Not much for her sake, but mine. I told her forget it, that I was through with this nonsense. It was now about 8 am Saturday. She insisted that I get a room with her so that she could fulfill her responsibility to get me off. We went to Tip Top this time. She did more talking for the first 1 1/2 hours. After some more BJ and titty fucking, I finally got to hit the kitty. My 18 hour long hard on could only take a minute or two before I spewed. After we left, and I finally got to let her out, she tells me that she wants to pay me $100 for my time, but I will have to get it tomorrow. She echanged numbers with me, and gave me most of her jewelry to hold in order to keep her word. After 19 hours since leaving home, I finally got back there.

Can you be more specific about where this was that you found (and returned) the girl, esp. since this appears to be outside the "regular" mongering areas?

It has come to my attention that someone is not being very nice to our girls. The girls are having a very difficult time right now with the UCLE & LE trying to get out & make money. I dont appreciate the person who is picking them up, gives them the money, beats the hell out of them & then butt fs them. The information I have is he is white & out cruising alot. He then demands the money back. His last victim I know personally, as being very easy, acomidating. As you know from reading my posts, I am a very strong advocate for treating these girls decently as long as they do the same for me and I have found the majority treat me well. Lower your standards a little, get better glasses or lazer surgery, and hit some of the side streets and you will hit paydirt. Sunday Evening Report:
In a phrase, they were everywhere! If anyone trolled tonight and didn't score, shame on you. I hit the loop at 6:15, and realized I was going to have my pick of the litter tonight, so I got picky. And I STILL scored within 20 minutes. There were 2 ok SW's on Pennington, at least 3 decent on Patapsco near the Taco Bell, and I couldn't even count them on on Wilkens. One final thing. I also learned tonight that the vice cops in that area are not exactly "clean". This may be a story she is telling, however I have heard rumblings of this from girls past as well. She talked about an incident three weeks ago where she was pulled over with a monger 6 or so blocks from where he picked her up, and was promptly harassed by unmarked LE. She claims there was nothing in the car and that the cop(s) planted weed in the car (found it on the second search I'm told) and told them if they could get them (get this) a gun, that they would let them go. I have had alot more success cruising the parallel streets, like Eagle that runs along Wilkens, and Pontiac that runs along Patapsco, then the main streets. Monday night report:
I drove through the streets of Brooklyn down around 6th, St Victor, Pontiac, etc. last night with my SW buddy from my previous post. She pointed all of them out to me. UCLE were out in force last night in Curtis Bay. Seems they are using another car now, as well as the White Cavalier from my previous post. This one is a 4dr dark blue Cavalier, late model, with tinted windows. They had a fellow monger I have seen out before pulled over near 10th street in Brooklyn. Looked like they were just harrassing him, as he didn't have an SW in his car at that time, but I had seen him trolling for a little while. Ended up with Angie, at 6th and Pontiac. I do not recommend, very quick, rushed, begging the tip the whole time. ok BBBJTCIM, spit. Then wanted me to drop her back off at the same area.
There were some marked LE patrolling, but the ULE in the blue Cavalier was very prevalent. I saw that vehicle 3 more times, twice in Brooklyn/CB, and once over on Wilkens. Guess they are starting to turn it up a little again.

Recently I was able to do some scouting near PP as business has taken me there recently. One day I was able to see three familiar faces near the park but no one near conkling/40. The other two trips yeilded nothing. I am starting to think PP/Conkling is officially dead. What a difference a year makes.
I also had the opportunity to check out the Block during a free weekday. I usually like the afternoons and often find them a buyer's market. Not this time, the places I went were dead, the bartenders were not trying the hard sell and most of the girls seemed like eye candy. Almost no familiar faces and no one was particularly friendly. I did see one dancer in one of the bars on Custom House Ave that I had seen on conkling a few times; chunky, long curly black hair; not very attractive.

I've been lurking here for 3 or 4 years now. I enjoy the rapport of the regulars (seniors I guess), the information and even the flames are entertaining. I don't live in the Baltimore area, but do get there on business several times a year. I have partaken of the fruits of the streets, once two years ago and once about a year ago. Two completely opposite experiences with the first being outstanding. Like golf, this was the shot that keeps me coming back. I'm wondering if any of you gentlemen perhaps know the lady. I can't remember her street name, but afterwards she gave me a name of Karla or Carla and a phone number. U turned and went back to DeSoto and over to Wilkens. Just scouting, no time. There seem to be a lot of young ladies sunning themselves and nodding to us passersby. I'd say a good dozen between Payson and the bottom of the hill past the beer store.

If I didn't hear this myself from a VERY reliable source, I never would have believed it. There was a possible SW sighting earlier this week at about 6 PM near White Marsh Mall. The only details that I have are that a woman was trying to hitch a ride on Campbell Blvd near the Hampton Inn. She was wearing a VERY short skirt, boots, and fishnets. I didn't want to tip my hand by asking too many questions (the person telling me was not happy about the situation), so those are the only details that I have. Anybody else heard anything?

In response to your question - I've tried the routine of getting phone number for future encounters. With one SW, this worked extremely well - largely because she had her own apartment (which was surprisingly neet and tidy - more so than my own place...). With another, it was hit or miss. Beyond that, for the most part, it didn't work well - girls moved and/or didn't pay their phone bill. Another problem, if and when you do make an appointment, I find that girls are only reliable about 25% of the time, if that.
Picked up a WSW on Fairhaven, which is not my normal stomping ground. From a distance, she had nice body and face - 5'8", 120 Lbs. In the car, she was a good 15 years older than I had thought she was. I went for a BJ anyway, even though older types aren't normally my style. It was well worth it - a true professional. I am a first time poster, but a reader of the board for the last 6 months .
Let me start off by thanking all the veterans on this board. Thank you TrashMan, Clix, Larry 56, Dr Monger, Ebdawgg, Bradman and Fool4FishNets. Thank you guys for all the great advice, great directions, motel locations, and reports on the sw's.
I moved to Baltimore in July and started my local mongering career by reading all the reports on the Baltimore board back to May. I then spent about two months scouting out the four primary locations, PP, Wilkens, Hamden and Brooklynn, learning the lay of the land, local motels, highway access, and usual LE hiding spots. I also tried to become familiar with the girls frequenting each hunting ground. After a couple of months, I felt the most comfortable around Wilkens, so that's where I have confined my hunting activities.
While scouting out the local hot spots, I satisfied my itch by seeing some of the girls in the City Paper, as well as a few visits to Total Body Concepts in Towson.
As far as CP girls are concerned, Chase is the best I have seen. About 24, shoulder length blond hair, blue eyes, about 5'3", large natural breasts, just enough meat on her bones, beautiful ass. She gives a GFE when you get to know her. $$1/2 gets you an unrushed good time.
Tiffany is on the opposite extreme. She was probably 40 when Reagan was President. Total rip-off. You have to be really drunk to want that.

This is a continuation of my first post.
As far as my SW experience is concerned, it has been confined to the Wilkens area. I am partial to blondes. Have picked up Rachel, Renee, Tammy, Pam and Pamela Lee. All found near Wilkens and Monroe.

Thursday Night Report:
Looks like last night was bust night. Cruised the W/W Loop, and CB, and saw almost more LE than I ever have. 5 Marked on Ramsey, A bust in progress at Eagle and Payson, and an UCLE at Carroll Park talking into a radio about who knows what. Curtis Bay, same thing, Fairhaven, possible bust at the house on spruce, as the copter was out, and the road was actually blocked for a short period between 7:30pm and 8:00pm or so.
Saw a few skanks out in CB, and one older blonde screaming at the top of her lungs at seemingly noone at 6th/Patapsco. I found that quite amusing, considering marked LE were just driving by her and doing nothing. Must be routine.
Saw two possibles on Washington by Carey, but BOTH were snatched before I could get back around the block! Hung it up early, too much LE and UCLE for my taste last night.
Tried to stop by Diannes, but thats the street where there was 5 marked LE units. I'm not trying to be seen that close up.

Friday Night Report:
Passed through WW on my way downtown around 2pm and saw only Pam. Passed on her and returned around 6:30, again scratch.
Returned to the loop around 11:30 and saw 3 LE parked in various areas. One on Ramsey right near Diane's house, with several LE in the house. This place is on the hot list. The other LE was right on the corner of Wilkens and Monroe, the third on Pulaski and Monroe. Also saw the pickup truck on Pulaski.
Was getting ready to leave when I spotted Jen on Wilkens. Off to a no tell and 2 jacks plus 5 later dropped her off at her home. She has been written about before. Shoulder length blonde hair, 5'2", small breasts, nice oral technique. No rush, very nice encounter. She is a keeper.

And i am sure the neighborhood people have filed their share of complaints. Two weeks ago, around 9:00 am after circling W/W loop ended up on Dundalk avenue right off 95 N. Saw what seemed like a WSW waiting at the intersection of Boston Ave and Dundalk. Circled around and she jumped in. She was about 7 on a SW scale, no visible marks, and decent conversation. Drove to the cemetary near the I 95 truck stop, BJ for $25 with a 5 dollar tip. Dropped her off Boston street near her house.
She is out in the mornings.

Since I work in DC, and not a Baltimore native, I do not have full knowledge of Baltimore. I cruise the strip// up and down East Balimore, Conkling, and East Pulaski. Only a few weeks ago did I even discover Wilkens.
On the other hand, if you want to know anything about DC, or if you want to know about the Adult theater, bookstore scene with so-called Glory Hole girls, I am an expert. Finally, I did formerly reside in Albany, NY area, so I am an expert on Albany, Schenectady and Troy, NY.

If you do it our way you will be a successful SW monger in no time. Do it the wrong way and we tend to delight in opening up a really large can of whoop ass and loading it raw into our flamethrowers and totally scalding the pitiful witless recipient.
Now as far as the DC scene goes, as a DC native, trust me, I know what we have in DC and was a former "expert" in Adult Bookstores and the like.....when I was in fucking Junior High School! Ok Trashman, your points are well taken. I get the idea. I will put in the work and pay my dues. I will say one thing, though .. and it has to do with glory holes. For the most part you are entirely correct. But, I do know several females who give fantastic free head. There is one guy I know who brings his wife and another woman around in a van and the women suck off men. They can often be found at Bush River book store up in Edgewood. They post on the internet where they will be. Sometimes he parks the van in Laurel. The following is a spank-free advisory. No offense guys: just want to get back to the topic at hand.
Did a late afternoon Wilkens/Brooklyn run on Wednesday. Wilkens had slim pickins (and of the skank variety), so I passed. Headed down Patapsco towards Brooklyn. As I was approcahing the 295 bridge, saw a hot black SW crossing over from the shopping center onto the last road before the bridge (thin, creamy complexion, nicely dressed). Definitely giving me the look. Circled back but she was gone: looked like someone grabbed her before I could. Maybe a civilian, but I'll find out next time.
Continued down to Brooklyn. Patapsco was pretty empty, even on Pennington--until about sunset. Then at least 5 or 6 showed up on Patapsco (Fairhaven and Penningon were still pretty dead). Found Kim by 5th loitering near the bus stop. She's late 30's, large, dark hair, gorgeous tata's (won't fit in my hand). Agreed on $15 for tuition (TCIM), parked in the open (snow seems to make it harder to see--go figure). She was pretty mechanical, but not strung out or high--and no marks. Took her time. Claims she does this for extra income, definitely has a place in the area, and a girlfriend that will do doubles on short notice (PM for details). Speaks all but Greek. OK for what she did, may take her up on the doubles in a few weeks.

2) One of my mongering strategies is to go to a hot zone, park someplace inconspicuous, and watch for awhile - times and places that seem dead usually aren't, if you wait around long enough. I will have to vouch for the fountain. Friday evening report:
There were a lot of LE out there on the w/w and Brooklyn routes. No less than 5 cruisers together at the gas station at the corner of Washington and Monroe. SW's wouldn't get in my ride. I'm too damned young, I guess. I went to Tim's trying to be a vulture. I left out of the lot and headed back into town. I got pulled over by LE on Washington after I crossed over Patapsco. He followed me from Tim's. He thought I had an SW with me. I got read the riot act, and he told me he didn't want to see me again tonight. Whatever you say ossifer.Headed over to PP/C. Picked up a young and not very attractive WSW on Baltimore St. Said she wanted a ride to Broadway (yeah right). Her perfume was so overpowering, I booted her 1 block from where I picked her up. My regular monger mobile blew up last weekend. I had to drive the sticks-out-like-a-sore-thumb wheels. Ain't life grand? :D

Well first I would like to say "hello" to all. I just wanted to say that I live in the city near the Boulavard and the action is still there just not as much as back in the summer and not as often. It seems that lots of the girls get picked up as soon as they hit Carey near the Safeway and never make it to the Boulavard. Also, I never saw any mention but some also start out on Oustend and make there way up to the Boulevard. While I am not a serious monger or anything I do live near the girs and see them all the time.
Something that also made me write was I saw the name Sunshine. After doing some searches I saw that indeed some of you were confused on which was which. I actually live with one of the Sunshines the dancer. So some of the things I know for a fact she does not use any drugs, has never walked on the streets. January 29th and all I can say is TGJIB (Thank God Jenn Is Back).
Had a wonderful session with Jenn today and even managed to get her new cell number. Unfortunately she is very picky about client and would only prefer those that she knows to have it. Headed down to the Block last night. On my way scouted Hampden. One skank, standing with a guy, but I have seen her on the street before and she was definitely working. Also, LE parked right on Falls across from the ex-SW hangout. I see them parked there (or directly in front) a lot now, and much fewer SWs, at least at night. LE is definitely making their presence known. I also see a large number of LE just driving down Falls Road to go other places. It is not uncommon to see two or three LE vehicles in a row driving along Falls. Also they park in the parking lot of the drug store. The one good thing is I have never seen ULE in Hampden, but then maybe I have just missed them.
The Block was weird last night. One or two bars were full, and most of the others were dead. Ran into a fellow WSGer, and we had a drink, but then he was off for a date. I made my rounds, and made three dates with Blockettes I had just met for 2:00 a.m.. Yes I intentionally triple booked. Quite frankly, it can be dangerous, because if you stand one up you have never met before, they most likely will not trust you ever again, especially if they miss their ride. But Block odds being what they are, I still figured I had only a 50/50 shot of hooking up.
Well, one did show. A little older (29) but quite a hottie in my opinion, actually the best of the three. Blonde hair, blue eyes, nice body although a little thicker than the lean (but not ccl) type I usually like. She used to dance off Block, including the Gold Club (which is pretty much hotties only). I am sure I had seen her at other clubs, as she looked really familiar. Returning to dancing after a breakup, and down on her luck, she had come over to the Block. No obvious signs of drug use.
She wanted to go somewhere close to where she was staying, as she was staying with a friend, and did not trust me enough to hit my place. So we hit a no-tell motel. Well after the crap I've gone through over the past 2 weeks in my mongering, I was really losing faith in myself. I had to go out again today. Boy am I glad I did. Headed out to the w/w and saw a few suspects I passed up on. I saw a young blonde hottie heading to the Royal Farms at Washington and Desoto. I went in made eye contact, she smiled at me, and got in line behind me. I went out to the car, but as she left, she walked the other way and across the road. Damn! Civilian, I guess. I headed out to Curtis Bay to see if anyone was out. I saw a brunette and a blonde on my first pass. I came around and down Spruce to pick up Sabrina. Early 20's, blonde, and thin (not CCL). We headed out to the spot. Nice BBBJ technique (hands free). She heard a song she liked, and turned up the radio without missing a stroke. CIM w/spit out the window. Most of the no tells on Pulaski and Rte 1 tend to run about 50 weeknights and many jack it up a bit on the weekend. However, many will do a three hour deal at 35 or thereabouts which generally is sufficient unless you're doing a threeway with two of them and end up pulling an all nighter. ( Not that I know anybody who does that). Of course if you're really brave or stupid you can get a place for ten bucks that the girl suggests in a crack house.
Now although I can understand your comment about being pissed at having to spend 65 for a room and the room is a shithole, I will often bypass those places if the girl is hot or I have two and definitely want a king size playpen and go to a step up and get a much larger, nicer, cleaner room with the heat already on and no worries about whether your car will still be there when you're done. One is a Ramada just off the intersection of 695 and 83. It's not that longer to get to on the highways and for ten bucks more, it's a bargain in the right circumstances IMHO

Oh yes, the following is for the benefit of this board, myself included, to have it online should Jackson choose to archive last year's shit, and to take away any more excuses from whiners that it is too fucking hard to RTFF and learn about the local area. I do fully credit and thank WSG Senior Member Green Machine for this report, as it is probably the most comprehensive single report on the Baltimore SW tour:
Take 695 West to exit 11 (like you're going to 95 South), as you get on the exit ramp, it splits in two directions (95N and 95S), bear to the right (95S) and then it splits again (95S and Sulphur Spring Road) - take the right side to Sulphur Spring Road. At the end of the ramp, turn left and take Sulphur Spring until it ends by an International Truck dealership at Washington Blvd. Turn left of Washington Blvd.
You will go over a bridge and pass Home Depot and the Beltway Motel on your left, continue on Washington and there may be a couple of SWs as you reach the McDonald's at Patapsco Avenue. Continue straight on Washington across Patapsco, this next section is prime for SWs, keep your eyes open. Eventually, you will reach the neighborhood of Morrell Park. At the stop light by the Royal Farms, turn left onto DeSoto Road. DeSoto will take you through residential and industrial sections and there might be one or two SWs on DeSoto.
DeSoto will end at Wilkens Avenue, turn right. Once you pass the church on your left, these next couple of blocks until Monroe will be the prime Wilkens SW area - keep your eyes open. Make the right onto Monroe and it will take you past Carroll Park and back to Washington Blvd. Monroe sometimes has SWs on it as it is the transit corridor for girls going between Wilkens and Washington.
At the intersection of Monroe and Washington, you can turn either left or right. Turning right will take you through a section of industrial warehouses that sometimes has SWs before entering Morrell Park from the opposite end and back to DeSoto Road. Turning left will take you past Carroll Park (sometimes there are SWs on the right side next to the MTA Bus Depot) and towards downtown. SWs can be found along Washington until the Carey Street intersection. After that, follow Washington to Martin Luther King Blvd, turn left and then turn right onto Pratt Street.
Once on Pratt, you will transit across the city, past the Inner Harbor and all the way to the Patterson Park area. Pratt Street will dead end on the west side of Patterson Park. Turn right onto Patterson Park Street (actually, there are sometimes SWs all along this street - you can go either way) and make a left onto Eastern Avenue. As you cruise along Eastern, this is the southern end of the Park and it's really hit or miss with the availability of SWs all along Eastern.
Continue on Eastern, through Highlandtown and make a left turn onto Conkling Street. Conkling is a pretty good street for SW availability - especially the intersections of Lombard, Pratt and Baltimore Streets. You can continue past Baltimore on Conkling till it ends on Route 40. Once upon a time, this intersection used to always have SWs but lately it's been quiet. Turn right on Route 40 and if you follow it out to the county, you will find the various no-tell motels available. If not, make the first right onto Haven Street and then up Haven to the first right onto Baltimore Street. By this time, SWs might have returned to the Conkling intersection.
Continue past Conkling on Baltimore until you reach the NE corner of Patterson Park. The section between Conkling and NE Patterson is a bit sketchy and it's better to keep going. Baltimore Street borders the northern edge of Patterson and you'll find whatever SWs are out on your right hand side. Once you reach the top of the hill and Patterson Park Street, that's pretty much it for PP (the Park).
Continue on Baltimore until you reach Broadway, turn right and make the first left onto Fayette Street. It's a bit rough through this part of the woods, so don't dilly-dally. After passing the post office, you will reach an intersection and the beginning of I-83 North, turn right onto 83N.
Follow 83N to the Falls Road exit. The first stoplight is the corner of Falls Road and 36th Street and the beginning of the Hampden Hooker Tour. The tour in Hampden is pretty straight forward. Follow Falls Road between 36th Street and 41st Street and that's where you'll find your SWs.
Continue on Falls until you reach Coldspring Lane and turn left. Follow the signs back to I-83 North, get on the freeway and follow the signs to 695 East to Towson and then to Exit 29 Loch Raven Blvd.
You have just finished a tour that covers most SW areas in Baltimore.

If you didn't hit the streets tonight, shame on you. Lot's of girls, skank and acceptable. LE was in a skeleton presence. LE cruisers were parked and empty. Watching the big game, I guess. Sunday Night Superbowl Report:
While the rest of the world, except for a few, were in watching the big game, I was out scouting, and I must say (like Bud stated), if you hit the streets last night, you probably got lucky.
LE were nowhere to be found. I saw one (and only one) marked unit patrolling. Ended up with Dianne. She is back! On the left side of the page there is a control panel. Under the heading Forum there is a link titled Forum Search. Click on it, and the forum search page will appear. Of general curiousity, what's the longest one of us mongers has been able to keep tabs on a given SW? I don't know how you guys are finding anything. I guess my SW karma has run out. PP/C was dead as a doornail. First run through, in what used to be prime time, yielded zero. Not even a skank. But they were the only two I saw. My theory is there are a lot more mongers than girls right now, and that you just have to get to them before they get scooped up, cause they will go quick. On Saturday around 4:30 pm I noted a better than average SW sitting on a stoop on Baltimore Street at pp. I was about to stop when I noticed a guy down the block sitting on his stoop, looking in her direction. I passed thinking it was either a) LE of some kind, b) a pissed off neighbor who might be taking license #'s, wanting to raise his property values by running off the action (I guess I couldn't blame him) or c) a pimp, (guy didn't look the part). I drove all the way down Baltimore, looped back up Orleans and made my way back to the park about an half hour later, same story, pretty sw sitting on steps, average shmoe looking guy stationed at the other end of the block watching. Just wanted to put this out there for the board, maybe someone else observed the same thing or saw if the girl ever got picked up. I would think that if he was in an adversarial role she would have moved on, but I would also think that LE would be more cleverly disguised. If it is option b, if the neighbors have decided to start doing some community policing of their own, than the park may become an even worse place for action.
I moved on and later found a decent looking wsw, age 22 walking near Baltimore and Haven. Decent looking, must be new, no visible scars, bruises or sores. She told me her name but I forgot it instantly. Nasty $20 bj in my car with a ten dollar tip for letting me cut loose on her grill. What a gal.

Yesterday (Sunday), the streets were dead and I settled for Angie at 6th & Pontiac. What a waste of time and money! She will try and get you to park right in front of people's houses in broad daylight to do the deed. She tries to get it done and get back to her spot inside of 5 minutes if she can. It's bad enough when they tell you that you've got to cum, but even harder when you are tring to cum so that you can get the hell out of there. She wouldn't even let me drive the 2 minutes to my favorite secluded spot. Brunette skank, and a full blown crackhead. She totally killed the buzz I had from a good week of mongering. I hope you guys had lots of luck. There must be a ton of lurkers out there hitting the streets, but not taking time to put in the effort for this forum. I might start parking in the hot mongering spots, and wait for something good to come along, instead of driving around looking for them. I hope it goes back to the way it used to be when the warm weather gets here. I'm going out to the auction this week to get a new monger mobile. At this rate my mechanic better give me frequent flyer points after all the work the mean streets of Baltimore are sending his way. Pothole City should replace Charm City as the nickname...but I digress. Once again an uneventful night on the block was followed with some scouting of local talent. The ebb and flow of things really makes one wonder. It applies to everything, the block, escorts, SW, etc. Last year this time the streets were crawling with SW. I was so new I did not recognize half of them as walking. Remember my posts about silver lamee pants girl? Never seen her again either. Anyhow, the streets were dead again, as usual lately. Dead Block (after a really good run) and dead streets. Even Hampden was dead. Finally during my late night cruise saw a suspect. She was cute, and off the normal stroll, but only by a whisker. Hell she wasn't even looking at traffic. She was on the wrong side from me, so I had to make a left and go around the block to get on the right side of the road. I came back around as soon as I could because my radar had gone off, but She was gone, and I saw her crossing the street and getting into a car stopped up the road a little ways. Drats, foiled again!
Not even any other suspects out on the whole PP/C route. Hampden dead too. This is getting tiresome.

Time for action
Well all the useless scouting got to me. Determined to get the instruction I so desperately needed, I set out early on my adventure. Unfortunately, daylight was no kinder than nighttime. There was really nothing out. Hampden was dead. PP/C was dead as well. Not even skanks. Unbelieveable. So I headed over to W/W. Still nothing. I decided to wait for dusk. I went to refuel and recharge, hopeful that early evening would improve my prospects.
Hit W/W first, and saw some definite members of the teachers union off the bat. Saw one who met the age/thinness criteria, and she was actually there when I got back to the spot. She opened the door, but did not get in. I told her to get in. After the usual non-sense she inquired about tuition. I thought she was a little high for the lesson plan, but she had a pretty face, and the body looked nice, so I said let's see when we get to our destination. For the record, whoever invented the padded bra needs to be given 40 lashes. Fooled again. Body was horrible. I asked her if she has a kid, and she said no. Well then there really was no excuse for how horrible she looked. Pretty face (almost hispanic looking, and had very sexy lipstick on). Maybe the worst body of any unionist I had ever seen. But too worked up to care, I paid the inflated tuition and just thought of England. I guess the Trashman is rubbing off on me, because instead of accomdating her on the trip back, I told her I would drop her where I found her, or withn one block. She was trying to give me directions to somewhere else which I ignored. I told her I am not a taxi service. She was pissed when she got out of the car, and I did not even get the usual pleasantries most of the girls give me, like "be careful" or "have a good night" She just slammed the door and walked away. No loss, as I would never pick her up again. I did not notice it til later, but my car stunk too. I had to open the windows to let some fresh air in.
Unfulfilled, I headed back out to find a second lesson plan, which was a first for me. But the previous union member had somehow left me wanting more, depite the complete lesson plan. Headed to Hampden. One reasonable blonde, but just could not pull the trigger. I felt like I could afford to be pickier. She was eventually gone, so I headed back down to PP/C. Nothing. Still as dead as the daytime. Finally say a much older blonde in a ravens jacket. Clearly working, but easily in her late forties (but who knows with the hard life these ladies lead). Then I saw a cute young blonde on Pulaski. Now those of you who know my posts will realize I have never picked anyone up on Pulaski, and with good reason. A) they are always older and skankier and B) Main drag pick-ups are never my thing, as it is too difficult to be discreet. Sure it has cost me a few choice (at least from the car) ladies, but I have never had any trouble. The one time I think I was followed was a semi-main drag pick-up. Well I managed to discreetly pick her up, and almost immediately threw her back. Much older, and smelled like an ashtray. I mean she reeked of cigarettes. Scar on her face. Well over thirty. Got her out of the car and resumed my search.
Nothing else to report far as pickups, although I did have a somewhat comical encounter with one girl. She gave me the eye, and I was not sure how cute she was, or how young. She saw me go by several times, but she never moved to put herself in a position where I could pick her up. Then on one circuit, I saw an old man pull over, she waved him off. Ten minutes later she was still there. She smilled again when I came by. I had to talk to her. I rolled down the window and asked if I knew her. She said she did not think so. I asked her why she did not get in with the old man. She said "because he was drunk." I was half expecting her to say she was waiting for me...lol. I told her to have a good night and be safe, and I headed home.

Finally had some luck on Fairhaven. Lately i have been able to get away from work and cruise in the afternoon, 3:00 or so. This has worked out reasonably well on the W/W loop. I usually cruise by Patapsco/Fairhaven at that time as well to see what is available and virtually have seen nothing there.
Yesterday I slipped away for a lunch meeting, around 11:45 the W/W was just loaded with cops. I spotted three different cars in the four block area from Fulton down south along Wilkens. Scooted down to Patapsco and found 3 ladies all working that first and second block of Fairhaven just off Patapsco. A cute blonde was scooped up just ahead of me. One that I see more often was fine with it because she knows me and that I will be back to drink from her blonde fountain but her pal started to get a case of the ass. The point of all this goes to a comment I wanted t make to Baltimoron (Oops Baltimonger ) where he let some SW yank his nose ring and dictate to him where to park, when to cum, etc etc. Dude. My lack of postings was due to exstensive travel out of the country. Let me just say it's good to be back and reading your posts has brought enlightenment to me. It's good to see many new faces as well as old.

Sorry to have been incommunicado but I haven't had any time for mongering these past couple of months. No, there's been no warden like Trashys or a sweet thang like the Good Doctor. I've just been working my ass off.
Last night was no different but I had to have a look at Hampden-Falls. Took a detour through and it was SW City around 10:30pm. First one was a cute blonde, thin, wearing a lightweight blue sweatjacket with three white stripes down the sleeves. She gave me a look as I drove by but was standing around some of the local kids.

After 1 trip through Curtis Bay and Brooklyn I settled for what I would (usually) never pick up. After a terrific week or so of mongering, I could have afforded to go home empty handed. Sabrina, Crystal, Mandy, and ESPECIALLY Jennifer, put the excitement back into this strange hobby. On another point, since you talked about not paying more than the standard fee. I noticed that 2 of those 4 (Crystal and Mandy) seemed so much like newbies, neither one knew what I meant by 1/2 & 1/2, and both asked me how much I usually pay. Army of Northern Virginia Commandos Invade Maryland
Saturday night two commandos from Northern Virginia, yours truly and the renown LoveLos, silently crossed the Potomac and embarked on a recon mission that ended up more like a seek-and-destroy run. Target, a parcel of land in Baltimore know as the “Block”. Armed with WSG info (we RTFF) from Trashman and other posters we found no problem is reaching our destination. Once there, the recon failed miserably, as Xsailor tried to drink a beer in every bar on the block, thus can’t remember the names of the places we hit. Let’s see, the first one was Pussy cats, then Chez Joey, The last one on the block ??, and several in between. Parked for a while in some bar upstairs near Midway, the only place we found that had some decent looking dancers. Paid $20 bucks to talk to a chick for a while but since this was supposed to be a recon mission, deferred on the lap dance (price quoted $70-$300 WTF???). 15 minutes before the bars closed we retreated to Midway where I pounced on a BSW sitting at the bar. An older chick going by the name of “Barbie”, looks I’d rate a “4”, in fact I was suspect she might be a TV, so I demanded to check out the goods. Excellent report XS. This commando is just back from a foreign tour of duty the night before (read Nogales Mex) and so it was with grim determination, and yet high moral, that I accepted my assignment to infiltrate the bars of the Balto Block. The first bar was pussycats or something like that. Now, you will have to understand that, as veterans of foreign campaigns, XS and LL are not particularly swayed by large American women. Small skinny ones, that is another story. We really did research and we agreed there was only one that we would mess with. We are gone.
Next bar, in and out. UGLY. Some asshole made a comment about us being from West Virginia (wrong state, fool) when we bolted in less than a minute. He started the BAAAAHHH routine, fortunately I was thinking at the time that they were featuring cattle rather than sheep, so I just MOOOOOOOed. We continued, bar to bar skipping a few here and there. I was not generally finishing my beers, so apparently was even more objective than XS. We got to the end and started back to check out the ones on the side street. A tout at the Jewel Box promised there were beautiful girls upstairs, I laughed and up we went. The bartender lady at that establishment is a fucking classic. It is amazing she can get away with being that rude and still rape clients for drinks. However, this dump does have like seven girls and six of them are damn fine. We moved to the stage and continued to enjoy. Welcome to our fair city! Unfortunately, I'm not available these next couple weeks for adventuring but there is some action to be had.
Baltimore is mainly The Block and SW action on a couple of zones throughout the city. I'll let other Senior Mongers give you a rundown of the Block since I'm more of an SW kind of monger.
Staying at the Inner Harbor puts you in the center of all the action. A couple blocks north is The Block on Baltimore Street. To the west is the Wilkens area and to the east is the Patterson Park area and further north is Hampden.
If you go back a couple pages, you'll find a reposting of the Baltimore Tour I posted last year. The street directions are still current and you'll just need to adjust your tour directions to fit your Inner Harbor location.
To orientate yourself, Pratt Street runs west-east through the city and runs in front of Harboplace and ESPN Zone. Lombard runs east-west.
To start your tour, ask the concierge how to get to I-95 South. Usually from the Inner Harbor you take Lombard, turn left on Howard Street which becomes I-395 and merge to I-95 South. Take the Caton Avenue exit (there's only one off ramp) and then follow the ramp to the second turn-off under the bridge. That will put you on Caton Ave.
Turn left onto Washington Blvd and you've begun the tour I've outlined in the other posting.
At the end of the Hampden section, just turn left onto Coldspring Lane and follow the signs back to I-83South which will take you back to the Inner Harbor.

On the SW/DATY issue. Yeah, I've done it before, and reading the reports here, others have too. 95% of the SW's I've been with, I would never consider this with. The other 5%, if they seem to have their shit together, and pass the visual and whiff test, I may consider this. But then again I'm one sick puppy. I've had 1 STD in my life, and that was from an actual girlfriend many years ago. I know it was from her, because she was my first and only partner at the time. That brings us to the other providers we seek out. Escorts, AMP girls, and especially Blockettes should be avoided by those with the slightest concern of an infection through DATY. Friday evening report,
I don't know why I bother with Friday anymore. It's payday for most of us, and many, many mongers getting that quick BJ before the weekend. I drove around quite a bit trying to find something new, and to my liking. I didn't though. I ended up with a late 30ish, or maybe 40's WSW picked up on Fulton right after I turned off of Monroe. She was very accomidating, with me looking to get blown in short order, and her looking to make a quick cop. She had decent tits, and a face that wasn't worn by the pipe. The only problem I had was the fact that she was missing her top front teeth. We went to a close hiding place and did the quick deed. I dropped her off by her house and got out of there. I still can't get that "All I want for Christmas is my 2 front teeth" song out of my head. Another funny thing was after I loaded her up with 2 ball lotion, she didn't spit it out, or swallow. She started talking to me, and next thing you know she's got a completely glazed chin. She didn't even ask for a napkin, and got out of the car like that. Very little marked LE to be seen, but lots of ULE. I came close, however, to getting side swiped by the LE van.
Larry, is Missy the not so pretty brunette that usually is out around Fairhaven right at Patapsco? Used to be a skeleton? If that's the same girl, she's the one who wouldn't get in my ride a while back. Tonight, the same girl, albeit more meat on her bones, tried to get in. I waited until she tried to open the door (which was locked), then I shook my had no (which she had done to me before) and drove away. I hope she remembered me.

Mid-week report:
Scouted on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoon/evening, and I must say:
There has been a substantial increase in the number of ULE on the streets. I have been noticing during the rounds that they seem to be using the late-model sedans, as one would expect, but that they also dress in plain clothes, and blend in rather well. The silver Grand Am that has been going around is definately ULE. It's a 2000-2002 Grand Am GT, with chrome wheels, always clean, with a clean cut white guy inside. He knows the loops, in fact he has actually followed me around the loop once, until I noticed him and made an irregular turn that lost him. I have no problem busting a U-turn or making an irregular turn to lose what I think is ULE. If I'm ever pulled over I just say "oh, I thought you were following me", and that gets me out of it (it's only happened once, though).
I agree with previous recent posts on the need to scoop when you have the chance. It's almost to a point where you have to scoop first, evaluate their looks second. Alot of competetion! It seems the scene on the mongers' side is picking up. I have seen literally tons of the same mongers (some mught be ULE) looping, although I can tell who's legitimate most of the time by who cruises the side streets and who stays on the main drags. There are many treats to be had on the more obsure streets, especially around CB.
Final thought:
Picked up Lauren on Fairhaven last week on Tuesday afternoon. She says she has moved her activities down towards CB because of the LE heat on Patapsco where she was. A reminder about her, she may try to convince you to take her to cop in Cherry Hill, something I personally avoid. Too much of everything bad in that 'hood.

Friday I was off, so I made it into Baltimore for the day. Arrived about noon, went through Wilkens area..Nothing. Cruised up to PP, Nothing. On to Conkling. Nothing. I believe that I saw only two wsw who looked ravaged for wear. I made a last pass aroung Conkling, on to PP and down to Wilkens. This is now 2 pm, so I was ready to give up. made one drive around Washington and found a young lady named Amber. I waved and drove around the block. She was smart enough to go down a side street. She had a place near there and made me happy.
I left smiling and left with a full stomach. She seemed fairly clean although I have found much better on other occasions. I did not notice many LE around anywhere at this time but then there were also no ladies around at this time.
A few thoughts while waiting for today's thaw.... The post about the recent exploits of Batlimore's finest was just too much for me. The quality of mongering in this town has been significantly reduced in this town over the last year and a half by these hypocrites & we just keep letting it happen. Wake up folks. Our treats are drying up & meanwhile some "do gooder" cop posing as an exterminator is sampling the goods before making sure we can't get a taste. Most of these guys are dimwitted morons that barely function above the Barney Fife/Rent A Cop level. So why the hell are we just taking it. At the very least some sort of joint effort with the girls should be made to expose this sort of illegal cop behavior. If this is happening, let's encourage the girls to get some pertinant info & then make sure the wife/girlfriend knows what the big tough guy is doing. Same goes with this now year long harrassment they have been conducting against us, while the real jobs they were hired to do go undone (there's a valid reason many don't like going in to Cherry Hill.) How about taking on murdering, thieving antics of Lamar, Antwan & all the rest of the near human monkey meat, before confronting the horrors of a guy looking to get blown. Oh wait, one of those tasks involves hard work and danger. The other involves sitting in a car in the dark all night. Cowards! And shame on us for letting them get away with it. Put the thinking cap on boys. This $h!T needs to be responded to in a thoughtful, and effective way by those of us that enjoy the mongering sport. If I wanted to live in F'ing Dallas, I'd move there. On Carey St., across from the big shopping center with the Safeway, ULE had a brutha on his knees in cuffs. ULE was driving a silver Pontiac Grand Prix.
I had the exact model wrong, but it's the same car. He followed me last night too. I have also noticed not only an increased number of mongers just circling for hours (and so have my dates), but also an increased presence of "deals on wheels" drug peddlers. I don't want to out anybody here, but there is a red newer model Mustang that keeps circling the loops without picking up. If you are out to monger for real, then get to picking up or get off the street. If you are mongering, I can tell you this much, you passed up many a prize SW on Wednesday. I could have had the pick of the litter, and I chose Jessica because of the info given by the hard workers on this board. Thanks to Larry 56 especially for the info on her, and I'm glad I was able to have partaken in such a wonderful woman. You however, drove past her a good 10 times, stopping and giving looks, but never picking up. Stick with your safe, secure AMPs and escorts if you a too much of a pussy to go get some pussy.

Saw Jenn on Friday night. Had the usual GFE with her. She is a sweetheart. Any of you lucky enough to see her know what I'm talking about.
Checked out the loop before and after seeing Jenn. Saw one hard looking 40ish blonde out near Payson and Wilkens. Also one black SW near Wilkens and Pulaski.
Had an interesting experience while checking into the motel. A cute brunette, wavy hair down to her shoulders, thin but not ccl, about 5'4", 25ish came into the lobby for some ice. I said hi and she smiled and asked if I wanted company. Told her I was booked and she said "too bad". She was a cutie. Hope I bump into her again.
As other posters have mentioned, I have noticed cars circling around alot lately, but not picking up the girls who were out. Have seen the silver car and the red mustang, also the van. Friday night saw a carpet cleaning van parked on Eagle near Monroe. There were four guys standing around behind it talking. I'm almost sure I have seen the same truck before and think those guys were ULE.

Saturday night report,
I headed back out tonight to find my backseat Valentine. Curtis Bay & Brooklyn were dead, so I headed back out to W/W. Eagle & Payson had Jessica, an unknown blonde waif, and the brunette Mandy. Mandy (5'10", CCL, early 20's, not really pretty) drew the shortest straw and got in. We headed out to a fave spot of mine, which was populated by another pair of lovebirds, and settled in for a BBBJ. After a long time of BJ, I couldn't blow a nut, so I renegotiated for 1/2 & 1/2 @2 Jacksons. I was feeling generous and gave up another 1/2 Jackson tip. Now the bad news: The cover didn't hold up to the task, and I came inside her. Now we are both worried. I am worried that I may get an STD, and of course she has a lot more to worry about, with HIV (I'm negative, but she just can't take my word for it), and pregnancy. She didn't pitch a fit, and realized that I was more bothered by it than her. She said it was o.k. We went to a pizza place in Pigtown to get something to eat. I dropped her off at her house on Payson, south of Eagle. She said she wants me to see her again, we'll see. The girls on the corner know about the Pontiac Grand Am. LE has set up a substation off Wilkens.
On the issue of the BCPD:
The main objective of Commissioner Clark is to clean the street of drugs, guns, and violence. On that point, I have to say that I am not against him in principle. How he has gone about it though, is something of a contentious point for me. Arresting these young ladies on prostitution or even loitering charges, and then holding them for very long periods of time without the common courtesy of a bathroom break, hoping that they cough up any knowledge of drug related crime is pathetic. Cruel and unusual is more the word for it. Most of these women only interact with the dealers or drug gangs on a transaction level. These are almost always the small time peddlers who are expendable in the minds of those who occupy the upper echelon of the drug trade. If they do give out information, it’s a pretty good bet that the SW’s will become targets of the drug dealers. I wouldn’t want to see anything happen to them. Their addictions, especially Horse, slowly destroying them is bad enough. Many of the SW’s are getting off with little or no punishment for their so-called “crime”. The cops know this, and will continue to impress their authority on them over and over again. All the while, they continue with their hypocrisy. They take the girls’ money or have sex with them, or tell them to take them to where they can get a gun, and let them go (otherwise) unpunished. At the end of this, they will have a press conference where they will show off all of the drugs, guns, and (some, but definitely not all) of the cash they’ve been able to recover in their efforts. I don’t believe they will mention how much money they pocketed, or how many BJ’s they’ve gotten during all of this. Sure they’re crooked. In Baltimore city; if you want money, power, and sex, join the force.

What a rebel you are! I only wish it were as easy as you make it sound to "rebel" and start taking names of ULE. I can't count the number of times I have read on this very board about LE questioning a girl (at Central booking mind you) that they dated the night/week/month before. I have personally heard this from Pam, Dianne, and two other girls who's names escape me at the moment. The quality of girls has slipped somewhat, I agree, but on the nights when LE and ULE aren't out, the girls usually are. See Baltimongers post from about 2 weeks ago, when he travelled around Wilkens/CB with a known SW in his car, and the results he had. According to him (and he has provided excellent intel BTW) there are quite a few girls out most of the time, some looking like civiilians. I do agree it's getting tougher to spot them, but they ARE there.
I have a question to pose not only to you, but to the group. How do you think we (the mongering community) would be received "rising up" and instructing our girls to take down names of LE? It's bad enough the they are out there watching us. I just don't think rebelling is the thing to do. Maybe trying to move indoors and become slightly organized about it, yes, but when you start messing with LE (that surely reads this board), then you really start playing with fire. The cops are already corrupt, and I have heard that they have planted evidence in some cars as well. The last thing I want to do is to be pulled over in a "questionable" area, by a pissed off corrupt vice-cop, and have something planted on me or in my ride. Solicitation is a minor offense, a drug possession charge can ruin careers and families. My feelings are, if you give them a real reason (i.e. "fighting back"), then you risk serious heat, probably heat like you've never seen before. To quickly explain, I have a habit of memorizing the 4 digits of an LE car I see in the neighborhood. If I loop more than once, and I see him again, I leave the area, sometimes with a "look" from him if he notices me, sometimes with an escort (followed). I would rather have that look, or be followed, then be instantly pulled over and harassed, which is what I think might happen if LE thinks we are trying to thwart their efforts. It's just human nature. If I were a cop, I know I would do that with a vengeance.
To close, I ask for input from anyone who has $.02 to throw in here. The history of SW's in Baltimore says it all. It rises and falls like the tide. Once BCPD thinks they have made sufficient noise, they'll back off. It's only a matter of time until they start firing cops anyway, sadly like the teachers here in our fair city. Thats another subject though.
PS: This was not a flame by any means, and I hope it was not taken as such. Just a reply to a post that I feel deserves more attention.

Windoze, no offense taken. Your response is exactly what I was hoping for. You make a number of good points that I overlooked in my tirade. And I am glad to see the discussion. To me, as important as the "I found Wendi at XXX & she didn't even spit" posts are, the updates on areas & po-po activity were way more important because I can't really afford to be caught. I think we are wrong to rely blindly on the rise and fall theory and hope for better days ahead. What is the reason for the rise part of the equation? How do we prolong it? What is the cause of the fall? What can we do to limit it? Maybe nothing, but it is worth looking at. Some topics discussed here before would probably help if looked at in this light. For example, we are all out there on a semi regular basis & have all seen examples of truely reckless driving antics. What if Senior Members (or whatever level seems best) had the ability to confidentially report the sorts of idiot behavior makes neighborhoods complain to cops. Then three strikes & your exposed for the idiot you are. It would take some coordination, but would also attack the root of an important source of complaints to the cops. The same with providers & their strung out, obvious behavior in neighborhoods. They would learn to cool it in the neighborhoods & perhaps even move it to more accepting or deserted areas. Anyway, just a few ideas to add to the mix...

It is NOT your place to become vigilantes or be taking down plate numbers, or GOD FORBID dumb enough to report anything to LE. You are there to get laid or blown, period. You once again are absolutely right. I for one, have definitely gone of the deep end, when my paramount interest is to get blown and laid without getting caught, ripped off, diseased, or hurt. I've gotten laid more in the last 4 months or so, than I have in the last few years in real relationships. FFF is the name of the game. In a town full of SW's, anywhere from 1 in 50 to 1 in 100 women in southwest B'more alone, you just can't go wrong. There are allegedly 600 SW in that area alone. A 24/7/365 trade is something to behold for those who haven't done it already. Plenty of pussy for all. Lay 'em & pay 'em. This isn't gonna change in my lifetime. Who am I to judge anyone, considering I crawl into the sexual sewer system on a much too regular basis. And considering that my mother, sister, and half sister have all been part of the SW trade, and have had major drug problems, that makes me an even bigger sicko. It's just a powerful pull on me to hit those streets a few times a week. A bad day mongering is better to me than a good day at work. My major concern (for now) is my driving around in a not very conspicuous vehicle. I already know that I've been targeted by LE. My vehicle has a one of a kind paint color which is very easy to spot in a crowd. I have already had ULE follow me around, and an LE van make an attempt to hit my vehicle this past week. I don't know if he was just trying to send a message or what. I think they think I'm dealing or looking to cop. I don't think it was about this hobby.

I know there were many arrests last week at Curtis Bay. My neighbor mentioned this to me. He says it will be hard for anyone to find smoking materials in that area for a while. I'm staying out of there for a while.

I agree, wholeheartedly. I was trying to say that in a nice way to FarmBoy. I think the action is like the tide as you put it, it ebbs and flows. There has been a noticeable ULE increase, and I think we just may be reporting a bit too many details. No license plate numbers, definately. However, make/model of car that has been eyeballed harassing SW's or drug dealers I feel is good info, partially beacuse you will be on the lookout, and also because it will keep mongers somewhat more "on their toes" as it were. I for one would appreciate knowing a ULE type of car, etc, so I don't happen to dismiss it's presence behind me and pick up an SW in plain view of him. Thats assuming we are talking about experienced folks here, and not just the people out to "cruise" and try to play the game.
Yes, the cops are corrupt. Talking to Heather tonight (see below) is just another of the many stories to confirm that.
Back to the Report:
Scouted Wilkens/Ramsey/McHenry tonight, and found Heather rather quickly on McHenry a block East of Wilkens. She lives with Pam, Dianne & Donna on Ramsey. She's ok in the looks department; some scabs and obvious H use, but that was the best BBBJTCIM that I have ever had, girlfriend or otherwise! She doesn't have a gag reflex, and the throat muscles just milk it! Normal jackson, and McDonalds run afterwards for a tip. She didn't even mind that I drove way out to the county to do the deed, for comfort and safety. Very easy to talk to, told me about Pam and Dianne and whats been going on there. They are back to being out frequently, and you can always find Pam/Dianne on Pulaski, and Heather strolls McHenry near Wilkens. I told her about the substation on Wilkens, she knew nothing of it, but is going to pass it along. She knew about the silver GrandAm, seems he has been making his presence well known. Interesting note. She mentioned she dated three (yes three) cops yesterday, rising around in a dark colored Dodge with Fire Dept. tags. They even showed her their badges, with names covered obviously. The funny part is when she asked why they were out there, they simply stated: "Cops need to get their dicks sucked too!". Bravo, now if they would leave us and our girls well enough alone, we'd all have a better time. Dropped Heather off on McHenry to talk to some gentlemen about a horse.

Saw the carpet van on Pulaski, three gentlemen out back, similar scene that you mentioned. There was a sting this past Thursday evening, they took then to B. Green on Monroe, different from the DeSoto stings of late. Also, they took the girls to Southern District for questioning and then to Central. Heather was there for 28 hours with no food while waiting for the commissioner, then another 8 waiting for her personal belongings. Same line of questioning that has been reported previously, murders, drugs, etc.
Quite a bit of marked LE presence this evening. Two patrolling Wilkens, two on Monroe, and plenty in CB. No matter, I blended in, as Trashman puts it. Got my head, fed her, and hit SB I-95.

Sunday night report.
Cruised down Wilkens about 9ish. Saw lots of LE. At least two cruisers, a marked van and a white van with water department markings that kept making the loop. One of the cruisers would periodically turn his lights on and tear down one street or another without the siren. There seemed to be lots of cars circling when I got there, but the light show cleared the place out soon enough.
Saw Jessica, the redhead, and based on recent posts I was going to pick her up. Signaled her as I passed by and she nodded, but when I circled the block for the pickup, a uniformed LE was questioning her. Drove down past the circle down to Carey and around Washington to kill some time. When I came back around I saw Jessica walking down Wilkens towards the circle with no LE in sight. But when I pulled up near her she waved me away quickly.
Made a loop of the circle and saw one of the best looking sw's I have ever seen. Long straight blonde hair, about 5'6", nice body from what I could see, looked to be about 23. She was standing right at the corner of Wilkens and Payson. I got her attention but she waved me off, but with a really inviting smile. A couple of minutes later I saw a large truck pull up and she hopped right in. I hope I see her again, she was hot, at least a real world 8 from what I could see.
With all the LE driving around I decided to head home. Just as I was leaving I saw Pam come out. Passed because of all the heat and my desire for a new treat.
Has anybody seen Rachel lately, or is she still in jail?
Will try some daytime hunting this week. Maybe my luck will change.

Well I arived last night and hit all the bars on baltimore street. It was vert light but I did see three girls in my type group but remembered what trashman said. On the stret i saw a 22 year old blonde named dawn that wanted $100 but agreed on $50. Back at the hotel she used the bathrom for 10 minutes then made a cal then wanted to smoke a cig outside. I got scamed!. Its ben a long time but it hapens. After 45 minutes I told her she won and I went to bed. This city is SLEAZY, just the wy I like it!!!!
Once again Trashman has delivered a strong thread of common sense. If you are lacking in the brain dept then by all means go ahead and start writing down LE/ULE plates. God help you when Ofc Smith catches you staring him down and writing plates. I encourage you to do this because once you fail the q & a session, resist arrest (which is what the report will read regardless)and end up in central lock up you might think twice next time. Better yet why not break out the camera while you're at it. That for sure will please B'mores finest. That might earn you some dope that just happened to be found in your car.
DO YOUR BUSINESS and leave everything else alone.

Just a quick question to the masses,
If I happen to get stopped out there mongering, should I tell the LEO that I was just looking to get some head? I would be hard pressed to come up with a better reason for being out there at those times. I wouldn't want LE to think I was part of the drug trade. I definitely wouldn't want to take a tour of booking.

p.s.: Let's just worry about us, and not too much about LE for the time being. Sure, one day monger stings might come back, but right now LE has much bigger fish to fry out there. Love him or hate him, but former Commisioner Norris did leave a legacy of real accountability among the LE ranks. Going after the "real" criminals, and not us, is the main objective.
On a side note, but very important though, After making a mess out of Mandy Saturday night she asked for a towel. I told her that there were some napkins in the passenger door (in one of those large "pockets' made into it). She reached in, and pulled out a piece of broken crack pipe from one of my previous dates. Fellas, we need to make sure we check out our rides thoroughly before and after hitting the streets. I've found little packets of incriminating evidence left behind by these girls, most of whom aren't anywhere close to having their shit together.
Jimmy, Jimmy, Jimmy...I am disappointed! A professional such as yourself knows that the girl gets the $$ post performance, not pre performance, especially in a hotel room.
But you know what, this merely goes to show everyone that if a guy like Jimmy can get scammed, we all can. The time to get a story for an LE stop is not when you get stopped but long before. You should ALWAYS have a simple, not complex story well rehearsed in you head ready to serve up despite the inebriation level that is logical believable and supportable and can be used whether you are alone or better yet when not alone in the car. Remember, you have the right to be anywhere you want anytime you want without being harrassed. having said that, the old saying is that you can be right all you want but you can still be dead right. Remember that LE approaching you in a car are way more afraid of you than you are of them, even if you just stained your shorts when his lights went on right behind you. The approaching officer never knows what kind of nutjob he may be dealing with who may be armed so your first order of business is to put him at ease. He is much more likely to be less suspicious and harrassing if he's not on full alert mentally and waiting for trouble. Once he sees you are probably harmless, he drops his lert level down a notch and listens to what you have to say. A plausible story at this point that is short, straightforward and sensible does the trick every time. I know, I have been stopped more than once over the years in a variety of cities and never have had a problem, even if I have a girl in the car. While I am not going to go into detail with "the" magic story here, just think about it. You don't drive this route too often and you weren't paying attention and your low gas warning light popped on so you exited the highway to search for a station. Monday lunchtime report,

Pull over ASAP, turn on your dome light, roll down your window, keep your hands at the top of your steering wheel. Do your best to defuse the situation because all it takes is a wrong move or the wrong attitude and you're in for more headaches than necessary.
Speak with a pleasant demeanor, act surprised, act shocked, act whatever - just don't give off an attitude or act like an asshole.
If the cop remains nervous, be sure to announce your intentions - like "I need to get the registration which is in the glove box." If you move, let the officer know what you are doing. Sudden movements or reaching for something under your seat are just asking for the officer to open fire on you.

Well I for one ain't messing with LE, and hopefully they won't mess with me. There is nothing you can do, they will go away, they always do. Organize? I would have to say that getting a plunger shoved up your butt down at central booking is worse.
With all the talk about LE cars and monger organizing and chatting with the SWs about who's a bad cop or not, I just wanted to chime in with my .02.
First let me say that mongers need to be very careful around LE and newer mongers should heed the advice of some of the experienced posters on the board. I bet more than one has spent the night in central booking or been severely hasseled by the man or had other nastiness perpetrated upon them by LE. These mongers offer hard won information learned through much experience and when they say don't mess with the cops they mean it and probaly have some really good reason to.
I have personally witnessed LE lying on the witness stand; I have also seen and been aware of LE sticking some schmoe with charges knowing that they will be dismissed in court but knowing that the monger can't hide the night in jail from the wife or employer and that a night in central booking is a punishment all by itself.
I also have it on very good authority that cops will share information (makes sense) and put out a more or less informal S#1tlist of people they will keep an eye out for. If you have been stopped and let go by LE who thinks you're mongering or looking for drugs that officer will happily stop you again and tell his friend to do so as well. Now this doesn't mean it's going to happen and they really don't have the time to chase mongers, but if it's a slow shift and he's in a bad mood and he remembers you, well then, he's going to pass his time hassling you and hoping you slip or have a joint or something.
All that being said, information gathering is really the best weapon. I agree with the garbageman that this is the place to do so and how mongers do so is quite important. You want everyone to know what to watch out for but not have some pissed off LEOs on the lookout for whoever busted them. As you come accross information that would be useful but not sharable keep note of it and, when in real trouble, tell it to your lawyer. You'd be surpised at how mistakes can come back to bite people in the a@@. It may not always work but is certainly worth the effort if you find yourself unlucky enough to be in a tight spot.
Really though the mongers best weapon is to stay under the radar and not call attention to himself or others and to be smart about his business. That obviously includes reading and posting here and the anonymous tidbits offered by both new and experienced mongers allows for the reader to be safe and more or less anonymous.
While reporting tag numbers of ULE might prove troublesome, they can only set up so many stings in so many places and alerting mongers of types of cars, locations of stings and sweeps is very useful and helps keep mongers out of jail and hopefully off of the radar screen. This by itself is good for all as when mongers avoid the law they keep demand up which keeps the SWs out. Passing on info gathered from SWs has been invaluable, if only indirectly. When your favorite hottie says "50 girls were arrested last week on X street and Y avenue" You then know you will have trouble in that area and may have to drive around a bit and therefore take the chance of calling attention; move on, come back in a few weeks and things will have picked up.
Mongers letting other mongers know where the action is may indeed tip off LE *somewhat* but if it speeds up somebody's trip through a particular area then it's worth it. LE knows where the girls are and don't need our help. They most often take action when residents complain. Give them less to compain about; tell your favorite hottie you'd rather pick her up a few blocks away or closer to a commercial vs. residential area next time. Don't be one of the obvious cruisers that some mongers complain about; listen to what the SWs have to say and pass it on. When you hear of a bad cop, file that info away for yourself and keep your eyes open. You can't do anything about him except avoid him. report what you can here but don't get into trouble - it's not good for other mongers and worse for you.
Lastly, as you share info, remember that the goal here is for the monegrs to have fun and a bunch of pissed off cops will not be the ticket. Stay away from them and stay low. Good luck and happy mongering.

Thursday evening report
In Pigtown, I met Jennifer (no, not that Jennifer). Probably mid-30's, blonde, about a 5 in looks, on the pipe. She had a runny nose, so she was probably already full :D. Decent BBBJTC. She was tring to act her way into a tip with lots of dirty talk and sound effects. Whatever works for them. She really milked out every last drop. A Jackson + 3 small bills for her. Easiest drop off yet, 1 block from the parking spot. In Brooklyn, I met Tina (Tia?) on Pontiac. Young Hispanic or bi-racial. Dark hair, fairly dark complexion. Has a Horse hobby. Somewhat below average BBBJ. Didn't work for a tip, didn't get a tip. Jackson only. In Curtis Bay, I saw a young, strung out looking blonde carrying a shopping bag on Fairhaven. I pulled up into an empty space and waited for her. She walked past me, and turned around and came up to the car. She asked for a cigarette, and said she was on her way home from the store. She said she does date though. Upon further inspection, I noticed that she had a little one on the way and was starting to show. That's where I draw the line. I said thank you, and have a nice day. LE had Ramsey at Stricker, and Eagle at Payson blocked. Lots of corner boys sitting down with their hands behind their backs, None of our ladies though. Although Eagle and Payson were eerily quiet all evening.

Thursday Day Report.
I confirm Baltimonger's report that Eagle/Payson was quiet. I ran through the area a few times and very very little was out and about. I did see some fellow in his 60's pick up a lady on the corner of Ramsay and S. Calhoun (two blocks up from S. Carey). I hadnt seen an SW around there for quite some time. REally been hoping to see either Pam or Kelli again but no luck.
I cruised to Brooklyn and found Renee on one of the side streets that run between Curtis and Patapsco may have been Olmstead.
Stands about 5'0, brunette with dyed blond highlights, A-cups nice butt, horse hobby. Average performer with a too high opinion of her abilities - not worth the effort.
On the way back I cruised down Fairhaven and saw an attractive brunette walking down the street but wouldnt meet my eye. Ive seen her walking down the street there before (not the sidewalk) but not sure what her deal is. I don't want to tick off the civilians so am rather restrained in my approach. She has shoulder length curly brown hair, about 5'5" with reasonable body. Anyone know her?

What "moniker" did you go by before?
The reason I ask is that usually when a guy changes names, he alerts the board that he's changed names so that everybody knows who they're talking to in order to maintain established relationships here on the board. The only time I have seen an unexplained name change was when the guy had something to hide...what are you hiding?

I only have one comment with regard to your recent adventures and that is about the girl that "got spooked" and ended up basically ripping you off. That's why they get the money AFTER not BEFORE! You learned a good lesson and it was pretty painless really about payment. Minor point but I thought worth mentioning.
The Block last night was pretty mediocre but since I have a Get Out of Jail Free card with the warden gone, it was still nice. Met a new girl in Mousetrap that for some reason has the cutest face IMHO and I convinced her to go out after work. However, in the interests of ensuring I got laid and knowing these girls sometimes have a propensity for standing you up at 2am, I opted for a safety net and took a known entity out at 12:30 instead.
I usually do her and her roomate together, but roomie was away. She called my cell looking for me at 10 and I told her later, I wanted a few drinks and talk with Block friends first, but lined her up. Took her home at 7am this morning. Man, I am definitely getting way to old to pull these all nighters!

Oh yes , I do believe the flamethrower is coming out and getting pointed in two different directions. Of course since Trash just emptied his load (poor girl never knew what hit her) so he might be a bit more laid back. Of course I don't believe this to be the truth.

Thursday night report.
Agree with what's already been said. It was pretty dead Thursday night. Cruised down Wilkens about 11:30 and there was not much out, including LE.
Saw Jessica, the redhead, but she was picked up before I could turn around. You've got to move fast when there are slim pickings.
A few minutes later however, out pops Pamela Lee. Quick trip to a motel, a nice massage, BBBJ including some nice ball licking, and FSTC in several positions, all for two jacks.
When I dropped Pamela Lee off about 1:30, there were four LE cars on Wilkens just off Smallwood with lights blazing. Don't know what went down but got out of there fast.
May do some daytime scouting this weekend.

Whew! I never thought I'd start such a long discussion, or be someone who was flamed on this board (I am such a nice guy, after all.) There were a lot of good points made & it has been fun to follow them, flames and all. Lest you all think me a coward, I have been out of town all week & unable to post with the company laptop. Just got done reading a week's worth of updates, and agree with others that the issue can die a sweet death for now. Unified action is probably unwise (or more likely impossible) with such an anonymous group. Never the less, B'more is one of the sleaziest cities I have ever experienced. I think it is unique in terms of the sorts of activity that happens on the Block & so openly on the streets of certain areas of town. My main point is that I have seen the happy do-gooders come in & clean up towns so that they are never the same again. We should do what we can to guard against that happening here. Maybe the best we can do is keep the demand there so that the girls are out, but as far under the radar as possible.
Anyway, going out tonight to see what me and little willie can get into....

Hit the area of Wilkes Thursday mourning around 4a.m. saw lots of girls, saw two really hot young wsw and one bsw who also loolked extremly young in the area. There were also others but these struck out the most. I was just in the area to scouting for future hook-ups. I had made myself a promise before I hit the scene that I was not going to cut up. Fellows belive me it was hard to do. Everytime I turned there was a different girl. I can honestly say the worst looking thing that I saw was maybe a 5. Very little LE in the area, but you still had those jack asses who were out selling there drugs and a few walking with some of the girls. Well fellows have fun and be safe.

Just wanted to back up Woody's post on 'Leslie'. Unfortunately, I hadn't read his post in time. Picked her up last night - she started out great - looked decent (better from a distance, naturally), and seemed to have a nice body.
As time went on, I noticed some funky bodily marks (though I didn't see her fully undressed). She is on the horse. But to the point - very lousy experience. She had a horrible attitude - downright annoying - the kind that gets you to lose your temper. And she was also definitely paranoid - about ridiculously stupid things.

Saturday evening report:
Stopped in the W/W area, ran the loop to see if any of my faves were out. Nada. Ended up picking up tall CCL Gina on Carey, south of Washington. Went to an alley. Bad attitude, decent BBBJ. *****ed about me holding her head down when I spewed. I considered that a light touch on the head compared to my other dates. Gave her a Jackson, no tip. I stopped in The Plaza and The Harem to ogle the ladies. Then onto Midway to try to get some real action. Nothing fancy in my price range (cheapskate). I headed back out to the W/W loop and found Jessica on Payson. We went back to her house for BBBJ and an aborted attempt at FS. She's just too incredibly tight. She told me why, and out of repect to her privacy, I'll not mention that here. Very pleasant, never rushed. Everything that Gina was not. I just can't get past those saggy boobs. I almost want to hook an air compressor to her nipples. I had gotten a haircut since the prior date with her. She gave me a hard time, and told me that next time I should come to her and have her do it. 1 1/2 Jacksons for her, 1/4 Jackson for the room. This included the tip that Gina didn't get.
Jessica told me that while LE has been a little more of a problem, but its been the mongers, especially over the last week, that have been a much bigger problem. Way too many cars circling, without picking up. Sounds like a lot of those 80% looking for a certain someone special IMHO. I picked her up and took her to her house, one of them followed. She got out and yelled "You snooze, you lose, motherf***er" at him. Those 80% are probably the ones running off at the mouth about this site. Again, IMHO.
