It looks like they caught a Big Fish in a small pond, a current mayor (who was formerly a police chief), who I am sure had many lives ruined by charging people with solicitation. Maybe when cops and other officials start getting arrested they will begin to see the wisdom of not making a crime out of a private acts between consenting adults.
